If I could give this TV zero stars I would. I have owned the TV for only 2 years and 4 days, and it has backlight bleeding and yellow lines on the screen. The Bluetooth function on the remote failed in the first two months as well. There has been no damage to the TV or box. I have contacted Samsung and their only advice is to pay out of pocket for a repair. After looking at reviews and forums online, this issue is quite common. This is unbelievably disappointing given the age and cost of this TV. Would highly recommend against this TV after all of this, there are other brands that have the “frame” option now and I wish we went that route. Not to mention the $200 frame bezel we purchased that is now rendered useless.

I've had the tv for about 2.5 years now and it has me wanting to no longer have smart tv features in future televisions. Image quality: Absolutely fantastic! The matte screen is great for watching in sunny environments, and the frame mode is a lot of fun. Many frame features are hidden behind a paywall however. As a gamer, the image quality has been great for the image resolution. Gaming: Annoying sometimes. I had to disable game mode due to the screen blacking out and loading and it rendered, causing many interruptions to online performance and quick reaction moments. Interface: I disabled as much as I could. Regardless of configuring the settings properly, the television refused to comply and would auto-run apps, shows, etc. I am extremely tech literate, worked with customer support, reset the tv and settings, and it would still auto-run apps that I have never opened and used myself, thus my statement of not wanting smart features on future tvs. Overall - mid tier tv. Variety of features available, great quality image, but frustrating to use for what I'd like out of it.

I purchased my 65" Frame a couple months ago and I am impressed with how bright the screen is even in daylight with the sun shining through the window. I also love the "Frame" setting, and leave up a little Renoir or an Emily Carr to brighten my day.

Top quality product all round! Has all the features I would expect on a smart tv included integrated channels and guide, voice assistant, internet browsing , and even the ability to play games. Further it even communicates with my smart speaker and Nintendo switch. My favourite feature is being able to add personal photos to the canvas tv to display like artwork.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect Second TV with great Smart Things Integration for Art and remote. Very easily mounted and the absence of the connect box on the 2026 model means that there's very little that needs doing to your plaster board and surrounding areas. The slimline mounts and retractable feet make connecting power and peripherals (soundbar is a must) very easy. In terms of overall picture quality, the matte screen does help with the reflection coming in from our bay window when blinds aren't deployed, with reasonable viewing angles beyond 150°. I have to say a soundbar is a must. My main TV in the lounge is an S95F running a QS700F system, which I felt was overkill. I paired ours with a Harmon Kardon Enchant 900 (Samsung own HK these days), but sadly doesn't offer Q Symphony integration, not that there was going to be much benefit from the stock downward firing units. All in, if you want an art piece, go for it. My Teak bezels should be arriving soon as part of the free promo.

Artworks look so much better when displayed on the larger screen. Picture quality for TV viewing is good although not quite as impressive as the non Frame models. To be honest, this TV isn't exactly the thing it was always marketed to be. I bought a 2024 version and it was cheaper and better in every way. Unfortunately, the bloated software misbehaved and would just turn itself off - even after a factory reset. I was upsold this 2026 version instead and while it will display the art in art mode just fine, the one cable to power it and provide all the inputs no longer exists. Meaning, you have wires coming out the back like a regular TV. You also have a terrible viewing angle, like a normal TV (actually, perhaps worse). The OS is horrible and I wish companies would stop adding their own horrible versions of what they think a TV OS should be because sorry Samsung, you're not good at it. The TV also has what only I can describe as JPG artifacts appearing on the screen (and no, it's not my connection) making it seem like the TV is working double duty trying to process something that doesn't need processing. More AI junk? Who knows. The tradeoff of it being pretty darn thin - which is a plus, the sound is horrible but, who buys a TV like this and doesn't consider getting better sound via at least a sound bar anyways? This TV is a clear indication that shrinkflation exists. I feel like I am getting less but paying far more compared to the previous years. Yes the TV turns on and yes, it has an anti-glair coating but thats all I can say for this thing. Wish they would have kept what was good about the "The Frame" line and continued it on through to make it even better than that previous years.
