We bought this fridge for our new house, and it has genuinely become one of my favorite upgrades. The feature that stands out the most is the small door that opens to reveal the water dispenser and the auto‑fill pitcher. It sounds simple, but we use it constantly. With how much water our family drinks, having cold, filtered water always ready—without thinking about it—has been a huge time‑saver. I also love being able to watch Samsung TV right on the fridge while I’m cooking. In the mornings, I turn on the news while making breakfast, and it’s become part of my daily routine. The middle drawer is another highlight. It has so much space and makes organizing incredibly easy. We use it for bread, cheeses, and deli meats, all separated neatly with the built‑in partitions. I haven’t explored all the AI features yet, but I already rely on Bixby for cooking timers and the calendar. I’m sure I’ll discover even more as I go. The overall build quality is excellent. The shelves, drawers, and materials all feel premium, and the fridge gives the kitchen a modern, chic look. I almost forgot to mention the auto‑open door—such a small detail, but incredibly useful when your hands are full, messy, or sticky. The screen is smaller than the older model we had, but honestly, I think it’s an improvement. It looks more refined, and there’s really no need for a giant display that takes up extra space or energy. The interior capacity is fantastic, and the shelving layout makes it easy to organize everything in a way that actually makes sense. Overall, this fridge has exceeded our expectations. Between the thoughtful features, the sleek design, and the everyday convenience it brings, it truly feels worth every penny.

We are very happy with this fridge, we like the size and format (makes it quite easy and versatile to keep food in it, it has the exact same capacity as our previous one but because different layout, it feels much bigger. Very quiet, and it has a few features we came to absolutely love (autofill pitcher, two different kinds of ice cubes, drink station, double access to some of the shelves, the customizable half shelving when you need taller items, the middle customizable drawer that can adapt to our changing needs, it's been fantastic so far. AI screen is quite nice and helpful, with the mention that we have turned off the AI camera, I don't need the fridge to tell me 25 times a day I took milk out and put eggs in... But expiry date reminders are great, offered recipes too and it helps having the assistant right when you need it. The only thing not exactly as described is that the top panels show fingerprints quite visibly, but it's very easy to clean, so not a biggie. Overall, we all absolutely love it and it's been great so far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the beauty of this fridge, so sleek and modern The AI Home touchscreen adds great functionality and does not distract from the visual appearance. Seeing inside the fridge when I'm at the store is really helpful. So is using Bixby to help me plan my shopping. The high-level loT security gives me piece of mind using it. The SmartThings AI Energy mode keeps the fridge running efficiently based on our usage. Touching the doors to open them is really easy. I love having ice ready at any moment and the built in water pitcher has helped me stay hydrated. We even use it to fill our Keurig. With the FlexZone oir favorite snacks are always fresh and ready to eat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were skeptical about the performance of the refrigerator from the bad press that Samsung had from previous years but I have to say that so far I am impressed with the design. Our family absolutely loves the beverage center and the dual ice maker on the bottom. We were constantly refilling bottles and had an external ice maker that we have now retired and are happy to regain the counter space. So far after a week it is performing great, we purchased the 5 year warranty to be safe but rest assure dI will come back to this review and update if things change. As of now very happy with it and would totally reccomend.

The shelves are positioned well and there’s versatility for your large and small items. The other drawer offers easy access to other refrigerated foods and the freezer is amazing. Quite large in size and offers 2 different sized ice cubes. Overall an amazing refrigerator!

This fridge has all the features I have been looking for from a larger fridge space to a water station to having raising canes like ice cubes. And the new AI feature is really cool. I can now check what’s in my fridge from the store. I have found myself needing to check if I remembered to take my dogs wet foot out to thaw out and this new AI feature is great. The auto open door takes a little getting used to and sometimes will activate even when trying to open the fridge manually but once you get used to it, it works well.

Bought this for a new home. I love it! The water jug in the beverage centre is the best, and having the option to use the manual water filler is a nice touch. The automatic door open feature is also the best! Cant say enough good things about this fridge and it looks amazing too!

Right of the bat, service was great and delivery went really well! The fridge had some minor scuffs in the drawers but nothing bad and nothing in the exterior. I am amazed by how quiet this fridge is and how quickly it was cold after I hooked it up. The tech on it works wonderful and I have had no issues with the sync to my phone. I also bought 3 extra panels and the install went as easy as they say it does. I got an amazing deal for it too! The only reason I dont give it 5 stars are bc of minor cosmic issues and the ice maker is a little slow but not the end of the world.

It’s so advance compared to my old one like it actually has a screen in it that I can control the settings and even watch YouTube videos or TV on it. I also love the beverage zone for your drinks or whatever you want there like sauces. This also has a custom built in water pitcher with filtered water which is go useful for a quick drink or some fresh water for cooking and it refills itself in about 5 minutes. Another thing to mention this has a dual ice maker tray that makes twl different types of ice. The last thing which is a cool feature is the AI vision inside it scans and takes a picture of whatever goes in and out the refrigerator so you can keep up with what you have on the door or from your phone. I love this thing!

I can walk by my fridge now with a basket of cloths and say Bixby turn on my Washer and open the door. Its been awesome so far having Bespoke appliances. The charcoal glass and stainless steel panel combination looks modern. The middle drawer is handy as it has adjustable temperature settings, and the hidden beverage center is a cool feature—we like having both a standard water dispenser and the auto-filling pitcher for fruit infusions. The dual ice maker also dispenses both standard cubes and smaller bite-sized ice. We haven't fully explored the AI features yet beyond displaying family photos, but good to know it has more AI features to offer. Our only minor critiques are that we wish it produced ice a bit faster, and the ice bins could be a bit sturdier and smoother to slide open. Other than that, it’s a solid, high-quality refrigerator!

The biggest issue is the freezer. It keeps acting up and doesn’t always hold a consistent temperature. I’ve had items that should be fully frozen end up partially thawed, which is frustrating—especially for something this expensive. Another downside is the exterior quality. While the design is beautiful, it dents way too easily. Even small bumps leave noticeable marks, which takes away from the premium look pretty quickly. There are definitely things to like—the storage space is great, and the layout is very convenient—but for the price, I expected much better reliability and durability. Overall, it looks like a high-end appliance, but the performance hasn’t lived up to the cost.

The beverage station is really easy to use and my kids love being able to quickly grab their drinks. I love that it has the two different sizes of ice cubes, the little scooper makes it more fun. The screen functions very well and was easy to connect to our other apps like ring. Anytime someone rings the doorbell, our ring app pulls up a live view of the person at the door. My kids love being able to see who is there when we are not home. We also have it connected to our amazon music, which makes cooking and cleaning a bit more fun. The smart things app connected with it without a problem. Overall setup was really quick and easy and both refrigerator and app where easy to navigate through. I highly recommend this refrigerator!

Overall, I am very happy with this refrigerator. However, I would like to provide feedback regarding the recessed handle design. The handle creates a deep, narrow cavity with a sharp interior corner that runs across the entire width of the door. While it looks attractive, it is extremely difficult to clean during normal household use. Dust, crumbs, and kitchen debris inevitably collect inside this channel, yet the space is too narrow to be reached effectively with a standard cloth or sponge. This issue became apparent within the first week of ownership and appears to be a case where aesthetics were prioritized over long-term usability and maintenance. Please consider future designs from the perspective of everyday cleaning and ownership, not only showroom appearance. Overall, a great refrigerator with one frustrating design oversight.

The auto door open is a game changer. It's just convenient. The screen has many apps that are really useful. I mainly use youtube, timer, and ring doorbell. The AI feature is new to me, and I am learning it. It already helped me track many items, and I am adding more to it. Considering the interior, it does feel a lot spacious. The metal cooling loos more premium in person. The auto water feature is the most convenient feature, and we never run out of cold water, which helps for quick refills. I never thought that a single refrigeratorcan make a huge difference in my kitchen. It does feel a great premium upgrage with a lot of convenient features i use every day. I love it and also received compliments for it. Best purchase ever.

First the delivery was VIP experience. I didn’t have to lift a finger. My delivery went as smooth as possible setting up my refrigerator and when they left, it was ready to use. I began taking off all of the plastic protecting covering, and I was amazed at the design of my new Samsung refrigerator. The doors Are so sleep. The outside is made out of what looks like glass material. I’m loving the flex drawer. I use it for my children’s snacks and drinks. I love the built-in water dispenser and the water pitcher. I absolutely love the ability to access the water without fully opening the entire refrigerator. Getting into the AI technology of my refrigerator it lets me know when something is taken out or put in the refrigerator. I will say that this model and design is by far the best refrigerator that I’ve own.

The 9" AI Home LCD with AI Vision is super handy. It keeps track of what’s inside, which actually helps me cut down on food waste and unnecessary grocery runs. The Auto Open Door feature is great when your hands are full, just walk up and it opens like magic. I also really like the FlexZone Drawer which has 5 different temperature settings. That is where I thrown the cheeses, yougurt and soda cans. One of the best features is the dual auto ice maker. The Ice Bites are a small but brilliant touch. They chill drinks so much faster than regular cubes. Now for the cons: the glass door looks sleek, but it’s definitely a fingerprint magnet. Also, the Auto Open Door can be a little too sensitive. Sometimes it activates when I’m just opening the middle drawer. Overall, it’s a smart, stylish, and functional fridge with some standout features. I highly recommend it!

We love how we can open the fridge when our hands are full with just a senser below the doors. Easy to open. We love how we can get into the water (beverage center) without having to open the full refrigerator door. The fast-filling pitcher is a great selling point to this fridge, especially the fact that we can add fruits or mint to infuse the water. Having the two options of ice is another great feature about this fridge. It makes small cubes and large ones I love having an option. Another amazing feature to this fridge is the Ai capabilities it has to be able to show me what we are running low on in the fridge and what has been in there for a while. It helps us stay organized with all our perishable and nonperishable foods. This is also very easy to clean, which comes in handy when you have a lot of little hands going in to get food throughout the day. One of the best refrigerators I have ever had.

The AI Home touchscreen is well placed on the unit and does not detract at all from the visual appearance. The screen offers great benefits too - we can see inside the fridge without opening it, get a list of foods we need, and we can manage other smart devices. Giving it commands through Bixby has been very handy. I also have no worries about using it with my personal data since it has high-level loT security built in. With the SmartThings AI Energy mode the fridge manages its energy use based on how we use the fridge. Love this planet saving feature. Touching the doors to open them has been very convenient, especially when we have our hands full. The icemaker set up is wonderful as ice is always available and the built in water pitcher makes filling a glass with cold water quick and easy. We use it to fill the coffee machine too. The FlexZone is probably my fav since we can store a variety of items in here and adjust the temperature accordingly.

When we received this fridge the door to get to the water pitcher would not open. For some reason it was jammed so I had to file a warranty request. The Insiders were great about setting it up for us which was completed in a timely manner. This fridge has a lot of storage in it. I like that it has the extra crisper shelf where you can store other food items. I wish that the display screen was bigger as it is hard to see certain items. I do like the AI camera that shows you the contents of the fridge and it also gives you suggestions of meals that you can cook with the items that you have in your fridge. Whenever you remove or put in an item in the fridge it takes a picture of it. There is a lot of storage in the fridge and in the freezer you have 2 different types of ice sizes that you can choose from. So far we have not had any other issues with this fridge. It is definitely a great investment for your kitchen.

Love how the Flexzone Drawer allows us to do a soft freeze or leave it for beverages or large platters for parties. Easy to open. The beverage center is the WOW feature. Love how the water is kept behind the door for a clean look. Fills up our cups fast and has a fast filling pitcher as well. That you can add lemon, strawberries, mint or basil for infused water that is fresh. It has shelves above it where we store our pop cans and drinks, and butter so its easy to grab. The Ice is my second favorite feature. It gives us two different types of ice which I actually mix in my drinks for longer coldness and gets it cold fast. Makes plenty of ice so we won't run out. It takes a picture of everything we put in and take out, so we can stay organized with what we have instock. It also allows you to add the expiration date. It tells us the weather and even when its going to rain. The temperature on the screen as well as personalized features. The doors open by a sensor so when my hands are dirty it is helpful. A clean look and easy to clean. I am in love with this fridge!

My favorite part of this fridge is the beverage center. I like that I don’t have to see the water dispenser and the ice outside of the refrigerator. It gives the fridge a clean slick appearance. I also like that it has dual ice make, but I don’t like that I can’t just put my cut in and get the ice, but this is just my preference not a deal breaker. I like the AI LCD screen, but wish it was bigger like the family hub, but at least I still get to see the same information just on a smaller level. The AI features definitely help with saving my family money, we are not wasteful because it scans the food and lets you know when the food is about to expire. The aesthetic of this fridge is amazing and sophisticated. I don’t know how Samsung does it, they keep getting better with each and every product they put out. I love the auto-open door, you just touch the door and it open. I like that very much. I like the Smart Thing apps that you can use in conjunction with the fridge. This thing is a beast. The AI features are incredibly helpful for knowing all the items that are in the fridge. With 2 young kids it is very important for me to know what I need to replenish before I get home. The beverage center is so wonderful. The instant fast fill water pitcher is incredibly helpful on hot days. The dual ice maker is amazing. You can have a full-size cubed ice along with nugget size ice cubes as well- you can easily pour these nugget size ice cubes in any water bottles. One of the convenient features that I have been using regularly is the auto open door option. All you have to do is gently touch the sensors which are located on each side of the doors to open – very helpful when you are bringing in eggs and milk from the store. Wishing that the screen size was slightly bigger, but you can increase the font size within the settings. The built in speakers are loud and you can control the volume of the speakers. You tube app along with various other apps are included. You can also view various recipes within the meal planner app. Spotify app is included!!! I also love the black glossy front panels that help minimize smudges and fingerprints- and it so easy to clean.

The screen shows energy consumption, also can set temperature easily from outside. The middle section can be easily adjusted to presets temperature for various needs. The ice cubes in freezer also has scoop and it's so convenient. Also, it has auto-open door. I have now started using this feature all the time, just touch and it opens. The doors easily store 2 gallons in my 23 cubic ft one. It feels spacious for a 23 cubic one. I am really glad I waited for all these features and feels a great convenient upgrade. It also has low noise compared to my old fridge, and it has an option to turn off ice making at night time right from the screen. I really happy with this refrigerator. It's so cool, Samsung is by miles ahead in technology and convenient features.

I miss the easy ice/water dispenser where they're in one place and I don't have to open a drawer, push back a drawer with two hands to get ice, and then open another door to get water. You added more steps when everyone else is looking to move faster. You need to know where things are. There is the outer door, inner doors, and the drawer. Organization is key and you have to remember where everything is. And the ice maker being in the freezer means a smaller freezer -- that's a hard shift. Otherwise, it's a great fridge. Just prioritize what you want, your habits, and whether your fridge is where you want to prioritize change. The AI? It takes pictures of your hand and whatever you take in and out of the fridge. I haven't been able to figure out the drawers or freezer yet. I think you have to manually add those. Then you can connect Instacart, but I haven't done that yet... Also, you can play videos on youtube which is fun, but it's not like the speakers are great, the screen is small, and it doesn't keep playing in the background. So what's the point? Overall I like the depth of the drawers and containers. It easily stores my food for four weekly at home meals + condiments + breakfast items/fruit.

The sleek French Door Refrigerator features AI Family Hub. The touchscreen is a little too small but it is very easy to use. You can download the app was really quick and easy and both refrigerator and app where easy to navigate through and access your fridge like see food items, change temp settings, automatic opening of your main, auto refill of the pitcher, ice setting cube or bite size, lighting, sound. It can also be connected to amazon music, weather, Samsung TV, Recipes, and Ring Cameras, etc. which makes cooking and cleaning a bit easier. The beverage station is really easy to use and provides quick and easy access to filtered water, auto refill of the pitcher that makes getting cold filtered water for multiple people at once. The shelves are easy to adjust and the versatility of large and small bins on the doors, all very simple top remove for cleaning... The other drawer offers easy access to quick foods and or drinks especially for kids. the freezer is quite large in size with 2 bins on the bottom and drawer above that has space for food and bin that holds two different sized ice cubes with a little scooper for the ice. I am not disappointed at all; I highly recommend this refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this fridge to replace our other Samsung Fridge that broke. Right away we could tell it was a huge improvement. The first thing is the AI Vision. It basically scans in and out food as you put it in the fridge and take it out. You can update expiration dates for the items as well and it alerts you when they are getting ready to expire. We were unsure if the family hub would be useful but so far we enjoy it. We leave little to do digital notes and look up recipes. Our little one loves that she can watch videos. We even linked our video doorbell to it. The freezer has a good amount of space but a large portion of it is taken up by the ice maker. Though it makes two different size ice cubes which is really great. The middle drawer is a flex zone. We are able to control the temperature for whatever we need to store in there. So far its mainly a drink drawer. The fridge itself is nice. We can move shelves around as needed. It is super bright and roomy. We love the motion sensing door openers. It took a little getting use to but now enjoy it. The beverage center in the door is great. We love having a full pitcher of ice cold water always ready. There is the press spout to that dipenses water. The pitcher is super useful though for filling up my water bottles or the coffee machine. Overall this fridge is really awesome and is a huge upgrade over our last. Everyday we figure out something a little more and like it more and more.

This is a very nice looking refrigerator but if I was to buy it again, I would have skipped one with AI Vision (i've now turned this off). The photo quality looks like it's from 2000, the resolution is insanely low on them and half the time you can't even tell what it is. This isn't specific to the pictures it takes when you add/remove something which is a whole other issue (I have 8 pictures of milk from all different angles). Back to the camera, even using the Smart Thing App to look at the door storage you can barely tell what you are looking at. Another issue I have is the dual ice maker. While I appreciate having so much ice, I honestly don't see the point of having 2 sizes of the same type of ice. The larger ice is pretty small to begin with. They should have made the "ice bites" crunchy ice like at some restaurants; extra small ice pellets really serve no purpose. My last complaint is the auto-open doors which I've also turned off, first of all the doors only open 3/4 of the way and by the time they do open you could have easily just opened them fully by hand. It's also annoying that when you do go to open them by hand the auto-door tends to activate at the same time. With the above issues out of the way, this refrigerator isn't a total bust. The Beverage center is awesome and love the auto-fill putcher. Also, the amount of space in this frig is crazy. The AI Home screen is decent and as a Samsung phone/tablet family its fits right in and works well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new Samsung Bespoke refrigerator is definitely an upgrade from what I had! There are so many Smart features that make this useful. My son is in awe of being able to watch YouTube on the refrigerator but I’m impressed by the management of food that is captured by the camera in the fridge. It helps being able to know at a glance of the screen what’s in the refrigerator and the date it was placed in there. The beverage door is a nice addition; however, it took me a couple days to be able to open it on the first try. My son and I would both use the designated handle for the beverage door but it would open the entire door. We’ve figured out how to jiggle it a little to make sure just the beverage door opens. It should not be as difficult as it is! I like that the beverage center has a pitcher that can be autofilled with cold water and my son likes being able to use the spout to directly fill his glass. The dual ice maker is a neat feature but it took a couple days to actually work. I had to lower the temperature on the freezer for it to begin making ice. It’s nice to have two different sized ice depending on what drink is being had or which container is being used. The FlexZone drawer is nice. Right now, I’m storing bread in there but could also see it being used for other items that may not need the same temperature as the refrigerator or freezer, since the temperature for the drawer can be adjusted. With the Twin Cooling Plus and Metal Cooling technologies, I’m sure that is why my food tastes much fresher. My son noticed that the carrots were much crisper than usual. There are still many features that I’m discovering with the LCD display screen. I still have yet to discover the recipes from the items in my fridge but that is going to helpful to try out new recipes. The screen and black doors around it does get fingerprints easily on it and has to be wiped off frequently. There is a sensor you can turn on for the fridge doors to open with placing your hand under the sensor and that is very handy for when I’m cooking and my hands may be dirty. All in all, I’m satisfied with this fridge and would recommend it to others.

This fridge was able to fit perfectly in our home and did not need any modifications. First thing you notice about this fridge is the way it looks. The elegant black panel make this fridge stand out. It is so easy to clean. The 9-inch LCD screen is beautiful. There are several built in applications that Samsung has included in this AI packed fridge. Once you connect the device to Wi-Fi you can launch YouTube. You can control the sound, and the built-in speakers can get pretty loud. Now let me start with the top part of this fridge. With its auto open door it makes it so easy to open the fridge. You just have to gently tap on the sensors and the doors open. You do have to enable these feature on the system configuration window on the LCD screen. You can choose to auto open either side of the doors. On the left side of the top side of the French door fridge is the beverage center. The auto fill pitcher is included but please note that you have to enable the auto fill feature in the system settings. This feature is so convenient. Just imagine you have guests, and they want some cold water – you simply just remove the pitcher and fill their cups and once the pitcher is empty simply place it back in the beverage center and it auto fills itself. The middle drawer which Samsung calls it Flex zone drawer allows you to select about five different temperature settings. Also, these changes have to be done using the LCD screen. And now moving to the last drawer which is the freezer and ice maker. This is simply marvelous. You can now have not only regular size ice cubes but also tiny ice cubes. This is a game changer. Once again, you have to enable both these options of having the type of ice cubes on the LCD screen under system settings. We have been using this Samsung Bespoke refrigerator for only couple of weeks but so far, I can tell you that in my opinion this is the best fridge you can purchase that not only is so sleek and modern but is so much spacious and ideal for any storage needs.

The fridge can actually see what's inside and keeps track of everything for me. I get alerts on my phone when stuff is about to expire, so I'm not throwing away moldy vegetables anymore. Plus, when I'm at the store, I can check what we already have so I don't end up with three bottles of ketchup again. It even spots things hiding in the back that I would totally forget about. That Big Touchscreen - Like Having a Kitchen Assistant The 9-inch screen has basically become our family headquarters. We put our schedules on there, grocery lists, random notes to each other - you name it. I can check everything from my phone too, which is super handy when I'm out running errands. It also pulls up recipes when I'm stuck on what to make for dinner, and I love having music playing while I cook. Makes the whole kitchen experience way more enjoyable. The FlexZone Drawer - Temperature Control Magic This drawer is pretty cool because you can set it to different temperatures depending on what you're storing. We keep our meat at one temp, fruits and veggies at another, and drinks however we like them. It's nice not having to cram everything into the same space and hope it stays fresh. Everything has its perfect spot now. Ice Makers Everywhere - Never Running Out Again We've got ice makers in multiple spots that make both regular cubes and crushed ice. As someone whose family goes through ice like crazy, this has been amazing. No more buying bags of ice or dealing with those tiny trays. The kids love the crushed ice for their drinks, and I use the cubes for everything else. The Cooling System - Everything Stays So Fresh I'm not sure exactly how the Twin Cooling thing works, but I can definitely tell the difference. Our food is lasting way longer than in our old fridge, and everything just looks and tastes better. Even our drinks are perfectly chilled every time. Bottom Line This fridge has completely changed how we handle food in our house. It's energy efficient, packed with features that actually make life easier, and honestly just feels really high-tech and cool. Fingers crossed it holds up with how much we use it - this family doesn't go easy on appliances! But so far, we're loving every bit of it.

I didn’t know it was even possible to be in love with an inanimate object, but that’s where I’m finding myself these days! I am an adult, single mom living downstairs in my parents walk out basement with my own daughter. My mom initially owned the previous Samsung Bespoke model (without the AI) and she would brag ALL the time about this refrigerator. After utilizing many of the functions, I began to understand what all the raving was about. She was able to have a self-filling filtered pitcher of water on hand all the time, she had bite size and regular size ice cubes a plenty and the massive size of this fridge was the best of all! She used the “flex drawer” for deli (meats, cheeses and miscellaneous); therefore she had a ton of room in the rest of the fridge to store everything else. She cooks as a way to show her love , so I can honestly say that this refrigerator’s large size was well used! Anyway, I don’t know that anyone was more surprised to hear she was replacing this fridge; especially since, it was only a few years old and in excellent condition! It all made sense though once I understood that she was not really changing, but simply upgrading her beloved fridge. Even better was the fact that my parents chose to give me the “old” one! I use it downstairs and I can’t even be jealous of her updated version; although I am eager to have the added features that she has with the AI and family hub! She hasn’t even tapped into the full potential offered by her new refrigerator’s AI abilities, but I would!!! It has a really cool AI camera that tracks everything that goes in or out of the fridge. It would be nice to be able to simply use the menu, label the type/name of food and enter its best by date. I would know at the click of a button, what is expiring, expired or simply know I need to pick up fresh while at the grocery store! It’s absolutely mind blowing the potential! Anyway, after living with apartment furnished refrigerators or hand me down fridges for all my adult life, I’m on top of the world now owning a Samsung Bespoke French Door Refrigerator with a flex drawer! The next best thing will be owning this model with AI that I get to use occasionally now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful fridge with some great features along with a handful of disappointing issues. It has plenty of room inside and nice glass shelves. The touchscreen is great for keeping track of items in the fridge, viewing photos, watching music videos on YouTube, or for many other helpful things. I love the beverage door for getting sodas, beer, etc. out of the fridge without having to open the actual fridge. The automatic refilling water pitcher is something I love with this fridge along with the fact that it makes regular and mini ice cubes at the same time so you can take your pick. The front of the fridge is made with high quality materials and the inside glass shelves are nice as well. The middle section of the fridge is the adjustable temperature drawer for various food or beverage items. I love that it can be opened on its own because my previous fridge had a sliding deli drawer but you had to open both fridge doors all the way to access it. This design is so much better and more practical. Having said that this fridge is beautiful with many great features it is not without problems. The design of the cover over the ice bins is not well done since about 50% of the time when you get ice the cover jams and then the freezer will not close. It causes it to abruptly stop while trying to close it and ice cubes fall onto the floor and you have to struggle with it to get it to close. The sliding shelf in the fridge that is designed to allow you to put additional tall items in the fridge has issues as well. It does not click back into place fully when extending it back out so that makes the shelf much less sturdy...possibly a defect with our fridge only. One of the 2 crisper bins looks to be missing an additional plastic strip that goes above the drawer lip so it can cause odors to fill the whole fridge with the smell of vegetables you have in the drawer...the other crisper drawer has the plastic strip so it does not have that problem...again defective only on our fridge or an issue for others as well?. Lastly, the outside of the fridge which is the black glass portion shows fingerprints like crazy which is pretty annoying. My husband is not a fan of the fridge...especially the issues with the ice bin getting stuck and the freezer not shutting easily as a result. He hates even getting ice out of it. If it weren't for the issues I stated above I would probably have given it 5 stars but with the issues I can only give it 3 stars. As for its longevity I can not rate that as we have only had it a couple months. It does run extremely quit, makes enough ice for our daily needs, has had no issues with keeping proper temperature so those are all pluses.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my Bespoke 4-door French Door refrigerator with AI family hub and AI vision inside for 2 weeks now. I will admit that this is actually my 2nd model of the Bespoke 4-door French Door refrigerator. I had my former model until I just replaced it with this one. Truthfully, I never thought I'd replace my dream fridge! Simply upgrading it makes perfect sense My new model is with a Charcoal Glass top and Stainless Steel bottom panels. I have to say that the charcoal glass acts as a mirror and it definitely leaves fingerprints and smudges way more than the white panels I had on my last Bespoke fridge; however, it's gorgeous and worth the trade off!!! This has the 9" family hub screen with AI. I enjoy this feature, yet I realize I have a lot to learn before I tap into the myriad of functions it offers. The only thing I have to say about the AI camera inside is that I shut mine off for now. It seems like it could be fantastic; however, there's a learning curve to optimize its use and I just haven't had the time to figure it out yet. It's probably way simpler than I am anticipating, but I'll find out soon enough. In the meantime, I'm enjoying accessing many of the refrigerator settings directly through the family hub screen. Previously, I needed to see much of the info using the Smart Things app. I will note that I really enjoy the smart things app. I have numerous Samsung appliances, tvs and a sound bar and I can access all through the app (even remotely). One feature that might seem minimal, but I certainly appreciate is the one that reminds me weekly to clean the water pitcher. I, like many people, can forget that even a water pitcher will grow bacteria without regular cleaning. Anyway, this updated model has both the automatic filling pitcher, along with a water dispenser when you simply want to fill a glass. It also had the dual ice maker, which offers both cubed and bite size ice. Lastly, I'd be amiss if I didn't share about the flex drawer! I love this feature! A person can choose to set it as a freezer, use it for deli, set it for beverages, which means you're sodas or beer or whatever beverages you choose come out of that drawer ice cold (just shy of slushy). I have always used mine set to deli. I have found that when I keep all my meat, cheese and other miscellaneous items, my refrigerator has a massive capacity for all else! I really like having both crisper drawers to use for my fruit and veggies. I love that I can have both regular size ice and a “bite” sized ice simultaneously. It has really been a relief for my husband who used to have to go purchase a bag of ice for me to have for chewing. No more!!! It also makes ice at a great pace! Did I mention that there’s an ice scoop that is accessible to anyone who reaches for ice! I could go on and on; however, I will simply say I love the fabulous features offered in this new AI Bespoke Refrigerator!
