[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LARGE Capacity Refrigerator
Overall very happy with the new refrigerator. Purchased as a replacement to prior model RF28R6201SR/AA. Positives for this model is the inverter compressor, increased capacity and the maximized space saving inside. They were able to squeeze in two more small shelves at the bottom of each door that are great for canned drinks. The top drawer in the freezer is deeper and has more capacity. The finish is sleek and more modern looking which fit perfectly into our home style. Negatives include cheapened crisper drawers that previously had individual humidity controls, the larger cold cuts drawer at the bottom previously included a divider and was much sturdier, the freezer drawer added a latch aid and not sure what it is supposed to do. It may be to aid in opening easier but is not lock or latch. The overall height is lower but that translates into less room above the top shelf inside. The in door ice and water dispenser is simple and intuitive to use. The LG water filters are excellent quality. Again overall very happy with the purchase, just missing a few of the features of the prior model.
I recommended this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m super pleased with my new mega capacity Samsung refrigerator. We are a large family and every bit of space counts. The big drawers makes it a breeze to organize and keep things in there places without moving everything when I’m looking for one certain item. The external water and ice dispenser is large enough for my travel cups to fit under and that’s a huge win. The freezer is great it has multiple storage spots that slide and allow me to organize everything well. I was a bit confused with the ice trays but not an ice maker in the lower part of the freezer. Overall I’m thrilled with my net refrigerator and I believe it will make cooking easier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is gorgeous! Not only is it super quiet while it’s running, but it’s aesthetically beautiful! There is so much space for everyday condiments and space for bigger items! I love that it makes curved and regular ice! The water comes out super cold and refreshing! It is really easy to clean as well! The mega capacity is awesome for prepping and storing food! There is so much room and the slide shelf is awesome! It really helps for storing tall products!! The drawers are a great size for storing fruits and vegetables! The lower drawer is awesome for string drinks and items you want to quickly have access to! All of the drawers easily glide, and they are easy to clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] II recently got a Samsung refrigerator, and it has a very nice, clean design. It is a really nice looking fridge. The shelf layout is incredibly roomy, making it easy to organize groceries with and deep bins. I love how it keeps my food fresh and the vegetables crisp. However, the built-in ice maker is kinda slow and can be loud. The stainless steel front is a nice touch, but it still gets fingerprints and smudges. Overall, I like it and it runs quietly and keeps everything the right temp. The space is all that I can say. I will be able to store so much food in this thing. The meals are going to be glorious. Such a nice, large refrigerator. Just look how much I can fit on one shelf.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is exactly what I was looking for. It offers plenty of storage space, including convenient drawers for fruits and vegetables, and a dedicated deli drawer. The design is beautiful, and the freezer has a massive capacity with handy baskets to help keep everything organized. This model is a significant upgrade from my previous fridge, and I am very happy with my purchase. It maintains a consistent, cold temperature, and the door alarm feature is incredibly helpful for preventing the door from being left open too long. I highly recommend this refrigerator to friends and family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had the refrigerator for a couple weeks now and it works very well. The water dispenser has a good flow & so far we have not run out of ice. The cooling of the fridge is very consistent and I especially like the pull out freezer drawer on the bottom. The lower drawer, however does seem to be a bit of a challenge to remove if we have a spill that needs to be cleaned. I'm hopeful that we will not have to deal with that anytime soon. The doors of the refrigerator have adequate spacing for holding condiments and assortment of beverages. So far we are very happy with this unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently received this beautiful stainless steel 31 Cubic feet fridge, and instantly fell in love with it! its very spacious, and can hold everything! I like that the bottom freezer doesn't have a handle that juts out because I have dogs that would find a way to break or chew on it. One thing that I didn't know it was missing was.... the ice tray in the bottom freezer. I kept trying to find a switch or setting or something that would turn the ice maker on at the bottom. Then I realized there isn't one! Slightly shocked, not completely disappointed because it gives me more space in the freezer. Would I still like to have an ice machine at the bottom, of course. Do I still love this XL refrigerator...YES!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a wonderful fridge. The look is simple and elegant, which matches my house perfectly. The Bespoke AI technology keeps it running smoothly and efficiently. Being able to monitor the fridge's energy use from the SmartThings App is very helpful. The quick access to ice and water in the door are very great, but I also love the two ice options in the freezer drawer. We never run out of ice! The fridge is large and works great for our family, including the friends and neighborhood kids that often stop by. There is truly space for everything we need and want.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are extremely happy with our new refrigerator. The large capacity provides plenty of space for groceries, making it easy to stay organized and keep everything accessible. The ice and water dispenser in the door is incredibly convenient and saves valuable shelf space inside the refrigerator.
In addition to its functionality, the refrigerator looks fantastic in our kitchen. Its modern design gives the space a clean, upscale appearance. One of our favorite features is the thoughtfully designed compartments and storage areas, which make it easy to organize everything from fresh produce to beverages and leftovers.
Overall, this refrigerator combines style, convenience, and excellent storage capacity. We would highly recommend it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very satisfied with this fridge! I have 4 children and 4 step children so when everyone is home this fridge is so crucial! The racks are adjustable as well as the shelves on the doors. There is an ice maker that makes curved ice which also seems to be large capacity. The filtered water & ice dispenser is tall so you can fit one of the taller stainless steel tumblers under it with ease and also offers crushes ice. There are three drawers to organize produce and meats as well as a long narrow drawer which is perfect for canned or bottled drinks. The freezer drawer is huge and it’s so much easier to pack it full when it’s a drawer instead of a door so things don’t slide out. Me and my fiance love it and so do all of the kids.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new refrigerator. I love the two types of ice that comes from the icemaker. Perfect for my iced tea. The icemaket is tall enough to fill a water bottle and my tumbler. I love the spacious freezer on the bottom I empty the ice container in the freezer for my cooler for road trips. I love the shelves gives me more room to stock on groceries. Perfect size for summer bbq meats to be stored. The doors open wide enough to see everything in the refrigerator.. The size of this refrigerator is great for my grocery restocking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its a nice Fridge with good cooling. The freezer compartment is big and provides more room than the one we had. The cube and crush ice optional function is very helpful. I can control the temp and get alert if the doors have been opened for extensive time. Also, the No-fingerprint mark body is very easy to maintain. The handle-free freezer door adds more beauty to it.
Air movement in the fridge is even and cools consistently.
The size fits perfectly in the kitchen and blends well with the kitchen cabinets and wall color.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very pleased with my Bespoke refrigerator. It did take a little while to get some ice maker problems worked out. After changing our water supply line we purchased a new Samsung water filter and discovered that we apparently had a bad filter in the refrigerator when it was delivered. Since putting the new filter in the ice maker has worked great! The refrigerator and freezer are both spacious and the design is very good. The door compartments are extremely useful! Their size and shapes serve our purposes very well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge is huge with lots of space. The lights are nice and bright. It is very cold. The freezer is very large. This is our 2nd Samsung fridge, the first purchased in 2008 and just retired. The basket is nice for storage and retrieval. The tiny shelves in the doors are nearly unusable, can't even see them under the top door shelves. May find a use for them; not sure. The outer surface is fingerprint resistant; looks nice. Trying to navigate best placement for fridge shelves. Working out arrangements. We love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im in love with my new Samsung Bespoke refrigerator! I got it while on sale at an amazing price! I love all the space it provides! So much bigger then my last one. Making it perfect for my family of 4. I am a bit confused by the ice trays in the freezer since the ice maker is located in the fridge part. I was told it makes ice in two places but don't see how that is possible. Im assuming you could dump ice in there as a back up. Im just using the trays as extra storage. Over all im very happy with my purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Refrigerator has an absolutely amazing amount of space! We are loving how open the shelving is. We do, however, wish there were taller shelving spaces available in more locations. The kids love the opportunity to open the freezer door and grab their favorite treats. The ice dispenser works well and the ice is a great consistency. We do wish that the ice bin were more easily available to snag a cup of ice instead of using the dispenser overall, we love this new refrigerator and are happy to have made the jump!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator has a lot going for it, especially the generous storage space and the clean, modern layout. I love the French door style so I can open one side or both. It stores large grocery loads, and the interior shelves and freezer compartments feels well designed for keeping everything organized. The main issue is the door does not shut and seal on its own, so it requires extra attention every time you close it. That makes it less convenient than expected, especially when you are in a hurry or have your hands full. It does have an alarm when after some time if the fridge door is shut properly, but the seal could be better. The door not sealing automatically is a frustrating flaw that keeps it from being a higher-rated product. But I find it good quality cooling though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall it is a good fridge. There is a lot of main storage space, the adjustable shelf is beneficial for taller items, and the separate deli drawer is a plus. The main flaws are strange in the doors and freezers. We underestimated how limited the storage space was in the doors for condiment type items that may be a bit taller. The freezers overall have a decent storage space, however it can be a little tricky when you run into taller items. Just things to adjust to, overall a good fridge so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very pleased so far with this fridge. It is way more spacious than we thought it would be. We love that the freezer does not have an actual handle. It was easy to install and set up to the wifi.
The only downfalls so far is that the bottom shelf in the doors are a bit small and somewhat hidden so it is hard to fit things in them and forget that thy are there. The shelfs also seem like they may break easily or cannot hold a lot of weight, but we have not had any issues thus far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge I received is very spacious. The 31-cubic-foot French door fridge is big and perfect for my kitchen. The mega capacity was the best feature. The AI energy mode is a great feature that allows me to save money. The slide-in design makes it easy to clean the back of the fridge. I am able to put so much food into it. The multi-function ice maker is really good — it can make curved ice and crushed ice, which I love. The water dispenser is so fast that it fills up my cup in less than 10 seconds. This is compatible with its app as well where it lets you control the temp of the fridge and notifies me when the fridge door is left open which I think is an outstanding feature to have when you have little kids running around. I am so happy with this fridge and would recommend that you all buy this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator has the same dimensions as the unit it replaced. Yet it has almost 3 cubic feet more storage space. Most of that in the refrigerator section. The storage is quite deep. Drawer operation is very smooth. Water and ice functions work nicely. The icemaker is not too loud. Interior lighting is OK, but some areas could use more lighting. Another surprise, the front of it is magnetic.
Overall, the storage space is outstanding. Quite happy with this purchase.

It is plea pleasing to look at, opens easily and shuts consistently, and the finish is so easy to clean. The cooling is consistent no matter how long I have the door open. I love how it fits into the space we measured for. It was packaged very nicely and there were no signs of damage upon delivery. I love that the freezer is frost free and keeps everything at zero. The small shelfs on the bottom of the doors are very handy for small condiments. I really enjoy the external water and ice dispenser giving us fresh water anytime wed like. the freezer is very nice however there is not a dual ice maker and that was a bit of a disappointment. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a lovely addition to my kitchen! I really like the big, bright interior that has a place for everything. In the left door is a dispenser for water and either curved or crushed ice. This fridge operates very quietly and even late at night there is no noticeable noise coming from it, only the occasional completion of a batch of ice, which is still quite quiet. My grandson really likes the freezer drawer which sits at the sweet spot for his height. The rollers work very well making cleaning under and behind a breeze. If I could change something I would make the top shelf adjustable, even if it's only a few notches it would still be a welcome change. It is nice having the app and the information it provides such as if someone didn't close the door all the way. Overall I am satisfied with this refrigerator.

The external water and ice dispenser is convenient and works great, and I love having the option of different ice types. The fingerprint-resistant stainless steel finish keeps the refrigerator looking clean and modern, even with kids constantly opening the doors.
Overall, this refrigerator offers a fantastic combination of storage capacity, modern features, sleek design, and reliable performance. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a large, family-friendly refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It lives up to the mega in mega capacity. First thing I noticed was the amount of space. It has deep drawers and shelves and a variety of spaces to easily organize and see your goods. I especially like the dividers in the freezer portion. It dispenses two different types of ice cubes and filtered water on the exterior of the unit. Speaking of the exterior, it’s a good looking appliance. It’s nice and quiet as well. We (wife and I) really like it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great fridge. Lots of space, well lit inside. The ice dispenser and water dispenser work well. It’s nice to have cold filtered water! The ice maker seems loud but my old one didn’t work so maybe I’m just not used to it - the dogs bark every time it drops ice. Love the deli drawer. The shelving is great. I have found something for every shelf. It is consistently cool/cold. Don’t know anything about corrosion or frost, it is less than a week old.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far the fridge has worked great and seems to be an upgrade in most ways to our 2015 Samsung french door fridge. One issue we have seen is the compressor seems noise than on our previous fridge. Will give it some time since since the fridge has only been installed for less than a week. It would be nice if the Smarththings app for the fridge had more functionality. For example showing the temperatures for the fridge and freezer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge is amazingly spacious and is ideal for a large family or someone who buys food items in bulk. We buy food in bulk and cook a lot of meals at once and the space exceeds our expectations. It has a lot of space in both the fridge and freezer sections. Unlike some other fridges, it cools evenly throughout the entire fridge, so we don’t have to worry about certain items going bad because of where they are stored. The adjustable shelves are an additional plus for added convenience to re-arrange the shelves as you see fit to accommodate smaller or larger items. The fridge is very modern and instantly elevates the appearance of our space. It is very beautiful. We’ve received so many compliments. I am really excited about this fridge. It appears to be built to last, and I am eager to see how long it lasts as our last freezer gave up on us suddenly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So we finally found a refrigerator that a large family can use. We are a family of 6 and find this Bespoke to be the perfect fit. With the high volume fridge doors we can store so much more! The biggest storage we have seen in a French door refrigerator and freezer. The freezer also has so much more room than others we have had in the past. Our kids love it and so do we. Awesome ice produced as well. Perfect for our family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the amount of space the entire refrigerator has. I was pleasantly surprised at the freezer size.t The push back drawer is a plus for quick find frozen items. Not one but two types of ice plus water from the external ice maker. The shelves in the refrigerator are placed for tall items like orange juice. All the storage in the door for my condiments. The smart things app let's me control the refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the large inside capacity. The refrigerator is 4" deeper than my previous model (even though it's sold as "standard" depth), giving you just enough extra space. Being able to lock the temperature controls and water dispenser is a plus. I was hesitant about purchasing a stainless steel appliance because of fingerprints, but that hasn't been an issue. The Power Cool and Power Freeze features are an added benefit.

Ice maker is good except that it also splashes ice shavings all over even when you bring the cup all the way up to the opening. The bottom freezer is smooth to open and close, great space for all big and small items. Cools everything nicely as well. Overall we love the design!

There is lots of space to store my groceries and the shelving helps with keeping it organized. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Mega Capacity 3-Door French Door Refrigerator with External Water & Ice Dispenser lives up to it’s name. There is so much room. The refrigerator portion has plenty of door storage, three roomy drawers, and a slide to allow for tall items. It can house a substantial amount of items. So much so that the beverages are inside now instead of in a garage fridge. The freezer also has a large capacity with drawers and dividers for organization so that everything isn’t just piled up in there. The water dispenser with two styles of ice is convenient and works well. This refrigerator is also quiet which I really appreciate. So in summary this refrigerator is roomy with thoughtful design features, quiet, and looks sleek in our space. We created an account for the Smart Things app and it was very easy to add this appliance. Convenient tool to change or monitor from your phone.

Controls are easy to use, especially if you’re using the app makes it even simpler. It cools down quickly and maintains temperature so far very impressed. It is incredibly spacious, easily accommodating groceries for our family and the constant flow of neighborhood kids. The Bespoke AI ensures it runs optimally, and I appreciate tracking our power consumption through the SmartThings app. The exterior dispenser is super convenient, and thanks to the dual ice makers in the bottom drawer, we never run out of ice when entertaining. The convenient water dispenser keeps our family hydrated and gives us filtered water for a variety of snacks and dishes that we make everyday. With 31 cubic feet for space, It truly has room for absolutely everything. The shelving setup is also made to hold a variety of items, even tall and bulky items. The drawer has a second sliding drawer within which is a great way to break up the space for organization. We like using the filtered water and ice that it dispenses. The water dispenser is nice and roomy, I can fit a large thermos and electric kettle in there without the maneuvering and tilting I had to do with my last fridge. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator has all the basic needs. The warranty is great, including 10 years on the compressor. The only m8ssing need is another side door holder large enough to hold additional milk or creamer. However, there is a sliding shelf in the main area which can accommodate larger items. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge and freezer are keeping items cool. There is a lot of space overall. The adjustable shelves are nice. The door shelves however are not as efficient as I originally thought when I had looked at it in store due to how small/short they are. The left door does not have as much range of motion and shuts on you automatically while the right swings open quite forcefully with little effort.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The water dispenser stream is uneven, splitting and pouring around the housing rather than coming straight out of the nozzle. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently started using the Samsung Bespoke AI 31 cu. ft. 3-Door French Door Refrigerator, and I’ve really been enjoying it so far. The large capacity gives me plenty of room to store groceries, drinks, and meal prep items without everything feeling packed together. It’s especially helpful after bigger grocery trips because I can organize everything easily.
One feature I really like is the 3-door French door design. It makes it simple to separate fresh foods, frozen items, and drinks, so finding things is quick and convenient. The shelves and drawers feel well-designed, and the bottom freezer has a lot of useful space too.
The external water and ice dispenser works smoothly and adds convenience to everyday use. Overall, the refrigerator looks modern, runs efficiently, and makes my kitchen feel more organized. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for both style and functionality in a refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Both the external and internal space are great. Went from have two vertical sections (fridge and freezer side by side) to this and it is so much better. The wide space for both fridge and freezer makes organization so much easier and better. The tiny little shelves on the bottom of both doors for the fridge did throw me off a bit, not too much I could think of putting in those spaces. One cool thing that I had not seen before was a shelf in the middle that slides back to allow additional height! That was awesome. The space for the freezer works so nicely as well. It so easy to stack and organize things in there with the wide and tall space. The sliding basket on the top is cool as it works for putting smaller items on top and lets you put the big items in the bottom section. The biggest change I wish it had was measurement amounts/auto dispense for the water dispenser. That is the only thing I miss from old fridge to this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second time owning a Samsung refrigerator and I am thoroughly impressed with the amount of space and storage they have. I have a large family and good most of our meals at home. That means lots of ingredients. This Samsung fridge has shelves that can be moved around and lifted back to fit larger items. The gallon bin on the door is perfect for milk and juice. I have found that it keeps food cold and fresh. The freezer drawer is deep and spacious with a push back shelf for small items like ice packs or ice pops. The ice maker makes wonderful, soft ice in cube or crushed, and the fresh water filter is easily accessible on the front inside of the fridge, no more moving stuff around to change the filter! The fridge fits wonderful in it space and has a sleek modern design. Definitely very pleased with the look and durability of these refrigerators and would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this fridge a lot. I have never been so happy about a refrigerator like this one. It is very nice and spacious. I like the adjustable drawers that I can easily adjust to fit both large and small items. I like how you can adjust the temperature inside close to the door. The filter location is perfect for someone with back issues or unable to bend for a long time like me. I like how spacious the water filter section is. I normally use big jars for my drinking water and in the past I used cups to fetch then transfer because the jars could not fit under our fridge water area, but they fit perfectly in this one without me having to fetch water several times with a smaller cup. Now I can cook a lot of food and save it, and I can also buy a lot of food items at the same time. This fridge is one of my favorite appliances. I'm glad I purchased it, and I highly recommend it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung refrigerator has plenty of room and offers excellent storage capacity, which is a big bonus for larger household. The layout is spacious and makes it easy to organize groceries and large items. I like that the ice chest doesn't take up too much space and the pull out freezer drawers have plenty of space. But there are a couple of small drawbacks. At first, the water dispenser kept dripping a few drops after use, but this went away a few days after installation. Also, the fridge door does not auto-close, so you have to make sure it is fully pushed shut to ensure a tight seal. It does seal when the door is slightly pushed, but I'm just afriad not fully. The panel was easy to control, and I can use it without external phone app or AI connections which I like the option of having. Overall, it is a great refrigerator with ample space and strong features, and those minor issues are manageable once you get used to it. I’d give it 4 stars for its capacity and design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got my bespoke fridge a few weeks ago and I must say that it is an absolute game changer for me and my family of 3 teens, 1 pre teen, and 4 adults. It holds all the groceries we buy plus room for more. The organization is thoughtful and customizable which is nice. I personally love the shelf that slides in and wish it was on both side but either way it’s a great feature to have. The freezer is just as spacious as the fridge and the organization continues there as well. The ice maker and water dispenser is also a great feature that the entire family loves and uses a lot. I prefer crushed ice while everyone else likes curved ice which the fridge can handle at the push of a button. The controls are simple to use and understand which is how we like them, and we absolutely love the open door alarm feature which reminds our kids to close the doors. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Samsung Bespoke AI 31 cu. ft. 3-Door French Door Refrigerator for a while now, and it has honestly made a big difference in my daily routine. As for the finish as I said earlier I have little ones and have yet to have a finger print stay thats amazing! I would recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lots of space available for a counter depth refrigerator. Only gave 4 stars because my previous Samsung refrigerator had more flexibility in the shelves, the drawers had attachments to separate items and the water/ice section had a light feature which I miss.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been enjoying this fridge/freezer combo so much. My toddlers enjoying filling their own cups with water front the front dispenser and ice from the tray in the freezer. It is also really fun for them to have the small hidden shelves in the door of the fridge. That is where we keep some treats for them.
We also enjoy having cold filtered water and we love that the shelf can slide back to get us room to store both pitchers and still have plenty of room behind and above.
I feel like I have tons of food in the freezer but it never looks full, it’s amazing! The space is designed really well and is versatile for many different uses.
The produce drawers open and close very smooth and easily. I especially enjoy the full sized drawer at the bottom for meats and cheeses. The lighting inside is bright and makes it easy to see things. The doors of the fridge and freezer drawer close easily and securely. I don’t have to tap the door closed like my mom’s old fridge. :)
We are very satisfied and it works great for our family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very glad I purchased this fridge for my home but my wife has been so happy with it that she is constantly complementing what a great husband I am. Our old fridge needed an upgrade and let me tell you. This is it!!! Its elegance makes out kitchen space look new and modern and I love how much fits in it. The lights inside are bright and light up when the door opens which helps a lot when looking for something. The veggie drawers are easy to open and close and they are fancy looking. I love the push back drawers to make the bottom drawer fit our tall things like milk and juice. I am loving the AI feature which helps keep the temperature just right and makes my fridge feel modern. Cleaning the fridge us easy, it has the stainless steel in the front and white inside. I am also loving the option to have ice on the door, it makes drinking a cold beverage on a hot day a breeze. The bottom freezer is spacious and holds a good amount of ice and meats and our kids favorite, ice cream. This fridge is a true upgrade for us. We love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator works very well, and I love the freezer compartment. The only downside is that there isn’t enough height for milk, juice, or other beverages to stand upright. Overall, I’m very happy with it and would definitely recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The consistency of the cooking on this appliance is unbearable. The freezer never accumulates frost, the dispenser was easy to hook up myself and works great. We never run out of ice and the water tastes amazing. Definitely recommend.
