The phone had a screen protector and an original case. One drop from hand height in a parking lot — and here’s the result. Besides the broken case, the phone got a scratch. I don’t recommend this case; it doesn’t protect.

This case is horrible omg. For the love of God, I have been trying to remove my phone out of this case for the last hour or so but i just couldn't!!. I dont really wanna force it coz its bending my phone and im afraid of breaking my phone. The side all around are made of plastic and its really really tight! And it does not offer protection if I drop the phone and i know it would happen with this case because its not grippy anymore! The S24 ultra was way better because the sides were also made of silicone and offered better protection. I dont know what to do now, i want someone from Samsung to help me get my phone out of this case.

Bad and poor quality compared to last year for S24U, It's very tight difficult to enter my phone and I cant even remove it the whole things are frustrated just like plastic. I want to look for money and order for new one on samsung.ca very annoying. The bottom part still open.

I like the S24 series version better. Didn't realize they changed the side materials where it's not silicone anymore. It's only the back cover that's in silicone. This makes the case more slippery. Also, the bottom is open wide now versus S24 is only exposing the ports. The new bottom also makes the phone not so comfortable to hold.

Personally, I like how slim it is. And grip features itself. What I don't like that the bottom of case is not covering usb-c side.

The part that protects the S-pen is very delicate and flimsy and finally broke while I was removing the case. Really poor design! Not worth it.
