Although I would have like the flip phone they did not have it in stock, so I paid the 70 dollars to receive the phone when it became available and they renagged on the deal so I had to settle for the 25 fe and it was forced on me. It's totally not the Samsung product it's the virgin provider I guess. But, Samsung should be aware of what these retailers are doing with the products they are selling. The phone is good, takes somewhat of a learning curve. I've been a Samsung user since they were first made avaible, I'm dedicated customers and will never stray away no matter what public opinion may or peer pressure. Display is fantastic once you set your settings to the desired picture. Design is normal, could have used some tweeking but really wanted to have the flip as it is a different design and change is good once and awhile.

As someone who enjoys playing games on mobile devices, while also having plenty of storage and features to do work and other stuff without it slowing, the s25 fe checked every box. I researched many devices, including the s26. However, I didn't need a phone that was brand new. My phone is just as capable as the new ones. Plus it's still very stylish. I also enjoy that the device is secure thanks to Samsung Knox. While have had other Samsung phones in the past, I'm proud to be the owner of my s25 fe.

I have had my Samsung Galaxy S25FE phone for about 6 weeks, and have had ghosted lines going across the screen intermittently when I am attempting to watch a video, starting about a week after purchasing this phone. I have been to Costco 5 times about this issue, and have shown them screen shots of what the problem looks like. They kept telling me either there was nothing wrong with my phone, or that it was a software issue, and they would delete some apps and try restarting my phone and tell me it was fine, and as soon as I would return home, the problem would start again. Finally, tomorrow they are going to send my new phone away for repair or replacement (4-6 week process) and hopefully someone can diagnose the problem. Not off to a good start.😒 My previous S20 lasted for 4 years and was still working okay.

Love the camera, have recently travelled through Vietnam and the many photo oportunities were a breeze with this phone. Phone was easy to set up and pairing with my bluetooth items was easy. Battery life is better than my old phone too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hi ya all, Good day! I am experiencing difficulties balancing my phones activities as afar as Processing speed. I Keep my RAM at default settings. I have tried 6 and 8 settings. Nothing seems to be balanced. I after 10 or 20 mins using apps the phone stalls and gets very slow or sluggish or won't even process what Im doing weather playing chess on line or reading X or sending pictures over email. Always having to go to Device Care to free background functions. This is generally getting annoying. Any advice on what to do or what Im doing wrong would be greatly appreciated. To my amazement, the phone didn't have a scratch nor dent. The screen itself was intact. The phone works great and super fast. Now I'm jealous that the new Samsung S26 came out. And I desperately want it:( Can I exchange my unbreakable S25fe for the new one? Anyway, Samsung it the best and will continue to push the boundaries. Thank you all who works at the Samsung Corp. The features are endless and not only do I learn about a new one almost daily, they are useful and not just novelties. Im in liquor and wine sales and Galaxy AI has been essential in learning about the products I sell due to the vast numbers of different items in our portfolio. It also does comparisons and gives interesting facts about each one and even gives tips on how to pitch the product for an easy sell! I've gone down so many rabbit holes using it and it has taken my knowledge well beyond the next level! I would not be at the top of my region had I never upgraded to the Galaxy S25 FE.

I just upgraded to the Samsung S25 FE from my older Samsung A73 5g and I must say what a big difference. From it's build quality of an aluminium frame to its bright and crisp display that is no match when exposed to the sun. I just love everything about it, an added benefit is that it feels even lighter than my old phone and it's looks so much more professional with the more rounded corners and raised cameras on the back which are also reinforced with aluminium. I have stuck with samsung from the very start and have never had any major issues, I am so glad to finally be apart of the S-series. You've gained another fan! #Galaxy Fan Edition!

Like the ultras have with it being a newer phone, and I couldn't afford the ultra. So I got a first edition, and I was really disappointed. I mean, it takes really good pictures and it's got beautiful quality. But the type of things that I use the camera for with the moon zoom, especially and on the star zooms the quality of the picture up close doesn't turn out like it should. So if you're needing a good quality camera for doing zoom up close, I would go with an ultra and not a first edition, but besides that, the phone works great with everything else

Samsung's display has always been impressive including this 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display on my S25 FE. I love the picture quality from the triple-lens rear and the 12 MP front cameras. They always come out superb. Accidently dropped my phone several times, but thanks to the sturdy casing, all is fine. Well, I've used AI to create pictures of us together. AI has helped me exponentially, in text messages, writin' stuff... Voice has helped me as well, as typing is difficult at times. Thank you for such an awesome phone! This is the best phone I've ever had! It's great for somebody like me with Cerebral Palsy, who has difficulty with my hands and speech at times., and the camera... Hands down, the best I've seen! First of all, the phone itself is stunning. The navy shade is divine and such a classy and premium look. My favourite colour is purple so I was kinda bummed that there was wasn't a purple shade this time around but this navy colour did it for me. Now when it comes to Galaxy AI, I'll admit i didnt really care much for it when i heard about because i thought it wouldnt be very useful but i was proven wrong. I use it to edit my photos, for quick translations and the now brief is so cute I love it. Hands down no complaints

I purchased this device about a month ago, perhaps 2. It is a major step-up from my previous Galaxy A55. Multitasking is a breeze, and gaming is immaculate (im a huge mobile gaming fan). The only two issues I had so far with this Device is it's battery life, it does die fairly quickly... and when on charge it gets surprisingly toasty that sometimes I get scared and have to stop for a while. And finally, even though I purchased the 256GB version, im dissapointed that there's no memory card support, as I now have pay for an extra Google subscription for cloud storage. Other than that, the device is fantastic for a budget option of the flagship series.
I recommended this product.

The battery is great lasts me a whole day of work. Also talking about the pictures, I love them they are amazing. The picture quality is great. Even when we remove some elements of the picture it doesn't look cut or edited the generative AI fills the pictures perfectly without a mistake. My daughter had to download another application to try and fix it and it drained my battery really bad. I'm constantly getting complaints from family and friends. It also rings when it wants to as well. Other then that is a pretty good sturdy phone that holds a ton of information, as far as apps go. I'd rather get a Note again. That was my favorite Samsung phone and I owned almost all of them except the one with the battery issues lol! Picture quality is not that bad. So some ups and some downs.

I am pleasantly surprised with the screen size and that it wasn't a smaller one than what I was used to. And I'm also enjoying the Galaxy AI features on this phone. As a visually impaired person it does help navigating the screen in certain circumstances. And is becoming a great daily tool. The same great quality camera on this phone is unmatched and what I've grown accustomed to I get a lot of compliments from people and the kinds of pictures I take and it's mostly just point and shoot with the camera in the phone.

Besonders überzeugt hat mich das helle Display, das auch draußen bei Sonnenschein gut ablesbar bleibt. Die Kamera liefert sehr gute Fotos und Videos, vor allem bei Tageslicht. Auch die Akkulaufzeit hat mich positiv überrascht.. ein Tag Nutzung ohne aufladen ist problemlos möglich. Die Bedienung läuft insgesamt flüssig wie man es sonst von Samsung kennt. Das Galaxy S25 FE bietet eine Sehr gute Kombination aus Design, Leistung und Akkulaufzeit. Insgesamt ein stimmiges Gesamtpaket. 👍

The Galaxy AI is a tool I've told myself that I needed to leverage more and out-of-the box, there wasn't much I needed to configure for the AI to behave in the manner in needed. I use the Galaxy AI for Health, Now Brief, Photos, Notes, Interpreter, Writing and Calls - weekly if not daily for the past 9+ months. Overall, I love being able to play my mobile games and read my books comfortably on this device. The constant reminders on device care and Samsung's exclusive shop keeps me up to date in what matters to me the most.

I had a s21 fe before this phone I'm getting better battery life than My s25 Ultra. I use this phone as my second phone. I use it more than other one. It takes decent pictures and videos. The AI features are the same as other s25 phone's. Just wish the Cpu was faster. The phone is pretty snappy now and completes all tasks excellently now but I wonder about 4 years from now. The screen is fantastic to look at, the storage could have been more. But as a whole I would recommend this phone to others all though I think the price was a little high.

Camera quality, durability, processing speed, screen clarity and immersion are just a few main points to be praised. The overall experience is a 10/10 for me. I only regret it took me this many years to realize how great Galaxy phones were. Ill never go back! The built in Galaxy AI is a great tool for quick informative answers from basic to very complex questions and in my opinion is better overall than Gemini, its more personal to you and learns the series of questioning to solve a problem you may have before you even ask it to. It has a bigger screen and is lighter than the S22. It was super easy to set up. The new AI features are really helpful with school research and we just used it working on homework (6th grade research paper) last night. So far, I am very happy with the S25FE and so is my daughter. Samsung is the only phone brand we purchase and they haven't let us down yet. We will continue to support Samsung as customers because they offer high quality options in different price ranges depending on what you need.

However, manual transfers such as login data and the transfer of apps with compatibility concerns can be improved upon to streamline the crossover process. Also when opening apps on my new phone, many of them needed to be updated as I individually opened them. A preferred option would be to see what needs to be updated all at once. Maybe a suggestion would be to view update app information under Settings. Samsung may be able to improve customer's efficiency experiences so that one would not have to take up a full Saturday to login and update apps on their new device.

Ich habe dieses Smartphone vor Kurzem direkt auf der offiziellen Website gekauft. Das Design gefällt mir. Das Display ist klar. Das Handy reagiert schnell. Die Kamera macht gute Fotos bei normalem Licht. Der größte Minuspunkt ist der Akku. Das Gerät ist neu, trotzdem hält der Akku bei normaler Nutzung nicht einmal sechs Stunden. Ich nutze Telefonate, Internet und alltägliche Apps. Ich spiele keine Spiele. Ich verstehe nicht, warum sich der Akku so schnell entlädt. Insgesamt bin ich mit dem Smartphone zufrieden, aber die Akkulaufzeit ist für ein neues Modell enttäuschend. Aus diesem Grund vergebe ich nur 3 Sterne.

I mostly stream shows so the bigger screen and speakers on the S25 fe are way better. I feel like the streaming experience on the S25 is much better as well. And it has a lot of integration with AI making everything much easier to access, customize and even perform hands free. The night mode on the camera can also be linked with AI so pictures at night turn out stunning. I've never had a night shot turn out so clear you gotta try it for yourself. Plus all the features we have come to love from Samsung galaxies, much simpler with AI, this is truly a phone worth purchasing.

I live the camera and the way the operating system can switch between multiple pages without a glitch... it is very easy to use and easy to personalize along with smart switch... haven't tried the wireless charging feature yet but my battery holds almost 2 - 3 days between charge and daily use scrolling Facebook, checking emails, playing certain games, texting and phone calls along with many other apps that I use so the battery is strong... love the lightweight feel and I wanna upgrade my other phone to get another galaxy 25 series because I like the way it handles... very easy on the eyes... if you don't have one, I suggest you get one...

I work for a large retail company and utilize the power and performance of it to be quick at work. I use the Samsung AI for setting a bunch of my calender events, timers, clocks, and etc. The body of the phone feels smooth along with the back glass. I don't use the wireless charging often but I do at night when I go to bed. It charges it fully by morning and helps me get my day started quicker by lifting it. Plus the ability to edit text, change my pictures, and the banana option was fun to mess with. I loved how I could circle things on my screen and it gave me all kind of info on the item. Or I could take a picture and it would tell me the price, where to buy it. All kinds of cool info. The one thing I could do with out would be the bubbles when I received a text message. Never could figure out how to turn that off. I didnt see the use in it really. You couldn't do normal texting actions and half the time I would send the wrong text to the wrong person.

I don't experience the delay when picking an app versus the time it takes to open that I did the the 24+. The battery life has proven to be overall better as well. I run with gps, Bluetooth and NFC on at all time and find that I'm only charging the phone once every 36ish hours (even after hundreds of charges) So far I am very pleased with this phone. I have zero complaints about this one. I would recommend it to anyone who wants something simple yet capable of doing just about anything I want on it.

Main problems i have is the way the phone performs. Simple tasks like taking a screen shot have become very difficult to do without getting the volume button to show up. My calls are constantly dropping. 5g network performance low for me, it is nothing like past phones ive had but still not the worst. preferences for apps and constantly asking for my location or to send notifications after i already inputed "no" is the 3rd worst part about this phone. Camera is so bad my samsung from 12 years ago has better quality (i compared). Battery is always drained i find and a fast charge on a 50w takes 2 hours!!!!!

I have been using a Motorola phone, and I really like the way the navigation works out. It seems more user-friendly than the Samsung. But i'm trying to give this phone a chance.So far, I am not liking it. I've tried Galaxy A IA few times and it doesn't seem any different than the rest of these. I'm a little apprehensive about AI. The phone has a peculiarity of an occasional glitch. It loses a known Wifi network. I just go to settings and reset and am good to go. The updates seem to ha e reduced this. I used both the wireless charging and the USB C charging. The charging on the wireless portion is finicky. I have to remove any case for it to charge at full power. This is not a charger issue but seems to be the handshake or lack of when in the wireless cradle. Other than this it is a good economical phone.

I was looking for an upgrade to my S20 FE and the S25 FE caught my eye. The 7 years of software support and all the new AI swung it for me and WOW what an upgrade. I have been using it for the last 3 months and am very impressed. The new Dynamic AMOLED 2X screen is more vivid and vibrant. Subtle changes to the fonts and icons have given it a fresh and modern look over my S20. Circle search is fantastic as is the Photo Editing features. Smart Switch copied everything over, photos, files and apps. I have been using it for the last 3 months and am very impressed. I am looking forward to my new S32 FE LOL.

I prefer it to the old Google AI which gets words wrong, syntax of words and the pronunciation all wrong. The new GALAXY AI is much better and although it does mispronounce some easy words, it is faster and remembers the stuff that you've asked before. My SAMSUNG GALAXY S25 FE phone is way faster than my previous SAMSUNG GALAXY S20 FE 5G phone. All the apps I use load up faster and retain memory better. With the 12 core cpu and 24 threads, I can actually work on multiple apps at the same time without any freezing. The screen is smooth and the phone is lightweight and the color is got is fantastic!

But the Galaxy 25 FE has really made my searching and navigation a lot more easier. It helps on creating notes, reminders, and track you health status. There is so much more that it has to offer. And I am slowly using each and every single feauteon my phone as the day goes by. Incredible camera qualify, the videos came out smoothly, and the music audio flows naturally in the background when one is working. Thank you Galaxy 25 FE for making my life a lot more enjoyable to have than my previous phones.

The display is bright and smooth with the 120Hz refresh rate, which makes everyday use feel really responsive, and the phone itself feels premium and lightweight. The camera takes solid photos in most situations, especially in good lighting, and it’s more than enough for everyday use. Performance has been good for general tasks like browsing, social media, and streaming. Battery life is decent. Overall, it’s a great mid-range phone that gives you a flagship-like experience without the flagship price.

Honestly I bought the phone to use while samsung "repaired" my other phone in the week I had it. It seemed rather bland, it was just boring. Also the camera didn't seem that great. The price was I suppose fair for what you are getting. I'd say it made a good back up phone for maybe when you go camping or hiking. Or (in my case) waiting for samsung atrocious warranty plan to cover a repair in a device that was a manufacturer defect. Which between them and telus they lost my phone and I had to buy a new one. Lucky telus covered for samsung and they covered the replacement. (I still had to pay the tax)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old S7 Edge was top of the range about 5 yrs ago, and did everything i needed of it at the time, (banking, shopping, alarms, photos, licences, Uber etc, but ran out of space, and software updates for msny apps. Note from my provider let me know they had a grest alternative, the S25FE, for a great price, which it was. They did the change over for me, apps, photos etc, and it was seemless. I am about to head to USA for thanksgiving with fam, and can do so now confident that all my apps will work, and i can take 100s of photos and vids confidently able to store them on this brilliant mkbile device.

I love streaming TV shows and music videos on my phone. I can even stream live and recorded videos with my phone. I can do video chat with others. I can also play video games and download free games from the app store. The calling feature is also fantastic! I can make two way calls and even answer calls while I'm on the phone with another call. That battery power in my phone lasts for hours and it even let's me know when it needs to be charged before the battery actually dies.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The S25 FE is by far the best gaming phone the fact that I can crank the graphics up to max and have a high refresh rate on games like PUBG, Free Fire and Delta Force is crazy to me, and the fact that my phone won't heat up and close the app or turn off the phone during gaming is awesome. The music player can be improved by adding a button to skip seconds behind or have a visualizer while I play music it or have a button nob to slow down the music or to increase, it would be nice to have so i don't have to download apps to get what I'm looking for when it could be all in one app with the phone.

I was a bit strapped for cash and got the FE. I could not be more pleased with my purchase. It is slightly better performing than the s24. Has 6 or 7 years of updates from Samsung. The cameras are fantastic. And I have been playing with the Galaxy AI for photos a bit. I use the phone mostly to keep track of appointments, some gaming, and browsing. I have not used any games that have over-taxed it yet. The only thing I don't like is the lack of an SD card slot/expandable memory. Other than that, it is absolutely way above the amount that I paid for it. Thanks Samsung

I bought this a month or two ago, and I am happy that I did. However I thought I could use the circle to search on it. Not sure if I can or not. But other than that, the display is nice (nice & bright) and easy to see in broad daylight. I really like the battery life too! Lasts me a whole day with all my web browsing, facebooking, marketplace and texting! Lol so that is a good thing. It also performs very well! Is quick when browsing and multitasking. And the overall design is very nice. Its a really good looking phone! And sooo smooth at the back of it!. I am very satisfied with my purchase!.

J'ai acheté ce produit pour mon épouse qui avait un S20 ultra et qui malheureusement donnait des signes de faiblesse (lignes colorées sur l'écran). Elle avait choisi ce téléphone car celui-ci était moins lourd que le S25 ULTRA. Leq problèmes rencontrés avec ce nouvel appareil: -Celui-ci tient moins bien la charge que le S20 -La mise à jour des logiciels est lourde et perturbante pour mon épouse - le clavier très petit entraine des erreurs de frappe désagréables. Autrement c'est un bon produit mais à peine celui-ci est sur le marché depuis peu que déjà le S26 apparaît, je trouve cela frustrant

It's a little bit smaller than my previous S20 FE 5G, but the programming is smoother and clearer. Great handling and the themes i have, still run smoothly without modification. Device services are faster and clearer to use and if you go to them for the first time, it has hints on how to use it properly. Since the updates are good for 6 years, I'll prolly wait for the S30 FE 6G. The ARTIFICIAL IDIOT is okay, if only they had people with a 600+ I.Q. when they programmed the A.I..

Nice phone, decent battery life, good to finally upgrade to 5g which has finally become more widely available in my area. Easy to use smartwatch to transfer my apps and data from my old S20FE whose battery was worn out. Found the AI settings very intrusive, have turned off the majority of AI actions as I don't find them beneficial. Screen is nice and bright but not hugely better than my old phone. Camera is good but the three camera lenses feel very exposed to potential accidental damage. Wish the SD card slot hadn't been binned by Samsung, just a way of forcing buyers to more expensive handset than the basic 128gb model. Good promotional incentives made me decide to go ahead with the purchase.

The photo tools are amazing, and the new calendar and scheduling functions are endlessly entertaining and helpful on a daily basis. I have an Austrian friend who only speaks German. The ability to translate as you go has helped our friendship blossom. If you are an inquisitive person, and you just love finding out new information, the deep dive is almost like having an encyclopedia always at the ready. It can even help you write poetry with the correct phrasing, cadence, and vocabulary. All in all, I highly recommend this less expensive version of this classic phone series. ENJOY!

I bought this one month ago to replace my Pixel 9 which broke (my fault). I used up some credits and they place did not sell Pixel Phones so this was my alternative. So far I have not been all that impressed. The Bluetooth connectivity with my ear buds has been a little spotty at times. Never had this issue with my Pixel. The signal strength doesn't seem quite as good either Software updates (Fixes) are certainly not as frequent either. On the positive side I do like the feature that allows me to lock my home display .... no more accidental icon removals. The camera is quite good as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always had galaxy this phone was an upgrade compared to the lower end phones I've had in the past. Iwas immediately impressed with the quality and quick responsiveness and how smoothly everything transfered over. I am newly retired and just wanted to upgrade to take more pictures of the grand kids and vacations. The galaxy AI has been very fun and interesting to use and experience as a lot of this technology is new to me. Im still learning everyday and totally enjoy this phone and I have even scratched the surface on all the cool things that it can do! I actually love this new phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Phones is pretty solid for its price point. Great big screen. Good for movies and games. There are no glitches when playing games. Its also very responsive. The battery life is amazing especially with 2.0 charging. That comes through clutch. The screen size is great, i have big hands so it fits comfortably in my hand. Galaxy AI is on point I use it everyday for school. It even gives you step by step instructions when trying to figure out equations without even asking. Cameras are great, I've never gotten a blurry picture or video. Everything comes out clear. Overall great midrange device.
