[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this fridge besides the beautiful black stainless steel exterior that is sleek and smudge proof the interior is where the wow is! The water spout is perfectly nuzzled in the door frame and doesn’t take away from the amount of space the fridge offers. The double doors provides ample space for my large family of 7s needs. The bottom freezer drawer r has 2 levels plus and ice tray and I love the pull out drawer for my ice cream needs. The ice cubes takes a few days to get the tray full with so many of us trying to use it but it has lacked since. I love my new fridge and all my space!

our 20+ yr old frig broke. purchased this one since it was really the only one available that had the 2-3 things we were looking for (french doors, ice maker, water) - every other frig has been on back order. the frig is great, like i said its a huge upgrade over the one it replaced. it looks good and after two days performance seems very good. only compliant, which is reason for 4 starts vs 5 starts is the claim of "fingerprint resistant finish withstands everyday smudges". this is simply not true, fringerprints are just as noticeable as they were on my old stainless fridge.

Just making less trips to the store for milk has made my life so much easier. We love the inside water dispenser with our little kids too as they are no longer spraying water all over the floor and I can control the water and the fridge looks more stylish. Did I mention I love the storage in the freezer ? The freezer is so easy to access and large and easy to see. I could go on and on. By far the best fridge I have owned.

The fridge is massive compared to what I had before. Unboxing was a solid 10. It was easy to remove the padding. Installation was phenomenal. It didn’t take long for it to be placed in the right position. It took about an hour for it to cool down to the temperature needed. There is so much space in the fridge. My previous fridge was very cramped and I wasn’t able to buy all the groceries needed for my family. This fridge had room for all my stuff plus more. 10 it of 10 recommended to my friends and family. The color of the fridge is so sleek. Definitely fingerprint resistant. Tried and true by my family.

It has a water dispenser and has a filter in it. Our old fridge was stacked full of stuff and when we transfered everything over it looked like we needed to go shopping Austria has so much more room! I love the freezer and everything about it. I also like how the produce drawers has humidity control on it! I would recommend this product! I love Samsung and have never owned anything by them that I didn't love! Also the smudge proof with kids is amazing!

Pros: inner door water dispenser, black stainless color, separate cheese/meat drawer, easy-to-use controls, nice amount of fridge storage, decent amount of freezer storage, filter is easy to change, controls are easy to use. Cons: ice maker is quite slow, always frost in the freezer no matter what we do, cheese/meat drawer needs to be split in two so I don't have to open both doors, ice always drops out the back when getting ice, inner water dispenser drips a little every day.

The freezer is deep enough to store large meat purchases. The drawer inside the freezer is perfect for storing half gallom sized ice cream. It doesn't really take up much more space than my previous refrigerator, but it holds a TON!! There is so much room!! I love the huge compartments in the doors that hold milk gallons. Or 300 condiments. Unbelievable! There's digital temperature control that I love, and an alarm that sounds if you leave the door open. These details really set this refrigerator apart. It has a convenient water dispenser and an ice maker, and it's so quiet, you'll forget all about the giant spaceship in your kitchen. The only thing I would change would be adding ootional child locks. My five year old is obsessed and won't stop messing with it. Other than that it's perfect!

The delivery was made in a safe and professional way. When you plug in the refrigerator the settings are already for you. We did have to adjust it a bit but it was super easy to do. Keeping the outside clean is easy. It has get fingerprint resistance. Just a quick wipe down nightly is all I have to do. The internal water dispenser is so nice and the water comes out ice cold which I absolutely love. The ice maker in the freezer is great and makes very little noise when it drops the ice. Overall this is a great and super roomy refrigerator. The space capacity is huge. The LED lighting in the refrigerator and freezer are great. I highly recommend this refrigerator.

Purchased a Samsung 3 door refrigerator on 2/28/2021; delivered on 3/31/2021. In April 2023 it was no longer maintaining an appropriate temp. of 37 degrees. Currently @66 degrees. Called for repair; waited 4 days for a call back then called another repair service. They came on 4/19-ordered a circuit Board. Installed on 4/26. On 5/23, the fridge stopped functioning again and additional food was lost. Buyers may want to check out prices of repairs, circuit boards, etc and where to store their food in the meantime.

The only time I hear the unit make any noise is when it drops ice. If you are looking for this style of refrigerator don't hesitate to buy it. One thing of an issue is that the right side freezer door track does not come all the way out unless you jerk on it. I believe this is something that they could fix but was told by the service tech that they can't. But by no means is this a major issue.

The fingerprint resistant doors are great if you have kids, no more Windexing the doors numerous times a day. The setup of the fridgerator gives you lots of options of how to store things. The large door compartments are great. I like that you can set the temperature to any degree you want rather than 1-5. It really keeps a steady temperature. Door alarm is a nice feature too. Ice maker makes plenty of ice and cold water inside the door. Not sure if I don't prefer the ice and water dispenser on the exterior of the door. I guess it takes getting used to. The freezer is huge and fits alot. Love the LED lighting. We are enjoying the large snack drawer. Overall we are very satisfied with the refrigerator.

i love the size of this refrigerator. it's very spacious and holds a lot. we love the clean front look with the water dispenser inside, however, if you get a glass of water at night the light is blindingly bright with no way to adjust it. if i had to buy it again, i may get the dispenser outside because of this. would be nice if the light adjusted for nighttime. all in all, we're very happy with it.

I Bought it last week, after set up finding both fridge and freezer not working. We contact the customer service and they only gave me some phone number which no one answers in the weekend. We went HomeDepot where we bought this product,, and they gave us the phone number as well. You can imagine how you are feeling that your brand new fridge refuses to work for you. Never buy this product!!!!

I know, I know, you might think that it’s just ice but my kids LOVE ice! I was also starting to get concerned because our old fridge had the water dispenser outside so my toddler has started to press it and all the water would spill. I love that this fridge has the water dispenser inside and I also love that the freezer is at the bottom and my kids can get to their ice whenever they want. There’s also so much room in the fridge to be able to organize! The only thing we had to work on is the middle magnet on the door to keep the fridge sealed when you close both doors. The door needs to be set up high enough for the magnet to close automatically. They did provide the tools/materials to be able to adjust it so it all works out. Other than its functions, I also love the sleek design of this fridge!

It keeps the temperature on everything perfect, there is no freezer frost on anything which I could not say the same for with my previous fridge. Mine is a black stainless steel, you can still see some of the fingerprints on the fridge but not near as noticeable as a regular stainless steel, the plus is this one is so easy to clean and it stays clean. I really enjoy having the water dispenser on the inside of the fridge since it allows me to put more stuff on the outside like my kids magnets and pictures. The fridge is a lot quieter than my previous fridge which I enjoy a lot. The ice maker works perfectly and the ice does not all stick together like in my previous fridge. I’ve only had the fridge for a few weeks but so far so good, and I would highly recommend!

We buy tons of fresh Vegetables and fruits, usually enough for 2 weeks but now with our new Samsung refrigerator which has fresh drawer and humidity controlled drawer my fruits and Vegetable stay fresh longer. My wife loves making cakes and the ease of moving/adjusting shelves is so convenient to store it in the fridge without taking everything out and rearranging. The Sleek stainless steel design along with the water dispenser on the inside of the door makes it so much easier to clean the refrigerator. Water dispenser works like a charm and puts out 4-5 glasses of cold water at a time without any problem. Simple to use control panel makes it easy to adjust the temp, turn ice maker on or off and setting a freezer temp to your optimal liking. This is a Large refrigerator with great features.

My Samsung 3 Door French Door Refrigerator in Black Stainless Steel looks so sleek in my kitchen and so easy to clean. It is very spacious inside with multiple door storage compartments that fit multiple range of products from Milk to Butter, dressings and even 2 liter bottles. One of favorite features is the Inside Water Dispenser because it doesn’t collect any food grime and dust from cooking. Such good tasting filtered ice cold water! No more bottled water for us. Also, the meat, cheese drawer is very functional and spacious. It’s across the bottom of the fridge section from door to door. No more having to stack items in a small drawer. If the refrigerator doors are left open alarm will sound to remind you to close them. The freezer is large and so easy to find items now. The ice maker makes 1/2 moon style ice up to 5 lbs and tastes great. Overall I highly recommend this refrigerator you won’t be disappointed.

owned for almost 60 days. came back from a weekend away to a burned up motor and about $600 in spoiled food. samsung's says they're trying to "fix" my new fridge. 14 days now and still waiting. i've realized the money is gone and i'm looking for another unit. will not be a samsung. i'd recommend another brand.

brand new unit was not cooling. after the tech came to diagnose he said the compressor was bad. i am totally disappointed in samsung's quality control. unit manufactured feb 2021. the money we saved was lost in the groceries spoiled. now they want us to wait even longer to come back with the part.

I wish the little flap on top of it was able to lift up. It would be convenient for grabbing small things without needing to open up both doors. I like to keep my milk on the bottom shelf which was an issue in this fridge. Had to move one shelf up which now is a very short shelf. Now that one is for eggs and other small items. The lighting in the fridge is nice and bright, it needs a cool sound affect like opening up a treasure chest in a game. That’s the feeling I get whenever I open the doors. The light for the freezer is under the left door. The water dispenser on the inside door is fantastic. The filter is in between the bottom drawers which makes it nice and easy to get to. You don’t need to move anything or clear out a part of the inside to get to it. Love that its in the fridge and not on the outside just based on the look of the sleek doors. The fingerprint resistance on the black stainless is great and keeps the fridge looking nice and clean. I couldn't ask for a better fridge.

I love the 3 door french refridgerator in stainless steel; it compliments my kitchen pretty well. I first noticed that the water dispenser was inside the fridge instead of outside. It's a little wierd for me but not an issue. There are plenty of shelves on the interior doors and it's quite roomy. It's also removable if I need the extra space for items that are larger. The water filter is easy to access and easy to change if I needed to. There are 3 drawers for the fridge to keep my fruits and vegatables at a certain humidity level. The bottom freezer is also spacious and can store a lot of items. The ice bucket is a bit large. I would've prefered if the bucket was sealed so the frozen items doesn't make the ice taste funny over time. So far the ice is fine, but I think it will start to have a weird taste after awhile. The doors are stainless steel and fingerprints are not an issue. There were smudges, but it wiped off pretty nicely. Overall, l am very happy with this model and the design. Plenty of fridge space is a must for me!

For example, the digital temperature control is a great idea, in theory, however once I discovered all my arugula was frozen, I found it difficult to adjust the temperature. It would go down and up and. Celsius.. not an easily changable feature. The freezer drawers get stuck in strange positions. The water dispenser is inside the unit, which is not really the most convenient. The ice maker has no other access, other than reaching your hand into the bin, which isn't incredibly hygienic. Other than that though, it's a beautiful fridge, so spacious and truly fingerprint resistant. The high efficiency LED lighting makes a huge difference between this model and a standard refrigerator. In addition, I love being able to easily adjust the shelves. Samsung has made easy work of what would have previously been a pain. I can't really get over how much space it has. It's It's a blessing now that we are trying to eat at home more. I would absolutely recommend this refrigerator, it is quite nearly perfect!! I love it!!

Just got my fridge this week to replace my 14 year old side by side. I love the French door design. There's so much more space to put things!!! I do wish there was a bit more customization on where the shelves could move to as we have a lot of people on the family who all drink different forms of milk and some end up having to lie down. We're also a very condiment heavy household, somehow there's not a ton of room for them. Love the icemaker (takes about 24 hours to get going once installed. Be patient), and the internal water dispenser. I have mass appreciation for the door alarm as the kids do leave the fridge wide open while they stare wide eyed at all of the food that they will inevitably ignore and just make ramen instead. It really seems to snap them out of their gaze and forces them to close the door. There is plenty of room for your leftovers now. With my old side by side we had 1 shelf for milk/drinks, 1 for food, and 1 for eggs/cream cheese etc. Now, there's room on 1 shelf for all of those things. Highly recommend if you hate having stuff fall out of your current fridge every time you try to remove the coffee creamer

We are new to the French door style and this fridge was a great first to have. It is extremely spacious, has plenty of shelving, and the water dispenser inside the fridge is a bonus. The fridge runs extremely quietly,so much so that I keep cleaning to see if it’s actually on and running. The crisper drawers are spacious and keep mu fruits and veggies fresh and there is another roomy storage drawer where we keep meats and cheese that is very useful. The freezer drawer is very deep and roomy as well and the ice maker makes a ton of ice which is wonderful because we use a lot of ice. The fridge design is very nice and the color matches well with my other appliances. It is very durable and the doors and handles are very sturdy for families that open and close them a lot. It is fingerprint resistant and smudges wipe off with ease. Overall, I would recommend this Samsung refrigerator for anyone who wants a fridge with a sleek design, plenty of space for everything,, and a fridge that you’ll never know is there. It has been an awesome addition to our kitchen appliance family!

I call it the spaceship as it is a remarkable appliance that stands out in my kitchen. The amount of space is has is remarkable and the ice and water maker fits in the perfect position and doesnt get in the way of anything else. Starting from the outside, this fridge is fingerprint proof! My past fridge is a fingerprint magnet! I had to constantly wipe it everytime I clean my place or whenever I have guests over. This saves me some time in my busy day. I almost try to smear my fingers on it just to try to get fingerprints to show up! Good one Samsung! The inside is remarkable and very space efficient. I love, i do mean love that the door cabinets can be moved around to allow storage for all my drinks and condiments of all sizes. Not only does the door cabinets can be moved around, but also the shelves as well. There is so much room in this fridge I almost have to purchase more food to fill it up! Not sure if thats a good thing or a bad thing but no complaints here! Overall, I am deeply satisfied with this fridge as this beautiful fridge has exceeded my expectations! Great work Samsung!

I love how much room there is inside and how it is so well lit! I can see all my chilled food and drinks so clearly. My family loves that everything is easy to find. We also love how the ice bucket is huge and full - never any ice shortages! The fridge is so quiet that you don’t even know it’s on. The design is simple and elegant, gleaming and pretty inside and out. There is always COLD fresh clean water from the filtered dispenser. The doors are easy for my little kids to open and close and not too heavy. Speaking of little kids, I also love how the stainless steel is so shiny and fingerprint resistant. Truth be told, I did not expect to be so happy with a refrigerator, as I thought they are all the same, but this one is so impressive! It is miles above any other fridge I’ve owned (and I’ve owned A LOT of them!) My family and I are very pleased with our new Samsung appliance. So glad to have added this to our kitchen. We have almost all Samsung appliances and we really love them all. Next one to get is a Samsung dishwasher - can’t wait to update that one and then we’ll be a total Samsung family!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start off by saying the appliance this replaces was also a Samsung, one which had survived three kids and three moves in twelve years, and still worked quite well before we decided to upgrade. That kind of durability definitely inspires brand loyalty. I like the design; the French Door/Bottom Freezer layout is basically the best, and this model has more room, more options, more places to put things than even the previous one. I especially like the way the inner doors are arranged, lots of room for several gallon containers, dozens of bottles, etc. But the door depth doesn't detract from the shelf storage; we've not had any problems fitting an enthusiastic grocery trip and a couple days of leftovers inside. The freezer is also well laid out, very roomy and convenient. I'm really a fan of the brushed stainless finish, but it's had the unfortunate side-effect of wanting to upgrade the entire kitchen to match :) The only "flaw," though it's really just a matter of personal preference, is I'd rather have the water dispenser on the exterior. But I was overruled, so what can a guy do? Besides, the one on the inside is tall enough for a refillable hiking/sports-type water bottle, so I'll call that a win.

We do not need too much of a freezer as we do have a separate Freezer. This fridge was perfect in terms of its large capacity. I had to learn to figure out that I needed to remove the shelves and adjust it to fill milk cartons etc., but that was not hard. I also had to learn to wait for 24 hours before the icemaker started producing ice, but once I figured that out - it was awesome that the ice maker is off in the freezer bottom - saves space again.   We also love the controls inside and even the music that the buttons play when you press them. Maybe silly to some but not to us. We are getting used to the water dispenser being on the inside of the fridge. It is definitely a great idea - less stagnant water outside, and less spills outside etc., But may take some time to get used to it, especially if you have had your water dispenser outside until date in other fridges. The fridge does seem to make a consistent buzzing noise - we are going to observe and if it continues then call customer support. I know they stand by their products and so am not worried. 5 stars for this stainless steel, finger print resistant sleek looking French door fridge and hoping this Samsung lasts me the next 14 years like the last fridge did!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had been needing a new refrigerator with extra space for my family. This Samsung refrigerator has been a dream come true! It has spacious shelving. The French doors allow extra space for all of my condiments and drinks. I no longer have to dig through to find anything because the refrigerator is like an open floor plan. Everything is so visible and within arms reach. I can adjust the shelving to my preference. I like this idea because there are times when I need the extra heights for certain meals. I was looking into purchasing a deep freezer for my frozen goods but once I received this refrigerator I no longer felt the need to look no further. There is so much space with slide out drawers in the freezer section. I use to have issues keeping ice because of it. The ice dispenses in its own tray with more than enough room for everything else I need the space to keep food frozen. The stainless steel makes for a nice color to go nicely with my other appliances and it’s also easy to wipe clean. My children have a habit of getting into the fridge often. It’s been a great addition and a much needed one at that. The digital temperature control is a very nice feature that allows you to know how cold your food is and that it’s staying fresh. It has an alarm which will sound off if the door stays open. I find this particularly handy so that i never have to be worried about spoiled food or beverages. I would recommend this product to my friends and family definitely!

I have a family of 4 and we do a pretty good job keeping a well stocked fridge- particularly in a pandemic! In an effort to make the transition from our side-by-side refrigerator to this, we had each close by in our kitchen and than quickly transitioned food from one to the next. The amount of additional space that this refrigerator has is really impressive! I was able to use all of the shelves to fit ALL of our family's condiments- these little ones love to dip! The drawers are also plenty deep for "mommy's juice" (WINE) as well as plenty of storage for all of the frozen goodies we might ever need to get by! The refrigerator has a "power cool" mode and it reached the appropriate temperature in less than 30 minutes! The internal water dispenser is amazing because it is well hidden on the inside and high enough to keep away tiny hands. Gone are the days where the water is sprayed all over the floor! The delivery of our fridge was incredibly timely as we have multiple birthdays this month. We were able to store large/wide platters, all of the drinks and food, including the birthday cake! My kids are also extremely excited about "their" drawer that is filled with all of the yogurt and applesauce pouches and drinks. Last, but certainly not least, my Mama's Dream is complete with the fingerprint resistant finish! My little ones are constantly touching everything...really, everything...and this is one of the only places where they can not leave their mark!! It is truly a dream!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is amazing. We needed a replacement fridge and this fridge is perfect for our family of four's current needs. With the lockdown and everyone staying home more, we also needed more space and boy does this fridge deliver. PROS - It maintains temperature really well and has a very intuitive temperature control system - It has tons of room. The ability to rearrange the shelves also allows us to customize it based on whatever food supplies we need to store. - I love that the ice maker is in the bottom freezer. It provides more room in the fridge area. This also ensures that there is no ice build up that can prevent us from enjoying fresh ice cubes. - I also love that the water filter is very accessible - the bottom section of the fridge area so around the middle section of the refrigerator. This is so much more convenient than our old fridge, which had it on the bottom corner. - The water filler is also comfortably sized and can fit most glass sizes and regular pitcher heights. I also feel that it's more sanitary having it inside the fridge. -the design is also very aesthetically pleasing. the black stainless steel is also very sleek and modern Slight CONS - the middle magnet doesn't pop up automatically upon closing. This might be related to the door level but I'd hope that upon initial setup this would've been a default setup - some slight frost build up already in the bottom freezer which is set at 0 degrees. Again, might be related to setup Overall - 5 out of 5 stars. The next test is the longevity of the product. Appreciate being part of this campaign!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With a family of five and all of us home due to the coronavirus lockdowns, our previous refrigerator simply did not have the capacity for our needs. Upgrading to this 28.2 cubic feet refrigerator was perfect for us especially cooking and storing food in the fridge. The first thing you will notice is there is no external water and ice dispenser which gives it a very clean and sleek look. This is a perfect case of function following form. The water dispenser is ingeniously hidden inside of the refrigerator and dispenses chilled water which is a bonus. The ice dispenser is located on the top drawer of the freezer located below the french doors of the refrigerator. Our previous fridge had the external water & ice maker which is more convenient, and I had the option of dispensing regular ice cubes or crushed ice. That aside, the extra capacity this refrigerator provides swallows all of our food and drink needs. The adjustable shelves allow me to customize them to my desire. The french doors have a lot of storage space for all of your drinks and water bottles. What amazes most about this refrigerator is how quiet it is. Frankly our 'old' refrigerator is only nine years old but you can absolutely hear it as it cycles between on and off. I don't even notice when this refrigerator is on or off. Overall, I have been very satisfied with our refrigerator purchase. One of my sons commented to me that this refrigerator is much better than our previous one. I would tend to agree. For those looking for a larger refrigerator with a clean and modern look, you definitely need to put this Samsung refrigerator on your shopping list.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using our new refrigerator now for around two weeks and I really enjoy it. The amount of space and ability to organize the refrigerator portion is amazing. I love the adjustability of the shelves. This was something we could do in our old refrigerator, but as soon as you moved a shelf either up or down, you eliminated a huge amount of room. With the split shelves in this model, we are really able to capitalize on space. The part that I thought would bother me most was using the water dispenser inside, but because the flow is fairly quick, I’m not as bothered by this as I thought I would be. The downside to the refrigerator portion is that I wish the door shelves were a little more flexible. It’s a small issue though, and doesn’t make me like the model any less. However. The freezer leaves something to be desired. It feels like I have little to no room, mainly due to a lack of organization and the placement of the ice. The ice bucket is nice to have but takes away a lot of room. Also, because it’s not a dispenser, your options are to either get a Utensil of some sort or to use your hands to get the ice out. That’s a huge dissatisfier. Then, the remainder of the freezer is sorted into two big open bins on the bottom and one next to the ice bucket on the top. You’re basically piling your food on top of itself playing Tetris to get it to fit. It feels small, cramped, almost unusable. I would love it to have more of an organization scheme like the side by side we used to have. It felt like everything was crammed in there too but at least it was easy to find things! I would only recommend this model to people who do not freeze a lot of food. If you do, you’d most likely need a separate freezer unit which is annoying to have to deal with.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an older version of this refrigerator previous to this. There are some differences. - The door bins are now clear instead of white which is really nice to see what's in them. - I do like that the water is on the inside of the door rather than the inside side of the fridge body. There's a little shelf to place a cup or bottle and it's tall enough for our contigo water bottles. The solid plastic panel is much easier to press than the rubber like bubble of the previous model - Instead of a shelf with a flip top at the inside top of the door (that my kids always forgot to close) there is a bin, so nothing is falling out. It's just past Thanksgiving and there was plenty of room (dinner for 5 + standard groceries). The shelves are easy to rearrange to make the most of the space. The bottom bins perfectly hold two 1-gallon jugs without squishing and are height adjustable. The LED lighting is fabulous and bright - I can see everything so clearly. The fingerprint resistant finish is pretty good. My kids are a match for any finish but even they don't leave much when their hands are clean-ish. More importantly, when I wipe it down in random spots, it dries streak free. Our SS trash can looks streaky and ugly no matter what I do , but not the fridge! I love the top shallow drawer in the freezer as well. About 1/3 of it is the ice bin, which makes perfect ice. The bottom drawer has a non removable divider that only goes halfway up so if you have larger items they can fit across the top. The only negative - there is about 1.5 inches of space between each shelf and the back wall of the fridge. There is a ... shallow hump in the middle of the back wall of the fridge body. The shelf edge near that doesn't have such a big gap, but the sides of the shelf to the right and left are nearly 2 inches gap, so if anything small/thin gets shoved back there it could fall. The veggie drawers also seem like they don't extend back as far as the previous model. I'm glad I updated and would definitely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received our new Samsung - 28 cu. ft. Large Capacity 3-Door French Door Refrigerator with Internal Water Dispenser - Fingerprint Resistant Stainless Steel last week and have been absolutely thrilled with it! The delivery guys were very friendly and did an amazing job of installing the new one. I think they were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Our first reaction was to the sleekness of the design. All the door handles are recessed so that there is nothing protruding from the doors…even the water/ice dispenser. One of the first things I did was to check the fingerprint-resistant finish. It did not let me down. We have two kids so there are many fingers that touch the doors each day. It is nice not to constantly wipe the fingerprints off. After installation, we ran the power cool and power freeze cycles for around 3 hours until we were able to put our groceries back in. The installers suggested making ice and dumping it out around 3 times before using the ice and pouring out a glass of water every so many hour for a day until the water was flushed through the system. We did this and the ice and water are working exactly as expected. One of the best features is the capacity of the door bins. With 4 kids, we go through a lot of milk so we always have multiple gallons on hand each day not to mention the bottles of various fruit juices and sodas. We actually found ourselves with some extra room. Speaking of room, the top shelf can adjust so that we can put the larger bottles up there too. With 28 cubic feet of space between the freezer and refrigerator sides, there is more than enough room for all of our snacks and groceries. Another feature that has already been tested over the past few days is the door alarm. After 2 minutes of being open, the refrigerator lets out an audible alarm. There is an option of turning this feature off, but we definitely will never. Overall, this is our very first brand new refrigerator and we are not disappointed. In the future, we will definitely put Samsung at the top of our list. I definitely and wholeheartedly recommend Samsung to everyone.
