Frequently Asked Questions

The S Pen requires no charging or pairing and works only with the Galaxy S26 Ultra. Bluetooth features such as Air Actions are not supported.

As a pen this is fine, but the real value was the button on the side. On the S24, you could use it as a remote shutter, but Samsung decided to remove that because they buried it so deep in the settings among a bunch of useless stuff that nobody knew about it. Now there is no actual use for it. Also, in previous iterations, you could put the pen back in any orientation, but now, because of the curve at the bottom, it is no longer reversible. Terrible downgrade so that they could force you to buy one of their watches or rings.

79.99 for a pen that doesnt do anything. The whole point to getting the samsung 26 ultra was for the features that pen comes with. Cutting cost should end up costing you. Absolutely terrible product.. bring back the proper feature and zero cost to the consumers. Not a good look samsung.. if 0 stars was available id used that, not even a 1 star product.

Downgraded from the S23 Ultra's S pen which could be used for real "air commands". Camera remote function was the most distinguish feature that came with S23 Ultra's s pen and it was really helpful for taking group photos or selfies. But this pen sucks. Kindly offer optional upgraded pen for those who are interested please. Really dissapointed.

I just got my Samsung S26 ultra and was completely disappointed when I found out the pen no longer works as a camera remote. This is a MAJOR down grade from my S24 ultra. I used this feature a lot. I am not happy.

    Dust resistance was tested under lab conditions by a third party: 2 kg of talc powder (max. diameter 0.05 mm) per cubic meter was blown into a test chamber housing the device (air pressure within the device kept below surrounding air) for 2 hours.
