I really like that it has shelf space pn both doors. It also ha wifi connection so you can control your fridge remotely. I like the double handle doors. You can open both doors at the sam3 time or one door at a time which works out great for me. I also like the inside the door water dispenser. The in door water dispenser is ok. I would prefer it on the out side. But its great either way.It would be great for a large family. It works great. I have had no issues with the refrigerator. I would recommend it to anyone.

The design is smooth and classic, and the doors open easily even in a tight space. There is no shortage of room for food, and the freezer is equally spacious and functional.
Freezer opens well and is spacious too. I really like Samsung app to connect to it and control temperature, light brightness, and more. As a family who drinks water the water filler works great and tall enough for large cups or bottles. I will admit I'd prefer it on the outside, but overall pleased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like the design of this refrigerator. It has the ice make in the bottom freezer and water dispenser in the refrigerator door inside. The ice is perfectly formed and fully frozen. This was not the case with our previous Samsung as it had the ice maker in the refrigerator and water through the door. The ice maker never fully froze the ice and it frequently would freeze up requiring chipping away ice or defrosting somewhat to get ice maker to work. This design also seems to have more usable space in the refrigerator compartment.It also has a nice clean look sink it doesn’t have the ice and water dispenser through the door.

Tons of space with smaller external foot print compared to some of the newer models, only 2 minor complaints are 1. That the doors only open so far, so if you just open one door to get things out there is not much room due to the large storage bins in the doors. Not a biggie at all. 2. the control buttons in the fridge to control temperature ect do not seem to work at all, the only way to adjust them seems to be through the app. You can feel the little buttons behind the plastic and they do give a little when pressed so im guessing its just defective. I may have this services soon. Good warning system if temps are down.

It's a whole lot more spacious inside than what we had before, and customizing the temperatures is incredibly simplified. There's a panel on the right side that makes adjusting the temperature for the fridge and freezer very easy, and you can lock it in successfully so it won't fluctuate if anything bumps onto it. I barely needed to use the app for the fridge, since it automatically adjusts the temperature according to how much is loaded in the fridge. The ice maker was making ice with no issues on the second day, and the temperatures took no more than 12 hours to finally set in. This will still serve us well for a good 6-7 years.

Unlike the other fridge, we can put in up to three weeks of groceries in it without the motor working overtime. You can adjust the temperatures in the fridge and freezer easy with the touch pad inside, and you can do the same with the Samsung app if you have wifi. It makes ice fine, and we only had an issue with the water dispenser not working. We got it working for a while then it went out again, so we've been going without it for now. That's the only issue, everything else works great. Would recommend this for the extra space and easy temperature control.

We are really enjoying our new Samsung Bespoke AI 3-Door French Door refrigerator! The Matte Black Steel finish looks beautiful in our kitchen, and the 30 cu. ft. capacity gives us an incredible amount of space without feeling bulky.
I especially like the French-door layout, the tall in-door water dispenser, and how easy it is to organize and see everything inside. The Zero Clearance design is also a great feature and makes the refrigerator fit beautifully in the space.

After getting the water line hooked up I am finding that the inside tall water bottle spigot drips which is definitely a nuisance. Also I am disappointed in Samsung not including a manual with the appliance for information on the water filter--was one already installed, the item number required and how often to replace. Should the first ice cubes be disposed of, what about the water in the tall water bottle spigot???? These are simple questions that a client needs to know when getting a new refrigerator. The manual that came with the appliance only covers the installation which in my case was done by the company who delivered the refrigerator.

I love the space inside and storage compartments on the doors. It fits all my things and then some. So that’s a plus to! Second thing I love is the beeping notification when the fridge is been open for a while. I have kids that sometimes don’t close it well until we hear the beeping noise, so that’s also a plus! Lastly the freezer has great storage with 2 compartments the top one has the ice tray and the 2nd to put meats and many more. Overall I would recommend this amazing refrigerator!

It is generally well laid out and fairly flexible as to food storage arrangement, and we find the cooled water delivery feature more used than we expected. On the other hand, we are not looking forward with pleasure to the need to replace the filter periodically.
The stops that limit door opening are a mixed blessing. The good part is that they prevent the doors damaging the wall molding on one side and the door frame on the other. The bad is that even with the doors at their widest opening, it is quite difficult to remove and replace the vegetable drawers and requires first removing the door storage shelf at that level.

Water on the inside of the door at the front is more handy than the inside wall of the fridge. Unfortunately, there is nothing to catch overflow or kids using it and not being as coordinated filling a cup. The pitcher version in the door would be a great improvement. The middle shelf isn’t as sturdy, would have been better as a solid shelf. The zero clearance doors are the best invention and it’s too bad not all fridge companies are not doing it. We have a wall against the left side of our fridge and now have no problem getting into our drawers to reach things now! Overall, it will accomplish what we need, hopefully with less bells and whistles it will be less to break down as quickly.

It keeps it hidden and not attached to the front of the door. Freezer great space for many items. The ice makes is also in the freezer which keeps the front doors looking clean. The fridge cooled very quickly once plugged in. We are only day one use. We will need to see how the ice maker works and how the longevity with use goes, especially with kids. We can't provide feedback on condensation yet as we have not had the unit long enough. We can come back in a few weeks to speak upon that. The seals are good so far day 1. Again a more in depth feedback can be provided after using it longer.

Temperatures (top and bottom) are down to acceptable (standard) now - 7 hours after installation (could have been sooner but this is when I checked and loaded the unit). Unfortunately, I did not do my research BEFORE it was delivered and the #1 complaint with this refrigerator dealt with the ice maker. Guess what - 7 HOURS after installation and I still don't have any ice cubes. I will give it overnight and if there aren't ice cubes in the morning, I'll be calling someone!

The fridge has two door that have suction handles that easily shut and close and sections to store condiments in them. Also the many shelves in the main part. The in door water dispenser is such a big plus to have and makes the outside look cleaner. The bottom pull out freezer has two sections the upper that pushes in and the lower. We went from a side-by-side refrigerator with not enough space to the French door version. And the zero clearance stores are incredibleWith the water dispenser that dispense cool water. However, it does leave a little bit of water in the bottom of the overflow tray every time. If you don’t use it too often it will evaporate. Love how bright it is and how much room there is and that you have an instant cooling in the freezer. Plus I love the shelving that pushes back to allow taller containers in. Everything is easy to get to. And I love that. It has an ice tray in the freezer section as well. I did get a five-year extended warranty. Because Samsung do sometimes have a reputation for the door ice dispenser to freeze up and not work. And sometimes it takes a while to get parts. But for now being brand new, it is a wonderful refrigerator and we have no other complaints on it. No condensation to speak of. And the finish seemed very fingerprint resistant.

It has great reviews and we are happy with it. The only thing is that we had to download the app on our phone in order to have it actually work. I'm sure there is a war around for this, but older people or people who are tech challenged may struggle with this.

It dings when you leave the doors open too long, which is great in case you don’t close it all the way. It also is a zero clearance so it’s great for opening within small spaces. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently bought Samsung Bespoke fridge. I haven't had it for a super long time yet, but first impressions have been really good. So far, performance has been great. Everything stays nice and cold, and it feels like it's doing a good job of keeping the food fresh.
Storage is pretty decent overall, and I like that the shelves can be adjusted.
The water dispenser has been convenient to use, especially for filling regular glasses and bottles and for larger bottles or tumblers too.
The ice maker has also been working well so far. It produces ice consistently, and I haven’t run into any issues with it keeping up with daily use. It’s nice not having to think about refilling trays anymore.
Overall, I’m really happy with the fridge so far. It’s performing well, looks great in my kitchen, and has been very convenient for everyday use. I’m excited to keep using it and see how it holds up over time.

I love the counter depth with the same refrigerator storage capacity and only slightly less freezer storage (mainly due to the ice bin) as my previous full depth refrigerator. I like that it doesn't have the ice and water dispensers on the outside. It looks so much cleaner this way. No problems with the ice maker. It has kept up with our needs just fine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung refrigerator is everything I could have wanted and more. It has more than enough space and I currently am amazed at the capacity of this refrigerator. I’m not sure if my previous refrigerator was just that much smaller, but wow!
When they were first unboxing and unwrapping the fridge I was curious about where the water dispenser was not realizing it was inside and guess what?!? My 40 oz water bottle fits perfectly inside the dispenser. No weird angles necessary to fill up my water bottle. Another plus is that I’m able to fill that water bottle with cool water, not room temperature. I’m sure If I try to fill another it wouldn’t be as cool, but i really only need one at a time.
The only negative thing I have to say about the fridge (and it’s so minor I refuse to lower the rating) is the ice basket. I wish there was an option for a smaller basket and possibly even a covered basket. But I love this fridge and

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The zero-clearance doors are the most important feature for us. Our refridgerator is next to our wall oven (on the right). With these zero-clearance doors, the right door can be opened completely without any danger of it bumping into the handles of the wall oven. This fridge also has a simple, clean, exterior. It lacks the interior air/temperature controls that were on our previous fridge, but I'm not sure those were effective anyway. I hated giving up the door-front ice/water dispenser, but we really didn't use it that often, and not having that gave us additional useful storage space. The built-in ice-maker bin should also be able to store more ice than our previous fridge. I found it easy to set up the SmartThings app, which I find useful for controlling device settings and monitoring energy use. I would like to have one or two more drawer positions on the right door. Overall, however, this simpler fridge should be more reliable.

Our food has stayed at the appropriate temperatures and the fridge alarms when the doors are kept open too long or not shut enough. The doors provide a good suction to latch and keep closed. The fridge part is so spacious with a huge bottom drawer that keeps veggies and fruits fresh longer. There are side areas that keep our condiments in tact, and a built in water dispenser. Overall very spacious. The freezer part has an upper and lower section that provides so much valuable separation for items and a great amount of storage room. It also has an ice maker built into the freezer drawer and this is very quiet so you never know it is making. I would recommend this fridge for how spacious it is, how quiet, the overall layout, and the reasonable price! My sons and husband are so in love with it and cannot stop getting things out.

My old fridge is the same size but didn’t have that extra piece and now it sticks out a little. I can deal with that. The refrigerator has so much storage that's it's removed the need for my old fridge we kept in the garage for extra space. The freezer has two drawers that are both deep enough to keep all our frozen items for a family of 5. I love the SmartThings app feature that lets me see when the door is left open, it shows me my energy usage, I can control the temperature and shut off the ice maker, if needed. Never thought I would like smart features in a refrigerator. I really like that the water dispenser is inside the door and it has a large opening to fit my bigger water bottles, and the water filter is right in the middle with very easy access for replacing. I also like that the middle shelving has a portion that can slide back into itself, making room for larger items, like wine bottles or taller jugs of milk. Overall I'm extremely happy with this refrigerator and I highly recommend!

The water dispenser on the inside - while it looks nice from the outside, it is inconvenient and seems like it may waste more energy by opening the door frequently.
Otherwise we love this model!
Originally purchased a different bespoke model, but the doors were too thick and did not allow for kitchen cabinet spacing.

The shelving in this refrigerator is nice. There are plenty of adjustments that can be made. There is lots of room in both the refrigerator and freezer. The cooling is great and easily adjusted.
I haven't noticed any condensation.
The doors seal tightly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Things I love: consistently super quiet, lovely shaped ice — not too big to fit in drink bottles, can see everything on the shelves which equates to no lost leftovers. Freezer capacity is excellent, and this was something I was concerned about. We drive a distance to a store so we will shop a sale and then rely on our freezer to keep a few packs of chicken, fish, steaks, etc. I was concerned about on the door storage, whether I would have enough, but there is ample.
I used to open my side-by-side fridge and ALWAYS be wrestling to get things in and on an expedition to find anything in it. It was annoying.
My husband wishes the doors opened a bit wider but with the zero clearance they aren’t made to open wider than the fridge. The water dispenser is on the inside and there is no mystery tilting to fill athletic style water bottles.
We have had the fridge for a few weeks and consistently comment to each other how efficient the design is. We also love that it is so quiet.

The crisper drawers hold a good amount of veggies and fruits and they stay fresher alot longer than they did in my older fridge. The bottom drawer is perfect for all our lunch meats, cheeses, and snacks while the door shelves hold all our condiments, coffee creamers, and various other items. I love the pull out freezer that has two compartments, the bottom is big enough for all our frozen meats while the top drawer holds the rest of our freezer items along with the ice. My kids go through ice like crazy and this produces frequently enough that it never runs out. We also love the water dispenser that's inside of the door and big enough for our tall water bottles, no more tipping our bottles over trying to line it up with the water line. This fridge has been a great addition to our household and I love all of its useful, yet convenient features!

I like this refrigerator better than my old one. This is the same size but has more room and the bottom drawer freezer is much better than the side by side. The only complaint is the sensor for the ice maker stopped working after 3 months. However the warranty covers that repair.
