[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] my phone automatically recognized new fridge, registered it, added to my smartthings app and provided me useful info. the app is great. i love the flexzone drawer; i have it set to "soft freeze," which allows one to store fresh meat for an extended time without drying it out. the fruit/veggie bins are spacious. i am not a fan of the white glass panels. they are constantly covered in fingerprints. autofill water pitcher is a nice concept; however, the filter is not very effective. i have a total dissolved solids (tds) tester. my tap water has 126 ppm tds; water from the autofill pitcher = 97 ppm; 0 ppm is desirable.

I love this fridge, but installing the water filter is so challenging. It really should not be as hard as it is. I'm currently waiting for a technician to come help install the replacement filter AND I was told by customer service that I would have to pay for this. This is the third time I've changed the filter, so I'm not new to the process, but for some reason the replacement is not going in. I feel like I'm going to break the fridge from pushing so hard. I have friends with Samsung refrigerators that say the same thing. There's clearly an issue with the filter lock/unlock mechanism.

The white panels pop and give it that high end modern look and if I ever want to change the color or look of the fridge, I will just need to purchase new panels. Easy Peasy! The dual Ice maker feature allows for more ice being produced and the ice bites are a hit. Having a pitcher of water that automatically refills, readily available is one of better features of this refrigerator. The Flex Zones drawers allow for storing frozen items or refrigerated items with ease. Keeps fruits and vegetables fresher and last longer due to Samsung’s Metal Cooling. Love that the refrigerator is Wi-Fi enabled allowing me to connect to it and change setting from my phone.

pro (s): beverage center is great! love the water pitcher!! con (s): the ice maker… it does make smaller cubes, which s nice. but they aren’t the soft crunchable “bar” ice or “sonic ice” they are just smaller versiins of the ice cubes and completely solid. but, the biggest issue i have with it is that there is constantly a layer if frost on the lid to the ice maker. i have cleaned it off multiple times ans leveled the entire refrigerator but the frost just keeps coming back. so far i have only noticed it on the icemaker cover though.

unfortunately there is a character limit so i had to remove the good. the not so good: it's just a hair larger than every door in our house. i had to take the whole front off, get it inside, then reassemble. that took over an hour, and i'm a very handy guy. the serious down side is that this is the slowest ice maker i have ever seen! we even left it for a weekend it there was barely an inch and a half of ice in it. over three weeks of ownership that's the most we've seen it at. doesn't help to turn one side of the ice maker off. it’s just plain slow! that's a big deal for a large southern family. we need those cold drinks! at the end of the day somebody doesn't have ice in their cup for dinner. tons of money on a beautiful fridge, but now we need a standalone ice maker too!

We didn't have water connection for ice maker and do not use it now but were able to use icemaker lots as additional storage. It is very silent in comparison to our old GE refrigerator but manufacturer do not mention noise level of it that we may compare with other one. Wireless control with IPhone application is great feature for us also.

I had a previous Samsung refrigerator and the icemaker broke more than once. The icemaker on this fridge has been great and it's nice to have two different kinds of ice. The middle compartment is great. We put the sodas and water bottles there and it's nice to open, grab a bottle, and close without opening the main doors. All in all, family loves the fridge.

We like not having any ice or water on the surface of the door and with this unit the ice is shaped the way that you'd expect cubed ice to be shaped...in a cube, versus the splinters of ice we got out of the other unit. It is also great with grandkids, no handles for them to pull themselves up with. Another plus is not having a ice maker taking up space in the refrig.

We purchased this model, a Bespoke 4-Door French Door Refrigerator, and like it a lot so far. It is very roomy, looks modern, and has ice in two sizes, and a door alarm if left open by accident. I bought it 3 months ago and suddenly stopped working wasting all that had inside. Tech came, fix it and then broke again 2 days later. Coatumer experience has been horribleand is being 10 days without fridge. Very dissapointed as we have everything Samsung. Please improve costumer experience. We are still waiting refound and with that dead fridge in our kitchen.

Doors do not shut without a good push. Ice maker is awesome. Would have given a 0 if possible. We got our brand new refrigerator delivered yesterday and they u-haled our old refrigerator. It has been more than 24 hours and the fridge hasn't started to regulate the temperature. It is 67°. We had to throw out all the produce. Such a waste. What's the point of buying a new one anyways?!

The clean lines, white-glass panels, and recessed door handles are a big change from our old, side-by-side refrigerator. It has plenty of space to arrange and store your groceries in its efficiently designed layout. The auto-fill, water pitcher is a great feature, as well as the flex-zone, middle drawer. The temperature can be changed using the Samsung wifi app that also alerts us if the doors are left open. We thought we would miss having our ice dispenser on the outside of the refrigerator, but with the pull-out, freezer drawer where the two types of ice are stored, it is very easy to access the ice quickly with the included ice scoop, and no ice is spilt on the floor. If there is a con - it is you can only control the auto-fill pitcher from the wifi app to turn it on and off. Also, some reviews have mentioned it makes a lot of noise,  but we haven't experienced that,  with the exception of the water pitcher refilling, although that is normal. I definitely recommend this refrigerator if you are in the market for a new one.

No need to crowd your fridge with your water pitcher because this one comes with an autofill water pitcher by the door. It also connects to an app that tells you if someone left the fridge door open (this fridge beeps if the door is opened way too long). The side panel tells you exactly what the temperature is in your fridge. The FLEX ZONE is one of the coolest parts of this fridge. You can set it to wine temp, deli meats, soft freeze, or beverage setting. If you are someone like me that always want her drinks cold, there is not just one, but 2 auto icemakers! Those ice bites are a gamechanger! We currently have the white panels but we might change them at some point when we've finished renovating the house. This fridge is sleek and functional, and it feels ahead of its time! This is definitely a worthy investment for a family home.

This give us so much space and allows us to eat at home more now that we have it without going to the store a lot during the week. We are loving the middle compartment. The ability to control the temp in that area from the others allow the drinks to be cold and refreshing for us. It's a large storage area and it allows everyone to keep their drinks in the fridge and have room for us all. The ice marker is great and the small ice is a big hit with my family. I love that we can get filtered water from the fridge. It give the ice and water a better taste and feels healthier. It makes enough ice and refills quickly. The freezer part is large and holds a lot of food. I love that we have room to store more items and this has cut down on the need to shop several times during the week. The compartments are large and hold a lot of items. The shelves have enough room that you do not have to cram anything to make it fit. Pros: This refrigerator is very large inside and holds a lot The filter is a bonus to get better water and ice The freezer allows for ample storages of food Middle tray is gives you great temperature of it's own Small ice is a plus Cons: Haven't found any

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My phone automatically recognized the new fridge, registered it, added it to my SmartThings app and provided me useful info. The app is great (pics attached). I love the FlexZone drawer; I have it set to "soft freeze," which allows one to store fresh meat for an extended time without drying it out and it thaws quicker than a hard freeze. The fruit and vegetable bins are nice and spacious. I did not have enough room for those items in my old refrigerator. The other lovely thing is the temperatures in each zone are consistent and reliable. Everything that is supposed to be frozen is, and everything in the refrigerator has been chilled to the proper temperature. The ice maker is a great addition too. I am not a fan of the white glass panels. They are constantly covered in fingerprints. The autofill water pitcher is a nice concept and works well; however, the filter is not very effective. I have a total dissolvable solvents (TDS) tester, which came with my (separate) ZeroWater pitcher. My tap water measures at 126 ppm TDS and water from the autofill pitcher measures at 97 ppm; whereas, the ZeroWater water measures at 0 ppm. The refrigerator also sticks out a bit much since it could not be pushed back all the way into the alcove meant for it, not only because of the back, but also because the refrigerator door would hit the wall on side and not open all the way.

It is, by far the best refrigerator that I’ve ever owned & I’ve owned close to a dozen over the years. I’ve actually had 3 new ones in the last 4 years and I can say this is my last for a very long time!!! First I have to mention the amount of space it feels like I have with this refrigerator! I’ve had a fridge with the same amount of cubic feet prior; however, I believe it’s the smart lay out of this one. The flex drawer is a massive help! Personally, I have an extra freezer, a large upright one. Therefore, using the flex drawer for more fridge space made sense! The second thing that is outstanding to me is the self-filling water pitcher. I really love this feature over a water dispenser because it saves me time!!! Instead of me constantly standing filling pitchers I just empty the one that was already filled for me into whatever container I need filled. No more standing there for filling pans for cooking, water, for coffee, or the 2 different ice teas that live in my fridge at all times! Lastly, the ice maker is my third love on this fridge! It makes 2 sizes of ice(if you want it to). I do and I use both kinds! The regular size cubes are important to keep my drink cold without melting too quickly and watering down my drink. However, to my dentist chagrin, I’ve been on an ice chewing kick for the last 7 years. The small, bite size cubes are perfect for this. They are for the person that enjoys crushed ice or small cubes. Like I said, both are necessary for me. Oh and as an added perk this ice dispenser comes with an ice scooper to keep peoples germs out! I love it!!!
