Worst stove ever. We bought this love because we loved the features. Within 6 months the 3 option burner would turn up to full blast on its own, even though being on a very low setting. You can hear like crackling when you turn the dial Returned it and got another. 6 months later, the exact same thing is happening to the same burner and left side front burner. It is extremely dangerous. There are a lot of reviews of the same issues so it is obviously a problem. Samsung do better. Admit its a problem and fix it. For the price I paid, this stove should work like a dream. 2 stoves in 1 year and customer service wont replace this one.

I just bought this last week. Right away what I noticed was that the door doesn’t latch which means I can only use the top part of the oven. Someone is coming to fix it in a day however looking at it And looking at the picture of it I knew something was very off…. The door handle is attached upside down completely. The top part of the oven and the stove top that I can use are amazing. As well as Samsung has someone coming to fix my door so thank you customer service. Samsung should just be aware they have a factory issue of quality control checking and everyone should check their doors and handles when it arrives.

UNSAFE! Range lasted just over a year before trying to burn my house down. Burners were repair TWICE under warranty for getting stuck on full blast. This final time the burners TURNED THEMSELVES ON while we were not home, melted our over the range microwave and started a fire. We came home to a house full of smoke and damage. Samsung refuses to help even though the technician THEY SENT reccomended a new range. Will never buy anything Samsung ever again.

I have enjoyed using this range and the flexibility. With it I have made some wonderful meals that look really nice. It has a lot of options and seems to do them well! But I can not recommend this range as 26 months after I bought it the upper fan motor went. I have spent 2 months trying to find one all over Nort America and have been told I would have to wait another 4 months at least to get one. Appliance websites have a waiting list for them. The lower oven still works, so it is not bricked by any means but the self cleaning, full oven cooking and top oven need this part. It is really too bad because other than that I have been very pleased with this oven.

I bought my new stove two weeks ago and i already have an issue. My top glass have bubbles from inside which you cant cleat. I called for technician no one showed up and they called saying your not covered. How awful is this service and worse company to deal with. I have one year warranty and no one can do anything for me to fix this problem. very stressed out and wasted my money on this stove

Works amazing when it works. We have had 3 burners stick on max setting even when set to min. All replaced quickly under warranty but warranty is only 1 year so looking forward to sueing Samsung when it burns my house down in the future out of warranty.

Bought a month ago and the 6”burner on the triple burner doesn’t work. Trying to get it fixed under warranty is proving to be unsuccessful so far. Three visits and it is still not fixed and the last technician is trying to tell me it shouldn’t work and that is just how it is…. Very disappointing so far for the amount of money you pay for it…

I've had this stove for a month. It scratches insanely easily and every last bit of water, nm food or grease, that touches this thing immediately melts on and cannot be washed by a regular cloth and cleaner. I hate this stove and I'm so mad I can't return it. I don't even want to cook on it because I'm tired of having to clean it every time with special cleaner or a glass scraper. On top of that, it's so streaky if you don't do it just right, so I have to use the special cleaner, then wipe it off, then use regular cleaner, then wipe it off, then use vinegar, then water, then paper towel very quickly to dry. Is this a car? In a month or already has cloudy spots. There's no way this cooktop went through any length of testing. It's the worst top out of any oven I've ever owned. I cannot wait until a couple years passes so I can at least get my money's worth before buying a new stove that isn't a shiny black dust covered, easily scratched nightmare to keep clean. How about hiring one woman on your team, because there's no way a woman designed this cooktop for daily use unless the goal was torturing the user.

We have had this stove for 3 weeks now and love it. I was hesitant to try the griddle on the flat top but it heats up amazingly and is such an easy clean up it’s a dream to use. The only drawback I have found is the writing on the screen for the oven do not have a lot of contrast and can be hard to see. I wish they lit up. I have used the oven as a single oven and with the divider and 2 separate temperatures with no problems. Overall I am happy with this product. 😊

The oven is high quality with many useful features such as an air fryer, dehydrator, bread proofing, and convection. It preheats fast, the timer noises is a bit obnoxious and can’t be changed. The electric range top is not as great, some of the burners take a long time to preheat and don’t heat unless brought to the highest setting, although this is typical of electric ranges.
I recommended this product.

We got our new home and started shopping for appliance, we looked and review other brands. We finally choose Samsung and we are glad we did for the second time. Our last home we live in for 10 years and had a Samsung range from the day we moved in. We never had any issues with the range over that period. Glad I chose Samsung again

We really like the dual oven. Being able to cook at 2 different temperatures is very handy when making meals. The only complaint we have is that something is not sealed properly on the stove. A watermelon exploded near the stove last year and ever since then the hot light stays on long after it should have went off.
I recommended this product.

I bought this s month ago and I'm not happy with it at all. Used the griddle and it chipped my glass top. Haven't even had it a month and it's not covered. Also the top stains really easy. Not happy with this purchase.

A great range oven if the switches last. I have list two switches already. Still using it but cost of replacement switches is expensive. Apart from that it is a great unit.
