As a longtime Samsung customer, I chose the Galaxy Fit 3 with confidence, expecting the same great quality as my other devices. Unfortunately, the battery life has been a MAJOR disappointment. Even with minimal use (just text notifications, a morning alarm, and a few gym sessions a week) the battery only lasts about two days. This is far short of the advertised 13-day battery life listed on the Galaxy Website. I'm now just 21 days past the 30-day Amazon return window, so I'm stuck with a watch that doesn't meet expectations. Based on my experience, I DO NOT recommend this model; or possibly any other Galaxy watch

I purchased this and only received it on December 24th. I am so disappointed with its battery life. It is supposed to last up to 13 days but today, December 30, is the 3rd time already that I need to charge it. So far I've done nothing with it other than using it as a watch and checking the odd notification on it. Had I paid full price for it I'd be asking for a refund or replacement.

I write this as a Samsung customer of more than 20 years who has always trusted the brand for quality and reliability. Unfortunately, my recent experience with the Galaxy Fit3 and Samsung Canada’s customer service has left me deeply disappointed. The Fit3 is advertised as requiring Android 10 or higher, with Galaxy Wearable and Samsung Health version 6.2 or higher. Confident that my Galaxy S10 Lite running Android 13 met those requirements, I purchased the device online. Within hours, problems appeared. The steps were not syncing correctly. Instead of the Fit3 updating Samsung Health, the reverse seemed to happen. I double-checked every configuration, updated all software, and confirmed compatibility. When that failed, I turned to Samsung’s online support. My first support chat was promising — the representative acknowledged the fault and stated the device could be replaced under warranty. However, the “care” team refused to honor this until I provided screenshots of my software versions. After supplying proof, I was passed back and forth between technical support and online care multiple times. Technical support confirmed that my phone’s OS and the app versions were correct, yet the care team continued to deflect responsibility, at one point explaining the process as if the fault lay with me. In total, I spoke with around eight different representatives, often repeating myself to the same technical agent. After more than eight hours of wasted time, I was finally issued a return waybill — but only on the basis that my phone was “not compatible.” That explanation is simply not credible. The device clearly meets Samsung’s published requirements. As a loyal customer of two decades, I expected far better. The poor aftercare and refusal to acknowledge clear product issues not only undermine the Fit3 itself but also damage the trust I’ve always had in the Samsung brand.

Purchased in July. Everything was great until I upgraded my 6 year old phone to a pixel 10. Need to get a Samsung Accessory Service app to make the watch connect to phone, this app is incompatible with this version of Android. Customer service tells me I have to pay to trade in and upgrade my six month old watch. A money grab instead of updating their app... Typical of today's companies.

Just bought it afyer my decond Fitbit died. This little watch is awesome - especially for the price! The only thing it does not have thst Fitbit Versa had is GPS, but I don't need it. I love the quality of the screen - as with all Samsung tech. It is reactive to hand movement and bluetooth os seamless. I wish I had disvovered it much sooner (and saved the $$$ I spent over last 3 years on Fitbit Sense and Fitbit Versa 4).

I mean you can't go wrong, $85 and super fast, sleek and clean interface, still get a ton of features for the price and the heart rate monitor never drops. I am so very impressed and would recommend this 100x over. I hope they keep making these because there is such a market for economy fitness watches and usually you end up sacrificing speed and effective monitors but no issues here. As someone that doesn't need a $300 watch because I don't use all the features this is absolutely perfect.

I have set the alarm for 7:25 am it rang at 7:35. Constantly has issues with step tracking, sleep tracking, activity tracking, you name it tracking.

The Galaxy Fit3 is easy to use and a motivation device for me. I can measure stress level, heartbeat, and blood oxygen at any moment. The most important thing for us old folk is that you can set up emergency calls, and notify your family if you have a hard fall. Very good product for a good price, can be easily links to Samsung tablets and phones.

The watch always disconnect of my phone... I want the Always on display for all the wallpapers. The UI is a little bit old style. The tracking system is very useful and the heart rate sensor is very precise. The battery are not very good too.

I purchased this watch approximately 2 months ago. Watch face size very nice and offers many features. The downside is, it does not keep a charge for the amount of days as advertised and just recently I have experienced that it gets over heated when I am outdoors in 90 degree weather.

Lovely but it doesn't offer options for other health app tracking that would be really helpful for exercise. For people wtih T1D there is no option to view your glucose levels during exercise. Unfortunately once the box has been opened it can't be returned and is a waste of money. I'd love for this feature to be added.

Terrible watch. Step.counting is totally wrong. Battery life is not at all as advertised I asked to return the watch and their representative kept asking about procedure instead of helping me to return it. So, now I am stuck with a watch that is inaccurate and whose battery life is way below expectations. Disappointing 😞
