I don’t even know where to begin. In just 3 years, this appliance has broken down 3 separate times: 1. The cooktop wouldn’t turn off due to a faulty motherboard. 2. The right burner switch stopped working and wouldn’t turn on. 3. Now, both burners on the right side no longer heat at all. And that’s not even the worst part. The oven doesn’t hold temperature when baking. For example, if I set it to 300°F, it reaches that temperature initially, but within 10 minutes it drops to around 220°F and never climbs back up. For the price I paid, I expected reliability and quality. Instead, I’ve had nothing but constant repairs and frustration. I deeply regret spending so much money on this product. Please Avoid!

This has to be the dumbest design and appliance ever created. As soon as you touch the screen the oven comes on. you have to hit stop to cancel and stop the appliance. Why would someone make an oven like that. No start button but here you go start cooking. It also lists features and modes that are not actually on the menu. So a lot of false advertizing on this one. Completely turned me off samsung appliances and products.

bought this range exactly 1 year and 1 month and the right front cooktop just stop working. Reach out to Samsung, I was told that it is out of warranty, soo sad for something bought 1700$. Had a Samsung range before that last almost 8 years and this one just made me change to something else.
