      Before you hit record, go into your Samsung Camera app's advanced video options. Wear your Galaxy Buds2 Pro and tap the 360 audio recording toggle. Now you're ready to record 3D sound.

          Having bought the original Galaxy Buds, Galaxy Buds Pro and now this latest version of the Pro Samsung has come as close to audio perfection I have heard for any TWS. These best the Sony Linkbuds S, WF-1000XM3, Technics AZ60, Soundcore A40, Liberty 2 Pro, Sennheiser MTW, and Status In Between Pro among several other TWS, all purely from an audio (music) perspective. These offer a nice deep powerfully sub-bass, and from there excellent linear progression from the mid-bass to treble. They ahve great detail and offer a nice 3D (this is without using the 3D audio feature) presentation of your music with a good size sound stage. If you love sound tracks from Hans Zimmer these will be an absolute delight and they handle Jazz and classic rock with equal aplomb. Outside of their audio prowess, they have ANC that is good but behind Sony. It is much better than the original GBPro model though! The ambient mode is quite a bit behind the Sony Linkbuds S though, its OK but not great. Comfort wise these are as good as the Linkbuds S which until these arrived were my most comfortable TWS. These also have much better tips than the original GBPro so are a huge step up over the original model. The app aside from a few new settings specific to this model has the same limitations and features as past models. I do wish Samsung would give users the ability to setthwir own EQ settings. The new experimental feature for volume work very well as I now can tap my ear to increase or decrease the volume which I find to be a good compromise on their default gesture configurations allow me to mange everything from the TWS which I think is a must in this day and age. If you have a newer Samsung phone the scalable codec is a true delight to use, so much easier and more reliable than products relying on LDAC. But you have to have a new enough Samsung phone to use this wonderful codec. For non Samsung users you will be limited to AAc or SBC which does lower the detail of the sound. But the over all sound signature remains intact so will give similar but slightly lower quality sound. Without having the ability to A/B extensively most would not really notice a difference. I am very happy with this new model, Samsung has exceeded my expectations for audio quality. Now if they can tackle the battery life and make it slightly more customizable for controls and EQ they will go from a 4 to an easy 5!

          The noise Cancelling stopped working 3 months after purchase. I owned the Original Samsung Galaxy Buds and enjoyed them. I have an Iphone, but they provided a Galaxy Buds Manager app for my PC to make software updates and address any issues. I assumed (I know... my mistake for assuming a company would ever do something good for a customer) that the new Buds 2 Pro would also be compatible with this windows PC application. It is not... They actually made the new product compatible with less applications, So now that my 'Buds2 Pro's noise cancellation does not seem to work anymore, I can't do anything about it (3 months after purchase)

          I bought these buds a few weeks ago because u have always used cheaper earbuds and decided to splurge a little. I am disappointed in my purchase as these buds are so large and hurt my ears after an hour of use. I tried to wear them a couple times and they don't seem to get any more comfortable, so I have them sitting in my drawer and have gone back to wearing my cheaper no name earbuds. The sound is great but thats all I have to say. I can't even get in contact with Samsung to see if I can return them because email isn't working because of high demand so they tell you to contact live support and that doesn't work either because of high demand of calls.

          I'm extremely frustrated with Samsung because I still haven't received my Bud's 2 Pro, and it's been almost a month since I placed the order. I gave a one-star rating because I received an email to write a review for the product that they haven't even shipped yet. I was shocked to find out that my buds were supposed to be included in my February 2nd order. Despite being told on the phone that they would arrive on February 23rd, I still haven't received them. Now, I've been invited to write a review again, but all I want is for Samsung to send me my order. I'm disappointed in Samsung's lack of updates and failure to keep their promises.

          I've had these ear buds for a few short months, and I wouldn't purchase them again. I'm a Samsung Galaxy person through and through, but yowza, these need to be way better. The ear buds fall out of the ears on a consistent basis, they also aren't designed to fit smaller ears or all ear types at that. Lastly, the background noise, nothing like having two people both wearing them and chatting on the phone...something as simple as one person running water or scratching their head, sounds like being a the blade of a volcano erupting...awful product.doeant matter if they are on sound proof or not, still sounds awful, it hurts the ears, and is Intolerable at times. Waste of money, I would not recommend buying these at all.

          the buds sound good, but they don't stay in my ears very well! I have to keep adjusting them! The biggest problem that i have with them is that the matte, rubbery coating of the charging case is wearing off, and i just had them barely a month! Samsung won't help me for they say it is not covered under warrenty, for they say it is general wear! they are supposed to do that! I have never heard that before! with that service, I feel like going back to team "A"!

          We don't always want to hear what is happening in the next room sometimes we just want to hear what is going on beside us. I used to have the Buds2 but it went into water and broke down, so I bought Buds2 pro and arrived today but it is missing a very useful and important feature which is controlling the ambient sound volume. I wonder if this feature will come in future updates.

          I bought the Buds and they are the worst product ever. Took it to Samsung and they cleaned it and said no problem with the device. It slips off your ear makes beeping sounds and so many isssue. Been a Samsung loyalist with all my products and also an advocate for Samsung over other products. My family now has more of Samsung products. The store won't repair or exchange it when I went in with the warrenty on. I'm personally jumping shp, (been with Samsung to long to be considered loyal customer). My advise is do your research and AT ALL COST, DO NOT BUY ANY SAMSUNG EARPHONE PRODUCT. You'll Thank me later.

But after using for a while now, I can say it's a definite improvement and offers a wide variety of features for the audiophiles. Good ANC, amazing mic quality and audio quality are what stood out for me so far!

          I have bought this ear bud for a month and I am satisfied with it's sound quaqlity and noise cancelling feature, BBBut the design is strange. it falls down easilly and it is disappointing. I have to sanitize it with cleanser several times a day. I am worried about loosing them also. as one time it dropped down of my ear on the mall and I was not able to find it in the crowd. I was worried might someone smash it with their shoe. I don't know other have this disppointing experience but as a big fan of SAMSUNG (my phone, tablet, smart watch and ear bud) I guess I have to switch to APPLE in future. I wish I had not bought this Ear bud.

I already had the first-generation Galaxy Buds that had a perfect fit. However, Samsung failed miserably with the design of the Galaxy Buds Pro. It should come with a Galaxy Ear Glue Pro on the package.

          I am really glad Samsung decided to ditch the glossy design and the oval eartips of the Galaxy Buds Pro. These feel a lot more secure to hold, don't protrude at all out of the side of the head, and best of all, they fit so much nicer as they don't feel like they're about to pop out of my ear after the slightest bit of movement. The ANC works great but isn't anything crazy, and the sound is super clean and dynamic because these earbuds can get REALLY loud. I don't like the fact that there isn't multipoint connectivity at this price range and the battery life is alright but nothing really impressive. Overall, although the price is a bit steeper and they don't have some features that some competitors have, these are a decent pair of earbuds.

          I love the technology - the noise cancellation is great and I love the ambient sound function. The mic quality is good for calls and the sound quality for music is great. HOWEVER, the ear tips for this are horrible! I passed the fit test with the stock ones that came on them yet they fall out of my ears if I talk with them in or yawn. I had to push them back into my ears several times a day. The material they used for these is awful as well, I can't wear them in my left ear because it has been irritated since I started wearing them and still hasn't healed. I can't wear it for long in my right ear either without my ear getting irritated. I've been looking for replacement tips to solve this issue and read so many reviews on Amazon stating the same irritation issue. My husband tried them out for a day and had irritated ears for over a week. I shouldn't have to buy after market ear tips on a product that costs hundreds of dollars to begin with... the technology in it is of no use to me if I can't actually wear them because of the tips.. This was a gift so I can't return it so I guess I'll have to spend the extra money to find the right tips.

          I got them only for their noise cancellation feature but they don't block the noise completely also I have small ears so they don't fit at all. I'm not happy with them and I hope I can return them.

          Battery is ok, call is really good, other person can hear me nice and crispy and clear. Comfort is okay as well compared to the old Samsung buds this one are a little bit looser in a ear at least in my ears so I need to be more careful not to lose them. What blow my mind away I drive 18 wheeler over 64 ton and earbud was run over four times in total and still works without any problems and almost no damage at all

          I took these into a service location when I was having issues with the left bud charging. They said they needed a software update. We did the update and they told me it should be fine now. 2 weeks later the bud quit working. It is now no longer under warranty, and I was told my only option was to purchase a new bud. When you pay $300+ CAD for these you expect them to last more than 16 months. My next set of ear buds will be a different brand.

          I got these in August (currently May) and there is so much to love about them, but they have one pretty bad flaw. I'll start with what I like. Prior to buying these I had a pair of Premium over ear noise cancelling headphones and some cheap wireless ear buds, these are a major upgrade over the cheap ear buds, and a strong competitor with my much larger and more expensive over ear headphones, especially since they are way more portable. In addition to the portability, the audio quality is great, the battery lasts surprisingly long (I like 2 hours of phone calls or a whole day at work with noise cancelling and spotify), and I don't often run into connectivity issues with my Samsung phone or my windows laptop. I got these for with my Samsung galaxy z flip 4 pre-order and if you can get them with some sort of deal I would say go for it. However, I am not sure I would pay full price for them. The main reason being that they have a big design flat: they progressively slip out of your ear. I've tried every tip that comes with them and the problem still occurs. This is particularly a problem when I'm eating or talking with them in, as the motion of my jaw moves them out. I then find myself pushing them in. This is where the second problem comes up, because every time I push them in, I activate the touch controls and pause/unpause my media content. I like the touch to pause feature, so I don't want to disable it, but the tradeoff is having to deal with that. My recommendation is try them out while talking and moving around before buying. If it weren't for the fact that they slip out as you wear them, I would recommend them without hesitation, even at full price.

          Absolute waste of money! Sure they sound good and have nice noise canceling features but none of that matters IF THEY DONT STAY IN YOUR EARS. Like chewing gum? Like smiling at people? Like eating or talking at all? You like walking up stairs? Well you're going to get really sick and tired of having to push your headphones back into your ear after about a week or so. They're useless at the gym and on runs or anything like that. SO disappointed in my purchase. I've tried all the different tips they come with and even bought some aftermarket foam ones and nothing works. Ladies and gentlemen heed this warning and do not buy these headphones. Im switching back to my original galaxy buds and going to run these buds pro over with my lawnmower

          Not a huge audiophile but decided to get something nice for while I'm at the gym, sits in ears nice with airtight seal. ANC is fantastic cant hear the gyms music through mine at all. Charge last a good amount of time and the audio itself is very nice. Only thing I would change is a better mixer for the app and a speaker in the case for when they are misplaced. But 8 months in and they're the best I've ever had :)

          every time i put them on i have to take them off immediately to see if others can hear the sound i am hearing because it doesn't sound like i am wearing ear buds. This sound is sooooo real!!! the purple one is really pretty. the earbud also feels lighter than the buds 2, however my ears sometimes hurt after like 3 hours of listening. but every ear bud has this flaw. i need to mention again the sound quality is insane!!! special features: -tap your ears to increase/decrease the volume -it can detect that you have been lowering your neck for a long period and reminds you to raise your neck

          I bought Buds2 Pro almost a year ago There were no disappointing moments with them High quality sound, pro level bass, strong active noise canceling, great microphone quality, really long battery life and etc. Tested in an accidental drop in water (Buds and opened case), nothing has changed since that moment, they work as they should. Affordable, nice designed, so good - smooth - matte finished - high quality plastic. Fits in your ears like they should. Tested at work surrounding, were touched with dirty gloves with paint. A lot of different thighs more to say. I'm satisfied.

          These are my forth pair of "Noise Cancelling" ear buds. Had 2 pairs of Sony's. And a pair of Bose. All were disappointing...including these. Noise canceling is a gimic. I use these for they gym. You can plainly hear everything around you... Including the annoying gym culture, dropping weights, grunting and groaning, and these kids chatting it up as a daily hangout place. I also wear that at the airport twice a week... Yup, hear everything. Sony's mx3's have better sound, but worse noise canceling. These sound hollow to me!. Sony app is way better with an actual EQ.

          The sound and fit of these ear buds are amazing but the touch sensitivity completely destroys the listening experience. Phone calls are dropped and music is paused with the slightest tough or adjustment of the ear buds. There should be a small button on the buds that actually requires to be pushed in. I would not buy these again.

          I have owned bluetooth audio earbuds for music playback, since the mid 2000s. I currently own 8 different set of bluetooth audio headsets from many brands. The galaxy buds 2 pro are my favourite and preferred set because of the balance of good audio, fit, and noise cancellation. I have previously owned a Buds plus and buds 2. The samsung headsets have been the only one to stay in my ear. Most other headsets have too much circuitry creating a body that hangs outside the ears and creates weight. The important thing is to put on the right ear tip. I always thought I was small, but when I switched to the medium ear tips on the buds 2 pro, the fit and noise isolation has been excellent. noise cancellation: I no longer travel with over-the-ear headsets. They take up too much space. The buds 2 pro are more than adequate for a transcontinental flight. They block out most of the noise and recharges quickly so there is little downtime. Don't expect full headset noise cancellation. These are still buds, but they do a good enough job. sound quality: I'm not sure why people complain about the sound. It's rich and balanced. Far better than my old buds plus, and a noticeable step up from my buds 2 call quality: it's not great. That's why I took one star off. All Samsung needs to do is take the mic from the buds FE and add the sound quality from the buds 2 pro, and they would have a nearly perfect headset price: I bought these at launch for around $120 USD and they regularly go on sale near that price. There are simply no other headset that can match. A competitor's "pro" headset are very close in performance, but 50-75% more expensive. I'd rather get a buds 2 pro, and a pair of buds FE for that price.

          Always falls out of my ears. I've only used them about 5 times after purchasing them over 2 months ago. They are just table decorations right now. Tried all sizes but none of the seem to keep the ear buds from popping out of my ear. Great noise canceling though, last about 1 to 2 minutes before they begin to slide out and eventually fall off. Checked online and apparently it's a popular complaint and many peoplle just buy replacement buds because the ones provided never fit. Gave features a 3/5 because i haven't used it long enough to learn them all

          Earlier this year when I purchased my Samsung Galaxy phone, I received a discount coupon that was sent to me via email. A few weeks back (in mid-November, 2022) I placed an order online for Galaxy Buds 2 Pro and I applied that coupon ONLINE on Samsung Website. The Samsung Canada website accepted the order also charged my credit card and sent me a confirmation email. The website also asked me if I want the product to be shipped to my address or if I want to pick it up from a store. I selected the store located inside Scarborough Town center as my pick-up location. All this time it showed that my coupon is valid and applicable. The next morning, I received a pickup confirmation email and also a call from the store and I was told that my headphones were ready for pickup. That evening I went to pick it up and the store manager refused to give me the headphone and canceled my order. He gave hilarious explanations that Samsung works differently online and in-store, and this coupon that I applied online cannot be used in-store. I told him that I applied the coupon ONLINE and the system gave me the option to select a pick up location. I simply followed the instruction, paid for my headphones, and came to the store to ONLY pick up. Anyways, the store assistant manager as well as his colleagues at the Samsung Experience Store at STC Mall gave me such a hard time, which I do not deserve. After leaving the store I tried seeking help from Samsung Live chat as well as the Samsung CEO's office and all they did is returned that stupid e-voucher. So frustrated and disappointed with the overall customer service experience.

Third-party ear tips can help but you may still be left with a poor seal and frequent need to adjust the headphones if you're doing anything other than sitting still and looking directly forward (I find looking down or chewing make these fall out). The touch controls become a nuisance if you're having to readjust them and I ended up disabling everything but tap to pause, which is still annoying but very hard to go without. I'm happy with the sound quality and battery life. The case is also nice and compact. The noise canceling and ambient noise settings are impressive, but suffer if the seal isn't equal in both ears.

          When I get a call and disconnect,earbud is connected but sound comes on speaker. I can't take sound back to buds,I have to reconnect buds by turning off Bluetooth.

          I always love Samsung technology and this is my first time writing a review. I love the design and its functionality, but what surprised me the most is that its durability. More than a week ago I have left one of the ear bud in my jeans pocket, unaware I washed it and put it on the dryer. It took few days before I realized what had happened. I recharged the buds and expected the worst, to my surprised it charged and worked as nothing happened, so impressed on it. Thank you for providing us products beyond our expectations.

          I bought this before release and received it a few weeks later. It works fine for the most part, except that after exactly 1 month, the buds stopped connecting to my phone when I open the case. I have to keep manually connecting it by turning on bluetooth on my phone or by opening the wearables app and tapping connect. It's so annoying, I can't believe that after only one month this important feature stopped working. Added to that, it doesn't connect to my samsung tv even though the tv detects it.

          I bought these ear buds about 2 weeks ago and was greatly disappointed with the sound quality as they performed worse than inexpensive plug ins. I tried watching numerous videos on YouTube to self correct the issue and apparently, the earbud fit test said "poor fit" on all 3 sizes of ear tips and the buds also kept falling out of my ears. So I now have a pair of useless ear buds that I'll never use again. Customer support said I called 1 day outside their window for a refund (has to be within 15 days), and instead provided me with ticket# and free technical support. I went to the Samsung store for technical support to use the offered service and they told me there was nothing they could do for me. It's a shame because I'm a huge Samsung user and love their phones and Smart Tag which work great.

          I am disappointed with the service I received from Samsung, I am a Samsung customer in my house I have my Samsung devices Washing machine, TV, Speakers, Telephones, and more I have always liked them because until today they had responded well to me, I recently acquired the Galaxy Buds Pro 2, and now they cause me connection problems, sometimes one connects, sometimes the other, and sometimes both without a problem, but it is very annoying to be connected and reconnecting. I tried to talk to the Samsung agents and the young man told me He said there was no solution at the time he tried them, he didn't give the problem but he was going to try to connect them to my phone and listen to content, he saw that the left one didn't work or at least I let him know, I am disappointed in this product and the service.

          So I was riding my bycicle over a bridge and my one earphone popped out.... I immediately stopped in horror and saw it laying in the middle of a busy road. By the time I was able to get to it 2 cars have already ran straight over it!! I was ssure that my earbud was toast but to my surprise when I picked it up it was 100% functional with a bit of cosmetic damage. This happened 2 years ago and the buds are still 100% functional. Just buy them!!

          Very comfortable earphones, excellent sound with impressive bass, ANC works very well. However, I don't understand why there's no multipoint connection technology. I have Bose headphones from 2017 that offer this function, and it's absurd that the best Samsung earbuds don't offer it. I'm deciding whether to return the earbuds or not, as it's impossible for me to work on my PC and answer the phone with my earbuds. Very disappointed on this point.

          I had my old galaxy phone (S7) for a long time and I finally decided to upgrade to the new Galaxy S22 and I decided to buy a pair of Galaxy Buds 2 Pro because my new phone no longer had a headphone jack. I really take care of my electronics, I had my old phone for 7 years, I'm a really careful person. Since I'm careful I skipped the Samsung care. But suddenly one bud stopped being able to connect to my phone?? I can't update the software for the buds because it can't connect to one bud and of course I can't hear out of that one bud. The charger registers when the bud is sitting in it but the bluetooth seems to be malfunctioning? I haven't done anything like drop them or get them wet so I can't imagine it's something I did. It's only been 4 months and one of them stopped working. That's really bad for the price point. I usually like samsung but I can't defend this :(

          I personally like this product better than other ones before, since it allows me to easily switch between devices, with no problem. Works well with my HP Windows laptop, and S24. Switches with no friction at all. (Sometimes unnessesarily) but otherwise fine. Got it on a deal, and do not regret it at all. It's even more amazing with 360 Audio. Never experienced it before. Beats spatial audio big time.

          Every now and then they work perfectly but they never fit properly, at least not in my right ear. I've almost lost the right one multiple times, so now I can't even use them for the main purpose I bought them for which is work. But 95% of the time they are more of a pain to use anyway. If they're not falling out the connection is usually bad on phone calls. The tap system can be incredibly frustrating, I've hung up on calls just scratching my ears and or skipped ahead while listening to a podcast. One of the most annoying things I've found though is that after buying them I find out that even after downloading the app to pair them to my chrome book. They still won't work with it. I really wanted to be able to run Samsung products with everything but between the poor performance of the buds2 pro and the galaxy 5 watch. I'm unlikely to go back to Samsung for anything besides the phone

          Battery life is so sad and have never made it remotely close to the stated run times, ever, and I'm not blasting them. Don't stay in ears no matter what size tip, drastically helped (but not solved) by aftermarket double flange tips. Bass response is weak, even in bass boost mode with an additional 10 band eq helping. If these weren't a freebe with my tab s8 ultra, no question I'd return them.

          bought these over a month ago and I was blown away, the sound, the quality, the ANC mode, just wow, will definitely buy another. One thing I hate about them tho, if you drop the case or even knock it to hard against something, the headphones come flying out and go everywhere, I owned a pair of Skullcandy's before these sand I could drop it and the headphones would remain in the case

          When I bought the Galaxy Buds Pro I was somewhat dissatisfied, I have to be honest, I found them too big for my ears, the functions were fine but they often fell out of my ears, however, this version is excellent, it has quality Unmatched and the noise cancellation is at another level, I already tried them at the subway station and they work perfectly, an excellent option.

          Im genuinely shocked at how good these are. Not only is the volume and quality good but the noise cancelling is amazing. I could not hear jack squat when i had them in i had to show my mom how good they were. Only thing so far is the transparent mode when someone is talking to you sometimes is fidgety it will stop the noise cancelling if someone else is talking around me.

          I purchased these about two weeks ago. The sound is great, connectivity to my Samsung S23+ and other bluetooth connections is flawless and they are very comfortable. The only material issue is the batter life. I'm lucky to get 3 hours on a full charge. Also, if the buds are in the case but the case is not connected to a charger, both the case and the buda die quickly.

          Loving the advantages of having a Samsung ecosystem with the buds 2 pro having auto switch it's easy to hop from one device to the other. Hopefully they improve the time taken to switch from phone to Galaxy Book 4 Edge, that's a little slow unfortunately. It's a nice and unique design idk why they went on to adopt the Airpods like design with the Buds 3 series.

          I like being able to switch between my tablet and phone seamlessly, and the noise canceling works decent. Overall I'm happy with them, my only issue is the sound volume starts to go down over time. I currently have them in the orange "danger" zone for volume and they sound like they're mid-level. Hopefully the next gen buds don't have this issue.

          I bought these last year and my experience with them has been varied. The good: The sound is excellent, with deep full bass These are also very comfortable for my ears; feather light and no discomofrt at all. The bad: The sound cuts off sporadically and momentarily, to the extent that it becomes annoying. I get the impression that the bluetooth connection is feeble; while sitting motionless, watching Prime Video, the sound will cut off and back on repeatedly, then remain on for a while. Of course, it cuts at key moments in the dialogue. While walking around the house, the sound gets blocked in some spots; I have a pair of JBL earbuds which do *not* do this. Battery life is *very* disappointing. I get 3 hours of use, with ANC and other snazzy features turned off. Volume is set to anywhere from 65% to 80%, depending on sound source. All told, I would not recommend these for the 'bad' reasons above, not to mention the lofty price.

          I haven't had the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro long, but they hands down the best buds I've used to date. Very comfortable and great sound. I can't talk as to the battery yet, but the anc works wonderfully. The fact that it goes into ambient sound when I talk is amazing, it's at that time that you can tell how good the anc works. I'm super happy.

          I think the fact that it will lower the volume automatically when I'm talking is the coolest thing, I don't have to take one out to hear my girl friend anymore, then it just goes right back up again. Bunch of other cool features, but that's the one that got me. I wish the batteries would last longer is my only gripe.

          the poor quality of this product is infuriating. So many times, I just get in my ear in very long sequence of connection/disconnection bells. It keeps disconnecting/reconnecting all the time. It interrupted important calls and had consequence on quality my presentations. I urge you to not buy this product.

          1. Buds are less comfortable. Can't wear them for longer periods(1hr) 2. The sound quality can be improved. The current quality for this high price is'nt justifiable. Either it should be cheap or the quality needs to be upgraded. 3. Buds design can be changed. The stick format is more appealing to eyes.

          Plain and simple - I've bought far too many Bluetooth headphones and speakers in pursuit of the perfect speaker. These ear buds are as perfect as they come. The balance of crisp hights and boom base is honestly best if class. I can't recommend these ear buds enough to anyone looking. Absolute perfection!

          They are good at sound quality, but it is painful to wear them! My ears was in pain after few hours, and it is not only my problem - my friend bought them too and he have the same issue. And it is also the problem to connect them more than to 1 device - the app is glitchy and flawed.

          The buds pro 2 sound good for what I use them for. I find the noise cancelling works well most times, sometimes some noise that I thought would be blocked comes through and transpancy has a white noise coming through as well. Overall, they do what they are suppose to.

          I have had these about 4 to 5 months now, the tight ear bud doesn't work at all and they have never lasted over 2 to 3 hours for battery life when fully charged. Very disappointed in my 300 dollar product. Trying to submit a claim has also not been easy to figure out.

          They are simply amazing. Excellent sound quality, very nice and cool features for your convinience and comfort. Very good fit into the ears. It also check how good it fits into the ears and comes with different sizes of earplugs which you can change if you need.

          I am disappointed because it doesn't have multi device connection. It's a premium priced device and it doesn't support multi device connection? I think Samsung can release an firmware update to add that as Bluetooth 5.3 already supports multi device connection.

          I have tried buds 2 before and was disappointed as it does not do noise cancelling well but with buds 2 pro that is greatly improved and now its really good. Not in the line of much expensive earbuds but within this price range they performed very well.

          Good user interface, sound, and features. However, fit is still terrible. Definitely smaller and better thans buds pro, but still fall out of my ear while sitting absolutely still. I've tried all of the tips and 3rd party tips...still a bad fit.

          The buds doesn't fit in my ears, I tried all the different sizes that comes with it and none fits, I reached out to customer service and I was told someone from sales will reach out to me to start the return process and nothibg has happened.

          Loyal Samsung customer here. Samsung never fails to dissapoint in making high quality products. The sound quality and build quality on the buds2 pro are amazing. Unlike the buds pro, these ones do not fall put of my ears and fit perfectly!

          I think the galaxy buds 2 pro have great noise cancelling feature which u cannot find in buds2. Its not quite there with the high end noise canceling earbuds but still does a great jobs for its price. I will recommend it

          Pros: I love the fact that it fits so well, compared to Buds Pro. Cons: I took out 2 stars because, I always get a "I can't hear you every time I wear it". I have no idea why, but I might have to look into the settings.

          I bought the device over a year ago and it's been super nice. It spent about 10mins in the laundry washer before i realized it was yet. All I needed to do was dry out the water as much as possible and it still works fine

          Best buds in the market. The ANC works perfectly and sound quality is superb. The mics work very well curing calls to focus on the voice and keep noise out. They are very lightweight and super comfortable in the ears.

          Bought these with the Galaxy 24+ and they work really well. I have used a couple of wireless airbuds in the past but these galaxy earbuds pro does provide good sound quality along with decent noise canceling features.

          You cannot currently add Samsung Care Plus to this after the fact as this product number is not in the system. I sat on live chat for 5 hrs and phone chat for 1 hr and its absolutely terrible customer service.

          The sound, noise cancelling, and ambient rivals over the ear headphones. However these are light, and comfortable. I just got them, but feel comfortable running and even laying on my side in bed. Well done.

          They sound better then the orginal buds pro; however, personally they dont fit as well in my ears even with the different ends. If they fit as well as the orginal i wouldve gave it 5, but it doesnt for me.
