I purchased this case thinking it's high quality because it's made by Samsung. And decided to pay $90. While it looks good, It's just a plastic bumper case with a lose piece for the backside. The phone slides out easily with just finger and thumb. I took this to samsung store and they won't take *open* case back. I tried to get an refund or exchange through online. I was simply tossed around to the next reps. I wasted so much of time with this case. And did not expect such service from Samsung. I also had purchased the clear case back from Samsung. Even dollar store cases seem better what samsung is offering for these insane prices. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this.

I bought this case and was excited to try it with my new phone; but was disappointed. I agree with the reviews here in that they mention that there is NO product description, and that the product photographs don't show the details of the case- the vertical lines on the clear back piece. I do not find this case to be very supportive of my phone, as previously mentioned by other reviews the pho e simply pops out of the bumper with ease. I also, could not return or refund my case due to the packaging being open, which is absurd. I wasted my money and time on this and would not recommend it.

This case doesn't fit the S25Ultra properly! It comes off just by literally picking up the phone, or touching the case lightly!!! Shocking. 3 phone calls, photos AND videos requested and sent to Samsung, but instead of my APPROVED Refund, they just keep sending new DEFECTIVE cases, saying the policy is to replace a product if it's in stock!!! Just like nothing happened, just like I never called, never, spent 3 hours on the phone with them, and never sent TWO OHOTOS SND TWO VIDEOS. JUST AWFUL FROM SAMSUNG :(( The terms of leaving this review are that Samsung can EDIT my review. LOLOLOL

Nonexistent product specifications or description. Ordered and opened, not happy with the clear back design having vertical lines through it. Unable to return an $80 case that is strongly disliked because opening the package voided any possibility of return. Extremely disappointing experience.
