I can nicely organize food items without cramping. The freezer compartment is also spacious. If you are like me and like to shop for groceries in bulk, this fridge is designed for you. I like the filter location inside the unit, at a height where I don’t have to bend down every time to change it.
I like that the water dispenser is outside, so my kids don't have to open the fridge anytime they need water. The height of the watet dispenser is a plus, it makes it easy to fill tall glads and pitchers.
I highly recommend this fridge!

First noticed that it fit like a glove and somehow it didn’t stick out as much as the old one. Its more of a modern look with sharp lines. This setup compared to the side by side, holds more items. Fridge space is a premium and this has plenty. Its very well lit, so you can see most of your items in plain sight. There is also plenty of space for the freezer side. Pairing with my SmartThings app was simple. Now I can get an alert for new filters needed, or if the door is ajar. I can also set the temperatures. Im enjoying the layout much better than a side by side fridge.

There are some great features that this fridge has that really stand out. First of all, it has a large capacity and I am able to neatly organize all the items I store in it. I also really appreciate the external water dispenser which is tall enough to accommodate all water bottles, including my gigantic sports bottle. And finally, there is plenty of ice made with this unit so I don’t have to worry about ever running out. Overall very pleased and so far it’s been very dependable to keep everything nice and cool on top and frozen in the freezer.

The Samsung refrigerator fits in the same 36” space as our old 18 cf fridge. In our location we are against a side wall and a door casing so we selected the swing free clear model. The in door ice and water works great as does the ice storage tray for cubed ice in the bottom freezer section. The refrigerator is very quiet and the freezer and refrigerator sections maintain good temperatures. A frozen pizza can be placed flat in the freezer section unlike the side by side model that has no width to lay a pizza flat. Shelving is adjustable for larger product and containers to fit, and the door storage trays are great for condiments and milk.

A huge glaring design defect is that the shelf spacing won’t hold standard size items such as a wine bottle or soda bottle. The result is that one is forced to store opened bottles in the door to avoid leaks. Only 5/16” additional spacing between shelves would have made the difference! Poor field-testing. So far I’m happy. Going to reserve judgment on the spring-loaded center seal between the French doors; a likely place for air leaks.

The interior of the Bespoke AI 29. cu. ft. 3 door Samsung fridge is spacious and I appreciate the adjustable shelf on the right side along with the all cooling back. It did take 24 hours for the fridge to produce Ice but when it did I found it worked well and produced enough ice for our needs. What I thought was a needed improvement is where the water dispenser catches on the bottom, it is just a shelf versus a catch with grate as compared to previous fridges that have a catch. Water does get everywhere when dispensing which is the only downside.

The only problem is that every time someone gets crushed ice from the door it leaks a few drops of water which settles in catch tray. I am constantly wiping up water. I figured out it is not leaking from the water dispenser but from crushed ice hanging in the shoot and constantly melting and dripping. I do not know how to fix this.

This refrigerator is a tiny bit bigger than my previous one but it has ample space inside and once installed the refrigerator was cool within about 30-45 minutes. The stainless steel finish is nice giving it an amazing look to it. The smaller crisper drawer has been a lifesaver, it’s kept my produce fresher and has made it easier to get to them as well. For a family of seven this has been a lifesaver giving ample space as well as organization inside of the refrigerator. I really like that the water filter for the refrigerator is located between the two bigger crisper drawers making it extremely easy to replace.

They fit much better than anticipated as the house had 29" depth on left and 24" depth on right with the counter right at 24 inches. I thought it would stick out on the right side bur it is flush. 3 different types of ice is superb with us enjoying the lower compartment ice cubes. So far exceptional choice.

Its very spacious and has many compartments but I truly love the veggie and fruit drawers. It has a compartment to keep everything fresh and truly appreciate Samsung putting the filter in the front making it easy to change. The fridge was cold and ready after about 2 hours of plugging in it which was impressive and I love the extra ice compartment in the bottom freezer. The water on the door comes out really cold and I appreciate the tall compartment to fill up my water bottles with ice and water. The freezer is also great and fits a good amount of meats and things so I am happy with it. I think the best part is the AI smart option letting you connect it to your phone to manage it and get the best options for the temperature and most cost efficient energy use. I love Samsung products but this is definitely one of my favorites so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the Samsung Bespoke French Door Refrigerator for a bit now, and overall I’m really happy with it.
The adjustable shelves make it easy to fit taller items (like pitchers, or juice bottles for example), and the drawers keep produce fresh and easily accessible. I also love how bright the interior lighting is, it sounds minor, but it actually makes a difference when you’re digging around for something.
That said, it’s not perfect. The fingerprint resistance is decent, but not amazing—especially if you’ve got kids or you’re in and out of the fridge all day. I still find myself wiping it down more often than I expected. Also, the ice maker works fine, but it’s not the fastest, so if you go through a lot of ice, you might notice that. The freezer space is pretty generous and it is nice having the ice container as well as the ice maker in door of the fridge.
Overall though, I’d definitely recommend it. It’s stylish, practical, and feels like a real upgrade from a standard fridge. The little annoyances are just that—little—and don’t take away from how well it performs day to day.

It’s incredibly spacious without feeling overwhelming, and the layout is thoughtfully designed so there’s truly a place for everything. No more digging around or forgetting what’s in the back—every inch of space is usable and easy to access.
It does exactly what you need it to do, and does it well—keeping cold food perfectly chilled and frozen items solidly frozen without any inconsistency. The temperature control is reliable, which gives me peace of mind, especially when storing fresh groceries.
What really stands out is how the design eliminates wasted or awkward space. Everything feels intentional, from the shelving to the compartments, making organization simple and efficient. Surprisingly fabulous perks were the oversized in-door water and ice dispenser that is big enough for my 40oz tumbler AND the large ice bin in the freezer. We will definitely not run out of ice this summer like we used to with our old refrigerator.
If you’re looking for a refrigerator that combines smart design with dependable performance, this one is absolutely worth it.
