I really like that it has shelf space pn both doors. It also ha wifi connection so you can control your fridge remotely. I like the double handle doors. You can open both doors at the sam3 time or one door at a time which works out great for me. I also like the inside the door water dispenser. The in door water dispenser is ok. I would prefer it on the out side. But its great either way.It would be great for a large family. It works great. I have had no issues with the refrigerator. I would recommend it to anyone.

We've had this refrigerator for about three weeks, so far it's been great. We had to specifically pick this model because it was the only one that would fit in our built-in refrigerator area. We were a little concerned at first that the shelving would not hold enough - because they look kind of flimsy but so far now that we've got it supplied with food it seems to be pretty sturdy . We are hoping to get many years out of this fridge so we'll see how it performs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit is bit more spartan than its (other manufacturer) predecessor, but is more spacious and fully fit for purpose. It is generally well laid out and fairly flexible as to food storage arrangement, and we find the cooled water delivery feature more used than we expected. On the other hand, we are not looking forward with pleasure to the need to replace the filter periodically.
The stops that limit door opening are a mixed blessing. The good part is that they prevent the doors damaging the wall molding on one side and the door frame on the other. The bad is that even with the doors at their widest opening, it is quite difficult to remove and replace the vegetable drawers and requires first removing the door storage shelf at that level.

Water on the inside of the door at the front is more handy than the inside wall of the fridge. Unfortunately, there is nothing to catch overflow or kids using it and not being as coordinated filling a cup. The pitcher version in the door would be a great improvement. The middle shelf isn’t as sturdy, would have been better as a solid shelf. The zero clearance doors are the best invention and it’s too bad not all fridge companies are not doing it. We have a wall against the left side of our fridge and now have no problem getting into our drawers to reach things now! Overall, it will accomplish what we need, hopefully with less bells and whistles it will be less to break down as quickly.

Temperatures (top and bottom) are down to acceptable (standard) now - 7 hours after installation (could have been sooner but this is when I checked and loaded the unit). Unfortunately, I did not do my research BEFORE it was delivered and the #1 complaint with this refrigerator dealt with the ice maker. Guess what - 7 HOURS after installation and I still don't have any ice cubes. I will give it overnight and if there aren't ice cubes in the morning, I'll be calling someone!

The double doors are spacious and perfect fornthe clean and clear look, if thats what youre into. They are also perfect for hanging artwork from all my children! The hidden water feature inside the doors leaves room for more pictures and eliminates the possibility of water splashing on pictures or all across the kitchen.
The refrigerator is versatile and perfect for our large family. "Fridge Jenga" is something we are very accustomed to, having a fridge with shelves that can move is very accommodating for us as we like to buy bulk.
Having the option for an ice maker in the freezer and not in the fridge while keeping the water feature leaves so much more space that we desperately need.

It is super easy to get installed and very spacious. Everything fits perfectly inside and now we even have room to spare especially in the fridge part. The fridge has two door that have suction handles that easily shut and close and sections to store condiments in them. Also the many shelves in the main part. The in door water dispenser is such a big plus to have and makes the outside look cleaner. The bottom pull out freezer has two sections the upper that pushes in and the lower. Both have still tons of room to store frozen meat and vegetables. It even has an automated ice maker in there. The fridge and freezer temperatures stay perfect and keep everything fresh. Overall this has been the best refrigerator we have had and our kids absolutely love it!

I have only come close to a full capacity Fridge once since buying this fridge with having 5 adults living in the household and always having Family & friends over for holidays, events, b'day's , etc.

So far, performance has been great. Everything stays nice and cold, and it feels like it's doing a good job of keeping the food fresh.
Storage is pretty decent overall, and I like that the shelves can be adjusted.
The water dispenser has been convenient to use, especially for filling regular glasses and bottles and for larger bottles or tumblers too.
The ice maker has also been working well so far. It produces ice consistently, and I haven’t run into any issues with it keeping up with daily use. It’s nice not having to think about refilling trays anymore.
Overall, I’m really happy with the fridge so far. It’s performing well, looks great in my kitchen, and has been very convenient for everyday use. I’m excited to keep using it and see how it holds up over time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung refrigerator is everything I could have wanted and more. It has more than enough space and I currently am amazed at the capacity of this refrigerator. I’m not sure if my previous refrigerator was just that much smaller, but wow!
When they were first unboxing and unwrapping the fridge I was curious about where the water dispenser was not realizing it was inside and guess what?!? My 40 oz water bottle fits perfectly inside the dispenser. No weird angles necessary to fill up my water bottle. Another plus is that I’m able to fill that water bottle with cool water, not room temperature. I’m sure If I try to fill another it wouldn’t be as cool, but i really only need one at a time.
The only negative thing I have to say about the fridge (and it’s so minor I refuse to lower the rating) is the ice basket. I wish there was an option for a smaller basket and possibly even a covered basket. But I love this fridge and

Our food has stayed at the appropriate temperatures and the fridge alarms when the doors are kept open too long or not shut enough. The doors provide a good suction to latch and keep closed. The fridge part is so spacious with a huge bottom drawer that keeps veggies and fruits fresh longer. There are side areas that keep our condiments in tact, and a built in water dispenser. Overall very spacious. The freezer part has an upper and lower section that provides so much valuable separation for items and a great amount of storage room. It also has an ice maker built into the freezer drawer and this is very quiet so you never know it is making. I would recommend this fridge for how spacious it is, how quiet, the overall layout, and the reasonable price! My sons and husband are so in love with it and cannot stop getting things out.

The refrigerator has so much storage that's it's removed the need for my old fridge we kept in the garage for extra space. The freezer has two drawers that are both deep enough to keep all our frozen items for a family of 5. I love the SmartThings app feature that lets me see when the door is left open, it shows me my energy usage, I can control the temperature and shut off the ice maker, if needed. Never thought I would like smart features in a refrigerator. I really like that the water dispenser is inside the door and it has a large opening to fit my bigger water bottles, and the water filter is right in the middle with very easy access for replacing. I also like that the middle shelving has a portion that can slide back into itself, making room for larger items, like wine bottles or taller jugs of milk. Overall I'm extremely happy with this refrigerator and I highly recommend!

The crisper drawers hold a good amount of veggies and fruits and they stay fresher alot longer than they did in my older fridge. The bottom drawer is perfect for all our lunch meats, cheeses, and snacks while the door shelves hold all our condiments, coffee creamers, and various other items. I love the pull out freezer that has two compartments, the bottom is big enough for all our frozen meats while the top drawer holds the rest of our freezer items along with the ice. My kids go through ice like crazy and this produces frequently enough that it never runs out. We also love the water dispenser that's inside of the door and big enough for our tall water bottles, no more tipping our bottles over trying to line it up with the water line. This fridge has been a great addition to our household and I love all of its useful, yet convenient features!

Now I'm happy that it gave me the opportunity for a new with tons of room! I seem to be able to fit so much in the freezer, the double drawer makes it easy to find what I need. The refrigerator portion has so much space, the middle shelf is movable which will now fit a gallon of milk! I love the ready made ice, no scoop included so grab one to make life easier. And speaking of easy the tall beverage water dispenser inside the fridge is the best. There's a little shelf to set pitchers or tall 40 oz cups on while you fill it and since its on the inside there is nothing but clean lines outside. The SmartThings app makes it easy to adjust the lighting, sounds, alerts and control the temperature. The energy function helps to keep electricity usage down. My bill has decreased since the new fridge and that was the only change I made recently. I have had to adjust to the fact that the doors don't open fully due to the zero clearance but that was an easy adjustment on our part. The only real downside is that the fingerprint resistant finish isn't as resistant as the other model that I owned but everything else makes the upgrade worth it!

I like the AI function of this fridge for keeping the temperature maintained and food items safe. The fridge fits well in the space, Thanks to its zero clearance. The wheels at the bottom allow us to move it for cleaning below and behind the fridge. The racks can be placed so as to make space for large items in the fridge. The smart things app also makes it easy to manage the fridge from anywhere. I have also added this fridge in my Google home app and gives me a single app to control all my smart appliances and devices. The water dispenser even being tall to allow lengthy bottles, however the base is not wide enough to make it stand, someone must hold it while filling. Also, water dispenser being inside is also an issue personally for me as I don’t want to keep the fridge open while water is being filled. The automatic and intelligent ice maker is a super plus. Even though the doors are sleek but still there is no auto shut function in the door. Plus, while opening either of the two top doors it seems the other door does open slightly and same feeling of door opening comes when closing the door. The doors have to be pushed hard to close rather than the auto close .I also wish that Samsung made this fridge smudge free.

I also like that you can customize things like the door-left-open alarm. Being able to adjust that instead of being stuck with a default setting is a small but meaningful quality-of-life improvement.

I like the AI function of this fridge for keeping the temperature maintained and food items safe. The smart things app also makes it easy to manage the fridge from anywhere. I have also added this fridge in my Google home app and gives me a single app to control all my smart appliances and devices.
The fridge saves space and gets aligned with the wall at the back, Thanks to its zero clearance. The wheels at the bottom also allow us to move it for cleaning below and behind the fridge. The doors are slim, giving more room inside the fridge. The hinges make it easy to install the handles and doors. Inside the fridge, the racks can be placed so as to make space for large items in the fridge. Even though the doors are sleek but still there is no auto shut function in the door. While opening either of the two top doors it seems the other door does open slightly and same feeling of door opening comes when closing either of the doors. The doors have to be pushed hard to close rather than the auto close
The water dispenser even being tall to allow lengthy bottles, however the base is not wide enough to make it stand, someone must hold the bottle while filling. The base to place the bottle does not give confidence that the glass or bottle can stand on their own. The automatic and intelligent ice maker however is a super plus. I also wish that Samsung made this fridge smudge free.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm pleasantly surprised at how much of an improvement this new Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator is over our last refrigerator. Our old refrigerator still had some life but I was tired of the hassle of dealing with the ice and water that regularly built up under the wide drawer and was looking to get rid of the headache. I didn't realize what a big upgrade this new Samsung would be!
The most obvious upgrade is the increased storage space in an almost identical footprint from our old fridge. The exterior dimensions are almost the same yet the storage space increased about 10% and it's very usable space. Our usual grocery haul fits so much easier and we can see what's in there now.
Also by moving the ice to the freezer compartment, the ice stays hard and crunchy and isn't half melted from exposure to the fridge compartment like in our old model. I was unsure how the water dispenser inside the refrigerator would work out but that's been a success too. The Samsung filter has the water tasting great and the dispenser makes it easy to see how full the bottle or glass being filled is and my kids are spilling less which is a nice bonus.
There's one perk with this Samsung Bespoke refrigerator that took me a few days to notice and that is that the freezer bins are nice and deep, especially the lower bin and this allows us to stand the large frozen fruit and vegetables bags from warehouse clubs upright. We have quite a few of these that are staples and this makes me them so much easier to store. Not only that, but we can see what we have better than before.
The AI integration is a nice feature and makes it easy to adjust temperature settings right from the app and it also notifies me if a fridge door is accidentally left open.
All in all, this has been a very successful upgrade.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Bespoke, model RF70H30KERAA, is a fantastic upgrade to our kitchen. It's sleek, and fits nicely in the space, it's very nice how much closer to the wall it sits, compared to our previous refrigerator. The inside of the fridge is top notch, the water dispenser, in the left hand door is a pretty amazing feat, it takes up practically no space, and you wouldn't even know the fridge had this hidden feature. My only complaint is the little shelf is not stable enough to place a vessel on to fill, you must hold the vessel the entire time, but you can rest it upon the ledge, making the vessel easier to hold as it gets heavier during filling. The shelves are made of glass, and are very easy to clean and move, one of the shelves can even be manupliated to fold under to make room for bigger or taller items. There are 2 decently sized drawers, and a large shallow drawer which spans the size of the fridge, we have found it quite useful for yogurts, string cheese, and products of that nature. The doors of the fridge provide ample storage as well, it's crazy how much we have in them and there is still room. The fridge itself holds so much more then our previous model, while being 3 inches taller and 1 inch wider. There is a nice light up display panel on the right hand side, which displays the temperature and some controls, I appreciate it's lower placement, as it's easy for my short self to reach. The doors close very quietly, the handles are nice and easy to grab. The freezer has a handle which pulls up a bit when you open it and it just feels like you don't have to use much effort, which is nice. On the left hand of the upper part of the freezer there is an ice maker, it makes ice on a schedule which can be set using an app. The upper part of the freezer slides and there is a bigger storage area underneath, again the amount of items you can fit in here is pretty mind blowing, especially since you have an ice maker too. I am overly happy with my purchase and appreciate the thought and craftsmanship put into the fridge. My only complaint is we did get dented doors and we had to go back and forth quite a bit to get anyone to do anything, so my advice, have them unwrap it outside first thing, before they remove your old fridge and refuse it, if damaged, because, I spent a month trying to get a resolution, the delivery company was not at fault, and were completely wonderful, and even orginally reported the damage for us. I highly recommend them as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Bespoke AI refrigerators have hit the scene and I can’t tell you how much I love this appliance. Let’s start off on the way It looks. The fingerprint resistant front is absolutely gorgeous and unlike some refrigerators it’s missing the dispenser on the outside because the water dispenser and icemaker are both contained within the fridge so it’s extra clean lined.
Upon opening, you see the MASSIVE amount amount of storage that it has. We live out a bit from the city so I typically grocery shop once a week and cram my refrigerator full - in between my husband‘s work outs and growing teens, we go through things like eggs and milk pretty quickly. I’m able to hold two giant boxes of five dozen eggs in there without even blinking IN ADDITION TO an entire Easter dinner! All the while maintaining space for things that we use on a regular basis like fruits and vegetables within the crispers and the snack drawer at the bottom.
I also love how everything can be controlled through the Samsung app - the ice-maker (can be turned off at night if you don’t want it on for noise reduction which is super cool), the temperature of both the fridge and the freezer can be changed as well as any diagnostics that need to happen and be controlled through the app… It came perfectly pre-set so I’m still learning.
Our old refrigerator the icemaker broke multiple times so we finally gave up, but we’re already starting to see the savings in forgoing having to buy bags of ice. Plus, it makes the most beautiful clean squared cubes that you’ve ever seen. And the space in the freezer is crazy too even though there is the tray for the ice (because it makes ice in the bottom of the freezer so it doesn’t take up room for a dispenser at the top) there is also a top drawer within it that pulls out and two bottom areas that give ample space for storing meats, frozen foods, and anything you would want to put into a freezer (I currently have it full with a whole turkey to boot! The one thing that’s refrigerator does not skimp on is SPACE!
As an adult, our priorities change and I cannot tell you the joy I am driving from this refrigerator. Also, I never thought I would say those words in a sentence, but seriously this refrigerator has every bell every whistle and new technology attached that I wasn’t even prepared for, but the greatest part about it is It’s insanely functional for families of all sizes and has the space and the looks that you want/need in a modern day fridge.
