First time pre-order, the process was simple and easy. Specific tracking came through an external site with a courier service. This phone is downright amazing! Huge step up from any of the A line phones in performance, battery life, features (tons and tons of it at that), and the AI features are a game changer. Keep in mind that the AI features are going to be available for more after 2025.

I got this phone a couple weeks ago and it is wayyyy better than the 2024 one.
I went from the s10e (6 years old!!) to the base s25. The upgrade is insane! Things load before I can even thing, the vibration motor has improved, and compared to my brother's s24 the cameras are the same but the processing is significantly better. The customization is amazing. Dont even get me started on galaxy ai, it's absolutely amazing. I use the object eraser when I take pictures of my kitties and it works so well. I love everything about this phone. The one thing that does bother me though is the charging animation when the phone is unlocked, it looks choppy, but i suppose its because oneui7 is still in beta or something. Otherwise i'm greatly satisfied with this phone.

I had to ask ChatGPT to help me find a few features but everything that I love is still there. I picked up a SupCase from Amazon and all is great.

I have had my phone for less than a month and am still finding new features that make this phone better than the S23. I am very pleased with it overall, but when it comes to customizing notification rigntones it is waaayy too complicated! With my S23 it was simple, just click on the contact in messages and choose a new ringtone, but with this one I had to google it to discover that there is a feature turned OFF initially that must be turned on, then you have to search all contacts or apps and click on a setting that does NOT say anything about changing the ringtone to be able to choose the new ringtone. PLEASE make it simple again!!!

Until I ran it over with my Loaded 30 Ton HAULAGE TRUCK and the scoop operator.....and another halaate truck 🤣 ....it held up surprisingly well considering the amount of weight that rolled over it. Hmm... for context I'm coming from a pixel 7. The s25 phone it self is good. I swapped out due to antenna issues pertaining to dropped calls. There are a few things that I look forward to testing with this phone such as emulation.... but over all id say it's a luke warm entry. Not much has changed in daily performance for me. The non expandable storage is very disappointing. The lack of a 3.5mm head phone jack is also disappointing. I have so much audio equipment I can't directly use any more without some dongle. On a good point though it certainly has a better sound chip then my last phone. The battery life is comparable to my last phone. The screen visually isn't much different other then being smaller. id say other then some small gripes about the ui (just getting used to the change) its a decent interface. Over all it just doesn't feel like that much of an upgrade. I would surmise though that if someone was coming in from not having anything it would be a fantastic phone.

The resolution of the screen is awesome. I play some pretty heavy games on mobile, this device doesn't lag in the least. I have 2 complaints, one - the internal storage and the inability to expand via micro SD card. It seems like everything on earth requires some manner of app. Compared to the 256 GB + external expansion capabilities of my previous phone, sacrifices have to be made. The second is Galaxy AI and the inability to disable all the AI. Terminator scared me in the 90s. It scares me now, just saying.

I gave it a low rating because every time I open it I am plagued with many ad tabs and I can't find a way to stop them. I did not pay good money to have this very annoying feature and nothing in the sales information said they were part of the deal. They are so frustrating they make it appear they are the main feature of the phone. I know I will enjoy the phone once I find a way to get rid of the ads.

My S3 still powers on and holds a charge on the original battery. After years of using the Pixels and being disappointed with the battery life and performance after a year, I swapped back. So far I'm a huge fan of the new interface as opposed to stock android, and find many of the features useful and practical. I do find the Galaxy AI to be unique and light weight as opposed to gemini as it just gets stuff done while being fully on device. Samsung protects your privacy and I find I'm getting far fewer intrusive ads as opposed to Google.

Space was the issue coupled with speed and of course no further updates being pushed out. The switch was very timely and I absolutely love the new Galaxy S25. The phone is durable and can last when taken care of, charges well and quickly and the battery last quite decently, camera is pretty good as well but I dont use it much. Great phone will look into a greater version of this brand when upgrading but I would like to see a more gaming focused phone to appeal to more of my needs and wants from a phone.

THIS- (Samsung S25 256GB) has been a dream phone of mine for a while now with having wanted an (S Series) phone since the (S8) came out. From booting up to running games at their highest quality, it hasnt let me done yet. I downloaded all the apps I had from my previous phone and STILL have room without anything becoming congested or lagging too badly. I would recommend this phone to anyone who needs a gaming phone, a powerful day-to-day phone, or a work phone to hold all your notes, emails, and messages- this is the phone for you.
Pre-ordered the Samsung S-25. Was using S-20 and was satisfied with that. I ordered theS-25 primarily because it has Android 15, and because of the slightly smaller size. The SMS text is more secure than the Samsung messaging. The other features are very similar to the S-20 so there was no learning curve. The camera abilities have a few more settings and are fun to play with. The AI features are not overly impressive but I was not planning to make much use of it anyway. The unit is extremely well put together, and very slippery. I immediately got a case and screen protector. Overall I am extremely satisfied with my purchase of the S-25.

Just purchased the Galaxy S25+. Last phone was a S20 Galaxy FE, this phone is definitely different. So far it is a good phone, though I am still getting used to all the features. I miss the old messaging app that existed on older galaxy phones, maybe I can still use it, but Google messaging does have some advantages. I haven't used it much for media, but the speakers seem pretty clear. I dislike that the micro USB slot has been removed. My case makes the sidebar a bit difficult to access, it is a Pela case which wraps around the front of the phone. I have written a suggestion to Samsung enable further customization of the sidebar.

Love the phone in every way and the direction they're going with the flat display, more rounded corners, rugged titanium boarder and tougher display. Upgraded from S23U and the trade in value was not something I could pass up. Don't be fooled by the three star review it should be 5 but as it is a "samsung" if you know you know. Get it three star lol as for the Bluetooth features missing from the S Pen while it's not something I care about it's kinda a step backwards but maybe a cost cutting measure. Only thing I wish was different is that the jet black colour was actually jet black, my S23U was jet black compared to this phone but not a big issue.

I bought this phone almost a year ago and I haven't regretted buying it. The battery of the phone lasts for over 8 hours and the camera can take crystal clear shot, high quality videos and its overall great. I love the slick, silver, small design of the phone it allows me to carry it anywhere either for traveling or for work. The performance of the phone is great having 120 hz which is amazing for video games and watching videos. The display is alright its kinda a little bit basic for more modern phones but I didnt have much of a problem with the phone. 8.5/10

Battery life is exceptionally better, doesn't have a lag time while I stream. Better photos as well as audio performance. The extended memory helps with the hundreds of photos I take for my everyday use as well as those needed for my related endeavors across several platforms. Samsung wallet has been improved as well. So far my S25 has been pretty good. It was an upgrade from an S9. The transition was relatively easy but not entirely without issue. I traded in my S9 and followed the directions of first removing my google account and then doing a factory reset, which caused a problem. Factory reset wants to verify your identity via gmail begore proceeding but there is no gmail with google removed. Caused a hiccup. I do like the S25's camera the best. Not to keen on the AI features. Still haven't figured everything out, i.e. S9 was able to have different notification sounds for individual apps bur haven't been able to fully implement that in the S25. Still learning!

The design for the ultra is amazing. I love the way it feels in your hand and the screen to body ratio is by far the best thing on this device. The speakers on the device sound way better than my old device. The sound feels full and the bass is definitely deeper. One thing to note is that typing is easier on this device I don't know if it's because the screen size has changed or Samsung improved the sensitivity but I make less mistakes while typing. Log video is a god send. I used my old device for my YouTube and this one is going to make my videos so much better. I have so many luts I want to try now. Can't wait. Well worth the upgrade!

It works seamlessly with my Galaxy Watch 7 to analyze my sleep and my workouts using Galaxy AI. This is a very an excellent phone and assistant. My only complaint and suggestion for Samsung is to create the perfect phone by making a Smaller Ultra. I recently switched to the regular S25 due to the Ultra size. Users always add a case which makes the phone so inconvenient. But I have missed the Ultra cameras. A phone is like a wallet nowadays. The Ultra size just doesn't fit in half of my pants. I love to use my phone to keep in contact with friends and loved ones, get on social media and to play games. I'm able to multi-task and play games online smoothly. What i am disappointed in however is how I'm unable to change or remove items I don't and will not use that's in my drop-down menu and is useless to me. The other disappointing issue is the keyboard. I was used to a certain keyboard personalized setup i had on my previous phone but unable to set it up with this phone. So it's not 100% personalized to me. So the performance seems to be great but the ability to personalize the phone is something that really lacks.

Despite that though the camera quality is honestly great, I love the AI for photo editing, it makes it alot easier to erase little things that I feel like ruins the picture and the baterry life is still great 1 year later. I also forget that this phone can do some gaming, I dont play much games on my phone anymore since I have a pc but whenever I dont want to boot up my laptop I can just play the games I want like genshin on it to get what I need to do done.

Games run at about 125-150% faster than my pervious phone, the Galaxy S23. It appears to have seamless actions across apps. While having several apps open at one time the phone did not snuggle what so ever. The transition between phones was relatively painless. My only complaint is that I have to login to every app on the new phone, even after transferring everything by data cable (room for improvement). I have already suggested this phone to others and will continue to do so.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Galaxy S25, upgrading from the Galaxy S21, it is a absolutely amazing phone, but i refuse to believe it shouldn't be more for what it is, in comparison to the Galaxy S24 series, the difference is fairly slim, and if i had a Galaxy S24, beforehand, I would not have upgraded, in my situation, from the Galaxy S21, and the similarity in price, its definitely a great option, but if you have a Galaxy S23 series, or a Galaxy S24 series, the upgrade is simply not worth it, the S24 even has the Galaxy AI features, if i am not mistaken, and the photo generator tool, is definitely cleaner than its opponents for the time being.

Talking when I'm using the speaker is most difficult for me, I've had difficulty with my speaker from the very beginning. Customer service said I could turn it in for a different phone other than an S25 but when I went to the T-MOBILE store in Lee's Summit the Manager said they would charge me a restocking fee. I'm still having the same problem & I've talked to several people at the company who wouldn't help me! I should be able to give back this defective phone that your company sold me & get any phone without being charged a restocking fee!

Battery is enough for the price, but could be a little bit better. Charge runs out fast when used consistently. Understandable with the size and features that comes up with this phone. The camera is great compared to other phones of less value. But it cannot handle glares well. The color grading is commendable, but sometimes the night sky becomes gray because of the glares of street lights. The night mode sometimes blurs out the objects that just a bit far. Other than these things, great phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The phone and it's hardware meet all my requirements for the mobile games I play as well having decent camera capabilities for when I go on nature hikes,size of storage is good but could be better(to be fair the phone could have 1tb and I'd still eventually run out of space).However when I transitioned from my s24 to the s25 and did the port of the phone data etc it didn't transition my "work profile" which is a bit tedious to go thru and reset up,so the process of transitioning phones would be a bit more streamlined for indivuals utilizing such features if in the future this could somehow transfer alongside the other data.
