Your Samsung account country determines which services and features are available on your device. If you moved to another country, you can update the one linked to your Samsung account through the Samsung account website in a web browser.

Note:

  • After changing your country, you must wait 180 days (about 6 months) before changing it again or reverting to your original country.
  • Devices connected to your Samsung account will be automatically signed out after the country is changed. You will need to sign in again on each device.

For security reasons, your Samsung account country can only be changed from the Samsung account website using a web browser. You can use a phone, tablet or computer to complete the process, depending on what is most convenient for you.
