This washer does more than I could ask for when sterilizing my scrubs! It offers multiple steam settings to make sure my clothing stays clean and even a cleaning mode to run while empty to ensure it works at its peak performance. During my first cycle using it, I had to come back to make sure it was still working because it runs so quietly! I paired it with my Samsung phone using Smart Things app using the washers wifi feature and the ease of being able to check the time left is priceless. I recommend this smart washer to everyone I know

I have had an absolute nightmare of an experience with my order of a new Washer/Dryer and cannot recommend. My first unit arrived heavily damaged and had to be returned. Several weeks on I have still not received a refund. In the meantime, I had to order a second unit because my previous washer had been removed. The second unit is currently not operational due to improper installation which was paid for as a part of the order. It looks like the only option will be to return a second unit also since I cannot get any help. I work in the Laundry industry and this does not live up to my expectations for a top of the line model from a top company.

Last but not least, it has Wifi and Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities has modernized these appliances. You can really schedule when to start your dryer after downloading the Samsung Smart things app to your smartphone. When you opt in for notifications, you receive reminders when your dryer load is finished, saving you the trouble of going to check it. You can't go wrong if you're looking for a top-of-the-line dryer. My husband and I have been completely satisfied. I highly Recommend this Dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a great dryer. Amazing navy blue color that goes great with my floors. Tons of cycles to choose from. We have mainly been using dedicates to help keep our energy costs a little lower. The best part is the delicates cycles completely dries everything in one cycle. My previous 15 year old front loader would take 2 or 3 cycles to complete. Maybe it needed to be replaced so glad that we did. It's wifi connected so you get notified when the cycle is complete. It does have a steam option but we haven't used it much yet. It also connects to SmarrThings so you can set the cycle on the app and track energy usage. Awesome upgrade!

I love the towel cycle because it has steam added to it to gently wash and steam out the towels. The only drawback to this washer is that it doesn't have a light inside to make sure that you get all the clothes out. It even fit on my other pedastools I had, so that was a major plus. I love how I connect it to smart things and get an alert when it's done, so I can transfer to the dryer. Since the washer itself is relatively quiet except the spin cycle which is to be expected. Overall I would definitely recommend this washer to anyone!

There are lots of pre-made drying settings, such as for towels and bedding, and the machine has digital buttons with a total of 19 drying cycles and 14 options that make it feel like a fancy new tech product. It also has 5 temperature settings which works great for sensitive clothes. I think the dryer works super efficiently and effectively. It’s also a lot quieter than my previous one. After drying my towels in the dryer, they were noticeably fluffier than my previous machine. I like how large the drum is with a 7.5cu Capacity, which is great to hold heavy clothing's. I highly recommend this product and would purchase again.

There are so many cycles to choose from. To learn this machine truly will take at least one dedicated 8 hour shift. I like the tub and how large it is. The tub allows me to wash more at once, cutting down my total laundry time. This washer is stylish, handsome, and definitely worth the upgrade. I did, unfortunately, learn to not close the door to the washer completely. I look forward to spending more time learning and getting used to this machine.

The Bespoke dryer can be operated from the dial on the machine or on your Smarthings app. The QR code makes it so easy to add the dryer to your app. The app has all the cycles listed there are over 15 dryer cycles that you can choose from. The most common one that I use is the Time dry . I have found that with my husband heavy work pants it works the best. This dryer is ADA complaint so I opted to purchase the pedestals for both the washer and the dryer.

It comes with a lot of cycles and a lot of temps, etc. so I'm not very well versed in using it yet. Upon first glance I was in awe! This set is gorgeous!!! Unfortunately, it's not a deep navy, or maybe it's my lighting, and the color isn't easily seen, which is a bit of a bummer. Another "bad" thing is the instruction manual. I was overwhelmed just looking at it. So far I'm sticking with 1 cycle, which is normal. I do love the black doors. They're opaque, keeping guests from seeing what's inside (but also you can't see either). It isn't as quiet as I thought it would be, but more quiet than my previous set. Overall, I love this set and look forward to learning it.

I received the navy blue color and it is really great looking. Really sets off the laundry room now! Both units have settings galore, something for every fabric type. Guaranteed you will find a wash or dry cycle for anything you plan to throw at it. One feature I am really enjoying is the app integration. My laundry room is in the basement and a real pain to run up and down the steps to check if your laundry has completed. No more! I get a notification on my phone when the washer or dryer has finished up. Love it! I would recommended this set to anyone that is in the market to replace an older washer and dryer set.

My husband and I just had our washer delivered. We enjoy all of the features of this washer, including the SmartThings app. It allows us to adjust our washer settings from anywhere in our house from our phones. It’s incredibly quiet. It cleans items I didn’t think would get clean, such as a dirty pair of work shoes. Washer will send alerts like when the cycle is done, and it fits very large loads whether it is a week’s work of clothes or towels and blankets. This is a great item to have in your home. Not only does it do everything but it looks fantastic!

The color is neutral that can fit any laundry room.I like the amount of drying time. IT can dry a full load of clothes in 40 min or less. The clothes comes out dry and de-wrinkled. It also reminds every time you want to do a load to clean the filters and empty it. Using it with Smartthings along with my other Samsung appliances makes my life easier. This dryer is extremely efficient and so far I haven't had to use more cycle to dry clothes. You are able to select how dry you want your laundry. There are also pre-set options depending on type(towels, bedding, etc). We chose to also purchase the 27” pedestal with drawer since I am disabled as it raises it from the ground so its easier for me to do laundry without bending so low. You can also use Samsung’s SmartThings App to control the dryer. You can make all your selections and send them to the dryer and start the unit as well. When the load is finished you can chose to get notifications when its finished so you wont forget you have clothes in it.

Our most used are delicates for clothes, steam sanitize for towels and pet stuff, and small load to wash a few items in under 20 minutes. The temp, dryness and spin speed can mostly be adjusted during each cycle. It is wifi connected to get notifications when cycle is complete. And you can even track every usage in the SmartThings app. Glad I made the upgrade.

The look of these will please anyone as they are just beautiful. I really enjoy the fact that I can use these with the smart things app. I can sync what kind of cycle I want to run before I even go near the machine, changing the temp, soil level, spin speed and what type of fabric I am washing. Then the machine does the rest by sensing how heavy the load is. We also opted to get the 27” pedestal with storage drawer. I am disabled and these make it so much easier for me to use the machine so I don't have to bend down so much, plus they give us a storage drawer to put all our detergent, fabric softener, etc. This machine is also extremely quiet. I don’t even realize that its running most of the time.

Many annoying aspects about this washing machine. Hot isn't hot it's warm and extra hot is hot all the way through the entire wash cycle. You also can't adjust the temperature on some of the different wash Cycles. It doesn't dispense the fabric softener in the final rinse so the fabric softener is rinsed away. If you read the bottle on any fabric softener it says put it in final rinse. I'm quite sure many of the annoyances could be rectified with the simple program update.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all this Washer and Dryer set is gorgeous. This deep blue color is not something I typically see and it just fit in beautifully with the decor of the laundry room.
I got the set but will review each product separately.
The dryer cycle are very quick and my ability to connect the machines to Smart things is a lifesaver. I am able to get an alert as soon as the loads are complete so I can keep laundry moving quickly. The dryer really allows the clothes to dry quickly and perfectly.
The clothes are wrinkle free and there is no need to press them after a cycle. The dryer dries my comforters really well and doesn't cause any lumps. The dryer is high capacity and can hold a good size load which allows for less time doing laundry. There are multiple settings that allow for clothes of any material to be completely dried.
I recommended this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As I stated before, this set has a nice clean sleek look. Asa with the washer, this dryer, seems a bit shallower, so it takes up a bit less space. I still love the unique color (blue). I know they can be stacked, but I set my system up as a side by side. Looks great. But if I stack, the one control option will help me (I am short). I think the Smart Dial looks and functions well. I have used the smart things app before, and it continues to be a great tool. Love the Wi-Fi connectivity. I think the steam sanitize and steam wrinkle remove are great! They seem to really make a difference. I never had a vent sensor before, but it seems that this is a great safety addition. The lint filter indicator is a good reminder to keep that clean for optimal performance. Delivery was perfect! A 20-year warranty never hurts either!

My wife loves using this feature too on the kid’s plush toys that they haul around the house and practically wipe the floors with them. The set together look great, and we purchased the bottom pedestals for both, and we love the look. A neat feature is the lint filter indicator, so it takes away the guessing game. Both machines pair up easy with the Smart Things App and since we also have a Samsung television it notifies us when the loads are complete. The Super Speed Dry feature is neat to use with the washer Speed cycle. The clothes are in and out in less than an hour. The capacity of the drum is impressive and can handle a king size light comforter and it leaves it fluffy and completely dry. Overall I recommend the Samsung Bespoke dryer.

I have 4 little ones and a husband that spends his days training at a gym so that calls for multiple loads in a week. The new closet depth size was surprising compared to my older models but somehow Samsung managed to not comprise the load capacity. I love the sensors and how smart this machine is. It can detect the type of wash and I can track it’s progress over my phone.
The machines are so sleek, and the Navy color is gorgeous. I went for the brushed navy and in person it is a dark Navy with it a elegant look to it. My family loves these machines because we have Samsung televisions throughout the house and the TV’s will announce on the screen when the laundry is ready to be moved to the dryer. The front screen panel is very modern, and the app is user friendly. Overall, I highly recommend the combo set of Samsung Washer and Dryer.

This is my second set of Samsung washer and dryer as we had previously purchased the set but sold the house, so we were in the market for a new set. Our laundry room is currently under construction, so we asked the crew to please set up the combo in our temporary area in the garage. I can not wait to move these to the laundry room. I would first like to review the dryer and it’s new feathres. The new dryer sensor has not disappointed me in the past month of daily use. I especially love using the speed dry for the kids clothes since it can pile up to multiple loads. For my husband I personally love using the sanitize steam option that aids the stinky smell he gets from the gym. I also love using that steam sanitize for the babies washable toys. I just ordered the matching bottoms for both machines and I look forward to the final look.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think I love the dryer more than I love the washing machine. The dryer just dries the clothes perfectly and it doesn’t over dry the clothes. I think it’s amazing that I can set the dryer for an hour but if the dryer thinks the clothes are dry, It will turn it off at 45 minutes, that’s a big deal which will also stop the clothes from shrinking. I also think it’s great that there is a filter warning as soon as you turn the dryer on. As humans, it’s easy to forget to change the filter, so I like the fact that it says it right there, “change the filter before every use”. My nine-year-old does his laundry by himself and I like that he’s able to open the filter, throw out any lens, and put everything back with zero issues. The kids are all into technology now so he was able to figure out how to use the dryer after me showing him one time. I highly recommend this dryer and the overall washer and dryer set.

You can create your own cycles and download and upload them via SmartThings app which easily connects and communicates with your phone via Wi-Fi. The Smart AI feature personalizes your cycle and suggests the best cycle depending on your washing habits.
The Super Speed cycle is perfect to wash your clothes and dry them under an hour. This helps us to wash our toddler son's favorite cloths without pushing his patience.
The capacity is great for our family. We can wash anything including beddings, towels and sheets within the same cycle. Everything smells good and looks very clean compared to our previous 3-year-old washer.
It is pretty sturdy and quiet. Our previous washer used to move after every single cycle which was a pain in the neck. However, this washer is rock solid.
I think Samsung did a great with this washer (and dryer set.) I highly recommend it!

I received the navy-blue color, and it is great looking. Really sets off the laundry room now! The washer offers settings galore, something for every fabric type. One feature that comes in really handy is the quick wash option, definitely helps when you do not have an hour to wash a few items. Guaranteed you will find a wash cycle for anything you plan to throw at it. One feature I am really enjoying is the app integration. My laundry room is in the basement and a real pain to run up and down the steps to check if your laundry has completed. No more! I get a notification on my phone when the washer or dryer has finished up. Love it! I would recommend this set to anyone that is in the market to replace their older washer. We have a large family and we do a lot of laundry and this has been a perfect addition for our family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bespoke electric dryer by Samsung has done the job and then some. I’m used to having to run items like blankets and comforters through my old dryer multiple times to even get close to getting them dry. The new Samsung Bespoke dryer completely dried these items in one pass! Super easy to run, and with the addition of the Samsung app, I can be miles away and know exactly how long the dryer has left before completion.
I’ve also always been disappointed with the lint traps on my other dryers… constantly having to use a dryer sheet to get the majority of the lint out, and inevitably, leaving some behind. This new Samsung dryer has an actual “closable” trap that is incredibly easy to use. Just pull it out, open it, and easily grab the lint to throw away. I feel this trap actually captures significantly more lint than my old dryers.
Overall, I’m very happy with this dryer and look forward to years of excellent service from it!

That is because this dryer is digital, therefore the setting to the dryer show digitally. I did have to go through the settings for a while in order for me to get use to it. I'll say for someone that is not very tech savy it does take a while for someone to get used to it. After I did get the hang of the settings and what settings I use the most I definitely love my new dryer. I do love how the dryer senses if the clothes are dry enough or if they need more time. I do love that for large items there is a setting to make it easier and faster to dry. A plus for anyone tech savy is the Smarthings App can be connected to the dryer. Does not take long at all to connect to the app and very easy to use on the app. You can view your dyer on the app and control it easily. I will definitely be recommending this dryer to all my friends and family.

I spent some time trying to get used to the different cycles on the machine and I love the way you can just turn to dial and it takes you to the next setting. It’s just an overall clean, sophisticated look. The washer is so quiet. You honestly don’t even know that it’s on when it’s running. I put my machines side-by-side and when the spin cycle is running the washing machine. It’s not shaking all over the place and hitting the dryer. I love how dark the color is, it’s not black, but it’s a really dark blue. The door is black, I just like the overall aesthetics of the machine. I was able to set up the mobile app on my phone after the second try. I love the ability to walk away and check the timer directly on my phone, also, while I was browsing the app, I saw the option to connect home smart devices like Alexa to the app. Now, when the washer is done, the Alexa tells me that my laundry is finished.

It also seems a bit shallower, so it takes up a bit less space. not sure how they did that without losing compacity, but they did. I also love the unique color (blue). I know they can be stacked, but I set my system up as a side by side. Looks great. I like that I can "Super Speed Wash", allowing the cleaning of a full load of laundry in just 28 minutes. I think the Smart Dial looks and functions well. It learns and recommends favorite cycles, so it is easy to control. It says it is coated with an odor-preventing antimicrobial treatment, and that is cool. This unit seems to vibrate less, and be quieter than other washers I have owned. I have used the smart things app before, and it continues to be a great tool. Love the Wi-Fi connectivity. Since I am side by side the ability to control both units from one controller is not a big deal, but if I ever stack that will be a great help for this 5'4" person! Delivery was perfect! A 20-year warranty never hurts either!

I have a dog that sheds like crazy and this dryer is removing most if not all of the "dog glitter" from our clothing and bedding! I love using the Samsung smartthings app which allows me to send the settings I want from my phone straight to the dryer. The drum is huge! our King size comforter as well as sheets fit inside with a ton of room to spare. When set on one of the AI settings the dryer will stop once it senses that the clothing is dry saving us time and household energy consumption! The dryer also is able to sense what setting the washer was set on then automatically set itself to do that same mode of drying. For example- when I wash the bedding on the "bedding" setting when I go to place the items in the dryer it suggests using the "bedding" setting. The Smartthings app notifies my phone once the washer and or dryer is finished and I am able to open the app and see what time they will be finished. This washer and dryer set has been life changing for my household!

I was blown away when I washed my dogs blanket and it came out smelling FRESH and without dog hair! I love that I can pull up the Samsung Smartthings app and apply the washers settings from my phone. This makes it super easy when you want to select custom settings instead of using the washer pre-set modes. The app even notifies my phone when the laundry is done! I also love that there are clearly labeled "max" labels in the detergent drawer. I am also a huge fan of the delay settings- if I don't have time to finish my laundry until the next day I am able to prepare everything and then select delay end of wash; then I set the time that I would like the washer to be done and viola!! No more musty laundry! Our king size comforter fits beautifully in the washer with ROOM TO SPARE! I highly recommend this washer and dryer to everyone, especially if you have pets! The washer and dryer both are doing an incredible job at removing dog hair!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new Samsung Smart AI Washer is a great upgrade from our previous machine. The fit and finish on the machine is top notch. It is physically larger and heavier than any other washer I’ve used with a 4.6cu capacity. This extra size allows for superior load capacity and sound deadening materials. In short, it will wash a lot of items very quietly. The addition of “AI” is a nice feature though I don’t see a lot of difference between AI and a good smart sensor cycle. The front controls are very sleek and allow for most customizations I was hoping for. I didn’t expect that there would be an internal light in the washer, but now that I have the feature it’s very helpful when getting the last item out after a quick spin. Also being able link the machines to our Smart Things account allows for notifications when cycles are complete and the ability to customize settings. Steam wash cycles are great when clothes are very dirty or sweaty. Machine is self-clean and overall, we love the machine, and it looks very good in our home. I highly recommend this product!

Prior to the new machines my wife had to wash my gym clothes twice and add extra detergents to make them smell fresh again. Now she runs the wash with Steam and the clothes come out smell free the first run. This is impressive for me as it now takes half the laundry time to get the job done. Another great thing is how quiet this set is. Our new laundry room is an open space next to the kitchen and the machine is so quiet that I sometimes must make sure the washer is on. We love the super speed wash for things we need back within an hour. A bonus is the Samsung Smart Things App that reminds us on the Samsung television via a prompt that the washer or dryer is done. The color of the machine is perfect. Originally, we had our eyes on either a white or black set but this Navy is very elegant and it’s very dark deep blue in person so it goes perfect with our modern black and white interior design. Overall, I highly recommend this set for anyone in the market for a new washer and dryer.

The settings on it is digital so very different from what I have seen on other washers. I did have to go through it multiple times to see all the setting it brought as well as to see how good it runs. After getting all that figured out I did find that this Samsung Bespoke Washer is great in all it's features. It looks great and works perfectly without any more difficulties. A definite plus for me is the ability to connect this washer to the SmartThings App. I have the ability to control the washer just at the tip on my fingers. What I also find very useful is the noise reduction of this washer compared to many other washers. I can barely hear the washer running it's cycles. A great washer that does an exceptional job at cleaning my clothes and those of my kids, a great Washer to look at just itself, and some great features added, what more can I ask for. I will definitely recommend this Samsung Bespoke Washer to all my friends and Family.

We used to have a 3-year-old gas dryer. In the internet they keep saying that gas ones are more efficient but I disagree. This one is very efficient. It dries the clothes very quickly. It creates a lot less lints compared to the gas one we has. It is very steady and quiet as well. We love its color too. It's capacity is perfect for a family especially if you have a 3-year-old toddler who changes his clothes 4-5 times a day. I usually use my custom dryer but the AI feature automatically optimizes the time and temperature to protect the clothes from heat damage and avoid excessive energy use. AI Smart Dial learns my cycles and it shows it as soon as I turn it which is great. With the SmartThings app that connects to it via Wi-Fi gives me the option for creating your own cycle. It connect with SmartThings very easily and you can download/upload your own cycle right from the app. It also notifies you when the cycle is finished. Our home didn't have the 30A wiring for the dryer. We had to get it done by a contractor. But, considering the efficiency in electricity, quietness, and the clothes coming out of the dryer like new, it has been a great investment and experience so far. I highly recommend it. This one is very efficient. It dries the clothes very quickly. It creates a lot less lints compared to the gas one we has. It is very steady and quiet as well. We love its color too. It's capacity is perfect for a family especially if you have a 3-year-old toddler who changes his clothes 4-5 times a day.
I usually use my custom dryer but the AI feature automatically optimizes the time and temperature to protect the clothes from heat damage and avoid excessive energy use. AI Smart Dial learns my cycles and it shows it as soon as I turn it which is great. With the SmartThings app that connects to it via Wi-Fi gives me the option for creating your own cycle. It connect with SmartThings very easily and you can download/upload your own cycle right from the app. It also notifies you when the cycle is finished.
Our home didn't have the 30A wiring for the dryer. We had to get it done by a contractor. But, considering the efficiency in electricity, quietness, and the clothes coming out of the dryer like new, it has been a great investment and experience so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Bespoke High Capacity Dryer lives up to the name. It has an enormous capacity, that affords room for the laundry to tumble in the drum and increase exposure to the heated air. This efficiency has reduced drying times compared to prior dryers of a similar type. It offers a considerable number of preset drying cycles for quicker options to dry. Within the SmartThings app, the drying cycles and customizations can be set up and sent to the dryer.
The autosensing technology does fairly well on standard loads, but more dense fabrics, including jeans, jog bras, and running socks often require an additional timed dry cycle to complete the full drying process. This is no worse than other dryers with the same feature. There is a built-in wrinkle guard setting that will keep clothes fresh and wrinkle-free after the conclusion of the drying cycle.
The only other drawback is the during of the light in the drum when the door is open. Even after turning on the light, it will time out before I have completed emptying the drum from the load. With a dark colored inner basin and no light, It becomes a challenge to ensure I have fully empltied the dryer.
As part of a set, the Bespoke dryer has a sleek, modern stye that will liven up the laundry room and add some life back to doing laundry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Out of all the dryers that we've owned, this is without a doubt one of the best ones. No matter how much you put in it, it gets your clothes done in no time flat. I remember that I put a king size comforter in it and it got it done within 45 minutes, completely dry and fluffy! Much better than the 2 hours that I had to wait with my older dryer. Looks definitely do deceive, because it has an incredible amount of power and speed. And even though it's an energy efficient machine, it's still gets your loads done without having to repeat cycles. Of course, in my experience it does its absolute best if you consistently keep the lint trap cleared out. What has quickly become my favorite feature is the steam and sanitation feature ( doubly so since I work in a hospital). I've been using it very frequently in order to help thoroughly clean our towels, linen's, frequently worn clothes, and the baby's items. On that note, I do like that towels has his own separate setting! It's the most common item that I have to wash in our house daily! But I really love this dryer, this is such an upgrade! I would highly recommend it if you're looking for something stylish, the navy blue is very well done and it's not too bright or too dark. And it puts in work. It's most definitely perfect for keeping up with a big family!

When I first unboxed, set up, and installed the entire unit I was blown away by the modern yet professional look of the washer. The unit is so premium looking and we were ecstatic upon seeing the final set up.
As we've now used this washer for a few weeks now our very favorite features include the smart aspect, how quiet the washer is, and how fast it cleans our clothes.
My wife and I never realized how great the smart features would be until we've now used them for weeks. You can schedule wash cycles, edit your current cycle, and you can see when the cycle is complete all from your phone. We love the notifications we get to let us know when to change the load. We also love the presets it allows you to customize.
This washer is so incredibly quiet and we've been extremely impressed at the efficiency it has. It's so fast and has so many different options for washing. We have personally loved the sanitation cycle, and the quick wash as it completely cleans our clothes within 25-30 minutes. It fits our entire families daily load so we don't need to have multiple washes to finish what we need.
I would highly recommend this set to anyone looking for a premium, efficient, and high performance washer. We've been extremely impressed and don't think we'll ever be able to go away from a smart washer again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone with a professional career and an active lifestyle, I was intrigued to serve as a product tester for the washer. The drum has an impressive capacity, that worked a variety of loads, including bedding, wintertime running clothes, and numerous pairs of jeans or khakis. The types of cycles that can be selected as quite extensive and can be customized fairly intuitively on the cycle selection dial. It also allows you to add ones used regularly (for us, Active ware, Denim, Bedding, Normal, Colors, Towels). The SmartThings app also creates an easy option to set up a custom wash setting and send it to the washer. The greatest test was running clothes packed from a muddy trail race; a heavy soil cycle on Active Wear tackled a defiant foe.
Unlike other front loading washers, this one is not designed with the semi-functional magnetic door latch that holds the door open to air out the drum. Being that the laundry is directly inside the garage door, our prior was always getting bumped and swinging open as we tried to enter. This model latches without the odor of a wet drum.
It is a sleek design and a modern look. The only drawback in the design is the door itself. After completing a load, the moisture on the door from the load will drip on the floor. At first, we weren't sure if there was a leak at the hookup or if it was from the door. Now we keep a towel handy for the times it drips.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Compared to my previous washer, this has more than exceeded all my expectations. The washing machine is very nice looking, much better than what is shown in the pictures. And the navy blue is actually a very neutral color, it's not too bright and it's not too dark as in navy black. And I found that I can wash a great amount, I looked at it at first And thought that I would have to limit my loads. But I actually could wash two Queen size comforters in it with no problem. On that note, it washes extremely well. I didn't have to wash multiple times to get my items completely clean like my other washing machine. The steam feature in particular is something that I didn't think that I would use so regularly. It definitely kills the smell off of fabric, and it keeps it off! Extremely helpful with towels, linens, and especially the baby's clothes. No matter how much you put in it, it is extremely quiet. There were times where I had to come in the laundry room and check to see if it was still on! A very new concept that I ended up really liking is the integration feature. It's where it let you know when the washer is done so you can put your items in the dryer. If this sounds a bit off-putting to you when it comes to the amount of notifications you get, you only get no more than two and that's it. You won't be too bombarded with alert's! But I have to recommend this washer, this is absolutely perfect for our big family and it definitely keeps up with us and our messes!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My laundry area does not give justice to this Bespoke 4.6 cu. ft washing machine by Samsung that it needs. However, it will be once our remodel is complete. I have stayed away from the front loading washer in the past because so many reviewers talk about the smell of the machine after a while and how their laundry also takes on the scent. After some of my own research I found that I really don't think I am going to have an issue with this machine. Before I even did my first load of laundry I scanned the QR code on the machine and it walked me through the easy to follow set up in SmartThings App. I really like that I can send the washer the setting for the load I am going to do . All I have to do is put the dirty laundry and detergent in the machine and start the machine either from the machine or from the App on my phone. There are a total of 24 washing cycles I can select at the machine or from the App. I believe the super speed wash feature is one of my families favorites! It tells me how many loads of wash I have done and even tells me when I need to clean the drum. ( which will help eliminate the smell people talk about). The machine is so quiet when running. I was having a conversation with my husband when it was running and he didn't even know it was on until I told him. This machine does not "walk" like my other machine did. It is heavy and stays in place. The set is ADA compliant , so I ordered the pedestals for the set just to bring it up to a more comfortable level for me since I will not be stacking the units.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had very high expectations for this product as it's one of the top of the line appliances on the market. When I say my expectations were exceeded isn't an overstatement at all! First and foremost they are so premium looking that we've actually received so many compliments on just the way the set presents itself in any laundry room!
We chose to stack the washer and dryer in our space as it's designed to hold a stackable set. I was curious as to the vibration noises and overall loudness that this set would create. This set is surprisingly quiet even when stacked. This is probably my wife and I's favorite feature so far as both machines are very muted in their noise. We've tried multiple settings so far and none have been loud enough for us not to be impressed!
The preset settings we've used so far are the normal, sanitize, and quick wash. Each meeting all expectations as to what they should accomplish and each doing so in a faster manner than our previous washer/dryer sets. The quick wash results felt just as clean as an entire normal wash cycle which was very reassuring. We really enjoy the sanitize feature as we have two small children that are out playing and going to school each day.
I think my favorite feature so far above all others is the fact that I can control nearly every aspect of the entire washer/dryer set from my phone. All the smart features work extremely well. Some of my favorite features include notifications upon completion of a cycle, scheduled presets so I don't have to enter in specific settings over and over, and time remaining on cycles viewable from my phone without walking over to the sets. I didn't realize how big of an impact the smart functionality would create with a washer and dryer set until using them for a few weeks now. It's actually hard to imagine using a washer/dryer set without smart functions now!
To summarize this set can be as complex and customizable, or as plug and play simple as you'd like. You've got all the smart features to maximize all capability, or you've got the simple controls to load clothes and start a load quickly. The set is very quiet, very capable, and produces very clean results. I would definitely recommend this set to any close family member or friend as it has exceeded all of my high expectations!
