I bought this keyboard case to go with my new S10+, the keyboard and mouse pad is good but it takes a lot of getting used to the keyboard, the one that is advertised on the website is totally different. Samsung should make this more prevalent on the website. My bigger problem is the return policy. I was told I have 15 days to return the keyboard however the item needs to be unopened , HOW would I know if I like the keyboard if I can't try it. Terrible policy and doesn't make sense. The connector between the keyboard and tablet is very weak, not as strong or secure as previous models. No backlight on the keyboard either .

This is a French/ English keyboard. There is enough differences to the keyboard layout that it is frustrating to use. I sent mine back and had to take the hit for the restocking fee. Even though their pictures show a US keyboard... You need to read the fine print. I don't understand why we can't have a choice in Canada between this and an international US keyboard.

I bought this keyboard to go with my Samsung tabs10+ and the key board is not as advertised. Half of the pictures on the keys do not match what the key actually types. This is not user friendly. And not worth the amount of money I spent on it. It's flimsy and I would maybe consider spend half the amount of money. NOT WORTH THE PRICE

I bought this for work and personnal use and I am beyond pleased! I didnt want to buy a full laptop since I have gaming PC at home. I enjoy using my tab 10+ as a tablet or more like a laptop. If you can use parsec it really feel like a normal laptop.
