Fast preheat of the oven, and the griddle/grill insert seems very useful for a quick breakfast or searing meat. I love the illuminated knobs and the safety feature that you have to pinch and turn to turn on the gas. The dual oven feature where the upper one has a smaller door you can open is very handy so you're not heating up a whole oven for a smaller meal. WiFi was easy to connect and very nice to be able to send preheat commands to the oven. Additionally it will turn off the oven after you have entered the cook time on it this way you wouldn't forget to. Overall, a very nice quality range and oven, that feels luxurious and high end.

You can make dinner for the whole family in it at once. Then to be able to control the ovens via the Smart Things app is awesome. The duel fuel is great. The power goes out grab a tank and your all set. Love the sleek style. The double oven is a win win for me. Most of the time that is all you need is the half. But come Sunday dinner no more have to wait to cook different dishes. Everything will be ready at the same time. So with all that said I love my new beauty.

I think everyone can forget to turn off the burner and it reminds you it is still on. The dual gas availability is a great feature to be able to use natural gas or LP gas. I have had times when that option would have been great. The dual oven is a dream. the nice thing is using the air fry with only half the oven is very economical. Overall extremely satisfied with the range.

I really enjoy cooking so I’m looking forward to utilizing all the functions of the Samsung Flex Duo oven such as the duo oven, air fry capability and convection function. My previous range was basic so these cook functions should come in handy! I’m also enjoying the extra burner; I now have 5 burners, plenty of room to cook. Last but not least, the illuminated burners when stove is on is a great reminder not to leave the range on.

The ability to bake two separate items such as dinner and dessert at two different temperatures simultaneously makes it feel like you have two ovens without it taking up the extra space. I have also tried out the air fry option and it works very quickly and makes food extra crispy. The range is also versatile with the middle grill/griddle plate as well as the wok attachment which I haven't put to use yet but plan to. Overall I am very satisfied with the oven and love using it.

The ability to use the 5th burner as a griddle or grill and the larger burner as a wok is great enough but the real surprise was how often I find myself using the dual oven setting so that I can make two dishes simultaneously without having to worry about the temperature being wrong on one of them. The range also looks very professional and the light up knobs add a nice touch. I was initially worried about the knobs and how you have to press the button and push in however I quickly found that a smart and good safety feature with my old range I have accidentally turned a knob while working through the kitchen but that won't happen with this one. The Samsung connect features are also a nice touch being able to monitor time left when baking.

The biggest concern I had was baking with gas and keeping the temperature perfect for the more sensitive pasteurized I bake. That is no longer a concern. The oven on this range is excellent!!! I love the dual door and the flexibility to have a smaller space. I live alone and a full size Ives is not necessary all the time. The cooktop is great and very easy to adjust the flame to just the right temperature. You can even melt chocolate without burning it on the smallest burner. The air fryer function in the oven works great. I made some air fried chicken last night and it turned out crispy and juicy. My only complaint is the user guide… it took some figuring and searching to master the electronics in the range. Now that I understand it, it is easy. The app is pretty cool for controlling the oven and getting notifications.

It's just my husband and I at home, so we're not always making big meals that need a full-size oven. If I'm just heating something up or making a small side dish, I can use the top oven instead of heating the whole thing. It's a little thing, but it makes a lot of sense for a household of two. And when we do need both, being able to cook two dishes at different temperatures is really handy ~ especially with the holiday season coming up with lots of cooking and baking at the same time. It appears more rectangular and has a professional appearance. I find the welcome light very appealing; it lights up when I touch the oven, and all knobs illuminate when I turn them. The size and shape fit a 30-inch space with no major issues, except we had to reroute the gas line to bring the range closer to the backsplash. The display is brighter than my previous Samsung model. When using the main burner, I notice it packs more power at 23,000 BTU dual burner, boiling water 10-15% faster. The controls are more organized based on the mid-divider settings and connect more seamlessly with Samsung’s SmartThings app for preheating the oven and checking status. Syncing and registering with my home Wi-Fi was very simple and had no difficulties. Using only the top oven section saves energy and heats up faster. The air fry MAX function cooks food quickly and crisply, though removing the mid-divider to access it can be a bit inconvenient. The double-door design lets you open just the top door or both doors, which may take some getting used to. The soft-close feature works well and prevents noisy slams. The large front knobs are a big improvement over the previous model and are easy to operate. The black top is easier to clean after use and shows fewer scratches, making maintenance simpler. All controls are conveniently located at the front, giving a cleaner, more modern appearance. The anti-fingerprint coating works well, and the self-cleaning feature makes cleaning the oven interior easy. I replaced them not because of reliability issues, but to match the kitchen remodel and surrounding decor changes. With each model I have used, the oven has gotten smarter. This month, it became the 3rd Samsung oven, a Bespoke model with double-door openings (NSG90H60DRAA FS). The oven is more ergonomic and easier to use and set up. Several design enhancements over the 4-year-old model: the cooktop is now black, which is great because the previous stainless-steel cooktop was easily scratched and left stains. The overall design has more edges, giving it a more professional look. The control knobs are larger, with a pinch safety mechanism and a backlight. The control display is located in the mid-front section of the oven. The display is bright and easy to read. On top, there are 5 burners ranging from 5,000 to 23,000 BTU. It also comes with a wok adaptor for stir-frying. The FelxDuo, with its two divided sections, is the main reason I selected this model. A handle with a soft push notch lets you open only the front door on the upper section, completely shielding the bottom section. The door also has a soft-closing feature; it works very well and is convenient to use. The additional features are Air Sous Vide and Airfry Max, which save cooking time and add convenience. You can set and control pre-heating and other key functions from the front control panel or your phone through Samsung’s SmartThings app. This feature makes life easier. You can easily remove the divider inside the oven to maximize cooking space as needed. However, the Airfry function activates only after you remove the middle divider, which is a bit inconvenient. On the positive side, it does reduce cooking time. It is a cleaner, more ergonomic, professional-looking oven with smart feature integration through the SmartThings app, creating the Samsung ecosystem. I am pleased to be a part of it and enjoy cooking every day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife has been asking for a double oven for a long time. When I saw this new Samsung oven, I was intrigued. I had not seen a single oven that can convert into a double oven when needed before, and appreciated the flexibility it offered. The oven was delivered to our home and connected easily to the existing gas lines. Unfortunately, I had to do a little cutting of the shelves adjacent to the opening for my oven because (although the countertop opening was exactly the correct size) the shelves on each side stuck out a bit too far....not the fault of the oven, but it was shaped slightly differently than my previous oven which was slightly narrower in the back 1/2 than the front. This oven is completely square/straight along the sides all the way to the back. Takeaway: pull out your existing oven and double check the dimensions of the opening in your cabinets. Once the oven was in, it fits perfectly. The brushed stainless steel matches my other appliances beautifully, even though each somehow is a different maker Set up was very easy, and aided by the app, and connected easily with wifi. I do wish that the app let you preheat the oven from the app (allowed for electric ovens, but not for natural gas). You can send settings to the oven from the app, which is a nice trick. The app will notify you when preheating is completed, and also if the range burners are active/on. A nice option if you ever worry about leaving the stovetop on when you leave the house. Although I have not tested all of the oven modes/settings, I greatly appreciated the broad number of options. My wife is particularly interested in the "bread proof" setting which keeps the oven at 95 degrees. The stove top burners are powerful, and have different outputs. I strongly recommend you read the manual and learn which burner is best for which function--for example, the right front burner is the most powerful, and works well for power boiling water (and comes with a grate to hold a wok). The most unique function of this oven is the smart divider that the oven recognizes, and sets it to run with different temperatures in the top and bottom at the same time. I have briefly tested this, and it seems to work fairly well (though I probably wouldn't run the top at 500 degrees, and try to run the bottom at 200). Overall, this was the single most important feature I purchased the oven for, and it has met my expectations so far. Overall, I definitely recommend this oven as an upgrade!
