I really like that it has shelf space pn both doors. It also ha wifi connection so you can control your fridge remotely. I like the double handle doors. You can open both doors at the sam3 time or one door at a time which works out great for me. I also like the inside the door water dispenser. The in door water dispenser is ok. I would prefer it on the out side. But its great either way.It would be great for a large family. It works great. I have had no issues with the refrigerator. I would recommend it to anyone.

The ice is perfectly formed and fully frozen. This was not the case with our previous Samsung as it had the ice maker in the refrigerator and water through the door. The ice maker never fully froze the ice and it frequently would freeze up requiring chipping away ice or defrosting somewhat to get ice maker to work. This design also seems to have more usable space in the refrigerator compartment.It also has a nice clean look sink it doesn’t have the ice and water dispenser through the door.

It's a whole lot more spacious inside than what we had before, and customizing the temperatures is incredibly simplified. There's a panel on the right side that makes adjusting the temperature for the fridge and freezer very easy, and you can lock it in successfully so it won't fluctuate if anything bumps onto it. I barely needed to use the app for the fridge, since it automatically adjusts the temperature according to how much is loaded in the fridge. The ice maker was making ice with no issues on the second day, and the temperatures took no more than 12 hours to finally set in. This will still serve us well for a good 6-7 years.

Unlike the other fridge, we can put in up to three weeks of groceries in it without the motor working overtime. You can adjust the temperatures in the fridge and freezer easy with the touch pad inside, and you can do the same with the Samsung app if you have wifi. It makes ice fine, and we only had an issue with the water dispenser not working. We got it working for a while then it went out again, so we've been going without it for now. That's the only issue, everything else works great. Would recommend this for the extra space and easy temperature control.

It looks very nice and even after all the hands on to install it, it wasn't covered in hand prints! I'm going to love that! It has cooled down quickly and I was able to get it loaded and get my life back in order. Lots of space, I'll be playing around with my organization for a bit cause it's a little smaller and laid out different than what I had. I think I'll be very happy with this one! This time I opted for ice drop to the freezer and water dispensing inside the door. This gives me more space inside and less to clean outside! I was afraid it would deter from the look of my kitchen. I am happy to say that this model not only looks and performs well the storage capacity is incredible. My husband often walks by opens the doors and says, “ I’m in love with this fridge”. I love everything about it even the size and shape of the ice cubes. It actually enhances my kitchen, contributing to a more modern look. We are having to adjust our cabinetry but happy to do it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit is bit more spartan than its (other manufacturer) predecessor, but is more spacious and fully fit for purpose. It is generally well laid out and fairly flexible as to food storage arrangement, and we find the cooled water delivery feature more used than we expected. On the other hand, we are not looking forward with pleasure to the need to replace the filter periodically.
The stops that limit door opening are a mixed blessing. The good part is that they prevent the doors damaging the wall molding on one side and the door frame on the other. The bad is that even with the doors at their widest opening, it is quite difficult to remove and replace the vegetable drawers and requires first removing the door storage shelf at that level.

With no visible ice or water dispenser make it look so sleek and high end, and it fit our space perfectly with their zero clearance design. The inside water dispenser is great for keeping the outside looking modern and uncluttered. Also keeps little hands away and it seems more sanitary. It’s spacious and feels very pretty well laid out. My only complaint is that the stainless finish does scratch easier than I expected, so you do have to be a little careful with it. Overall, very happy with it. Great addition to our home!!
Another thing I love is the freezer handle. It moves with you and makes it so much easier to open. It’s an underrated feature that I love.

Water on the inside of the door at the front is more handy than the inside wall of the fridge. Unfortunately, there is nothing to catch overflow or kids using it and not being as coordinated filling a cup. The pitcher version in the door would be a great improvement. The middle shelf isn’t as sturdy, would have been better as a solid shelf. The zero clearance doors are the best invention and it’s too bad not all fridge companies are not doing it. We have a wall against the left side of our fridge and now have no problem getting into our drawers to reach things now! Overall, it will accomplish what we need, hopefully with less bells and whistles it will be less to break down as quickly.

Temperatures (top and bottom) are down to acceptable (standard) now - 7 hours after installation (could have been sooner but this is when I checked and loaded the unit). Unfortunately, I did not do my research BEFORE it was delivered and the #1 complaint with this refrigerator dealt with the ice maker. Guess what - 7 HOURS after installation and I still don't have any ice cubes. I will give it overnight and if there aren't ice cubes in the morning, I'll be calling someone!

It quickly cooled to the set temperature in both the top and bottom sections. The internal ice maker is perfectly sectioned inside the freezer and is very quiet when it makes ice cubes. Big cups are a big deal these days and the internal tall water dispenser makes it so easy to fill the cup without the need to tilt the cup and risk spills. Having the ice dispenser and water dispenser all internal creates a nice and neat external look. The shelving on both sides of the door inside the refrigerator helps create more storage space without feeling you are cluttering the large shelves with condiments. We replaced a Samsung side by side fridge that came with our house when we bought it - the manufacture date was 2008! 18 years and was still running fine, but a few glitches were starting to happen with ice maker and water dispenser. We've had this refrigerator for about three weeks, so far it's been great. We had to specifically pick this model because it was the only one that would fit in our built-in refrigerator area. We were a little concerned at first that the shelving would not hold enough - because they look kind of flimsy but so far now that we've got it supplied with food it seems to be pretty sturdy . We are hoping to get many years out of this fridge so we'll see how it performs.

As with most people, we researched alot before purchaing this refrigerator. We purchased the model with the interior water and ice only. We made the right decison. One of the best features is that is runs quietly.
Cools and freezes fine. Great storage, ligthing and the doors open and close smoothly no matter which door you open or close first. The freezer has plenty of room and opens and closes like a gem with the ice container on top shelf (slides), great Ice.

The double doors are spacious and perfect fornthe clean and clear look, if thats what youre into. They are also perfect for hanging artwork from all my children! The hidden water feature inside the doors leaves room for more pictures and eliminates the possibility of water splashing on pictures or all across the kitchen.
The refrigerator is versatile and perfect for our large family. "Fridge Jenga" is something we are very accustomed to, having a fridge with shelves that can move is very accommodating for us as we like to buy bulk.
Having the option for an ice maker in the freezer and not in the fridge while keeping the water feature leaves so much more space that we desperately need.

It is super easy to get installed and very spacious. Everything fits perfectly inside and now we even have room to spare especially in the fridge part. The fridge has two door that have suction handles that easily shut and close and sections to store condiments in them. Also the many shelves in the main part. The in door water dispenser is such a big plus to have and makes the outside look cleaner. The bottom pull out freezer has two sections the upper that pushes in and the lower. Both have still tons of room to store frozen meat and vegetables. It even has an automated ice maker in there. The fridge and freezer temperatures stay perfect and keep everything fresh. Overall this has been the best refrigerator we have had and our kids absolutely love it!

It has great reviews and we are happy with it. The only thing is that we had to download the app on our phone in order to have it actually work. So far, performance has been great. Everything stays nice and cold, and it feels like it's doing a good job of keeping the food fresh.
Storage is pretty decent overall, and I like that the shelves can be adjusted.
The water dispenser has been convenient to use, especially for filling regular glasses and bottles and for larger bottles or tumblers too.
The ice maker has also been working well so far. It produces ice consistently, and I haven’t run into any issues with it keeping up with daily use. It’s nice not having to think about refilling trays anymore.
Overall, I’m really happy with the fridge so far. It’s performing well, looks great in my kitchen, and has been very convenient for everyday use. I’m excited to keep using it and see how it holds up over time.

I’ve been enjoying the Samsung Bespoke refrigerator and honestly it’s been a dream and real good so far. First thing I liked was how clean and modern it look in my kitchen. I’ve never owned stainless steel appliances before. The inside got a lot of room and fits way more groceries than my old fridge did. I like how the shelves can move around because it makes it easier to fit bigger stuff. I went grocery shopping and purchased 4 juices, orange juice and a gallon of milk and it all fit on one shelf. I’m super excited. The cooling has been really good too, everything stay cold and fresh longer. The drawers keep fruits and veggies nice and crisp. I love that hidden slide out drawer where I put my bacon cheese and lunch meat in. One feature I really like a lot is the all-around cooling because it keeps the whole fridge same temperature. My drinks get cold fast and food don’t spoil quick. The bottom freezer got good space too and slides easy. I also like the bright LED light inside because you can actually see everything. The door open reminder is super helpful because if somebody leaves it cracked too long it starts beeping, so food don’t go bad. That feature saved me a couple times already. It runs pretty quiet too, barely hear it at night. I’m still reading the instructions because I want to know every detail and feature of my new refrigerator. So far I’m happy with it and I’m very grateful to have it in my house. #SamsungStainlessSteelBespoke

When they were first unboxing and unwrapping the fridge I was curious about where the water dispenser was not realizing it was inside and guess what?!? My 40 oz water bottle fits perfectly inside the dispenser. No weird angles necessary to fill up my water bottle. Another plus is that I’m able to fill that water bottle with cool water, not room temperature. I’m sure If I try to fill another it wouldn’t be as cool, but i really only need one at a time.
The only negative thing I have to say about the fridge (and it’s so minor I refuse to lower the rating) is the ice basket. I wish there was an option for a smaller basket and possibly even a covered basket. But I love this fridge and

Our food has stayed at the appropriate temperatures and the fridge alarms when the doors are kept open too long or not shut enough. The doors provide a good suction to latch and keep closed. The fridge part is so spacious with a huge bottom drawer that keeps veggies and fruits fresh longer. There are side areas that keep our condiments in tact, and a built in water dispenser. Overall very spacious. The freezer part has an upper and lower section that provides so much valuable separation for items and a great amount of storage room. It also has an ice maker built into the freezer drawer and this is very quiet so you never know it is making. I would recommend this fridge for how spacious it is, how quiet, the overall layout, and the reasonable price! My sons and husband are so in love with it and cannot stop getting things out.

The refrigerator has so much storage that's it's removed the need for my old fridge we kept in the garage for extra space. The freezer has two drawers that are both deep enough to keep all our frozen items for a family of 5. I love the SmartThings app feature that lets me see when the door is left open, it shows me my energy usage, I can control the temperature and shut off the ice maker, if needed. Never thought I would like smart features in a refrigerator. I really like that the water dispenser is inside the door and it has a large opening to fit my bigger water bottles, and the water filter is right in the middle with very easy access for replacing. I also like that the middle shelving has a portion that can slide back into itself, making room for larger items, like wine bottles or taller jugs of milk. Overall I'm extremely happy with this refrigerator and I highly recommend!

The crisper drawers hold a good amount of veggies and fruits and they stay fresher alot longer than they did in my older fridge. The bottom drawer is perfect for all our lunch meats, cheeses, and snacks while the door shelves hold all our condiments, coffee creamers, and various other items. I love the pull out freezer that has two compartments, the bottom is big enough for all our frozen meats while the top drawer holds the rest of our freezer items along with the ice. My kids go through ice like crazy and this produces frequently enough that it never runs out. We also love the water dispenser that's inside of the door and big enough for our tall water bottles, no more tipping our bottles over trying to line it up with the water line. This fridge has been a great addition to our household and I love all of its useful, yet convenient features!

Fantastic fridge. The zero‑clearance doors are a lifesaver in tight kitchens, the 30 cu. ft. capacity feels huge, and the tall water dispenser is way more useful than I expected.
