I love having the ice and water combo on the door and I really like the minimal design. There is no distracting touch panel to attract more fingerprint! It’s very easy to use and the app works great. I especially love that I can get a notification to my phone if the door is left open, because kids! But by far, my favorite thing about this is the sphere ice. It’s perfect for popping on in a metal water bottle and keeps water cold for so long due to slow melting. I feel so fancy everyone I open the drawer. The freezer is also super spacious.

I love that it is counter depth and not in the way like other fridges I have had in the past. It is so sleek and makes my kitchen feel luxurious. I will say make sure you measure correctly as the front top of the fridge didn’t clear correctly in the space so we had to make adjustments to our cabinet which luckily ended up being fine. Perhaps we measured wrong or the instruction manual doesn’t mention this higher elevation. The sphere ice cubes are super fun and surprisingly are made really quick. As a family of 5 the regular ice cube storage must be pretty big as we have not ran out of ice yet. We are hoping the fridge lasts longer than our last and so far are pretty happy

I really like the smartphone app and how you can adjust settings from anywhere with an internet connection. The water dispenser is also very tall, so it fits water bottles and pitchers no problem! Having multiple ice options is also a great feature. The spheres in the bottom for fancy drinks, and nuggets and crushed ice up top for all other drinks! The fingerprint resistant coating on the fridge is a great feature, and seems to work well enough. All in all I’m very happy with this fridge.

This Refrigerator fit like a glove. The Refrigerator top area is very spacious. Plenty of room for all our stuff. I like the openness of it.
The freezer drawer is okay. I wish it were bigger. Also, if I spend much time bending over it, it starts to make my back hurt, like when I loaded it the first time.
Overall it seems like a good fridge. We've only had it 2.days so time will tell.

I have breast milk, baby bottles, regular groceries, and my husband's snacks all coexisting peacefully. The exterior water and ice are outstanding- but a word of advice: use larger glasses and cups if you’re going to get crushed ice as it has a tendency to spray a bit more than the cubed ice.
The interior is laid out well, offering quite a bit of space to hold drinks and food, and the deli drawer is the perfect size. We have solar so energy isn’t a huge concern versus performance, and this unit got to the right cold level fast and has never warmed up, even while loading groceries. Great temperature maintenance on both the fridge and freezer without cold spots or places that might freeze or spoil food.
The sphere ice is a luxury feature, but after 1 day running it started to produce and it’s the perfect size for an old fashioned OR a water bottle.

It slides right up against the walls and cabinets with almost no gap, and the doors open smoothly. The shelves are large and wide, its way deeper than my prior fridge but physically the same overall size (which is amazing), but the Sphere Ice is my favorite feature. It makes globes of ice! But there’s a dual ice maker that also does cubed and crushed. It has a tall external dispenser, which makes filling pitchers easy. It’s also super quiet. Its a connected/smart fridge, which means I can check temps and get alerts from my phone. This is a good feature because people may leave one of the doors open, and even though it has a door alarm that goes off after a while, you may be far away enough that you might not hear it and thus be able to get the alert on your phone. I absolutely love the sliding shelf for when you need to store something just a little too tall. The door storage shelfs that wrap around the in-door ice dispenser are a nice touch. Normally this would be wasted space, but by using a smaller shelves, you are still able to use the space for smaller items. The feel of the doors and the shelves are top notch. I knew it would be spacious but I didn’t realize how spacious until I move all of the items from my old fridge into it and it still looked almost empty!! The freezer is also very nice and with the drawers it is so easy to organize everything and pull it out with ease. The water dispenser is so big I was able to fit an entire gallon pitcher and fill it up! The sphere ice located in the freezer is also such a fun touch. I also really like that the water filter can be changed from inside the fridge as my last one was in the back. Both reached a low enough temperature quickly enough that I was able to put my items in them from my old fridge so they didn’t go bad. The outside is super sleek and minimal and fit perfectly in my kitchen. The only downfall is the shelves aren’t quite tall enough to hold bigger items like pitcher or large bottles, but luckily the door shelves are pretty large and can hold a couple of those items. Overall I am very happy with this item and would definitely recommend it to others!

The increased size for the water dispenser is a huge improvement over the standard water dispenser sizes. My daughters ridiculously large travel mugs fit with ease. The craft ice dispenser is great. I love having effortless ice balls ready to use. However I think my personal favorite is the sliding hide a shelf. The ability to make a portion of the storage taller with ease is amazing.
The smart app has some great features, like being able to set a time when your electric charges are at their peak, so the fridge attempts to reduce power usage during that time. I also like being able to see the amount of energy used as a monthly report. Additional features of the app that I like are the ability to change the sound when the door is left open, adjust the amount of ice spheres created in a day, and change the lighting fade. Though having the interior light fade up when the door opens is a very nice touch.
Overall, this is an excellent product with a lot of high end features. I would definitely recommend it to anyone in the market.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this fridge for a couple weeks now so I feel like I can give an honest review of what I think. What this fridge does well starts with appearance. The stainless steel has a glossy coating that looks great along with helping to resist smudges and fingerprints. The handles look and feel premium, and the latch mechanism on the freezer drawer works great. I love the dual ice maker option as well. The mini wedge ice from the dispenser are fantastic! The sphere ice from the bottom ice maker are next level. The negatives are basically all space related. While Samsung did utilize every nook and cranny they could, the left door bins are practically useless. The only thing that fits in there are small sauce bottles. I did find a pretty slick rotating caddy online that will make great use of the shelf underneath the ice maker. Gotta maximize that space! The other space issue is the sphere ice tray. It is never “full” yet takes up half the upper tray on the freezer. I think this ice tray could be much narrower and still hold plenty of spheres. Otherwise I am very happy with this fridge

We had a party a few days after delivery and I was able to store everything with asking the neighbor to use theirs. My husband loves the delayed lighting feature. It feels very elevated. The freezer has so much more space that my last and the drawers operate much smoother. We love the sphere ice. It cools a drink down without making it overly watery. The filtered water tastes great and I love not having to open the door to get it. Very convenient having it in the outside of the door. It's a very quiet appliance. The sphere ice is the only noticeable sound and I love the feature to control that from the app! You can designate it to only make sphere ice during the day and you can choose how many to make each day. Very cool. The app is user friendly and monitoring the temp if away from home for a hurricane will be helpful to know if we need to toss anything out. The finish looks great and is user friendly, minimal to no fingerprints even after a birthday party. All in all I am quite pleased!

The sliding shelf in particular has become one of those features I didn’t realize I’d appreciate so much until I started using it.
The ice options are another highlight. The sphere ice feels like a luxury touch, and it’s great for drinks since it melts slowly. The regular ice production keeps up well too, even when we have guests over. The water dispenser is also larger than what I’m used to, which makes filling bigger bottles and cups a lot easier.
The smart features have been more useful than I expected. Being able to check energy usage, adjust settings, and manage the ice production from the app adds a level of convenience that fits right into daily life. It’s also nice that the fridge runs quietly that you barely notice it’s on.
