Feels like a scam by a reputable brand. Known issue in the reviews. Plastic connector parts connecting the head of the vacuum with the 'body' snapped off. Any other company would replace. Samsung does not fix or replace despite multiple reviews complaining about this. Samsung you have faulty cheap parts. I was about to buy the Samsung smart dryer but now I will never buy another Samsung product again. We also brought Samsung earbuds which stopped working after three months. Waste of money and disappointed esp as it's a big brand item. Website is also not working properly , therefore unable to attach pictures

I’ve been using my Samsung cordless vacuum for some months now, and I honestly don’t know how I managed without it. It’s lightweight, easy to manoeuvre, and powerful enough to handle everything from pet hair to crumbs on both carpets and hard floors. The battery life is more than enough for a full clean of my flat, and I love how easy it is to empty the dustbin no mess, no fuss. The different attachments make it perfect for getting into corners, upholstery, and even the car. Plus, it looks sleek and modern, so I don’t mind it being out in the open. Overall, it’s made cleaning faster and a lot less of a chore. I highly recommend it if you’re looking for something efficient, stylish, and cordless. Total game changer!

I bought this in order to help my wife when I'm not at home and unable to help with vacuuming, she has disabilities and found it hard to push around our corded unit. She complained that she struggled with it, so I have it a go myself. It was indeed hard to use, as it tended to grip the carpet. It seemed to push larger things around too, like our dog's kibble. I needed to pick it up off the floor and place the head on top of whatever I was trying to pick up. Because we tended to use it on full power, the battery had a very poor life before needing to be recharged. Another annoying thing is that you can't charge it without putting it on the wall bracket, which we didn't want on the wall, so it has to lie on the floor in order to charge it. The other thing against it, is the fact that it has a bristle roller, so hair gets wrapped around the roller and we're continuously having to remove it. After only having it for a matter of weeks, I've given up on it and invested in a alternative cleaner.

While the 150W suction is powerful, it shouldn't be difficult to move from the carpet. Please ensure that any surfaces you use this vacuum on have a secured flooring, and that it isn't getting stuck on any debris. If the kibble is too large or heavy, it won't be possible for the vacuum to pick it up from further away. As for the battery, while it can last up to 40 minutes on a full charge, using it on full power will drain the battery quicker. I love this product, I bought a brand, and after I have seen this vacuum I swap right away for this one. In nutshell: I like because: lightweight, TURBO POWER literally is lifting my carpet off the floor when maximum speed is on, flexible mean the head does not comes off the floor in different angle, fast charging means the battery is fully charge within 3 hrs or even less than that (I did not count), medium speed is just ENOUGH to get the job done in right manner, simple to use, I love the design is my favour. Downside: I have adjusted my battery with a flimsy sticker just to avoid been confuse. Definitely I will buy another one for my parents as a gift! 🎁 Recommand: 10 out of 10 . 5 out of 5 👍

I have had this product for a little over a month now and only fully charged it twice. The pros are its light weight, easy attachment changing and easy dust disposal. The metal filter has holes so small not much gets past it to the HEPA filter, detachable battery allowing purchase of a new one when it no longer holds charge, the main reason for this purchase my Bosch had a runtime of 30 seconds after several years service and it is really quiet compared to others I have had. The cons, there is only one, the dust barrel plastic is really thin, flexible even, so its best to be careful so the product has a long life.

I bought this as a replacement to a handheld Dyson and I'm very impressed with it's performance and the ease of removing the dirt which was actually very difficult before! It's pretty quiet and easy to manoeuvre and the tools are very easy to clip into place. There are 3 settings so I use the lowest setting for hard floors and boost it if needed.

Hoover is super lightweight and really powerful. Its great for hard floors and flat carpets. However, it is advertised as ok for use on deep pile carpets but it's not really any good on them. The battery doesn't really last long if using on full power which is frustrating when doing a full clean, I have to keep putting it back on charge.

We brought this a few weeks ago as our old one (Shark) was working but suction had deteriorated (cleaning filters didn’t improve it). Glad we did as this is, so far, is much superior. I was a bit concerned about the battery life as other reviewers had mentioned this, but please realise that it has 3 power settings - when you turn it on its default is ‘mid’ power. Drop it down to low and it still works great, plus extends the battery life. It’s used on both hard floors and low pile rugs, and I’ve yet to find any negatives. Easy to empty and seems very sturdy. I chose it as it doesn’t fold in the middle as some do, and often that fold point ends up with a lot of flex over time. Definitely recommend.

It is really working as it should. I live in 3 bed house, it vacuums the entire house and still have some battery left. Run time is about 40mins enough to get the job done. It is a bit noisy.

Great hoover however battery is shocking, will probably be returning due to this issue unless Samsung can provide an extra battery. Claims 40 mins of constant use but is only about 10 minutes and when you put the turbo suction on it’s practically dead in 3 minutes. Not good, would appreciate a reply on how to solve this issue

Great product. Light, great suction and best of all it's very quiet (which both myself and the cat appreciate a lot!). I do the whole of the downstairs and the stairs and don't run out of battery. I mostly use it on low power and turn it up for the rugs. Like some other reviewers, I also didn't want to drill holes in my laundry room tiles so I used "No More Nails" to secure the charging station and that has worked great. Only complaint is that Argos advertises it as having a 5-year warranty but when I went to register on the Samsung website it only came with 2 years.

I bought the Samsung jet 60 vacuum cleaner to use in an awkward utility / back door area. However, it’s so powerful and efficient that I’ve used it throughout the house each day leaving my main, heavy vacuum redundant. I can’t recommend the Samsung highly enough. I’ve used a main competitor recently and found it did not compare with the suction found on this model. It’s so light too it really has been a life changing purchase: it moves easily from hard floors to carpets with an additional turbo boost feature where required. Excellent value for money too.

Firstly there are some really good things about this vacuum and some really not so good. I'll start with the good: Suction - good suction and cleans well. Easy to use Not so good that I've found: It doesn't stand up on it's own (my old one used to do this so I wasn't expecting it not to stand independently) No space on the vacuum for any additional tools (again my old one used to which was really handy - didn't realise how handy until I got this) Battery life - this is the main reason I scored a 3. I timed my second clean and got less than 22 minutes of cleaning before the battery died. I used it on the middle setting so realised I wasn't going to get a full 40 minutes but definitely expected more than 22 minutes! I contacted the help and support and they advised this: Jet Fit brush. Around 5 minutes on Max settings, 18 minutes on mid, and around 27 minutes for minimum For handy like other attachment. Around 5 minutes on Max settings, 20 minutes mid, and 40 minutes on minimum settings. So basically it's doesn't last 40 minutes - it lasts at most 27 minutes (the JetBrush is the standard brush you use when cleaning) which is very misleading and really annoying when it only comes with one battery.

Chose this samsung stick vacuum based on other reviews and in the hope that it would get all the cat hairs off my carpet. It does so very impressively and I've hoovered a 2 bed house twice so far without needing a recharge. Time will tell if it maintains this power. Much quieter than previous Bosch. Knocked one star off as cylinder seems a little thin and flimsy and it's tricky to remove for emptying with one hand - other hand needs to keep release button pressed. Already dropped it while doing so hence concern about flimsiness.

Bought this a month ago. Cheaper than a lot of other handheld vacuums but works really well across both hard floors and carpets. Doesn’t scratch our wood floors. Battery life is surprisingly good, it runs out more quickly on a higher power but on the standard setting I can do pretty much our whole house. The pet attachment is great for picking up hairs (which our dog seems to have plenty of). My only gripe is that the attachments etc are a little more clunky to fit than other vacuums I’ve tried. Overall would recommend!

I bought this vacuum cleaner in September. It us excellent. It's lightweight, easy to use, easy to recharge and easy to empty and clean the dust collection area. I'm not sure what it's called! I have 2 cats and one is a Persian so I need to vacuum everyday. It works very well on all surfaces and I use only the large attachment with the movable head as well as the thin attachment for crevices etc. The battery lasts for ages and I use it to clean ahd vacuum the inside of my car. Now that's really economical and practical :)

I've had Dyson stick vacuums for years despite the ouchy prices. Love them but there were a few irritants such as fiddly emptying and tool detachment. I had decided to get another stick as we have 3 floors and it was easier to leave one up top and one on the ground floor. Having looked around online, then gone into Curry's, checked out all their stock and decided against the ones that need disposable bags and those with short run times or fixed batteries, we arrived at the Samsung. Curry's had no stock so we headed home and checked online. I cannot for the life of me understand those bad reviews. I ordered the Jet 65 Pet which was a good deal and I have to say it has dealt with everything we've thrown at it. I run a small hedgehog rescue and we need to clean quietly so we don't stress the patients. On normal power this machine is so quiet it's untrue and it still picks up pretty much everything we've thrown at it. I recommended it to a friend and he is similarly impressed.

I chose this vacuum cleaner as its easy to use lightweight and all parts are completely washable unlike my other cleaner which is a lot heavier which I find hard to move around and only some parts are washable. The instructions are in picture form and are quite easy to follow. It doesn't hold a lot, but that better for me as its easy to empty. I have only used the vacuum cleaner a few times so far, but it seems to hold its battery quite well.

Bought this to replace my Dyson cordless. It’s light weight and the battery does last a little bit longer Then my Dyson used to. Suction is good on flooring and carpets. I did find that on my stair carpet which is thick. It didn’t quite lift the pile up as much as I was hoping too, even using it on full power and using the pet tool. Other than that I would recommend it. Its a good hoover and a lot cheaper than the Dyson.

Better than my old Dyson and a lot cheaper! Bought this as I needed a model with on/off button as hand injury means I can't use a trigger handle anymore. Samsung quality you'd expect, fairly quiet and easy tool connection. Also comes with variable power options. Copes with pet hair really well. My only issue - would be good if it came with a spare micro filter as they do take a long time to dry after washing.

I thought the Samsung vacuum would be a lightweight, weak thing compared to the big names,  since I'd used other brands before.  Man, was I wrong! This thing's a beast.  The three battery lights, the suction, the quick-change heads – awesome. I like that I can swap the battery later if needed.  The only downside is emptying the dirt – it's not as easy as others, but still, it's brilliant.

On first impressions this is a very light, easy to use and efficient vacuum cleaner and would have given 5 stars. Amazed at how much it picks up even on what I thought was a clean carpet. However if you are after an anti hair wrap this is not for you. I was disappointed at having to clean the brushes after each use due to hair and cotton strands wrapped around the bristles.

I bought this hoover for my elderly mother. The only ok thing about it is the weight ie it's relatively light but unfortunately any hair picked up winds itself around the brushes and is impossible to get off, especially for an elderly person. We really shouldn't have to buy hoovers with special hair features to avoid this issue. Stick to an old fashioned cylinder hoover!!

So far I’m very impressed with this cordless. It picks up an amazing amount of dirt and is very easy to use and empty. It seems to hold its charge really well. I can do the whole of my 3 bed bungalow and some top up vacuuming before it needs charging and it recharges very quickly. It doesn’t work on my shaggy rug, but then neither does my Sebo corded vacuum cleaner.

Buy this if you are fed up with traditional corded, heavy and cumbersome vacuum cleaners. Seems to clean at least as effectively as a traditional, with fewer downsides. Particularly useful at getting under and around furniture, beds etc. Also seems to be more effective at picking up close in to room edges. Equally at home on hard and soft flooring types.

I got this about 2 weeks ago and it warks well. I vacuum a room in about 4 minutes and I immediately put the battery on charge, so there is always sufficient battery left. Would be a great piece of kit IF the battery lasted longer than seven minutes. It's lightweight, easily maneuverable, and perfect if you're stuck for storage space. Sadly, the battery lets it down. Seven minutes, and it was completely discharged after the first use. Disappointed and frustrated as it would have been ideal for me.

Good feature where you can up and down the suction level, and unit is lightweight. Bin a bit fiddly to empty as you have to remove the filter every time. Needs to be fixed to the wall to charge up, the battery isn't removed to charge - whole unit sits in the cradle, plus side is that it doesn't take too long to fully charge.

I’ve got three bedroom house and a nice TV Lounge and I just cleaned the lounge and the battery cells gets dead and I have to charge another three hours in order to do the kitchen so not recommending at all. I have Dyson cordless vacuum cleaner and I purchased Samsung cordless one for my daughter because it was such a good deal. I wanted to test it before I give it to my daughter. I know that Samsung is a good company and trusted it would be good. However, it was beyond my expectation and I decided to use it myself. I used Dyson, Shark before and I could compare those 3 cordless ones. Among those, no doubt, Samsung is the best. 1. It seems it has most modern technology. 2. It is so quiet compared with others. 3. It's time for use is longer and less charging time. 4. It picks up any small dusts as it has HEPA filter and it would be great when we have house renovation in the near future. 5. It has much bigger quantity for waste and I don't have to empty the dust so often. 6. It looks very modern with very sleek design. Lastly, it comes with 5 year warranty! So I stopped using Dyson and now do love using Samsung instead. It was the best purchase and I am going to buy another one for my daughter. Very happy customer!

I love how easy it’s moves on carpet, wooden or tiled floors, so versatile . It’s compact storage and enough attachments to covers all vacuum issues. Low speed usage is enough to vacuum and easy to empty when required. Would recommend without hesitation.

Bought this to replace a handheld vacuum. So far so good, has a good battery life. Only niggle is that is doesn’t stand upright by itself so you either have to wall mount it near a plug socket (which I have yet to do) or lay it flat on the floor.

Love this hoover. On level pegging with Dyson V8 cordless that I also have. Probably a little better as more suction levels to choose from. Definitely recommend for small to medium sized home. Will live alongside my Dyson Ball Vacuum

Sadly this item was poor quality, felt cheap and was all loose fitting. The battery did not even correctly fit in the charging point. Returned as faulty. I was expecting more from a Samsung product to be fair.
