The case is not enclosed at the bottom around the charging port. There is only a thin piece of plastic around the opening for the spen. This causes the case to keep popping off the corners. Within a few days the thin plastic cracked. Ive now been trying to get this replaced under the Samsung accessories 90 day warranty. They make it a very frustrating process, estore keeps telling me to talk to technical support, technical support keeps telling me to talk to estore. Technical support finally filed a ticket saying id get an email in 2 days. I never got the email. Now I keep calling back giving them the ticket number and noone is helping me. A agent said he would transfer me to a store specialist after I told him estore cant help me. He specifically said it wasn't estore it was a specialist in a different department that would for sure be able to help me. He then sent me to the automated estore line. This case is not made well at all and customer service is not helpful. I just saw a review on the Samsung silicone case for the S26 Ultra and it is literally broken in the exact same way in the exact same spot. They either didn't test these products or the just didn't care to sell subpar products. Given the price of a simple case this is ridiculous. The case and S26 Ultra have also had a bunch of issues when trying to charge the phone. The wireless charger will be on correctly and it will randomly just stop charging and then start charging again. The phone also does this with wired chargers, if it even works at all because I have good chargers that work with all my other devices including the S24 Ultra, but the S26 doesn't even register the charger at all. Ridiculous
