Battery life is terrible and not as described. I attempted to return but I was told I can't return it. Mind you, I bought this on November 29th, it was delivered December 17th. I opened the box December 28 and I called Samsung on December 31. This is a full scam. This vacuum is totally opposite of what was described on their website. The dustbin doesn't empty fully and stays open. The suction power is inadequate. Additionally, when returning the vacuum to the cleaning station, dust and debris are scattered by the brush. Overall, my experience with this product has been disappointing. Stay away for your sanity, as I feel I have been scammed by Samsung.

The Jet 85 is quite the opposite! It’s lightweight and thin frame make it extremely maneuverable around furniture. The battery lasts long enough to vacuum the entire household with charge to spare. Honestly, I had my doubts when i saw the size but its suction power is far superior to my previous vacuum (which will not be named but rhymes with “thistle”.) I’m thoroughly impressed with the Jet 85 and finally look forward to taking over the cleaning duties. Happy wife, happy life!

Nice screen for settings, you can even changer to several languages. The canister is easy to remove to dump the dirt. I comes with 4 attachements amd 1 angle attachment to use un low spaces. The pet tool is awesome to remove pet hair from carpets and sofas. The battery life is great. It will tell you on the screen how much time you have left on the battery. The charger can be attach to a wall to.change the battery by itself or by addimg the device. The power of suction is really potent when needed. I highly recommend this vaccum.

The few times I've used it i thought it worked great. It really cleaned up the messes I had without a trace. The attachments are pretty neat and I really like the button to detach, what an awesome idea. I was in charge of attaching the base to the wall and with the instructions it was a snap and took no time at all. I wasn't sure I'd like it visible but we've gotten a few compliments on how nice it looks. My wife really enjoys the vacuum and things seem to be cleaner. I have noticed that the bottom of my white socks are staying white. It's a very nice vacuum.

I purchased this Samsung Jet 85 for a Christmas present in 2023 for my son and daughter-in-law. It is not 2 years old and the handle has cracked and is detaching from the base. This should not happen and I cant find on the web how to file a warranty/defective product claim for them. Also, my daughter-in law says it never gives a battery run time of an hour,as stated in the description, on the medium speed and doesn't pick up well, only in one direction. I forgot what she said if its going forward or backwards. For the price these things should not happen.I need a replacement.

Just received this in the mail today. I am beyond ecstatic about this vacuum. It is sooo much better than the Dyson I have been using (similar price point) What I noticed right away. -heavier in a good way. I can tell it’s more robust and not as flimsy as my Dyson. -The screen tells you how much time you have to vacuum on each setting! Sooo cool! -It sucks better;) what we all want from a vacuum. -Quieter (the sound isn’t as annoying as my other vacuum) it’s actually not annoying at all. I enjoy the sound of it;) Over the moon 🌙

The fact that it is battery driven, we can charge it on demand when not used, using solar batteries. It is super easy to clean and run time is more or less 60 min but have never reached this limit yet. What it does come with is a dual-roller floor head, with a brush bar and soft roller in one, as well as a good range of accessories for when you want to use it in handheld mode.

As I age I have been having a harder time running a vacuum and this model is so lightweight that cleaning is a breeze. I have hardwood flooring as well as carpeting and it transitions from one to the other easily. I found a place to hang it in my hallway and the green battery power light doubles as a nightlight. What a bonus. It is easy to see how much debris it is picking up in the cup which I appreciate how quick it is to empty and replace as needed. The display shows how much run time I have left at a glance and the many attachments allow be to be able to reach every nook and cranny and pick up anything. Love the anti tangle cleaning pet tool to clean up after my grand dogs come to visit. I would recommend this vacuum to everyone.

This new model is better as it is lighter with more battery time. I love that the vac is light, powerful and has long lasting battery. It has made vacuuming so much easier, it used to be difficult with traditional wired vacs that are heavy, plugging in at each room. Or I had other brands' cordless vacs but they were heavier and not powerful enough. The Jet vacs have vacuuming so much easier, I am thankful.

Once you try the Jet setting you will never be satisfied with anything less. This vacuum is great for cleaning all kinds of surfaces. The battery life on the Jet setting is very poor so it would have been nice if it came with two batteries like the last Samsung Vacuum I purchased. It comes with really nice attachments including a bendable crevice tool and a pet tool. We love our new Samsung Jet Vacuum!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Jet 85 seems to pick up just as well as my last vacuum, if not better while being much quieter, seemingly lighter and without getting blistering hot while using it. I got the vacuum right after finishing a bedroom and bathroom remodel, and it has been cleaning up most of the dust and dirt leftover in the house after the remodel. It is great on the hardwood floors and seems to get a little closer against the wall and in the corners than the last vacuum did. We have two dogs; a lab and a recently adopted dalmatian. The lab hair has never been a problem to get up, but the dalmatian hair sticks to everything. I used it in my truck to clean up dalmatian hair that has been stuck in the carpet since we brought him home. This vacuum does a better job getting the dalmatian hair than the previous vacuum, a personal shop vac and a carwash vacuum.

This is a cordless vac with a wall mountable dock. The dock also has 2 spaces to put a couple of the multiple amazing attachments(hello pet parents). The attachments are removed with the press of a button and easily click in to change. Removing the dust bin is also super easy and unlike paper filters I had before, this one everything comes out with very little cleaning of the pieces. It has 3 modes that change by the push of a button with a countdown letting you know how much more time on each setting is available. Most impressive, the suction.. It is powerful so keep that in mind. Also it's multi surface and the amount of pet hair and human hair it picked up compared to my old vac is insane! I am so excited to have this powerhouse of a vacuum.

This is easily the best vacuum we have owned and it is not close. It handles the daily dog fur collection with ease. We have had two Dysons and a Ryobi which the fur of our golden retrievers rendered useless far tto quickly. We bought this Samsung about 6 months ago and it still has excellent suction, great battery life, is easy to clean, and the battery charging and connecting is very convenient.

I absolutely love this vacuum. It is light and easy to use with a 180 degree swivel head, soft roller and bristles that tackle all type of stubborn surfaces. The lid display allows for east operation and it is very versatile in reaching hard to reach surfaces. I really like this vaccum. I know I'm reviewing on the Samsung website. I took the time to review it because it does work well. Cordless vacuums never have the same strength as a corded vaccum but this thing does. It's way better than my Shark. I needed a good vaccum for cat litter, to hard floors, to carpet. This works perfectly for my needs. My old vaccum would leave.stuff behind. This one doesn't. I've never ran out of battery power yet so I dont k kw how long it will go. You can toggle between power settings. The regular setting or one up is what i usually use. There's another setting higher but I really dont use it. I dont need to. The attachments are nice. I wouldn't get anything less than this vaccum in my opinion. I wanted to get a bespoke but they're a little above what I wanted to spend. Im sure they're nice. I think this one is worth it. I want a Cordless vaccum that works. I found one here. Im good with this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Jet Vacuum Cleaner 85 is an excellent cordless product that has a long range for my house and it comes with many useful tools that came with the vacuum cleaner. The product comes with five attachments and my favorite is the pet tool brush. This is my 2nd Jet Samsung cleaner, my other Samsung is the 75, and comparing the two the 85 is lighter and has a stronger suction than the 75. I still love my 75 but this one looks more futuristic. I mostly vacuum on the minimum setting because there is no need for higher settings, it's powerful, and it also maneuvers with no problem. This vacuum cleaner is quiet and very light, which is a big plus for this product. It was easy to attach to the wall, it only took 5 minutes. It looks really cool with the hazy white and clear design. It comes with really easy instructions to follow in English and Spanish. I would recommend this new state-of-the-art product from Samsung to anyone.

I’d does come with a very nice variety of attachments to fit just about all of your needs . The pet attachment has been used a lot since I started using this vacuum and it does not disappoint . Overall I am very satisfied with it with one exception that cripples the cordless industry and that is the BATTERY LIFE ! The battery that comes with this vacuum is not great , on the lowest suction setting I get about 20 minutes of vacuum time before I have to charge it. I would have given this vacuum 5 stars if it wasn’t for the battery life issue . I think Samsung should have included a second battery with this units or possible made the charger mount capable of charging a second battery . If I’m planning on having this be a replacement to what I’m currently using , a second battery definitely is needed

Easy to maintain as well. Only minor gripe would be the battery lasts only few mins if i keep it in max power. But if i keep it in low, which is good enough for usual use cases, it lasts above 50 mins.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum is lightweight, not too tall (I'm 4'10), and powerful. The swivel head is perfect when vacuuming around and underneath furniture. The crevice tool is perfect for that tight space between the seat and console in cars. It's also perfect for doing a quick vacuum on window sills, staircases, around the workspace, dog bowls etc. The pet tool works wonders for shedding dogs and getting up pet dander on their beds and after car rides. Our girl sleeps with us so we use this on our bedspread every morning on the jet cycle which has insane suction power. The LCD screen is large and bright enough to see the battery life. The buttons to change the suction power are perfectly placed to switch when needed. One small issue is that the vacuum defaults to mid when turned on instead of low. Mid only gives you about 25-30 minutes minutes run time. I wish it would default to low to preserve battery when turned on as I often forget to turn it down.

Either my house is very dirty or it really is very powerful - but it brings up a lot of dirt and hair from the rug where my dog usually stays. It doesn't do as well on hard wood as I'd hoped, I feel like I have to go over it more than 2x if there are visible things- hair, kitty litter dirt etc. The battery life on Max is not very long. I did not hang mine on the wall as I did not want to mark the wall up and I don't trust the weight and I don't have a great place to do so that is also near an outlet. Did you think of that, Samsung? That many closets don't have outlets? I wish they would make a stand up / stand-alone holder for it for those of us who cannot or won't hang something permanent on our walls. I also do not like that the flexible tool doesn't work with all the attachments, like the small stair roller? Seriously. But overall this is a really good vac and I'm so far happy with it.

The pet tool and extended crevice tool are my favorite so far. I've been vacuuming pet hair i couldn't even see off my furniture! Other areas I had thought I thoroughly vacuumed, I was very mistaken. The Samsung Jet sucked up more dirt! I love that i can easily take the stick vacuum cordless around the house and on our various floor types. It has even made dusting the drapes easier. I like the options in suction and the digital battery life available on the lcd screen. Changing between suction levels is super cool. I'm really enjoying having this new tool around and can already see and feel the difference in cleanliness.

I like that I'm not dragging around a cord that I have to keep pulling out of the way. The suction is great. My biggest problem with a vacuum is that I have two big dogs with a heavy undercoat that shed a lot and four cats. I vacuum up lots of hair. Any vacuum I have used clogs up fast. This Samsung was no exception. However, it was much easier to unclog than any other vacuum I have used. It also has a fairly small canister, so I have to empty it more frequently, but the canister is easy to empty, and the filter is easy to clean. The attachments are easy to change. I used the pet tool on my furniture, and it easily removed the cat hair. The vacuum shows how much charge you have left-I haven’t ran down a charge yet so I don’t know how accurate it is. I would recommend this vacuum to anyone. If you don’t have a lot of hair to vacuum it works wonderful and even if you do have hair, it works better than any other vacuum I have used.

Well, my concerns vanished when i began the easy assembly of the Jet 85! The componants felt solid and made of high quality materials. the charging station was easy to put up with the included hardware as well. Next i charged the battery before first use as was suggested via the instruction manual. the time was now, i was anxious to see what this vacuum could do! It has four modes to choose from which you can easily toggle through with the - and + buttons beside the power button. The modes of operation are min, mid, max, and jet. I found that mid was plenty of power for my mid pile carpet. The Jet 85 was a pleasure to use and never ran out of power for my use on one charge. Speaking of power, the time of use is effected by the power level you use, Jet being the least and Min being the most. The dirt cup easily comes out with one button and just as easily clicks right back into place. The Samsung Jet 85 was worth every penny and I would definitely buy again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently tried this new cool and modern vacuum from Samsung. I like the design, weight, and how it looks. It's very modern and very lightweight. The hexajet motor is very powerful and can pick anything up. The battery is one of the weak points I have to say. It does charge within a reasonable amount of time but doesn't last long at all. On medium power it barely gets 45 minutes. On the highest setting it barely makes it to 30 minutes. That's not enough to vacuum a home unless you're rushing around everywhere. This is the only thing I dislike about it, and wish it lasted longer. I used almost all the attachments and modes and the dual brush and anti tangle pet tool work really good. I was able to vacuum my car with it and was able to get into all the small crevasses. Also super easy to maneuver around because of how light it is. The lcd display is bright and easy to read, and you can also change modes super easy and literally with the touch of a button. I will continue to use it and test it out in the different modes to see how to make the battery last longer, or buy another battery to double the vacuuming time. Overall very very happy with it, especially the look and feel, just wish the battery lasted longer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Jet 85 is exactly what we were looking for our mobile business solution. The 5 layer filter traps everything in the collection container and is very easy to remove and clean with water without spilling. The cordless vacuum is super light, and we tested it with larger pieces and smaller pieces of trash and performed equally well. Mostly used for hair. It comes with various attachments to reach tight corners and very practical on various surfaces, we specifically using it on a composite hardwood floor in a mobile unit. The Long Reach Crevice fitting is used for targeted suction areas, using the hi setting is even more efficient. The Combination attachment has external power connections and is for general use, where the Pet Tool+ is also externally powered and used for hair residue from pets or humans. The flexible tool us also useful and bend on corners without blocking the suction power. The initial install was simple, registration of product is done via the code on the side of the main unit, scan login and confirm SN. All the parts fits logically together, with some attachment tools propagate the external power, for example the flexible tool and the long reach crevice tool works together, but no power.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pretty excited to get this vacuum something I did have to look for a plug in on to use or worry about the kids tripping over the cord, something I could clean the car with or the stairs. so, I opened it up and charged the battery overnight and got to work the next morning building myself a vacuum. I tried out both the reg head and the pet head so far. and the first round I filled the bin, considering I vacuum everyday this was kind of gross but impressive at the same time. so the suction is obviously there. I love it tells me how much time I have on the battery at certain speeds and what is wrong when it loses suction so i am not wasting time trying to figure it out. I will say though that i have girls with long hair and twice i had to stop to pull what i thought would be a lot of har out because suction had stopped to find it was a single hair wrapped around the brush. so, I am not sure how to avoid that while it's nice it saves it's self from being burned up. the level of sensitivity could be a pain with the girl's hair, that aside I love how light it is and how easy it is to maneuver. I am short and have no issues with this it also doesn't make my hip hurt like some of the others I have used. I have good feeling about this purchase and am excited to clean the car and stairs next!!

I always wanted a cordless vac but was hesitant given the battery life. I have lots of Samsung products and trust the brand. When I saw this Jet Vac on sale, I grabbed it. Very easy to use and set up. Like all of the different attachments including the pet brush which is a must for those with dogs. At mid level the battery lasts a good half hour. I used it even with at max speeds and was able to vacuum everything I needed without running out of battery. The dust bin is small but easy to clean and maintain. The vacuum itself is light weight so easy to maneuver. It is able to handle low pile rugs and carpet well enough and does have very good suction. However, this vacuum is for more in-between quick clean-ups rather than your go to vacuum. I still use the heavy duty vacuum I have for deep cleaning. The one thing I do not like is that it should come with a spare battery and second the dust bin container is difficult at times to put back on. You have to get it just right to put it back in place. I ended up buying a spare battery at a great price elsewhere as it was way too expensive on Samsung. Having two batteries is great as there is no worry about running out of juice before completing the cleaning.

We like how it comes with different accessories including the pet hair tool that comes out very handy. The installation is easy to do; it comes with the necessary hardware to install it on the wall. We like how easy it is to use it since it is lightweight and can be carried around a long time with ease. It works great and the battery lasts long enough to clean our home, and it is very useful that the battery can be replaced at any time to keep cleaning. We have hardwood floors as well as carpets all around and the Jet 85 does a great job on all of these surfaces. The accessories help clean other spaces, like furniture, curtains and more. The pet hair tool cleans further and does it well to keep our home hair free. The screen on the vacuum is very helpful; we can tell how much battery is left to clean and depending on what it is cleaning, the battery can last longer. The Jet 85 can also be adjusted to have more power or less so it is helpful to clean depending on our needs. The one thing that is missing and we would love to have is the LED light in front of the vacuum because it makes it easier to clean when light is shining right in front, either way it works great but would really like to have that light in front of it.

The product came in a well-packed box. The vacuum is cordless, durable, and lightweight, and with no effort I get my whole house done. The charging/storage station was very easy to mount on the wall. The battery is removable. We have thin and thick rugs, the cleaner has no problem with any rugs and even the transition from tile to carpet it glides like a master. The dustbin is clear and you can see-through, also it is washable. It comes with 5 tool attachments, the multi-surface brush, the anti-tangle pet tool, a crevice tool, a combination tool, and a flex tool. These amazing tools will be helpful in my household for dusting the windows blinds, vacuuming the couch, mattresses, and chairs, and cleaning inside the cars. The large digital display will show the percentage of charging time, the remaining battery, settings, or if there is something wrong with the brush or filter. The battery has a two-year warranty which I'm happy about and 10 year warranty for the motor. We have three kids and pets, a cat and a dog, I needed a good vacuum cleaner that can last and get all dirt, and the Samsung Jet 85 exceeded my expectations. Through multiple technical modern upgrades, I'm taking pleasure in getting my house clean. I would highly recommend the Samsung Jet 85 vacuum cleaner to anyone.

I started by vacuuming a throw rug on mid, which I had just vacuumed with my old vacuum, and the amount of dirt that came out was unbelievable. It sucked up everything and what looked like microparticles that my other vacuum didn't get. I was truly impressed. - Quiet. I can hear my husband talking to me when I vacuum. - Lightweight and easy to maneuver. Handle is ergonomic and comfortable to hold with the pipe and dual jet attachment. Can feel a little heavy and imbalanced when using the extension crevice tool, but not a huge deal. - Cordless. Convenient to not have to plug in and easy to mount on charger for storage. - Digital display provides helpful information. Has a timer to let you know roughly how much time you have left. Also let's you know when you need to charge. - Multiple attachments and washable filters. - Ability to charge a 2nd battery with the vacuum mounted. Only thing is it doesn't come with the 2nd battery. Cons: -Battery life shows roughly 40 minutes with the dual jet attachment and about 60 minutes with the extension crevice tool. This is not a huge deal for me, but can be an issue when trying to clean a large house. - Dustbin is on the smaller side. Overall: I really love this vacuum. It's quiet, suction is great and it cleans so well. The cons for me are more just limitations to keep in mind and aren't deal breakers for me. Would definitely recommend!

Well, the Samsung Jet 85 is a very good vacuum, that honestly, with a few extras and tweaks, could've been great. Anyone who does housework knows that having an untethered vacuum is always a treat. Not having to deal with an unruly chord is a real plus. When it comes to muscle, the Samsung Jet 85 has more than enough to do the job. Sadly, I wouldn't recommend it if your house has carpet. While it will work, it's definitely made more for hardwood flooring. Battery life is pretty good, but when you really crank up the power (Especially on carpeting), it isn't all that great. A positive to that though, once on the base, it does recharge rather quickly. One major complaint about this model is that I REALLY wish that it came with a self-emptying base. For the price point, I've seen others that offer it, and I think this was a missed opportunity by Samsung. Plus, once mounted on the wall, the canister can be, at times, cumbersome to put back on. it's not that big of a deal, but like I said, not having to deal with emptying it at all would've been much nicer. The attachments are standard affair. Nothing new or mind blowing. Overall, I like the Samsung Jet 85. It's a very nice vacuum that should more than satisfy those who want or need quick access to their vacuum. With that being said, if Samsung could've made the battery and power better for carpeting, and added that self-emptying base, this vacuum would've been an absolute no-brainer for any and everyone.

We have mostly hard surfaces (laminate, hardwood, vinyl flooring) and this has been great at getting even the most stubborn tumbleweed of dog fur up off the floor. The variable suction is also great and pretty powerful! The attachments are also pretty handy. Changing the included attachments is a literal snap! While the unit is a little bulky to try and use as a dustbuster type of unit, it is very portable and did a pretty good job in my car (we've got 2 very messy boys and their seats are always in need of a quick vacuuming). I'd say my only suggestions would be for a longer battery life. I'm getting about 20 minutes on medium suction. The Jet setting (super suction) averages about 10 minutes. It took about 2.5hrs to recharge from 40%, which isn't terrible. But a little more battery life would be great! I have to admit that this is a GREAT unit if you've got mostly hard floors. We found the performance on area rugs and carpets just a little disappointing. It will suck up the corner of the area rug, which prompts the brushes to stop spinning and an error message to pop up on the display direction you to clear the obstruction. The digital display is another little detail that I really enjoy. Very easy to see battery life and time remaining before needing to be recharged. Set up was easy and installation of the charging bracket was also pretty straightforward. It's suggested price is a little steep, given the features and run time of other available and comparable models, but overall this is a good sturdy workhorse and something that has made a huge difference in keeping our floors presentable and neat!

Right out of the box, it comes with everything needed to get started, the pet hair tool, crevice, combo, flex and even the screws to hang the vacuum on the wall. The Samsung Jet 85 has a very nice modern and updated look. It is light to carry for a long period of time and it is easy to handle, even cleaning tight spaces as well as furniture. It has an ergonomic handle so it brings more comfort on each use either short or long time use. Also while pushing it around the floor, it works great and since it is light we can clean longer. Cleaning my hardwood floors and tile is very easy and the Jet 85 cleans them well with its strong suction power that successfully picks up dirt, dust, and pet hair. The mini motorized pet brush also does a great job; it works fast and effective to get rid of pet hair from our furniture. And it also does a great job on our area rugs, to clean them easily. The Samsung Jet 85 comes with different useful attachments like the crevice tool and a combination tool; these help get other areas clean. The dustbin is easy to detach and get it clean, the filter is washable as well as the rest of its filtration parts to keep the Jet 85 working at its best. As for the Battery, it works well giving up to an hour of running time and we really like that it is detachable, that means we can charge one while using the other. And yes the charger can charge the vacuum cleaner with the battery on it and if you just want to charge the battery while using the Jet 85, you can do that, just charge the battery. The display on the Samsung Jet 85 is also very useful; it has many different languages to set it up to your personal use. And we can increase and decrease the suction power of the vacuum, in return the battery life can be different depending on the power it is using and it does give you the time you have until the battery loses power. The one detail is missing is an LED light in front, having a light on front highlights dirt and debris and the Jet 85 does not have it and would be perfect if it did, on the other hand the battery life would be shorter so I understand why it does not have it. Overall, the Samsung Jet 85 is a great addition to our Samsung family, it cleans not just floors, it cleans our furniture as well as other parts of our home as well as our vehicles. It is easy to handle due to it being lightweight. It performs well each time and it is easy to maintain. The only detail that is missing like I mentioned is the LED light.
