How to invite a family member to SmartThings Find

Benefits of inviting a family member
Unlock the benefits of inviting a family member to SmartThings! With this feature, you can easily share device locations with your invited members through SmartThings Find. By sharing your Galaxy SmartTag with them, you can conveniently track its location using the shared member's location data. Remember, for this feature to work seamlessly, the other member must also enable location sharing.
To explore the devices shared by the invited member, simply navigate to the Members' devices tab located at the bottom of the SmartThings Find screen. Stay connected, keep track of your devices, and enjoy enhanced functionality with SmartThings and your family.
Invite a member to SmartThings Find
Step 1. Open SmartThings and select the Life tab (at the bottom of the screen).
Step 2. Navigate to and tap the Find card.
Step 3. Tap the My devices icon.
Step 4. Tap My devices to display the associated menu.
Step 5. Tap Members’s devices.
Step 6. Tap Invite member.
Step 7. Tap Use a QR code or Send an invitation according to your preference.
Note: If you chose Send an invitation, you will need to enter a Samsung account or email address and tap Send.
