Less than a month of use, no drops and this material seems to be yoo brittle and weak yo stand up yo normal use. Very disappointed as the case on the back is made of a silicon material that holds up great and the stand and finger slot are handy features. But i cant afford yo buy a new $120 case every month. Whats more is they are denying warranty coverage. Seems like this is a common issue now and they should issue a recall or at least stand by a 90day manufacturer warranty. After spending more than 3k on a phone I cant believe they are protesting a replacement or refund for this $120 faulty product. Ive had a fold 4 and it had a samsung case that lasted years, this one cant make it more than a month, what a shame.

I brought 2 Galaxy Z Fold6 silicone cases, both broken in 2 months. And talked to customer service,they said that's physical damage. That's normal use, never dropped or something happened. That's not good.

As you can see from other photos this is a common issue and a manufacturing defect. Please do not buy this if you value your money. Look elsewhere. Ps this occurred from me picking up the phone and opening it. It has not been dropped once.

After just one use, the plastic broke. I asked for compensation, and the response was simple: 'I have documented what you have stated. We will not be able to provide any compensation. At this point in time, I request you to please purchase a new case.' This is clearly a defective product, yet they only respond by saying many people like it. Just look at the ratings. They are blatantly lying. Do not buy this. If you do, you’ll get the same response as me: no compensation, just 'buy a new one.'

It started to split in the corner the first day I got it and then full broke after 3 days. Not sure if it was defective or just really poor quality. They will not replace or refund it either after taking days to return my message. I may bring the phone back if I'm not able to have a proper way to protect it.

Have had phone and case for 4 weeks and have had same issue as everyone else with the front snapping. Never dropped my phone but all of a sudden the front panel protector breaks. Not worth buying. Contacted support already and they said this is wear and tear and nothing they can do about it.

This "premium" phone case that cost a whopping $120 broke within 3 weeks and Samsung refuses to offer any support or take accountability. Like many of the customers who purchased this case, my case also broke within a month of using it. It seems like a common issue with this case, which is unacceptable given the price point. I contacted Samsung support, and not surprisingly they refused to take accountability for this. As a long time Samsung customer, I am deeply disappointed with the quality of this case and the poor customer service. I think it's time for me to start looking at other phone lines and I encourage other customers to do the same. You expect quality and good customer service when you pay this much for a product. I received neither. Avoid this phone case at all cost and avoid Samsung products because you will receive zero support if you encounter issues.

This is total garbage. I bought this product thinking that because it came from Samsung there would be some quality. Boy, was I wrong. This case broke almost immediately, the same as it has for many of the other reviewers. I spent over an hour with Samsung "customer support" explaining what happened, asking for a replacement for the defect and they refused to replace it. NEVER buy this case. You will regret it.

This is the worst case I’ve ever purchased — especially for the ridiculous $90+ price tag. After only three months of basic use, the case cracked and became useless. Samsung refused to stand behind their own product, brushing it off as "wear and tear" instead of admitting it's cheap, poorly made junk. Absolutely unacceptable from a company that claims to stand for quality. Save your money — this case is a complete scam and Samsung clearly doesn't care once they have your money.
