I bought this for my son's birthday and he broke it in less than a week but I had to buy him another one. It's not his fault because the thing Falls over if you just look at it it's almost like they set you up for failure and now I have a monitor with a cracked screen that is useless and I ended up having to spend $750 bucks in total with buying a new one top heavy design easily Falls over.

With such an affordable price, you really can afford style and quality all in one! I personally use my monitor for work, school, and entertainment purposes. The curved frame really helps give a more closed off and personal experience when privacy is such a big deal in what I do in my everyday life. The clear resolution and bright led background are my favorite qualities of this thing, I mean EVERYTHING just looks so defined and perfectly lit up! If you're looking for something small but not too small, sleek, and affordable stop looking! This is the perfect choice.

I had never saw the benefits of a curved monitor and was stuck in my old ways regardless of the hype....and then I bought 2 and now I totally get it, and I'll get 2 more at tax time. I definitely recommend the T55, and if you're on the fence about buying a Samsung monitor, then..... we'll, get off of that fence first of all, geez that's kinda weird! But, once you get down off the fence and are cleared by your therapist, you should go buy one! And stay off people's fences!

i love the monitor! it has been great. good quality, decent sound (if i'm not listening through my own speakers). the only issue i have run into is the stand. one would think that with the cost of the monitor, the stand would be better quality. i've had the monitor almost 2 years (may will make 2 years), and the stand gave out. just slipping the knob over the large pin on the base, and expecting it to hold the monitor is rather disappointing, at best. so now i will be searching for a decent stand because samsung failed! again, like i said above, the monitor quality is really good. its just the stand issues. i hope samsung changes this.

the monitor is great. it's a huge improvement from what i had before and it is priced well. my only complaint is that the stand is hard to figure out and manual is useless. if anyone is having trouble keeping it upright like i did initially, turn everything upside down and look at the base of the stem, there's a screw hidden away. turn that screw to get a better fix. that will stop the monitor from tilting facedown and almost falling down. then you'll also be able to tilt the monitor up and down for adjustment. the instruction manual doesn't say any of this. i also wish it came with other cables like dp. overall great product.

i've had 2 of these for about a year, their deep curve in comparison to the sceptre brand is refreshing and very useful. the sound is rock solid for a monitor, it's pretty rich sound (again comparing to sceptre curved monitor). once they're put together they're pretty sturdy and difficult to take the stand off. color quality is pretty darn good. whether i'm gaming or working. only issues i have is that it is not mountable. which was disappointing when i realized it. i want to be able to mount it in free up space on my desk. three monitors do eat up a lot of real estate on the desk especially when you need it for work.
I recommended this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I work from home 100% and I purchased this as my primary monitor for my work computer - a Surface Pro. It isn't any better or worse than other monitors I have used. The speakers provide plenty of volume and the size is perfect for me at about a 3-foot distance. It took a little bit of time to get used to the curve, but now I don't even notice it. I don't feel it's any better than a flat screen, but certainly not any worse. I broke a tab on the back cover plate when unpacking it, but it still holds in position. The back of the monitor is thicker than flat screens and I doubt all cameras would adjust well to it. Mine sits okay - a Microsoft Lifecam with a very flexible base.

It took a few days to adjust to the curved screen but now I can switch between it and my flat monitors with ease. The only thing I'm puzzled by is the fact you can't adjust physical screen itself. It's fixed on the desk mount and there is no way to move it vertically. It's also in a default position of pointing somewhat down which is odd so I just put something under the front of the base to compensate. For the price and image quality you can't go wrong and hopefully the next model fixes the fixed mount issue.

I had the screen 2 years for work. Screen is mat, good quality. Base was broken out of the box and this monitor does not have a VESA mount. Navigation button broke after approximately 6 months. Screen stopped working entirely after 2 years. Power supply is fine, screen is dead. The built in speakers are a nice touch, but honestly you will be better served with anything other computer speakers or headsets. Do not buy this if you need a monitor, stick with a competitor or one of Samsung more reliable monitors..

I love streaming movies, and it's great on my 55" TV, but the curved screen on my t55 32" samsung monitor takes it to another level. I feel like I'm part of the movie or game etc..because there's something about the curved screen and deep lifelike colors that makes everything feel so real. I bought the monitor for computing but it's turned into my main source of entertainment. Ive even bought a comfy gaming chair to replace my office chair because I'm at my desk 10 times more than before I got the t55 samsung.Samsung never let's me down and this product is certainly my most used household item.

The colors started to fade and glitch out after 4 months of the purchase and it was giving me alot of problems so I stopped using it for a few months. I just turned it back on and the color is still off i will try to recalibrate it but it's not glitching anymore like it was before so I guess that's a good thing. Wouldn't buy it again but I will like to try the new Samsung gaming monitor because it's big and I need it for my content creation business.

If you work or are 8+ hours a day in a computer I will recommend this monitor to you due to its curvedness. I’ve noticed my sight does not get as tired as it did with a flat screen, this monitor also has an eye savor mode. The colors are amazing, the speakers are amazing, I use it for work but have used it for gaming and watching movies as well. I’m just satisfied with my monitor. The size is great too, you might think it’s too big for a desk but is really not the curved figured makes it more accessible

Sadly I had to return because I experienced eye strain with refresh rate (and close proximity because of my poor focal length). Also it arrive with a large scratch on the screen that must have happened either during assembly or during boxing because the packaging was prestine. Problem would be solve if there was a screen protector pre attached. I learned latter that one needs to order screen protection separately... seems silly for the price of the monitor and expected quality of samsung.

It took a little bit to figure out how all of the features worked, but it wasn't that hard. I am overall very happy with the monitor and all of its functions. The only thing that I do not care for is the way the monitor tilts forward, but that is a "me-thing." I'm pretty tall so, even on a monitor stand, I have to lower my chair to be completely comfortable with the angle of the monitor. It's not that big of a deal, though. I hardly ever notice.

Really the only time it's necessary is when we have something we want separate. It's perfect as far as resolution. As a gamer whose slowed down over the years, I'm perfectly content as well when I get the chance to play on these monitors as well. Brightness is more than adequate, reliability is great, and resolution is perfect. For the price, I can't justify spending much more on a monitor this size. It's perfect for what we do.

And with my samsung monitor it allows me to see everything I need with clarity and some, meaning even after I set my expectations high they were still blown away in many ways. I use it in my very small home office for work, and it allows me to have a bigger monitor in my small work space, since the screen fits into the corner better than a flat monitor. The clarity is amazing, and makes my many spreadsheet easier on the eyes. I love how it's big enough to put two documents side-by-side, and both be large enough to work on easily. In the past I would have said that a monitor is just a monitor, but this monitor definitely makes my work day easier.

i had high expectations from samsung's display quality and anesthetics. dissappinted to receive a half bajed product. the display quality is not worth the price. i can see pixalated text on various occasions. the major major drawback is the stand. the stand would not sewell or tilt or height adjustable. major drawback to maintain ergonomics. stand is so poorly designed that even a slightest pressure on desk while typing or touching any edge of screen, the whole screen vibrates and shakes. returning it back.

It works great except there has been a vertical green line in the monitor about an inch from the left side since day 1 (well, technically the line was yellow from the start). I started the process to return but ran into so much bureaucratic red tape that I gave up (similar to the process of selecting a monitor from this review, my model wasn't shown: LC32R502FHNXZA). I like Samsung products for the most part, but this one has disappointed.

personally, i am very pleased . i have a 2 year old acer laptop w an hd screen. i set this monitor as the main one. i adjusted laptop and monitor settings and the clarity is fantastic. to tilt, i placed my right hand on the monitor base. the back of the hand resting on the base w the palm up and the fingers holding the monitor from the area behind the power button. with left hand, i held the top of the monitor at the same time. w/o moving my hand from the base, i pressed the monitor up with my fingers while pushing monitor back w the left. it works better if you put more pressure w your hand on the base. the eye saver feature was greatly appreciated. the curvature of the monitor provides for a great view. the speakers are pretty decent and so far i have not had any issues with it.
I recommended this product.

It's never been moved. I play a lot of high end games through Steam. And a Nvidia video card. It works great. It took a while for my eyes to get use to the curved screen. I'm spoiled. I could never go back to a normal computer screen. I'm very pleased with it. It's just that I'm worried about it falling apart because of the cracked corners.

The referesh rate is 60hz with hdmi and DP it only support 75hz at under 1080p. I qould recommended this monitor as long as you are not looking to use it for xbox series s/x to take full advantage of the features. But other than that it does support amd freesync so if you have amd card that can take advantage of these features it should be a good monitor.

very disappointed. the product is less than a year owned, and it should still be fully functional... the stand for the monitor is terribly designed. the position of the monitor as it stood normally was never really desirable. not much versatility in terms of adjustments to the monitor position on the stand. with that being said, yesterday, the monitor literally fell straight off the monitor stand. now the monitor will not stay upright on the stand. please do not buy!

All he does is read his emails, watch old concerts on youtube, and play candy crush so this was a nice upgrade. I know it took a few days to adjust being the first curved screen he's ever seen but now it's his favorite amd there's no going back. This screen sits in a small enclosed area on top of the desk. The best attribute for this situation has to be the stand. The previous monitor had a ridiculous V shaped stand that was constantly in the way when you would reach for the external speaker volume controls that had to be placed behind the monitor due to size constraints. This monitor does not have that issue. Also, the curved nature of the screen meant we could add some real estate while still fitting inside the enclosure. Everything worked out for the better and my father couldn't be happier.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I wish that it was mountable because the stand is kind of short which makes it cumbersome to use both my laptop and the monitor without my laptop blocking part of the monitor. i actually bought a second one of these after using it for a month. the curve is nice on the eyes both functionally and aesthetically. i was actually surprised the speakers weren't half bad. my only gripe is there is no vesa mounting option. would have got 5 stars there. instead i just built a narrow shelf on the back of my desk to raise them to eye level.

i loved this monitor the first week i had it. then, out if nowhere, it started blinking a black screen every ten seconds. i’ve checked the connection, i even bought a new hdmi cord, but it is still blinking. its not usable at this point - if you have suggestions i would love to hear them, otherwise this was a massive waste of money for one week of function.

picture is great and colors are nice. basically liking the monitor so far. not fond of the one button menu. monitor leans forward 1 1/2 inches forward on top. wish the stand swiveled up and down to help correct this. i had to put a 3/4 " shim under base to straighten it so it would be correct. otherwise it was like looking down a barrel.

Besides the display being awesome the internal speakers are great too (Zoom and Microsoft team calls sound perfect) Would definitely recommend to all my coworkers.

i ordered 2. one of them was internally broken. it made a bizzing sound and there were bizzare swirl shaped lines (kind of like a figure skating shape), and the lines were pretty thick. the 2nd one is fine but the base broke after 2 months and i never moved it. i bought the screens in january 2021.

In less than a year of use with literal zero movement of the product the stand arm plastic failed and the monitor fell and cracked. Bad design and apparently bad plastic. Avoid this as if when the stand failed, the monitor fell on a child or laptop there could have been a really big problem.

how do you sell a monitor without a standard vesa mount or make the mount compatible with other adapters out there? the monitor has a cheap non-adjustable base and samsung does nothing about it when you call. if i could give the design no stars i would. do not waste your money.

For the price point I’m extremely happy with this monitor. I’ve had it for almost a year, and it’s worked great with both of my laptops. If I could ask for one thing, and I think it would be reasonable at this price point, is some kind of USB plug in just for charging a device.

Bought multiple of these two years ago and am now having issues with all of them having white flashes in them in different places on different monitors. Had to get a tech out when I first bought them due to the popping sound which Samsung said was due to them being curved.

the video quality is not great i have a bunch of horizontal lines that are on the right side of my screen on gray and dark backgrounds that really bother me. they fade away when it gets to the left side. the stand shakes a lot when anyone slightly moves the desk.

i like the picture on the monitor, but the lack of ability to hook it up to a vesa stand is maddening. they need to make an adapter for this. it is essentially useless with a monitor arm. curved monitors are so much better with multiple screens.

i bough this monitor used and the screw was stripped in the stand. i was abke to remove it becasue i wanted to mount the monitor then changed my mind. i want to use rhe stand now but the stand screw is stripped. can i order a replacement stand?

After almost 4 years, this monitor started showing some flickery white lines. I reached out to support and the price for repairing and diagnosing the issue is more expensive than getting a new one. I do not recommend Samsung Monitors.
