I bought this Samsung fridge. In less than 3 years the compressor pump stopped working. It was a Saturday after i finished loading up the fridge with groceries. I lost all my food. Until now the fridge has not been fixed. I contacted Samsung, after a few correspondences back and forth. Samsung had finally decided to help me getting the fridge fixed.

We have had this fridge for 2 years now. We love the family hub and the space inside the fridge. However, a few things to mention: 1 - the internal camera has never worked since day one. We were told to reset it...that didn't work. Still hasn't been resolved. We have just lived without it. 2 - I needed to clean under the lower shelf and it doesn't come out. We spoke with a technical specialist, then a manager. The drawer physically won't release from the water filter/dispenser. They were no help and basically told us we were wrong and not doing it right. I can assure you; this will not come out. 3 - Our ice machine.....we can no longer use it because it smells like fish. We have tried everything/anything to get rid of it. The fridge doesn't smell, neither does the freezer. We have called over and over about this and no one seems to know what it is. I've changed the filter. 4 - The freezer is so terribly designed. It would be nice if there was an extension that would make the drawer come out more. It's hard to get to anything in the bottom. Samsung customer care is the worst I've ever had to deal with. Just save yourself the time and purchase another product.

Touchscreen stopped working about 2 years after purchasing (sounds like its a common issue), not wasting anymore money for someone to take a look at when im assuming it'll fail again. People are interested with it when they visit, then see it doesn't work, im sure to let them know to avoid purchasing

We bought this fridge about two and a half months ago. We love the size the dual ice makers are a dreams and it makes shopping way easier being able to browse you fridge to ensure you have everything you need. We love how consistent the cooling is without condensation. It fits perfectly for our family with the different shelves and being able to reach and see everything.
