We bought this @ a high Appliances Canada in Ottawa , the stove and all other appliances were delivered in August 2021... less than two years later the Range stop working, getting the FO "Code of death"; Samsung basically said you are on your own after 1 year and the store basically told us that they sell products , don't repair them! We paid a technician which after 2 seconds said, "yep, a mother board is fried but you have to change all 3, about $1200 + labor, you better option is to buy something that is NOT Samsung" more than a week later he called me and said he couldn't quote the job as Samsung's part's are on back-order!

We have had this range now for 6 months, it works well but there are a couple of issues that we don’t like 1. You can just lean against the stove to turn on the top burners, you don’t even know you are doing it, I consider it a safety issue 2. The top scratches very easily, we are very careful with the pots we use, but nevertheless in 6 months we have several scratches on this stove.

Received this beautiful range mid-december 2021. It is awesome looking and we enjoyed it for 2 weeks. We started seeing some marks that looked like liquid spilling on the induction stove even if we took extreme car of it. On January 1st 2022, we turned on the induction cooktop to see a "flash" followed by a loud "bang". The oven is displaying C-F0 error code and the cooktop is not even turning on. I an very dissapointed in the quality of this $3000 range! This should not happen. After staying on the line with a customer service representative, I got told that someone from service department will call me within 48 hours. I'll update my review depending on how the rest of the story goes....

I was so disappointed about the quality of this stove and samsung services. I had two televisions with Samsung and it’s worked great and I am happy with the quality then I think maybe I can try the stove. So I bought this stove end of March this year and the Glass is cracked, i was so surprised about that, and I didn’t use them in a wrong way. So I contact the service department and they said it’s not covered by warranty and I need pay to fix it. It’s like i spent 2k and bought a garbage and totally waste money. I am so upset for that and very disappointed by this quality and I would never ever buy any Samsung products!

4 months after buying new the cooktop broke. Not only will samsung not warranty it the part is discontinued with no replacement. Now stuff with a stove that is unusable. I would not recommend buying anything from samsung. I went from thinking I would buy a fridge and stove from them to wondering if I will ever buy another Samsung product ever again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had never used an induction stove before ours was installed. First off, we had to replace most of our cookware. That was not a surprise. The cooktop is very impressive. It heats the cookware as fast as gas and when you turn it down, it is instant. Unlike a smooth-top electric, the surface does not get any hotter than the cookware being used. This makes it super easy to keep clean. Nothing burn onto the surface. The oven is just like any other high-quality oven. The exception is the air fryer, which we haven't used very much yet. Looking forward to that. We've had the stove for a couple of months and don't have anything to complain about yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i’ve only had the stove a few days but so far so good. it’s really surprising how quickly it boils and when its turned down, it responds just as fast. it does make a buzzing noise which i was concerned i wouldn’t like it. it goes away quickly as the pan heats up. the air fry feature made the best fried clams we have had. i would have liked to put my review in after getting use to the stove but since it comes with a set of pans, it makes you put in the review first, good thing i owned pans that work on the stove. i received compensation for this review but the review is my own. the compensation is the cookware, which apparently will take 12 weeks to get.

Glass top melted. Samsung would not honour warranty saying damage is aesthetic. Few weeks later range top crack while cooking pasta. Samsung refused to help saying it is out of warranty. An appliance of that price should last way longer than 16 months. Stay away from any Samsung induction cook top, you will be be disappointed.

i have installed our induction cooktop today. couldn't wait so i did pour some water into circulon pot which comes with range as part of samsung promotion. first thing i have noticed was a buzzing sound. nasty, mechanical buzzing. it's getting less noticeable as you lower the power of the burner. i have switch to the other burner to see if the buzzing sound occure again. buzzing sound have not disappear as virtual flame did. virtual flame is only on one burners of four. samsung, seriously???? for that kind of money? samsung website and promotional materials wont tell you there is only one virtual flame burner. however the buzzing sound is a pain in the neck.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] why would anyone want to create literal fires in the home to indirectly cook their food? induction is quicker, safer and more energy efficient than any other technology out there, and this range gets you there in style. we chose this range for the added benefit that you have a true convection oven, so now our cookies no longer burn as they did with our previous stove. looking forward to juicer roasts once it hits thanksgiving. if there is one thing that i'd like, it's for one of the induction zones to be larger. but moving a larger pot to a smaller zone still allows us to maintain a good boil. i received compensation for this review but the review is my own.

Pros: the stove top range heats up super quickly! If you want water to boil in less than a minute, you'll certainly get it with this range! The different features like "boost" on the range give it the extra push to heat the item up very quickly. Cons: The air fryer function is not so good. We tried to use it to cook up some frozen chicken breast, but it was worthless. After 20 minutes, the breast was still warm at best and no where near being fully cooked or crispy. Overall, we love the new range. I just wish some features worked better.

I've been using this range for 2 months now. I have a absolutely no issues nor negative comments related to this ranges looks, build quality or its performance. I understood the oven may take longer to get to temp, due to the covered bottom element. Once at temp tho, the set temp is what it holds to! Very exact and consistent staying at set point. The top elements work great and heat very quickly and perform as should. The 11" large element is very helpful and unique, do to its extra large size. Works Great. I LOVE this range. PS - the large burner "up" lights are very cool and do generate comments as well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i had never used an induction burner before, but my house doesn't have a gas connection and so induction seemed like a much better option that traditional radiant. the stove top has been so nice so far! water boils insanely fast, and even though the burners can get the pan super hot, they also hold a very consistent heat - which is great for keeping things at a simmer (something radiant burners are terrible at). the oven itself seems fine and spacious - can't wait to try the bread proofing function. the only downside is i do need to buy some kind of backsplash because before i had a free standing range. i received compensation for this review but the review is my own.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i received compensation for this review but the review is my own. ive owned the ne63t8911s for about 6 months. coming from a regular electric stove, the induction stovetop and (regular) oven heat incredibly fast. the built-in oven thermometer probe is a great feature. my biggest gripe is the control knob locations - the right hand control knobs for the front and back burners seem to be swapped. but, ive gotten used to it for the most part. the air fry feature also takes a little practice to learn how to prevent smoke (an issue that im sure is not unique to this oven). basically, keep the inside clean to reduce smokiness. overall, i like the oven and would recommend it.

When we moved into a new house several years ago we were not happy that it had an electric stove. About a month ago we finally decided to upgrade the range. We chose the Smart slide in induction range for the added features of the boost and air fry. So far we are very pleased with our purchase and the induction stove top makes a huge difference when cooking. Much faster and efficient. I will say beware getting to close to the oven dials if you have the oven on and are cooking on the stove top. I kept bumping it with my abdomen and turning off the oven well cooking. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] overall it is a nice and good range. but no matter what you do that bake mode pops up all the time. even when i simply wipe clean the panel or open the door. it is very annoying and sometimes even dangerous as the on button can be further accidentally pushed while the bake mode is unintentionally activated. yes, that will turn the oven on and a user will not even know about that. guess what will happen if some utensils are stored in there and they have plastic handles and lid knobs. i wish samsung updated the firmware and had the interface locked until the smart dial is pressed to start accessing the menus. or any other smart way to prevent that baking mode go lit up every time.

Bought the range in March. So far it works very well , My wife loves it for baking sourdough bread. Even at 500deg the outside of the oven is not warm. I would like a few more fine temperature settings on the low end of the cooktop dials. For example more fine temperature between 2 and 3 for simmering. The only negative thing is the bonus lagostina cookware set. I bought the stove in early March and the website states that the bonus cookware is still pending coming up on four months. We are cooking with limited pots and pans as we assumed we would have a set of induction cookware by this time.

We are so happy with the range! It's a multi machine as it is also an air fryer, dehydrator, ect. With this you can throw out all those extra appliances (air fryer, ect ) taking up real estate on your countertop as this machine does it all! Well nearly, it's not a blender. This machine is super safe and very efficient, gets water to a steady boil in about two minutes. Do yourself a favor a buy this machine if you are looking for a new range, you won't be sorry!

first, we have come to dislike the burner sizes and locations. wish there was two large and oriented differently. the worst issue is that the heat is uneven. it obvious when water boils on the back of the pot and not the front. food also burns on the back side. it's been very hard to control cooking temps because it is uneven. lastly, the oven should have nicer oven racks as well. for the price i would expect pull our racks on a track. these are really hard to pull out and i nearly burn myself every time. overall i am frustrated with this purchase. took almost seven months to get as well.

Oven delivered in October. Within a week the oven stopped working and just put up error code C-F0. Went through the torture of creating a service ticket. After a week without an oven, technician 'fixed' the problem. A month later it was back. Technician 'fixed' it again. 10 days later, non working oven. After much telephone torture, I have a processed refund, but I've been waiting over a week for Samsung to call me to finalize it. I have to dispose of the defective oven myself, but I can't dispose of it until the refund is finalized or they won't honor it. So I can't get this thing out of my house in order to replace it. Been without an oven for weeks (during the holidays) but Samsung doesn't care

I bought this a month ago, I wish to mention the knobs are easily turned on just by leaning on them. It has happened quit a few times and we can easily burn ourselves or put on a fire. This is a serious defect so I hope there is a correction to this problem. Otherwise Enjoy my new range.

I have little ones so I was happy to see that I can lock the knobs and door when I am done cooking. The air fryer option is so smart. All I have to do is set the dial to air fryer and make sure it is the right temp and the range does the rest. A very healthy alternative to grease fried food. I am glad that I read as much as I could and got a general idea of what to expect. The first thing we did to get ready was buy new pans that would work with the range. I then got excited to know how beautiful it would look in my kitchen and how easier it would make my cooking experience. Our first meal was chicken in air fry mode. I love the way it is an easy turn of the knob and no guessing required. I also set it up with the smart things app and like that I am able to set things from my phone while at work. Samsung makes cleaning so easy with the self clean option. It is hard to mess up when it gives you all the instructions. You set it on self clean and it steams so much that it really does just wipe off the mess. I am very impressed with the range and have been enjoying my new cooking adventure. I just need to get my wife into Betty Crocker mode so she can start using the baking function.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the range is beautiful and works as expected. it does make a low clicking sound when operating, but i do not find this bothersome. i have a bit of learning curve with induction coming from an electric stove, but i do not feel that it will be hard to get used to. i really like that there is no heating element on the bottom of the oven and that the entire oven box heats up for more even baking. the holographic flame is a nice touch. so far, the stove heats up quickly, cooks evenly, and really does boil water rapidly. i recommend the 4 inch back splash and finishing kit to prevent spills down the sides of the stove and finish the look of the stove. i received compensation for this review, but the review is my own.

first the legal disclosure: “i received compensation for this review but the review is my own”. i reckon compensation is the induction cookware that is bundled with this deal. ok now for my opinion. it's the best stove so far. knob lights up when cooking element is engaged, virtual flame for the largest burner. bixby can turn the oven on while i am still in the bedroom. bake, convection, dehydrate, warm, air fryer mode which defaults to 425 degrees which is hotter than table top air fryers. steam clean, and no bottom heat element for grease to spill on and burn. i am in an adjusting period as i had to call support to figure the power boost feature. the oven seems to cook a little slow but i will figure that out too

We had to return the unit. After 6 weeks of renovation, so happy to use our new kitchen with new appliances... Not for now, the unit is showing A2 error message, meaning DC fan is lock or in failure. Cannot use the oven as well, saying it is too hot. Useless and very bad quality and quality control. very disappointed. The worst is we will need to be replaced by a Samsung anyway, everything is Samsung with a black stainless steel color, we cannot return everything just exchange the defective units. Try something else than Samsung, not worth the risk...

My partner was worried about it being a “smart” range, as he’s not very good with technology, but even he admits it is very simple to use. The stove top heats up quick and cooks food quicker than we are used to with our old range. The cooktop is easy to keep clean and looks so beautiful when it’s all shiny and clean! I love that you can air fry right in the oven so there’s no need for an extra appliance cluttering up my counters. I also love that I don’t have to worry about little fingers getting burnt if they happen to touch the cooktop while I have a burner on. That was a huge selling point for me!

My sister warned me about the buzzing and it doesn't bother me all that much. I also had no idea that induction meant magnetic pans! But my new pans arrived a day after the range, and I of course used them and it, right away! I think it cleans up superbly. No fingerprints or smudges. I like that I can lock it when my grandkids come for a visit. The large burner really seems like it's oddly placed and I keep finding myself adjusting the pan to fit it like the pan is too close to me otherwise. But all in all, I am very pleased with it. I love that I will have this wonderful stove for many years to come!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] after reading articles about the health issues with gas ranges we decided to go electric. we didn't like the old school readint coils because the cooktop is hard to keep like new. wow - induction is the way to go! faster than gas with even better fine control of heat, especially low settings. the air fry option is fantastic. i especially like the temperature probe that allows you to set the finished meat temp and it automatically turns off when the temp is achieved. the controls are familiar knobs up front so you don't have to squint at little icons. i already have a samsung smart things hub and the setup is effortless. i get alerts on my phone when the oven is preheated and when the temp probe has reached the desired setting.

The controls make perfect sense, and the displays are clear and easy to read. The only thing I don't like about it is the glass top is not as durable as an ordinary glass top stove with embedded heating elements. That's the version I came from and even after 20 years of use, only one minor scratch appeared. Within a week with the new one, the glass top has already gotten 2 (very visible) scratches. Also, the older stove had a printed pattern on top that camouflaged any marks but the Samsung is a very plain black top, so any mark (or lint) is instantly visible. It's a minor complaint for an overall great appliance.

we've only had it a week and it is an amazing range. we've had electric, gas and a convection toaster oven, air fryer and dehydrator and this is the all in one we've wanted. it heats up fast, and boils very fast…so fast that there is a learning curve since it will burn quickly if it isn’t watched closely, even just turning it up one notch. my husband loves to cook and he loves it! it is easy to clean and we purchased silicone covers. they work really well. it will keep the top looking new since we don't like scratches or dents. this range is amazing!

Installation was a breeze, it literally just needed plugged in and connected to wifi and it was good to go! The cook top is really easy to keep clean. I love how quickly it cooks food. I also really love that the whole top doesn’t get hot when in use so it’s safer for little fingers. The oven part doesn’t get hot on the outside either so I don’t have to worry about my 1 year old touching it while we’re cooking. All in all we love it! I see some reviews complaining about having to buy new pits and pans but we were lucky that the brand we had works with the induction top. We only had 1 pot that wasn’t compatible.

we bought this a month ago and love the features and the air fryer is great what i don,t like is the top scratches very easily we bought new pots and pans for induction cooking and still scratches easily we had a kenmore glass top range for many years and had no problem with scratches we got ahold of samsung tech person to ask how we could better use the stovetop and the person was not helpful at all great features but still haven,t got better answers about care for the cooking surface on top but think the rest of the range is awesome

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we tried a portable convection plate for nine months while our kitchen was being upgraded after a flood. while we liked the portable plate, it was loud. thankfully, when our samsung arrived, the induction range was quiet! it is a beautiful design that looks great in our new kitchen. we especially like the front knobs that indicate when they are on with a blue glow. the only negative experience was that the first range arrived on may 21 with big dents in the front and rear of the stove. the delivery company put it right back on the truck. a replacement was delivered on april 13 and it had no dents. 'we did get it working with our wi-fi. getting an alert on my watch that the oven is up to temperature, or that the food is almost done is a cool feature.

We've had our range for about three weeks now and haven't fully explored all the features. What we like so far: the extremely powerful main burner, the visual feedback on range controls and operation, easy cleaning, overall design attractiveness and the many advantages of induction over radiant electric heating, documented here and elsewhere. The buzzing others have mentioned is slight and, actually, my wife and I find it a good auditory reminder that a burner is on. Some have said the oven is small but seems more than ample to us. We do recommend purchasing some silicone pads for the burners as protection against scratching the glass on the cooktop. They're widely available and cheap insurance. I replaced a gas stove and cooktop, mostly for reasons of energy efficiency. After cooking for years with gas I was a little leery of the switch to electric/induction, but I couldn't be more pleased. The oven has been flawless in all its modes to date, heating quickly and holding a steady temperature. The pleasant surprise has been the cooktop! Induction is incredibly fast and the ease of adjusting temperature is phenomenal. Within seconds of changing the temperature setting you can see the result. Also really easy to keep clean, no burnt on spills. I have used it for all sorts of preparations, from stir-frying to simmering sauces, and I have no complaints at all. I'm very happy with my purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] "i received compensation for this review but the review is my own" <-- i have no idea why i have to put that to get the free pan set that was promoted as part of this purchase. anyway, i really like the technology of induction and having used individual cook tops before (nuwave) when camping and using cast iron, etc, i've wanted to bring a full range into the house. we've only had the unit for 24 hours but i'm happy with it so far. the induction circles are spot on - made bacon and eggs this morning on a rectangle griddle and it's very clearly working only where the induction elements are. a bridge element on a unit this expensive should have been considered, i think. otherwise, the oven did great making pizza last night and i think i'm really going to enjoy overall.

Range arrived Sept 18th, the following week while trying out the power boil feature, there was a loud pop, spark and the smell of burning wire from the fan at the back of the cooktop. Contact Customer Service error code and not working at all. It has now been two months and Samsung has not fixed or replaced the range. Terrible customer service. I’ve called twice a week for the last 8 weeks with not one follow up from a representative. Very frustrated. Would not recommend Samsung based on customer service alone.

good: this is more powerful than my last induction stove. incredible control and power. knobs are great blue-glow and auto-off fit and finish display on the glass top suggestions: remote control for range wasn't important. i did want remote probe control/monitor. my phone is not fully compatible. should have separate controls, and more probes. i've turned off sound so i don't hear the clicks, but now alarms are off too. turning off the oven when done isn't really enough. if this is hooked up to my wifi, why do i have to enter date and time every time i lose power? the front burner is very powerful and large, but it isn't even for my largest pan. disappointed that all 3 other burners are small. need a screen lock that doesn't lock the oven door so i can wipe it off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] had previous samsung induction that failed after five years. the new range does not have a lip that goes over the counter. new that, but would have liked it. also doesn't have a warming drawer, it wasn't available. the older range had virtual flame on all burners, not just one which was never clear in the specs. oven shelves are also not on rollers the way the older model was. those are my disappointments. however we still like the range just wish one would have been available with those features

I used to have a real slide in Samsung induction... It was replaced with this model. Everything work well but the issue is the height. Why is this an inch higher than the countertop??? The touch screen is also a bit of a pain as it comes on to easily.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i received compensation for this review but the review is my own. i am an avid at-home cook using our range at least 5 times per week. i've been loyal to gas/propane for 15+ years. we decided to convert to induction and get rid of propane entirely. although i've only cooked on it a couple of times, i am beyond pleased. the speed and efficiency of the induction technology is noticeable and surprisingly good. water boil test: we filled our stainless steel cuisinart 3.5 qt stockpot to the rivets with tap cold water, covered, set to the highest temp, and timed how fast it came to a rolling boil. propane (ge 5 burner, 6 years old): ~20 minutes new samsung induction: 8 minutes! that is significant and very pleasing. so far, i can't say enough great things about this range. highly recommended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] coming from a normal electric range, going to this induction oven is beyond a night and day difference. the heating, cooking, and cooling times induction provides is so much more efficient than our previous electric range. the aesthetics are modern and sleek. plenty of features to meet my needs and then some. so far, the burners are heating evenly and respond precisely. the convection oven is a new welcomed addition. some things i wish were different are having two big burners instead one and that it came with a gliding rack. not necessary, but things to add more value and ease of use to this premium product. overall, we are in love with this range. it has made our time in the kitchen more efficient, safer, and fun. note: “i received compensation for this review but the review is my own.”

For those who don’t know this statement at the beginning is required for getting the six piece cookware set that as advertised to come with the stove. I’ve only had the stove for a day but I have utilized it and it works properly. This is my first induction oven/stove cooktop so it is relatively new to me but I do want to say in my single use I love it far more than my electric. The Temperature control is nice and everything about the stove just screams update! My other one felt so out of date that this one makes me feel like I now have up-to-date appliances. I also enjoy the fact that I can check if my soul was left on when I left the house and turn it off through the app in my phone. It’s just a wonderful safety feature.

I've only had this for a few days and I love it. It heats so quickly and the burners don't stay hot. I was worried about the convection oven but then I realized it has a regular oven too. Baked brownies and cookies and both came out perfect. I haven't used the air fryer yet but that was one of the biggest selling points for me. I can't wait to cook and bake new items. Bought this two years ago now with zero regrets. Savvy people purchase induction over gas. Gas stoves can cause health issues and also produce carbon emissions. Induction does neither. It is 90%+ efficient and can boil a pot of water within 2-3 minutes. A gas stove is 45% efficient and takes 6+ minutes to boil a pot of water. There's no downsides to induction stove ranges. All of the pro cooking shows use induction. Don't let Enbridge manipulative you into buying a garbage gas range.

have had this unit for just over a year. love the look of it--very modern. however, there are a few things that make this not a 5-star review: 1)the cooktop and control panel on the front of the unit constantly looks dirty no matter how much windex you use on it. 2)the oven is extremely small. 3) the bottom drawer is very small. to make matters worse, the cooktop died last night and i'm about 2 months out of warranty. i've heard repairs could break-the-bank, but i guess we'll see.

I have not been able to fire this range up yet, awaiting site prep. The install instructions for this range are super clear. It is going to fit in my space (retrofit) perfectly. The range was great, until it wasn't. Less than a year after we bought it, it broke (just wouldn't power on at all). It is still under warranty, but after two visits from the repair technician it's still broken. It's been three weeks and now we are without an oven for Thanksgiving - and the process for coordinating repair has been EXTREMELY frustrating. At this price point we were hoping for a quality range that lasted for many years, but it appears this isn't it.

We haven't used the air fry setting yet, but being able to preheat the oven from bed with wifi and SmartThings is fantastic. We love making bread . Delivery took forever, but was a breeze the day of delivery. I'll update my review when I've used more features, but this is still new to us. We love that our food cooks evenly and heats up so fast!

I’ve had this range for several months now, and I wanted to give an updated review. I continue to love the way that the stovetop and the oven performs, but I have found that I really needed a second large burner!! If I am cooking a large dinner that requires more than one large pan, it is very inconvenient to have to juggle pan sizes and hope that I am able to cook everything at the same time. PLEASE add another large burner. If I was buying this again, I would probably consider another brand for this reason alone. I also have to mention the fan noise when cooking—I can live with it, but it is annoying, especially because it lasts quite a while after finishing. And one last thing, with the Smart Things app, I always get 3 notifications when my oven is preheated or the timer is done. Not sure why I get 3, one would be sufficient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we first got the oven, my wife and I quickly discovered that our cookware was not compatible with the induction top. After upgrading our set with compatible induction we quickly discovered the benefits of the oven. Instead of the traditional electric stove that heats up the surface to heat up the cookware the induction top directly heats up the cookware, cutting down the time required to cook the food. One example is that it takes less than a minute to boil a pot of water. There are quality-of-life features that I'm finding quite pleasant, such as the Smart Control feature, which allows for remotely controlling the unit. We use Smart Control feature to check if the stove was left on and to also turn off the oven remotely if it was. Overall, we are quite pleased with this upgrade and will recommend this to my family and friends.

i bought this to replace a gas stove due to environmental concerns. i was hesitant to go electric and researched induction ranges. it has exceeded my expectations! the temperature adjustments are instant. the glass top is easy to keep clean as long as you wipe up spills when they occur and food does not burn onto it because it does not get very hot. i am very happy with my purchase and i don't miss my gas range at all. highly recommend.

Be advised. Samsung appliances are poorly designed (from an engineering perspective) and of extremely poor quality. It is not a matter of if, but when they will break. I understand that this may seem like an overly negative review, but if you buy Samsung appliances, then it's on you. The reliability and durability of the product is substandard. So far, the ENTIRE cook top has failed requiring multiple boards to be replaced. Additionally, the fan also failed and required replacement. The oven light has burnt out four times (in 2 years). It would be a fantastic stove IF it didn't have massive reliability problems. Do not take my word for it, do the research. Samsung is not a good product. Spend the little bit of extra money and buy a quality product. This is something you want to have for at least 10 years and Samsung will not get you there.

I bought this stove 18 months ago and I was satisfied until now. I am a blind person and I use the SmartThings app to control my appliance. Since a recent update, there have been accessibility issues. I can no longer adjust the temperature myself. There is an accessibility problem. I contacted support (case number #296583980) and received horrible service, being told that my request was not supported. I am very disappointed and frustrated...

The stove is working well, it does suffer from being easy to scratch, but that's a fairly common issue with induction stoves. If you're looking to purchase, just be aware that the installation of the microwave + hood is not included in the installation fee. I bought this having previously used only Samsung appliances. Compared to the range I left in my old home I am disappointed. I do not like the controls and more important the glass cooking surface marks and is hard to keep clean. There are two marks on the left front heating surfaces that I believe is a fault and will never come off. I have contacted my supplier regarding this.

I must say it was challenging in the beginning because I had to get use to this new smart technology. I was not familiar with induction cooking, and had to purchase all new cookware/pans, but I am on my way to enjoying cooking like I never had before. A bonus is it’s beautiful, sleek looking and the centerpiece of my kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My only dislike is that, as an overweight 5’2” female, when I reach for anything above the stove my belly pushes and/or turns the control knob causing issues with any cook settings being used. Needless to say the lock function comes in very handy and is used every-time we’re done cooking. Otherwise we are super happy with our purchase! The induction cooktop is amazing!

I bought this oven with a microwave 7 months ago. I cannot say enough good things! First, I am a gas girl and was concerned about the induction cooktop. I saw some reviews that said it was easy to turn the oven on accidentally, with a grandchild in the house I was concerned. It is NOT easy to turn on the oven accidentally-you must tap the button, dial in the desired temperature and then hit a different button to start the oven. It is easy to inadvertently hit the dial but not to make the oven do anything. Second, I saw reviews saying it was hard to clean. I have had gas and flat top stoves and this is the EASIEST to clean hands down. Because the stovetop does not get hot it makes clean up a ton easier and nothing gets burned on. I have thoroughly enjoyed this oven and all its features. I love it so much that I told my husband if we move I am taking it with me. I am saving up for the matching refridgerator and dishwasher.

Gives precise temperature control for cooktop, boils water very fast, low cooktop surface temperature makes cooktop spills easy to clean up while cooking, has easy-to-understand digital control panel, has wonderfully wide array of oven settings from keep warm to dehydrate to bake to broil and many in between.

It lessens my cooking time by half. It is incredibly easy to clean because as soon as you move the pan the stove top is cool. Truly amazing! The air fry feature is such a wonderful attribute. It works perfect. I love this range.

Things I’d like to note for anyone else who this may apply to… the foot adjustments aren’t long enough for my setup due to the incline/settling of an older home, and I’m concerned about accidents/spills with the vent location being in the back of the cooktop.

I bought this in late February. My first service appointment was in September. My second service appointment was in November. It is December 13th and the whole thing died. The Samsung Care team in my local area is extremely challenging to make an appointment with, and I am so, extremely, disappointed and frustrated. Do not buy - find a more reliable brand.

I bought this about a month ago but had to wait for installation due to holidays. Looks great and induction range top is awesome. Have not tried oven yet but I have a roast to do for the holidays and like the oven temperature probe and the air fryer, etc. Black stainless steel looks great. Not impressed by this stove. Five weeks after purchase, while cooking for the whole family for New Year's Eve, I heard a big bang. The technician came 3 days later to inform us that the motherboard and the harness are broken... on a 5 week-old stove!!! Samsung wants to fix it instead of offering us a brand new one while it is obviously a defective unit.

Enjoying the new range. Glass top looks beautiful and quick to clean. So far we've air-fried chicken fillets and nuggets/fries for the kids, baked rolls, enchiladas and made spaghetti and meat sauce (tip: add a chopped jalepeño) and lots of egg breakfasts. We are always cooking! The heat stays in the oven which is an improvement over my last range.

Heats very quickly, and was easy to install and use. A great upgrade from a gas range, this is so much more earth-friendly and will improve the air quality in my home. We got this on Aug 2021 from Appliances Canada. In June 2023the Range showed the infamous FO error code and ALL 5 induction bruners stopped working. We called a Technician who said: Checked the stove and diagnosed that the unit needs a new induction module (inverter power board and two induction boards). Inverter: 520.09, left induction module: 530.21, right induction module: 493.40. Labour: 275 (2 technicians to do the repair). Taxes are extra. One of the board is a special order, no exact ETA. The other two are in stock. Must replace all three together according to Samsung repair bulletin Basically $2350 + tax with NO ETA!! When Reached the store they basically told me "we sell them, we dont fix them", and Samsung's reply was hours wasted on the phone/chat, case # after case # to finally get a pro-forma letter weeks later saying "sorry for the inconvenience, you are out of warranty" Thx Samsung for nothing.. I will never buy anything Samsung again
