The big drawers makes it a breeze to organize and keep things in there places without moving everything when I’m looking for one certain item. The external water and ice dispenser is large enough for my travel cups to fit under and that’s a huge win. The freezer is great it has multiple storage spots that slide and allow me to organize everything well. I was a bit confused with the ice trays but not an ice maker in the lower part of the freezer. Overall I’m thrilled with my net refrigerator and I believe it will make cooking easier.

Mega Capacity 3-Door French Door Refrigerator in Stainless Steel has so much space that i able to put so many food items in the fridge and I was able to put three gallons of milk easily. The water dispenser was dispensing quickly, and the water was very cold. I was amazed with the different ice that it makes in the fridge such as ice sphere. I would recommend this fridge to people who would fill there fridges up. The slide in of the fridge is great which is great when needing to clean up. The AI energy mode is great which helps me save money on my electric bill. it fit perfectly at my house, so I was very happy.

The shelf layout is incredibly roomy, making it easy to organize groceries with and deep bins. I love how it keeps my food fresh and the vegetables crisp. However, the built-in ice maker is kinda slow and can be loud. The stainless steel front is a nice touch, but it still gets fingerprints and smudges. Overall, I like it and it runs quietly and keeps everything the right temp. The space is all that I can say. I will be able to store so much food in this thing. The meals are going to be glorious. Such a nice, large refrigerator. Just look how much I can fit on one shelf.

The water dispenser has a good flow & so far we have not run out of ice. The cooling of the fridge is very consistent and I especially like the pull out freezer drawer on the bottom. The lower drawer, however does seem to be a bit of a challenge to remove if we have a spill that needs to be cleaned. I'm hopeful that we will not have to deal with that anytime soon. The doors of the refrigerator have adequate spacing for holding condiments and assortment of beverages. So far we are very happy with this unit.

I like that the bottom freezer doesn't have a handle that juts out because I have dogs that would find a way to break or chew on it. One thing that I didn't know it was missing was.... the ice tray in the bottom freezer. I kept trying to find a switch or setting or something that would turn the ice maker on at the bottom. Then I realized there isn't one! Slightly shocked, not completely disappointed because it gives me more space in the freezer. Would I still like to have an ice machine at the bottom, of course. Do I still love this XL refrigerator...YES!

The racks are adjustable as well as the shelves on the doors. There is an ice maker that makes curved ice which also seems to be large capacity. The filtered water & ice dispenser is tall so you can fit one of the taller stainless steel tumblers under it with ease and also offers crushes ice. There are three drawers to organize produce and meats as well as a long narrow drawer which is perfect for canned or bottled drinks. The freezer drawer is huge and it’s so much easier to pack it full when it’s a drawer instead of a door so things don’t slide out. Me and my fiance love it and so do all of the kids.

First time user of Samsung Refrigerator and loving this refrigerator so far. Easy set up. Cools evenly and keeps my produce fresh. Nice stainless steel finish too. The ice maker part takes a bit getting used to but I think I will catch up. Great overall features with door open alarm very useful. The icemaket is tall enough to fill a water bottle and my tumbler. I love the spacious freezer on the bottom I empty the ice container in the freezer for my cooler for road trips. After changing our water supply line we purchased a new Samsung water filter and discovered that we apparently had a bad filter in the refrigerator when it was delivered. Since putting the new filter in the ice maker has worked great! The refrigerator and freezer are both spacious and the design is very good. The door compartments are extremely useful! Their size and shapes serve our purposes very well!

The fridge is huge with lots of space. The lights are nice and bright. It is very cold. The freezer is very large. This is our 2nd Samsung fridge, the first purchased in 2008 and just retired. The basket is nice for storage and retrieval. The tiny shelves in the doors are nearly unusable, can't even see them under the top door shelves. May find a use for them; not sure. The outer surface is fingerprint resistant; looks nice. Trying to navigate best placement for fridge shelves. Working out arrangements. We love it!

I love the French door style so I can open one side or both. It stores large grocery loads, and the interior shelves and freezer compartments feels well designed for keeping everything organized. The main issue is the door does not shut and seal on its own, so it requires extra attention every time you close it. That makes it less convenient than expected, especially when you are in a hurry or have your hands full. It does have an alarm when after some time if the fridge door is shut properly, but the seal could be better. The door not sealing automatically is a frustrating flaw that keeps it from being a higher-rated product. But I find it good quality cooling though.

There is a lot of main storage space, the adjustable shelf is beneficial for taller items, and the separate deli drawer is a plus. The main flaws are strange in the doors and freezers. We underestimated how limited the storage space was in the doors for condiment type items that may be a bit taller. The freezers overall have a decent storage space, however it can be a little tricky when you run into taller items. Just things to adjust to, overall a good fridge so far.

The only downfalls so far is that the bottom shelf in the doors are a bit small and somewhat hidden so it is hard to fit things in them and forget that thy are there. The shelfs also seem like they may break easily or cannot hold a lot of weight, but we have not had any issues thus far.

Most of that in the refrigerator section. The storage is quite deep. Drawer operation is very smooth. Water and ice functions work nicely. The icemaker is not too loud. In the left door is a dispenser for water and either curved or crushed ice. This fridge operates very quietly and even late at night there is no noticeable noise coming from it, only the occasional completion of a batch of ice, which is still quite quiet. My grandson really likes the freezer drawer which sits at the sweet spot for his height. The rollers work very well making cleaning under and behind a breeze. If I could change something I would make the top shelf adjustable, even if it's only a few notches it would still be a welcome change. Love the large inside capacity. The refrigerator is 4" deeper than my previous model (even though it's sold as "standard" depth), giving you just enough extra space. Being able to lock the temperature controls and water dispenser is a plus. I was hesitant about purchasing a stainless steel appliance because of fingerprints, but that hasn't been an issue. The Power Cool and Power Freeze features are an added benefit.

The only m8ssing need is another side door holder large enough to hold additional milk or creamer. However, there is a sliding shelf in the main area which can accommodate larger items. Went from have two vertical sections (fridge and freezer side by side) to this and it is so much better. The wide space for both fridge and freezer makes organization so much easier and better. The tiny little shelves on the bottom of both doors for the fridge did throw me off a bit, not too much I could think of putting in those spaces. One cool thing that I had not seen before was a shelf in the middle that slides back to allow additional height! That was awesome. The space for the freezer works so nicely as well. It so easy to stack and organize things in there with the wide and tall space. The sliding basket on the top is cool as it works for putting smaller items on top and lets you put the big items in the bottom section. The biggest change I wish it had was measurement amounts/auto dispense for the water dispenser. That is the only thing I miss from old fridge to this one.

I have a large family and good most of our meals at home. That means lots of ingredients. This Samsung fridge has shelves that can be moved around and lifted back to fit larger items. The gallon bin on the door is perfect for milk and juice. I have found that it keeps food cold and fresh. The freezer drawer is deep and spacious with a push back shelf for small items like ice packs or ice pops. The ice maker makes wonderful, soft ice in cube or crushed, and the fresh water filter is easily accessible on the front inside of the fridge, no more moving stuff around to change the filter! The filter location is perfect for someone with back issues or unable to bend for a long time like me. I like how spacious the water filter section is. I normally use big jars for my drinking water and in the past I used cups to fetch then transfer because the jars could not fit under our fridge water area, but they fit perfectly in this one without me having to fetch water several times with a smaller cup. Now I can cook a lot of food and save it, and I can also buy a lot of food items at the same time. This fridge is one of my favorite appliances. I'm glad I purchased it, and I highly recommend it. The layout is spacious and makes it easy to organize groceries and large items. I like that the ice chest doesn't take up too much space and the pull out freezer drawers have plenty of space. But there are a couple of small drawbacks. At first, the water dispenser kept dripping a few drops after use, but this went away a few days after installation. Also, the fridge door does not auto-close, so you have to make sure it is fully pushed shut to ensure a tight seal. It does seal when the door is slightly pushed, but I'm just afriad not fully. The panel was easy to control, and I can use it without external phone app or AI connections which I like the option of having. Overall, it is a great refrigerator with ample space and strong features, and those minor issues are manageable once you get used to it. I’d give it 4 stars for its capacity and design.

My toddlers enjoying filling their own cups with water front the front dispenser and ice from the tray in the freezer. The product is great so far! The only annoying issues so far are the crisper drawers fo not come out easy for cleaning (still haven't figured it out) and there is way too much plastic and tape to take off thats difficult.
