Redemption Process:
i. Eligible Customers must have purchased an Eligible Samsung Product under their name.
ii. The Eligible Customer must visit the Promotion Website.
iii. On the Promotion Website, Eligible Customers will be required to complete an online form inputting their information, including shipping address, and upload an image of their original purchase receipt showing the Qualifying Purchase and the product serial number within thirty (30) days of purchase as indicated on the receipt (The “Application”).
