We bought this Washer when our old one died. At first we were not happy with it, as it seemed like our clothes were not getting clean. We put less clothes in per load and it seems fine. It just takes longer to get through a whole load of laundry. Everything we wash has to be on a deep wash setting unless it's just a few items.

Bought this Samsung washer to replace our old washer, its so QUIET! Had to checked if it was on the first few times when we first got it. Love that I could do a large load. Could fit a comforter and the sheets in together. One thing I didn’t like is sometimes there detergent residues on black clothing.

Very little water is filled in the washer. I usually manually add extra water to cover all items in washer. If I don't add extra water some items don't get wet. Doesn't seem to get washed fully. For the drum to fill up with more water use deep clean setting.
