I bought this product almost 4 weeks ago, been trying to use to see how good or efficient the dryness is but unfortunately, it does not dried up some other clothes after a normal cycle which is 1 hour 15 min duration for a normal. Then I have to take another 30 min or so just to have my clothes completely dry. It will take almost 2 hours in average to have my clothes dry which to me not good, not efficient, and not effective. I would not recommend buying this product. It's just look fancy but the efficiency, consistency, especially dryness does not do the work.

This set was delivered about 2 months ago to replace my 20 year old LG. It wraps the clothes in a ball and only dries the outside layer. I carefully put each piece in by itself and after the drying cycle, I take out the dried items, unwrap the ball of clothes and put them in for another cycle and sometimes have to repeat again to get everything dry. It doesn't matter if it's clothes or sheets or the size of load. It takes me longer to dry a load of clothes than to wash it! I'm not even talking about the power costs.

I have owned this washer and dryer combo for 4 months, it’s been shaking since day 1, now the door is slamming as well during rinse and spin cycle, it literally sounds like an earthquake in the house if there’s more than a few pieces of clothing, Samsung sent a tech out and the tech claims because of a small dent at the bottom that it was “damaged” on delivery and they rejected the warranty.. I will be calling back tommorow, this is just rediculous, terrible machine and experience so far
