I’ve had my dryer for only a year and half . It stopped drying clothes. The Samsung dryer stopped working from the garbage Samsung washer that flooded my entire basement.The product is horrible and doesn’t work already . They have horrible customer service . I’ve called many times and no one cares to help . It’s a nasty company . I would never ever purchase another product from Samsung . Please do your research and find another company who are willing to help you when the product they sell stops working right away . Read reviews and do your research . Waste of money!

I've had this machine coming up on 3 months now and the performance has just been frustrating! laundry comes out some fully wet and some items overheating dry, from the same load! this keeps happening. Additionally, items come out really wrinkled and wet. i find disappointment pieces of dust all over the area after each cycle. it's pretty, yes, but does not do the job it was bought for at all. I don't have heavy laundry and have never had an issue with a dryer (or washer) before, but the Samsung machines i purchased are an utter disappointment and frustrating. I can't return, but i hope no one else gets stuck with them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the samsung series 6300 dryer is outstanding! i had a frigidaire and it had good options and got the job done but this has the options i wanted and options i didn't know i needed! the sanitize option is amazing! we have a family of 7 (4 teenagers). our dryer tends to be used daily. the sanitize option has made me so much more confident that my clothes are clean. the drying is great! my favorite part..... when you open the dryer and a light comes on! i actually squeeed! fast cycles and i only have to run it once, not multiple times with my old dryer. the steam option is top notch! by far the best dryer i've ever owned!

I get notifications on my other smart devices when the cycle is done so no more having to check to see when it's time to switch out the laundry! The normal cycle works great and gets my laundry dry quickly and the refresh steam cycle will get wrinkles out of my shirt without having to iron it. I really like the large capacity of the dryer and the ability to switch which way the door swings.

I love the sensor dry feature as it automatically adjusts the time and temperature depending on the moisture level - which really changes depending on the type of clothes or towels I've washed. The steam sanitize feature does wonders for removing any last germs, pollen, and/or mites. I love that it gets rids of odors and wrinkles so I can freshen up clothing anytime. The connection to the smartthings app keeps me notified about taking clothes out, so I also deal with less wrinkles. The large capacity of the dryer lets me run all my large washer loads without running multiple dryer cycles.

Horrible dryer. Wouldn't buy again is Samsung paid me. This thing constantly stops telling me that my laundry is dry. Take my laundry out to fold and discover half of it is still wet. The machine says it has a moisture sensor well it may have one but it does not work. I've talked with several other owners of the same dryer and they too are just sick and tired of constantly having to restart this dryer to dry their clothes. These unfortunately came with the apartment that I am renting and glad they did because when I buy my next house I will definitely not be purchasing this overpriced boat anchor.

There are many settings including steam settings. The smart functions are very convenient and after adding the washer and dryer to the Samsung smart things app the notifications are fantastic. I love bring able to get a notification that my clothes are dry while I am upstairs and not near the laundry room. This is a wonderful addition to my home and it makes my home much more efficient . I will highly recommend this appliance to all of my family and friends.

After 6 years the drum cracked and is pretty much repairable because there are no parts available. I will never buy a Samsung appliance again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer needs a lil bit of work.... it does a great job of drying the clothes on the automated cycle, the second time you set it. It doesn't sense that the clothes are still wet the first time after you put the clothes in from the washing machine. I know it's not a venting issue, because I just installed this washer/dryer and I ran all new duct work up and out the vent. It's a "sensing" issue. The dryer is supposed to only dry till the sensors detect that there's no moisture left in the clothing. That's not working right. The second time, after the first 39 minute cycle is done, dries the clothing perfectly. I'm not done troubleshooting this issue yet, but I'll report back when I fix it.

There is a light in the dryer which is great especially when trying to find those missing socks. Impressed how quickly clothes dry. Love the wifi which alerts you when dryer is over - didn’t think it was a feature I use but my entire family loves it and you k ow when others are using washer/ dryer. There is a steam feature which I haven’t used yet. Need to read up on it and see how/ when to use. This is a gas dryer. No one loves to do laundry but with such a beautiful set it’s hard no to. I highly recommend. Plus they are stacked and the dont move at all when in use.

And like the washer, the scratch resistant feature keeps us from putting marks on it. The Steam sanitize feature is one of my favorites as it lets me add an extra level of clean to my wash and dry process. My family is often outside in the grass and dirt, so keeping our laundry clean is really important to me. With the sensor dry feature I am also confident the laundry is dry when done since the dryer can assess the moisture level of the clothes. With the app I can also manage the dryer right from my phone, just like the washer. The capacity of the dryer is very large too, so any load the washer can wash, the dryer can dry.

I’ll watch a tutorial. My biggest frustration is that the dryer thinks my clothes are dry when they aren’t. I have to fight with it to get my clothes dry by going back in and selecting timed dry to get them dry. Other than that it’s amazing. I’ll watch a tutorial on that or reach out to Samsung as maybe they can tell me how to bypass the smart sensor that thinks they are dry when they are still damp. Not sopping wet or anything like that but not totally dry.

Much larger capacity, and awesome smart features that mesh well with the tons of other smart tech in my home. Already considering replacing my aged washer with a compatible model so I can benefit from them being synced. Love the steam feature. It has already made this bachelor's life easier. Big fan of being able to add programs to the base settings through the app. Dries even large loads quickly and completely and keeps them fresh in case I can't get to the laundry room when it finishes. Highly recommend this dryer.

Not our first experience with Samsung as all our kitchen appliances television & sound bar are Samsung. This Samsung 7.2 cu ft electric dryer with multi steam and AI and the Samsung 5.2 cu ft washing mashing with with multi steam and AI are fantastic machines. We have full control on our I phones as well we can also turn off each machine from our Samsung tv. Having our 2 machines downstairs this helps us tremendously at our advanced age. Bravo Samsung 5/5 Stars for each machine. Especially for the following: Features Design Value Quietness Efficiency Performance Reliability

With the Wi-Fi capability of this dryer, I no longer let the finished clothes just sit! It allows me to know IMMEDIATELY when the cycle is complete! My favorite feature has to be the Steam Sanitize+ function though! I put what I plan to wear in the dryer before I go to bed and can activate the Steam Refresh function from my bedroom in the mornings when I wake up and I am READY TO TAKE ON THE DAY - wrinkle-free and smelling FRESH!!! I only received my washer & dryer yesterday, but I waited to wash many items till they arrived. I was going to stack the units, but decided to buy the pedestals and go side by side instead and I'm glad I did as stacking might be awkward. I setup the WiFi before using the machines and it's nice that they send me a text when the cycles are complete. Other than that, I don't remote start the machines as I have to be in front of them to load them anyway, so I probably wouldn't get the WiFi if I did it again. Both units are very quiet and the dryer seems to dry faster at a lower temperature than my old unit. I haven't tried the steam feature on the dryer yet, but I did on the washer and it definitely cleaned my items better.

I’ve had this dryer for years and quite like it, particularly for its size. I’ve had very few issues with it from a maintenance perspective - only issue is that the door latch needed to be replaced. However to be fair this machine gets lots of use as I often do at least a load a day on weekdays and 2 loads a day on weekends! Can’t make use of the steam function as the water line was too far from where the dryer was installed (I have an unusual kitty corner arrangement with the washer and dryer instead of the usual side by side) so can’t comment on that function.

This machine is so quite that it won't wake up my family and next door neighbors. Having a front-end washer makes loading and unloading a breeze. Having the ability to control the washer through my phone is awesome, saves me so much time on checking to see if its done with the cycle. I haven't used the steam feature just yet but I'm guessing it will save loads of time getting rid of wrinkles.

Second, there are so many settings, I can always have clean dry clothes within 30 minutes. Third, it is quiet, Fourth, I love that it sends a notification to my cell that the cycle is done. Which is a plus feature for me. I can actually use many features to dry a variety of clothes and actually dry them. My old dryer I would use delicates and my clothes will not dry at all. Now I am able to dry my delicates or heavy duty laundry and all will get dried on the correct setting. It actually has a bedding setting that I will be using for my sheets and of course small blankets.

i just love everything about this samsung dryer, it's one of the best i ever had. i like the modern appearance and how quiet it is when it's running. it's has so many great features and is very user friendly. my favorite features are the steam plus sanitize and the refresh. i really like that i can take cloths thats been in the closet for a while and quickly refresh them to wear. it is energy efficient and the drying time is custom to what type of load it is. i get so much more laundry done during the day, and im very pleased with this dryer. everyone in my household love it. i can control and keep track of everything when i'm away with the smart things app so that's a plus. it's a really great dryer and i would definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

the samsung series 6300 dryer is outstanding! the sanitize option is amazing! we have a family of 7 (4 teenagers). our dryer tends to be used daily. the sanitize option has made me so much more confident that my clothes are clean. the drying is great! my favorite part..... the steam option is top notch! this new samsung dryer is not only beautiful, it is quiet and extremely efficient. the dryer is spacious and quickly dries your clothes. there are many settings including steam settings. the smart functions are very convenient and after adding the washer and dryer to the samsung smart things app the notifications are fantastic. this is a wonderful addition to my home and it makes my home much more efficient i will highly recommend this appliance to all of my family and friends.

One little perk I noticed when it was delivered was it had braille on it and thats important to me since my daughter is blind. The sensor dry is great when drying towels and large blankets as they optimize the time and temperature of your drying cycle using less energy and less time. Smart Things app lets me control my drying cycles from my phone - no excuses for not getting my load from the dryer. The reversible door is perfect I can actually move my dryer back further now so I have more usable space in my laundry room. Not only is it quick and efficient, it houses Bluetooth technology and also communicates with my washer so I don’t even have to think about what dryer setting to use half the time! I love that I can control the settings from my phone and get alerts when the cycle is finished. The steam setting has saved me in a pinch when I needed my catering uniform cleaned and “pressed” last minute. This setting on the dryer allowed me to show up looking as if I just picked up my clothing from the dry cleaner. Also the fact that I don’t have to double or triple dry my large blankets anymore is more than worth the purchase of this Samsung dryer. One cycle and even my thickest blanket is completely dry! Would definitely recommend this to everyone I know.

I did my first load of dryer and oh my... my clothes came out wrinkle free, AND softer than my previous dryer. It was a little difficult to get it to open easily for cleaning but after a couple of times it loosened up and became much easier. This dryer's capacity is really large, large enough to thoroughly dry a king comforter without having to run additional timed cycles to adjust the comforter and eliminate damp spots. I have been extremely pleased and pleasantly surprised with how quiet the dryer is. This dryer is super frustrating. On the surface it looks like a great dryer. However, the moisture sensor is way to aggressive. Even when I put it set to maximum dryness it still stops way short of where the clothes should be. Who wants to walk around with wet waists and collars? Sure I can put it on time dry and go that route but what's the point of having a sensor function that performs so horribly? I see by other reviews that I'm not alone.

We bought this to replace a 8 year old Samsung dryer. At first I laughed. A wireless connected dryer.. Why would I need that? Im not laughing anymore. It's not amazing. but darn if it isnt helpful. How much time is left? Check the app. Do I need to rush to get things out, check the app. Extend time, sure thing. All very cool Its the little things that set a dryer apart. Realistically, a dryer is a dryer.

I then had to take the.product apart but was able to fix it relatively quickly, I am however pretty handy with tools. I do need to set the dryness level at the highest setting in order for the clothes to be fully dry for the most part. However, there are still instances where the clothes still come out damp even at this highest setting. I would then need to put the clothes back in and use the timed dry function.

I've liked Samsung appliances in the past but this is not a good dryer. Moisture sensor means it will stop drying while your clothes are still damp and you will have to keep starting it or turn to a cycle that doesn't use the sensors this technology isn't worth paying for because it simply doesn't do the one thing you need a dryer to do...dry your clothes

I love being able to put items on air fluff without having to worry about any heat damage but not having to wait for it to air dry. The dry times are super fast and because of the dampness sensor never over dry. My absolute favorite is the refresh setting. No more worrying about having to iron my husbands dress shirts ever again. I throw these in and the steam refresh has them perfectly crisp and way better then they would look with my lackluster ironing skills. I love using this for all my pets bedding partnered with the sanitize wash cycle. Everything comes out cleaner then new. Because of the Wi-Fi connectivity once you easily pair this with the smart things app you can control the cycles remotely and also receive notifications when the dryer cycle is done. Which is really helpful when you dryer is in the basemen!

Bad Experience unfortunately, I bought this dryer with the same model washing machine, the washer work good but when I tried the dryer for the first time it makes a loud continuous sound like a fast rotating motor, I called the the service and the technician will come to fix it this week. really disappointed with this purchase.

This dryer was brand new and we started having issues with it a year ago. It would sometimes work for awhile and then all of a sudden stop. Takes over two hours to dry sheets because it twists and balls them up into a heavy solid mass. Doesn't matter what setting you put it on -- bulky items, bedding -- or if you you dryer balls or not, or if we put in just a few items -- just one set of sheets. It is just a very bad technology and is extremely wasteful.

Ordered the first dryer on June 7th and it was delivered defective-drum rubbing on outside wall. The replacement dryer was delivered today- it also was defective with the same issue. the delivery people shared that they deliver for various manufacturers and Samsung is by far the worse.

The dryer does a good job. I find the wrinkle away setting has to be at least 30 minutes to work properly and actually get out the wrinkles. If you do a load of jeans, make sure tonise very dry setting or they come out damp. Love the size of the dryer- makes it easy for less loads.

The drum is big enough to hold multiple loads and the multi settings make it a luxury. I recommend for anyone. Very energy efficient.

Love our washer and have no problems with it at all! Dryer on the other hand has been a bit of a problem with the lint trap door as it has broke off. Then the lint slots are horrible for build up so after two loads we have to clean them with small brushes in the small spaces.

Would give it 5 star if it worked longer than 6 months. My wife loves it but heating element has already went out. We had a Maytag for 10 years and never had a problem. And it was half the price. Now I am trying to find a heating element and it looks like a have to order it.

Bought this machine today. I was hesitant to buy bc a couple reviews said "loud like a jack hammer". It's literally the most quiet machine. We had an older Samsung that I would have to close the door when drying. This one is so quiet. So far I like it. Really nice design.

I got this in our new house installed by the builder love it so far performance and quality is much better than the ones that I have used before I had always use Frigidaire and whirlpool, but this is far better than any other fridge that I have used love
