Received with my S26U and Buds 4 Pro pre-order, and while I haven't used it a ton so far, every time I've used it, I have had no issues with connection or stability. Connects immediately on both the phone (using the silicone magnet case) and the buds case, and stays connected for the duration of the charge. Bummer to see at least two other reviewers are having an issue using theirs, but I've come to understand most negative reviews online tend to be born out of user error these days, food for thought.

This is probably the first Qi 2 charger I've encountered that can't charge Qi 1 devices seemlessly. The fact that this is an official Samsung product plus it came suggested for products like the s25-26 and buds pro 4 is even more confusing since half these products aren't Qi 2 and the other half needs an additional Qi 2 case which has limited selection even now with the S26 line up. If you do have a mag safe case that's properly aligned or one of the few Qi 2 cases this works like a wireless charger I don't think it's horrible as the build quality is nice... but as for charging capability, I am unable to try it as Qi 2 cases right now are not compatible with my phone's attachments and regular wireless charging is tougher to align properly without a magnet compared to other qi 1 and fast wireless chargers out there right now.

Total crap. It says on the description that your battery would be at 50% in 30 mins but guess what? It doesn't support fast charging and on the notification, it shows it would take 2 hrs and 56 minutes for my phone to become fully charged. So I contacted their customer service hoping I could return or exchange the product but their agent told me that any opened product is not eligible for return/exchange. Total nonsense. How would I know if the product is working or not if I didn't open the box???? And it turned out it's a total crap. Im a Samsung User for 15 years and I've never returned anything to them because I was happy for using their products. This is the first time I felt so disappointed and regretting I bought this garbage. I wasted $45.

Came with my S26 Ultra. Worked for 1 day and then stopped working. I wasted 1 hour chatting with Samsung support trying to get a replacement. Don't waste your time there. The ones I chatted with are incompetent or just stupid or are trained to be useless. I lost a lot of respect for Samsung after my experience there. Into the garbage it goes.

Absolutely useless unless its purpose is a paperweight with a 1.5M tail with a USB C end on it. It didn't work from the day I received it. And then try to return to Samsung - almost impossible and I'm still waiting to see if the return actually occurs or not.

Just received as free with my Buds pro 4. Doesn't work at all. Doesn't charge either the earbuds nor my phone, even when I take the case off. My other wireless charger has no issue charging my phone or the earbuds. Really just useless - they shouldn't have offered to me.

Got this charger free with the S26 Ultra and Buds 4 Pro headphones. I don't use it because it is very temperamental when it decides on if it will charge my phone or not. I do not recommond buying it

I didn't receive it as a gift, even though I pre-ordered the S26 Ultra, Buds 4 Pro, a case, a screen protector, a 45-watt power adapter, and the wireless charging cable. So far, everything is working perfectly, and the Buds 4 Pro—wow, the sound is excellent!

I love this charger. It's slow charging but I always charge my phone overnight which is perfect for me. I have fast charging disabled anyway, so it doesn't bother me that it takes 5-6 hours while I sleep.
