I love that those are hidden and out of the way. When you open the fridge the light lights up every nook and cranny making it beyond easy to find what you need. I am in love with the spill proof shelves and how much room there is for all your wants and needs! The freezer boasts a ton of room and 2 types of ice is made! What an amazing idea! I love the fact that there is a door alarm, so that way when my children forget to close the doors, I don't have to remind them, the fridge does it for me! All the controls are easy to use and are found in one location. I would absolutely recommend this refrigerator to anyone and everyone looking for an upgrade

There is a ton of space on three shelves and there are deep storage bins on the doors which can hold a gallon of milk. The freezer on the bottom has a dual ice station with regular sized ice cubes and ice bites. These ice bites can fit in the small opening of water bottles. It was easy to add this refrigerator to my Smart Things application. One time I accidentally left the fridge door open and a pop up on my TV alerted me that the door was open.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this fridge! It’s tall and not terribly wide, so it doesn’t take up near as much space in my kitchen as I thought it would. It opens from the top, which I like. My toddlers can’t rummage through our fridge as easily. The freezer part opens low, obviously, so they can open the freezer. I love that it’s stainless. It’s such a classy look. I love the different ice types as well. It’s a very different feature that we actually really like. The refrigerator itself is not loud and doesn’t make any noise. It’s very spacious. We don’t have very much in it right now, as we just moved into our new home, but so far we love it. It does have to open on the right first, then the left. It can’t open left then right. It does say all-around cooling on the back of the inside of the fridge, which I do find weird, but it’s fine. Overall, we love it and can’t wait to enjoy it more.

I previously owned a larger 36 in. Samsung , but when it died after 15 years and as household got smaller i bought this smaller unit. I liked My old fridge so I bought another Samsung. I like new wifi connection although mostly informational. The finnish (stainless) is nice and freezer capacity and setup is great. Cools and freezes well. I do notice a degradation in quality of plastic for shelves from old fridge. The shelving setup in fridge needs some reworking as not as many options as old one had. Not much room for upright milk jug sized containers. Shelving brackets not nearly as easy or as many options. This totally needs reworking. Other than shelves very happy so far. When i trouble shot old fridge dieing with Samsung agent he admired that the old fridge lasted 15 years. I reminded him of my grandmothers Frigidaire bought in 30,s that was still going in the eighties.

It doesn’t look big on the exterior, but the interior, the middle section to be specific is very spacious and all of your large food fits perfectly. The veggie drawers keeps all your veggies fresh and last longer. Now the deli drawer is my favorite section as it is very spacious for all your deli favorites. The side doors are spacious and you can fit all of your favorite condiments and small items without loosing them in the middle sections. Now the freezer drawer is very spacious and it contains two large drawers. The top drawer is where the ice maker and the cool part of it is that it makes two styles of ice! It also has a cool feature. If you add it your SmartThings it will send you notifications if you left a door open and once is close it sends you a notification. Cool product!

This refrigerator is great. I love that the ice machine is in the door. With it being in the door, it leaves you so much more space in the refrigerator. I love the small drawer at the bottom of the refrigerator part. I put my meat and cheese there. Always at the perfect temperature. The freezer at the bottom has a large capacity, much larger than I thought. Definitely recommend this fridge.

We bought this fridge and I hooked up the ice maker. It wasn’t working at first then I called the Samsung advisor and they guided me through the set up and it works perfectly. I especially like the two sizes of ice cubes. I have my ice maker connected to the RO system so I don’t need the water filter. Can you tell me what kind of filler in need instead of the water filter.

Bought a few months ago and zero regrets, absolutely love it! so much room for all of our food - you and rearrange the shelves inside how you'd like as well! Really like the pull out freezer, you can see everything inide so nothing is being left to get freezer burnt... highly recommend this fridge! plus you can connect it to your samsung as well with smarthings!

Im able to control temps from my cell phone. Icemaker is a underated feature this is my first time with a fridge with icemaker and i love it. Overall the fridge is great i recommend to anyone im extremely happy

The doors and drawers are easy to open which is amazing for my rheumatoid arthritis. Easy for my kids to access without difficulty and no fingerprint smudges as well. I love the dual ice maker and how easily accessible that is as well.

The design is super sleek and simple yet boast so many perks on the inside. The handles are built into the door with is a very nice touch. The inside has so much room for all your food and drinks with some to spare! The cooling system keeps everything equally cold no matter where you store your items. The most important thing for my family is the alarm that goes off when a door has not been shut all the way, reminding my children to close the doors, without me saying a word!! Talk about peace of mind and no wasted food! The lighting is perfect as it illuminates every surface and item in the fridge, making it easy to find what you are looking for! The freezer has a ton of space as well and to top it all off, an ice maker that makes 2 kinds of ice!! Awesome for my picky kids! I would absolutely recommend this refrigerator to anyone, as it is well worth it!

I bought my fridge last summer (2025). I love the capacity and how much it can hold. I especially like the freezer being in the bottom. I did not buy the fridge with an ice maker. It seals very well and I especially like the fact that it beeps or my phone gets a notification that the door is open. Very pleased with my purchase.

First of all the look and the design of the fridge itself it is very attractive and the best of is very easy to clean and bye bye fingerprints. The exterior looks very small but one you open it you can see it is very spacious. The middle section is divided in three compartments and it has two veggies drawers and one deli drawer. The drawers along with the side doors are very spacious. In the side doors you can put all of your favorite condiments and small items without loosing them in larger compartments. The freezer drawer is big and spacious. It has two large drawers where you can store your favorite food. In the top drawer the ice maker is located and it is pretty cool because it makes two styles of ice! If you have SmartThings installed on your smartphone you can connect your fridge and the app will send you notifications if the door is left open and other notifications.

Horrible! Never any ice. Restarted over and over. Not even 2 years old and it completely stopped working. Nothing but problems. Service has been here twice, right after it arrived brand new. Putting it to the trash and buying a new fridge tomorrow. So much food went to waste because I can’t keep it cold.

The overall fridge is great thus far. My husband and I went for a vacation and we didn’t know how to turn the ice machine off and our entire fridge filled with ice. It was pretty funny though

We bought this fridge with our growing family in mind, and also love the space! All of our members truly enjoy the variety and ice cube sizes as well! Well worth the purchase.

Keeps food cold. Adjustable shelves to fit in oversize items. Ample size drawers for fruit, veg & deli. Ice Maker works well. Good size freezer with a sliding drawer.

I love the bottom drawer freezer it’s my favourite. And the extra small drawer inside the freezer for smaller items. It holds way more than a conventional freezer

Nice fridge, it fit perfectly in my kitchen just like i wanted. The ice machine is also nice ! The doors are a little fragile but overall it’s perfect

The fridge is good. However, the ice maker water dispenser failed after one year operation. I have changed the filter and these are still not working.

Purchased the fridge a month ago and I'm very happy with the product. It's quiet, roomie, and keeps food fresh much longer than my previous fridge.

We are enjoying our fridge. The only thing is the fingerprints that show. We thought its finish would not show them, but unfortunately, it does.

Ice machine ended up not creating ice and have to change water filter so often which is okay but an upkeep expense

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Coming from another Samsung Fridge, I assumed some things would be pretty similar, but there are more differences than similarities. What I like: The freezer drawer slides in and out really nicely, smooth, easily, just a great design, even down to how the recessed handle. The LED lights in the fridge take up next to no space, compared to older traditional bulb designed fridges. The elimination of the butter compartment is actual welcome. I'm able to store much more in that shelf than prior. The Wifi connectivity is neat. I've been notified a few times about the door being left open, and there are additional settings you get access to. The Bad: Hello fingerprints. This is not the Samsung clean steel I'm used to, this is regular stainless, and the fingerprints are all over. I miss handles! The fridge looks really sleek, but it is really inconvenient trying to open the fridge when you have your hands full. I do not use the ice maker in my fridges, so the water filter next to the deli drawer takes up 1/8th of the deli drawer shape. And the top drawer comes out with the freezer drawer probably due to the ice, which is not ideal as most items I get out of the freezer are in the larger bottom drawer. The Fridge Shelving is a bit odd. If you need to store milk, then it will be on the 2nd shelf up, not the bottom shelf, the bottom shelf will be about 4" tall and store small Tupperware or similar. It's a nice fridge, it looks good, but has some less than desirable nuances, especially for a busy family with kids.

I was extremely excited about this fridge. We were MOST excited about the ability to have a built in water filter for drinking water as the listing says "It is integrated into the inside refrigerator wall and plumbed into the water supply. So it is easy to get a refreshing cold drink, with nothing showing on the outside". I'm much less likely to buy a Samsung product again after this being my first experience with them for multiple reasons, but particularly that the description doesn't fit the item. So with that aside, here are the pros and cons: Pros: ~ There is nice capacity to store food. I LOVE that the drawers are full drawers and don't have that weird cutout at the back which takes away a ton of space for fruits and vegetables. They are just nice square drawers and I can fit so much produce. ~ The BEST part of this fridge is the small hidden drawer (see the white line under the produce drawers, next to the water filter that connect to ice in the freezer not water in the fridge) to put cheese and meats in. It is wonderful. ~The freezer has a lot of capacity and can store quite a bit of food. ~ The ice auto sorts into two sizes. The little ones are joyful, not crushed, not huge cubes, just perfect. ~ It's just a little bit thinner than my old fridge, so now I can keep a folding step stool hidden between it and the wall. ~ It gets nice and cold and you can set it to optimize in various ways, although I'm still sorting out the settings. CONS: ~ There is NO way to "get a refreshing cold drink, with nothing showing on the outside" through the water filter they boast about as the listing and manufacturer insert says. What they mean is you can get ICE. Ice. That is what you get to refresh your drinks with this fridge. ~ The lighting is poor inside and whole middle of the fridge is essentially dim. ~ There are no handles. What you're trading for this "sleek design" is a ton of fingerprints smeared all over the front of it where people try to figure out if they have to press in or search for a secret latch somehow. Even when they know that the handles are on the top and bottom of the door, they will still use the middle of the door to close it every time, leaving lots and lots of fingerprints. Just accept the fingerprints. There is no winning (Of note though: the stainless steel IS magnetized so you can try to detract from this with magnets and art). ~ The handles IN the fridge are under the drawers too, which is obnoxious. ~ It beeps constantly if the door is open. Good feature for forgetful teens who leave the door ajar, really annoying for moms who are just putting groceries away. I wish I could lengthen the time setting on it. ~ It has wifi for reasons still mostly unbeknownst to me and every electronic device in my home with wifi capacity now tries to connect to my fridge. I do not want or need a fridge with wifi. ~ It makes some odd, albeit momentary, noises at times. ~The protective plastic wrap is literally embedded into this thing so even if you peel it all off, there is still plastic sticking out of every tiny crevice that you cannot remove. Even with a razor blade and lots of patience. (The protective plastic clearly does not protect from scratches or dents though). ~ There is a weird lip on top of the fridge (I think it houses the wifi center maybe?) which makes it difficult to put things on top of the fridge without knowing where that ends, everything just falls over. And if you're shorter (I'm 5'4) you'll need to get a ladder to find those items because it's juuuuuuuuust about an inch too tall. ~ There are no can holders. My last fridge was an old beat up model and it had can holders in the door. I bought one online to store them in but I miss the space saving aspect of the other one and ease of locating anything in cans. This online one is more of a tub to store them in than individual spaces, which was nice. ~The freezer has two levels of drawers, but there really isn't a way to ensure easy identification of what's in there once it's filled. Eventhough I have each drawer organized by meat, veggie protein, vegetables, and other I still have to rummage through each bin to find what's been stacked upon. There are bottom freezers that open outward and have nicer organization than just big tubs to dump stuff in, so next fridge will be one of those models. Overall, this is a decent fridge. If I had bought it at full price from a store, I would have returned it though. I was so excited about its arrival and it did not live up to the hype. The enjoyable aspects of this model do not outweigh the frustrations of it. I received this item at a discount in exchange for my honest review, and hope this is helpful to prospective buyers.
