They delivered the damaged 500 Series Laundry Hub, and the hose creaked. I realized when I was doing the laundry that the floor was wet and the floor was damaged. I reached out to the Samsung support team, but they suggested I repair it myself for $50. They said,
"It's just a standard washer drain hose, not a Samsung part, so I suggest buying a standard drain hose from a hardware store and replacing it. This $50 credit is just a replacement since the hose is about $10 and you can get it at any hardware store."
I checked if I could just replace it, but it couldn't because it was connected to the laundry. I need to remove some covers to fix it. I replied again to replace or repair it, but they just escalated it.
They didn't care that I couldn't do my laundry. I'm really disappointed with their support. It didn't make sense to repair it myself, even though they delivered a defective product.
I also bought an induction range from Samsung, a dishwasher and a refrigerator from LG, but the induction range from Samsung had a defect as well!! Don't waste your time or money on Samsung products. Their support team is really stupid.

Extremely disappointed. The control panel on my Samsung Bespoke Laundry Hub died just seven days after the 1-year warranty ended. For a high-priced appliance, that’s a complete failure.
What makes it worse is Samsung’s response — no goodwill, no support, no help at all. They basically shrugged because the warranty had just expired. A machine this expensive shouldn’t fail this fast, and a company this big shouldn’t leave customers hanging.
Looks nice, but the reliability and customer service are terrible. I’ll avoid Samsung appliances going forward, and I’d strongly recommend others do the same.

We have an actual set that covers all clothes and household ware and this set if go extras like lien’s and animal items… both washer and dryer have a huge tub and very spaces for big loads… The auto dispense feature is awesome where you fill it up every few days that way most of the time all u got to do is dump laundry in tub and cut on. Another great integration with Al and SmartThings is keeps the whole smart feature alive. I can see on my smart things app of loads done or I can add additional 10 min for more dry or what have you…. Overall I love this set and I definitely recommend it….

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not only is the washer and dryer large enough to handle a household of 5 (three of which are growing school aged children), but it does all the thinking for you! I love the set it and forget it type feature where I fill the dispensers with my detergent and softener once for several loads. And I frequently use the AI OptiWash setting which automatically adjusts the cycle according to the fabric. No more thinking through which type of cycle I need for each of my many loads of laundry. And I really like the steam sanitize option too! I've also found the delayed wash setting to be really valuable. Instead of setting the time you want it to start, you set what time you need it to be completed. I set a load overnight and I'm able to put it in the dryer before I head out for work. So convenient!!

I enjoy using the Samsung smart things app. You can customize your washer and dryer to your need. There are many different options, including the flex auto dispenser. You can customize how much detergent and fabric softener to use. The AI feature is easy to use. Just put your laundry in and it automatically determines the level of soil and makes adjustments as needed. I love the steam wash setting for my whites. I feel like the clothes comes out cleaner. There is even a speed setting to get your clothes cleaned in under an hour. The control panel is in the middle between the washer and dryer, makes it easy to access and easy to use. I love this new unit and the color. I highly recommend it.

The washer and dryer talk to each other as well, so the dryer recommends settings based on the what you set the washer to in the last load. Very disappointed. Just used it for the first time and found the front door is wobbling back and forth about half an inch when it starts spinning. Also, it looks like - even when the door is closed - there is a gap between the door and the frame. Not sure if this is common or if just our unit is defective.
Also, worth mentioning that the unit is significantly noisier than our 16-year-old washer we've replaced.

Washer works very well and does a great job with stains in whites. Integrated control panel is sleek but it's way too low and I'm only 5'10". The dryer sensors are terrible - laundry only dries on heavy duty - completely negating any energy savings. My 10 year old dryer performed better. Confusing machine stamping - all the cutouts are there for a reversible dryer door but it's not reversible. Underwhelming.

We’ve only had this unit a couple months and so far it is the answer to stacked laundry appliances.
Drying our bedding and towels has always been a multi cycle process but this unit takes the cake! So far we love it and would recommend it to those considering it.
I also love that it can remind me to swap/remove the loads so they don’t get forgotten and become moldy.

Our Stacked Washer Dryer joined the Samsung Smart Fridge we already had and also the Samsung Smart Oven with built in airfryer. The delivery guys were great they used the braided hoses we bought instead of the common red n blue hose plus the new vent hose. Our utility room is already small and confined so the unit free up a lot of space so I could rearrange the room. The spot was perfect where the ONE peice stackable washer dry went. The delivery guys have never seen anything like this before and were also impressed. There are so many great features with the preprogrammed washer settings and the built in smart laundry detergent and softner dispensing system. I am still learning all these features and linking them to my app on my phone. I am referring this life save to friends and family who are short on time with their busy schedule.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first impressions were not great due to an hour long struggle to get the washer and dryer connected to my Smartthings app and to wifi. Many, many tries later and both finally got connected! Now being able to get notifications from our laundry pair is so helpful! We can send cycle changes to the pair and see current status or if there are any issues present (oops! I left the door open!)! The AI function perfectly dispenses the proper amount of detergent and conditioner for each load and even adds rinse cycles if the current load is extra dirty. This thing is amazing!
Drying has always been a struggle with our other laundry pair but this Samsung Bespoke AI Laundry Hub gets the timing done perfectly and even spins the load after finished to keep things wrinkle free. Seriously, where has this been all my life?!
I'm excited to try out more AI features and Smartthings settings as we continue to use this new innovation in laundry care!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently upgraded to the Samsung BeSpoke AI stacked washer and dryer and it's been a game-changer. Setup was easy, and its sleek design fits perfectly in my laundry room. The BeSpoke AI technology adapts to my laundry habits, saving time and energy. Its large capacity drum handles even the bulkiest loads effortlessly. SmartThings integration allows remote monitoring and control via my smartphone. The flexdry feature lets me dry delicate items separately from larger loads. The AI optimal wash feature defects how soiled your clothes are and will add extra time to the load for a more effective cleaning. If you are in a rush, do not chose this option. It can take about an hour and a half for completion. One thing that can use an update is the flex dispenser. It does not tell you when it's running low or when to refill it. This can mean that you wash your clothes without detergent if you don't check it!
Overall, it's efficient, intuitive, and has made laundry day a breeze.

I love the easy to use the SmartThings app and knowing what my wash and dryer is doing. The inside the capacity of each is perfect from small loads to bigger loads with blankets. The wash time is super fast and efficient. The interior looks awesome and so sleek. This is what you want in a washer and dryer. My old washer and dryer use to be load and noisy and vibrated a good bit with this Vibration Reduction Technology this washer and dryer is so much more quiet and does not vibrate and move.
The auto dispenser makes washing so easy. I no longer have to pull the detergent out all the time.
The stack design saves space and is still easy to access.
This was truly an upgrade for us from our old front load washer and dryer. The AI feature is easy to use. Just put your laundry in and it automatically determines the level of soil and washes accordingly. I love the color. I highly recommend it.

I like all of its features and its smart things app. Both washer and dryer is big enough for large loads. By having both units stacked, it definitely saves some space in my home. The unit is easy to control as the control panel is in the center of both the washer and dryer. I love the AI feature as it automatically determines the soil level and the fabrics being laundered and makes adjustments as needed. The flex auto dispense system is great. You can customize the settings for the dispenser using the smart things app. It has a space for liquid detergent, fabric softener and bleach. You can customize how much you want to use via the smart things app. There is a super speed wash and dry option where you can get a load done in under an hour. It's great for when you need something laundered and forgot to do it but need it the same day. I love the steam wash option for my clothes. I feel like the clothes comes out cleaner. I love this new unit, makes me feel welcomed to the new age.

I like the high tech features and the AI integration into washing loads. Setup was easy, I forgot to remove the plug from my old dryer but bought another one. I love the look of my washer dryer. After having some problems setting up the SmartThings app and connecting to it then it was easy to use the SmartThings app and knowing what my wash and dryer is doing. The capacity of each is perfect from small loads to bigger loads. The wash time is fast and efficient. The interior looks very nice. My old washer and dryer vibrated a good bit with this Vibration Reduction Technology this washer and dryer is so much quieter and does not vibrate and move.

Set up was quick on the smart things app. The scan option so the detergent will dispense per manufacturer suggestion didn’t work, I tried multiple detergent/ softener and didn’t have any luck, it can be manually entered though so not a huge deal. The best feature for my family is the automatic detergent dispenser. I can’t express how much I love this. My 10 year old spills the detergent every where and my husband drastically over uses the detergent, this stops both of my issues. I tell them both to turn on the machine and put in the clothes and I’ll take care of the rest on my phone. I have all Samsung devices and I love the smart feature and app. Best home invention. I was initially concerned about the size capacity being too small, however it washes all of the linen for my queen size bed in one load. The dryer uses AI technology to dry the clothes based off of the washing cycle, and my clothes have been dry every cycle in what seems like only a few minutes. A favorite feature of mine is the reminder to clean the lint trap before each use. This laundry hub takes all of the thinking out of laundry. I love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the unit a little over a month and I’m still learning all the features. Huge upgrade from our 10+ year old washer and dryer. The AI is neat but it’s clearly in its infancy. The unit manages wash cycles well but struggles with drying bulky items like jeans, bedding and towels. Those and other bulky cotton based items need at least two drying cycles to have them fully dry when using the AI suggested drying cycle. The dryer sometimes stops shortly after starting the cycle and plays the jingle that informs you the cycle is over despite the clothes being damp or wet.
Instead of fully relying on the AI recommendations for drying (for now) I’m trying the timed dry settings and adjusting the temperature. That has helped with the larger items. Despite this minor issue, I really love the unit. The design is beautiful and the single unit stacked system is great for small laundry rooms. It is a finger print magnet but a quick wipe solves the problem. I would recommend this unit to others. With all these units with a ton of bells and whistles, there’s a learning curve to maximizing the performance. I’m looking forward to learning more with time and also learn the smart things app integration.

I love that there are many wash and drying settings to customize the different loads of laundry that we have to be cleaned.
One of my favorite features is the large capacity drum, easily handling even my bulkiest loads. The Quick Wash cycle is a lifesaver for busy days, and with the Steam Sanitize option, my clothes come out fresh and clean every time.
The SmartThings integration is seamless, allowing me to monitor and control my laundry remotely from my smartphone. Plus, the fingerprint-resistant finish keeps the appliances looking pristine even with daily use.
One downside is that it doesn't notify me when it's running low on detergent, which is a pretty big issue for my large family that does laundry daily.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the sleek exterior design of the Electric Samsung Bespoke AI Laundry Hub. It fits perfectly into our laundry room. Definitely space saving. The inside is huge for both washer and dryer and can easily fit my larger loads. I like that everything is digital as well and it makes it simple to understand. The detergent and softner is easy to load in the washer for the auto dispense option. It's a really cool option to have so I don't have to worry about how much detergent is needed because the unit auto determines and dispenses it according to the senser. It also lets you know when you are running low on detergent. I like that the dryer auto sets to the correlating washer cycles. It even reminds you to clean the lint trap. I like the suggested connectivity of the Samsung Smart Things app. You can control some of the laundry hub settings right from the app. Some other things I noticed and liked about the laundry hub is how quiet the cycles were. The room where it's located is right inbetween my daughter's room and my office. I'm able to work/study and my daughter is able to sleep soundly without disruption. Also the cute little musical tune it plays when the cycle is done is alot better than a typical loud buzz most other laundry machines make. Overall I really liked the AI laundry hub and would definitely recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the Samsung Bespoke AI Laundry Hub to replace our twelve year old side-by-side washer and dryer. This unit is stunning in its brushed black finish. The 4.6 cu. ft. washer and 7.6 cu. ft. dryer are plenty large for our active family of four. The redesigned wash pattern in the washer circulates water more efficiently to more effectively wash the clothes. The Flex Auto Dispense feature allows you to pour two different liquid detergents, softeners, etc. into the containers that is metered out based on the size and make-up of the load. The more functional lint trap has been designed to collect the lint between the screens resulting in less lint going through the exhaust vent, which is a good thing!
The washer has 24 different cycles with 18 options and the dryer has 18 different cycles with 13 options, allowing you to find a cycle that works for you! We primarily use AI OptiWash and AI Optimal Dry, since the AI senses the characteristics of the load and adjusts accordingly. We also occasionally use the small load option to shorten the wash/dry time. The washer and dryer are quiet and both have internal lights, so this unit can be installed next to a bedroom or used in the dark, if that is necessary for your needs.
The SmartThings app has been useful. It lets you know when the load is finished and other pertinent information. Although, I wish it had more options, such as starting the washer or dryer.
Overall, this is an impressive appliance. It looks like Samsung is stepping up their game with the BeSpoke series!

I love the color and it's just beautiful lol I don't know what else to say. Along withe the stylish clean look you have all of the tech in this machine. I already had the smart things app so as soon as I opened the app the washer and dryer popped up for me to add. I love that it has a detergent container that holds up to 32 loads. While setting it up it has a setting that you scan the laundry detergent bottle to get the recommended amount to use for the load of laundry that the AI senses. And yes I said AI which is the big thing for samsung this year. I will do a follow-up after a few uses of the AI features. Last but not least it's energy stare rated so you a cost savings over your regular standard washer and dryer. In all I'm loving this machine. Update, I have been using the AI featurees and I would say it does make a difference. With my older set I have to set the water temp, soil level, spin speed, and pour my own detergent, but with Samsung AI I just set it to AI wash and it automatically sets all of the settings depending on what it senses and auto despence the laundry detergent . With the AI I get alerted on what's happening, like a few times it alert me it was going to go through a second rinse because of what it seen from the soil. Plus it uses much less energy than my old set. On the app your able to see your usage. In all I'm very happy with the new features Samsung has added to their products.

I have always loved my Samsung products until now...
washer/ dryer combo started to get loud during spin cycles. With ever load of wash, the machine got louder and louder. We called Samsung and were told initially that our unit could not be serviced as we did not have a recognizable Canada post address. After several failed attempts to brush us off, we managed to secure a repair date. It was another month before a tech came to our home. The gentleman who showed up was fantastic. That being said, if we were a little older we could not have assisted in the 4 hour repair. As the dryer had to be lifted off the washer to dismal the washer. We also had to assist with the lift and securing of the dryer at the end.
Our repair lasted all of a month. After loading the washer all the doors must be closed between the rooms and the laundry room to block the sound as our laundry is washed. The unit is so loud it can be heard outside our home.
Its been another month and still no repair has been made as there are no parts to be had to fix our unit.
I've asked for a replacement or a refund as the acceptable time limit to repair has well and truly passed.
I get nothing but dead air from SAMSUNG and the company who's supposed to repair the dang thing.
I would not recommend SAMSUNG to anyone looking to replace their units with ONE BRAND. Samsung HAS AT BEST, SHOTTY CUSTOMER SUPPORT and lack luster appliances. They look nice but soon after fall apart due to cheap parts and poor build quality. It's been approx. 6 months of dealing with this issue and in two more months the Warranty period ends.

From towels to delicates, fabric type and OMG the steam and sanitize whites cycle is my absolute favorite!! I kind of gave up doing whites separate
due to the fact of them never coming even close to white again. However this steam and sanitize white cycle option on this machine is a godsend!! I cant believe how white my whites actually were when the cycle was complete! Iam amazed! I never thought this was possible!
The little tune the washer plays when the cycle is done is nice! I love the option of turning up the increments of volume also so everyone can here when the cycle is done.
The noise level on this unit is nothing less than amazing as well! I can have both the washer and dryer both going at the same time and would not even know it! Compared to my old unit which had the whole house shaking.
I got the black color Bespoke unit and love, love how attractive it looks! The reminder on the dryer to clean the lint filter also, is another one of my favorites. It won't start your cycle until you press the button saying you cleaned the lint filter! Absolutely genius! My family always had a problem doing just that and now I don't have to worry about any of that anymore either!
I can't believe how "Smart" this machine actually is! I kind of had my doubts as far as this being easy to figure out and doing what it claimed it would but now Iam a true believer!
Everything about this machine makes me happy! For once in a long time, I do not have any complaints! If anyone were to ask I would have not 1 single negative thing to say. I would very much so recommend the Samsung BeSpoke Washer/ Dryer combo to anyone in the market for a new washer and dryer!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the sleek exterior design of the Electric Samsung Bespoke AI Laundry Hub. It fits perfectly into our laundry room. Definitely space saving. The inside is huge for both washer and dryer and can easily fit my larger loads. I like that everything is digital as well and it makes it simple to understand. The detergent and softner is easy to load in the washer for the auto dispense option. It's a really cool option to have so I don't have to worry about how much detergent is needed because the unit auto determines and dispenses it according to the senser. It also lets you know when you are running low on detergent. However, I've used it for 6 loads now and it doesn't look like the liquid has moved or changed levels. The good thing is that I can tell that my clothes are clean. I like that the dryer auto sets to the correlating washer cycles. It even reminds you to clean the lint trap. I like the suggested connectivity of the Samsung Smart Things app. You can control some of the laundry hub settings right from the app. Some other things I noticed and liked about the laundry hub is how quiet the cycles were. The room where it's located is right inbetween my daughter's room and my office. I'm able to work/study and my daughter is able to sleep soundly without disruption. Also the cute little musical tune it plays when the cycle is done is alot better than a typical loud buzz most other laundry machines make. Overall I really liked the AI laundry hub, but there are a couple of kinks or recommendations I have. 1. I tried to bar code scan over a dozen laundry detergents (different sizes and brands) and all of them said it wasn't supported. And there isn't anywhere on the app or Samsung website that tells you how to fix this or which detergent to get. 2. Wish I could remote start the cycles on the app. It shows where you can schedule it but the option is always greyed out (unclickable). 3. I wish I could see the actual setting types (warm, hot, cold, normal, heavy etc) with the numbers on the unit and not just on the app.

I've never had a washer and dryer that's not a side-by-side before. This is my first experience with that, and being on the shorter side, I was concerned it would be difficult to use. I'm happy to report it is quite easy to use and works great! It's very easy to move the clothes from the washer on the bottom to the dryer on the top.
In terms of appearance, I love how sleek and sophisticated everything is. No bulky knobs to turn or buttons sticking out! The panel where you select your settings is super easy to use and very clear. In terms of capacity, it holds a LOT! Very happy about that!
I really like how you can put in the soap and softener in the auto-dispense containers, that saves me a lot of time when doing my wash, instead of having to put soap and softener every single time I do a load of laundry. It's very convenient for those of us that do multiple loads of laundry in one day. The lint trap is also neat. Instead of being a flat piece that you pull out, it looks like a little folder that you have to open up. It takes a second longer to get the lint out (compared to the traditional lint holders) but I feel like it keeps it more together, and is a more clean and efficient way to gather the lint.
I have experimented with different settings when washing and drying my clothes. I have used the AI setting multiple times and am very pleased. I like how it can auto-sense how big my load is, how much soap to use, and how long to dry my clothes. Instead of just hitting "normal" (like I used to on my old washer and dryer) I now hit the AI setting, and it's usually faster than the normal setting. Sometimes when I'm doing a smaller load, I will select the Small Load setting, that one really saves me a lot of time. And when my clothes are done, I hear this nice little tune play!
The app is also really nice because no matter where I am, and what I am doing, it will let me know when my laundry is done. That way, I can get my next load going and I don' t lose valuable time because I forgot about it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While there are a couple of little things that could be improved on this laundry center, overall I am very happy with the execution-- it looks great, works great, holds plenty of laundry, and is easy to use. Being able to get notifications on your phone when your load is finished is more convenient than I expected-- it keeps me from forgetting my clothes and makes sure I always get them out before my spouse harasses me about them!
This is easy to use-- one set of controls operates both the dryer and washer. It has numbered scales for temperature, soil level, etc.-- but the screen also displays a message for each setting ("Extra Light", "Light", etc. or "Cold", "Warm", etc.). At a quick glance you can see the numbers for the overall "recipe" and the messages make adjustments easy and clear to understand.
Load times are typical for both the washer and dryer and the noise levels are as expected. You don't want this in your dining room, but it's not obnoxiously loud either. the capacities listed are accurate as well. I was worried that a stacked unit would mean a small washer or dryer, but both are the same or nearly the same as my standalone units thas this replaced.
A few notes:
1) You need a standard 120V outlet for the washer and a typical 220V outlet (big plug) for the dryer. This is mildly annoying that there's no reason I should need to plug both the washer and dryer in-- it'd be incredibly easy to wire the unit to run only off of the larger dryer plug
2) I have not testing the flex auto dispenser (load in lots of detergent once and the washing machine decides how much to dose each load) as it only works with liquid detergents and softeners and I use a powdered detergent
3) Be aware of the ceiling height. With packaging, I couldn't stand this unit up in my basement with 7' ceilings-- however, once the foam and cardboard was removed, I had plenty of clearance.
Overall, I'm as happy with this as you can be for a washer and dryer. I appreciate the small footprint, the easy to navigate and use menu, and the overall operation. The app notifications are a great bonus as well. The need for two outlets (normal for the washer, large plug for the dryer) is annoying, but not a deal breaker-- this is still a solid 5/5 star unit.

The design is very sleek and contemporary with its Brushed Black finish. The capacity of the actual washer and dryer surprised me the most. The difference was immediately noticed when our usual loads where placed inside and we still had so much space left over. The excitement of knowing our larger quilts and fluffy comforters will now have no issues being washed or dried was tremendous.
The AI powered technology is one of it's most alluring quality that really promotes it's commitment to making sure that washing laundry can be the least time consuming and easiest task for one to do. The multiple options for both wash and dry cycles takes into factor the type of fabric, the amount of soil, load size and spin speed all by itself taking out the guesswork on your end.
The Flex Auto Dispense is an absolute game changer! Knowing the average household does more than one load of laundry makes this feature a highlight because you can save time and reduce waste by loading it up and letting your washer do the work of dispensing the perfect amount of detergent, softener and bleach based on your chosen cycle.
I do appreciate that I can connect my Bespoke AI Laundry hub to the SmartThings App along with all my other Samsung appliances. I really like how the app will notify me how long the cycle will take, how much time is left and how I can receive notifications when the cycle is complete. Unfortunately the criticism I would mention about the app is that you can only send your decided cycle settings to your washer or dryer but you cannot virtually start the cycle from the app itself. You have to physically press the start button on the appliance which I see as an inconvenience.
In terms of performance I find that it definitely gets the job done. I do find that the dryers ability in completely drying much thicker fabrics like bedding a bit lacking. The AI Bedding cycle setting itself unfortunately leaves our loads still wet. Most AI dryer settings do. I have had to configure my own cycle setting and set it where it has a higher temperature, higher speed and longer time to make sure all sheets are equally dried.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm really happy I ordered this laundry station. The footprint is compact, the height low enough to fit in my (low ceiling) basement, it's quieter than the units it replaced (washer AND dryer are both quiet), the menus are easy to follow, I get wifi alerts on my phone when a load is done, and it does a good job cleaning.
There are two minor details I'd change:
1) For whatever reason, Samsung likes to make its appliances play far too long of a tune when an action is complete. I have a buddy with a Samsung range and when the oven is done heating up, it doesn't beep, it plays a 10 second tune. That's the same with this. When the load is done, there's not a ding or a 3 note chime, it's like 15 to 20 seconds of some tune. You can't change this (it's either off or on-- not choice between this song and a "ding" or something). Obviously, it's not a big deal-- it's cute at first-- but it is a bit annoying
2) The second thing is that you need a standard 220VAC outlet (large plug) for the dryer and a typical 110VAC outlet ("normal" wall plug) for the washer. There's no good reason you can't power both units off of the single, large dryer plug. Some engineer got lazy and didn't want to change the wiring when they mashed two units together to create this laundry center, so you need two outlets. Again, not a big deal, but mildly annoying.
Those are my two complaints, pretty insignificant. Both the washer and dryer operate quiet enough you can have them on your main floor (though you'll probably still want them behind a door)2, both work well, and the menus are easy to use. At a glance you can see the "recipe" (soil level, temp, etc.) on the display while it's running, but as you go to change these settings the menu tells you in clear English what you're changing too (cold, warm, hot, extra hot/ lightly soiled, soiled, heavily soiled, etc). In addition, while th eunit is running you get a countdown of how much time is left.
The SmartThings app is also surprisingly useful. You can change settings there-- but the biggest thing is that you get push notifications on the app when a load is done. No more forgetting something in the washer for 3 days. You know right when it's done so you can move it over and get another load in.
Finally, I was worried that a stacked unit would sacrifice load capacity, but this washer and dryer hold virtually the same amount of clothes as the older standalone units it's replacing. It's hard to ask for much more, I'm really pleased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 74” tall machine is commanding with a beautiful sleek design and it seamlessly integrates into our pantry space. The Hub is made with high-quality materials such as glass and stainless steel and seems very durable and hopefully will last a long time. It has thoughtful design elements when it comes to the auto liquid dispense system (which is plastic not metal , so no rust), the space saving design and the ultra capacity for the dryer and drum is a no brainer for us doing laundry!
In terms of performance, so far it has easily handled any load I have put into the machine. Its washing cycles are effective, with optimal water consumption and 15 cycle options catering to different fabric types, way more than I can describe here. To be honest I have not tried them all as of yet. I am most excited to try the Steam Wash setting as I stain pretty much every time i eat. :) The washer does not have any rock or shake in the spin cycle. Our system sits on hardwood floors and is in its own pantry room.
The drying is efficient, offering quick times for towels and sheets and gentle care for garments. So far I have used the timed dry, denim, and towels and sheets cycles, the 13 cycle options are fantastic. The lint trap is easy to access and clean out with each load. A chime at the end of each cycle is a fun way to let you know your load is complete. This can be turned off. There is also a dryer light that can be turned on or off.
I only have two Cons to offer in this review. The stacked Bespoke HUB washer sits extremely low to the ground. I have to bend very far into the machine to pull out the random sock stuck in the back, kinda like Pooh in the Honey Tree. Flexibility is should be considered this if you are purchasing this HUB
Another slight negative is the display. The sensitivity of the power button and the whole display is hard to gauge. As I press on the power button it may or may not turn on. Then you must press again till the display senses your finger. Once the system is on everything works as it should.
One cool feature is the smart connectivity. You must download Smart things App and connect via WIFI users can control the appliance from a smartphone. This process wasn't too complicated for me and being able to schedule to start a load when PGE KW fees are low is a nice $ saver.
I have enjoyed how the Bespoke Laundry HUB works so far and think it's a worthy investment for our household. I look forward to many years of use.
