I bought this TV and it has been a godsend to my family. with the built in bluetoooth I can listen to my action movies on my headphones and not disturb the family. My daughter casts her phone to the tv and group call/with her friends. the samsung tv app gives lots of free channels to watch. the built in netflix and prime are great as well as pluto and tubi. The picture is great and the soundbar is awsome when we watch tv together. I got game controlllers to play games with the family and solo games as well. highly recommended

I bought this TV about a month ago and love it, the picture is great, the colours jump out at you, sometimes to vivid seems unrealistic. Been watching a lot of sports on it and the colours are great but the refresh rate is a little choppy at times but I expected that. If I have one complaint it’s about the remote control, it is very awkward to handle, the directional buttons should be closer to the top and it is also not very responsive.

Have only had the TV for short period of time, but man does Samsung build a great TV. The picture is clear. With several options to even adjust the picture to how you like it. Our living room is very bright and often would blind out the scene. The Q6F seems to adjust to the light, but the picture is just a clear as when the room is dark. The design is sleek and stylish. With input, be very fast. Very Pleased with the TV, to this point.

I bought this TV around a month ago. The 4K picture quality can be excellent depending on the feed. Eg, some 4K sports are pretty good, some streaming shows from Netflix and other streaming services are also very good. On the other hand HD cable news is not that great, with the skin tones looking orange. Overall, very good value for money.

My last samsung TV was a a plasma 55 inch many years ago. I am pleasantly surprised that TV s have improved so much. Best part is I can mirror my lap top when I work from home plus I can share my phone screen while socializing and view all the pictures I took and share with my family. Best TV I ever had but one thing for improvement. Make an add-on with Google play to the full play store not the smaller store so you can put kodi app on it, which is a movie streaming site if you know how to program it and also put the genie camera on it and other security cameras for around your apartment or house

Bonjour Michel 38, Merci de partager vos impressions sur notre TV AI QLED. Nous regrettons que votre expérience n'ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Si votre téléviseur n’enregistre pas les paramètres et affiche fréquemment des publicités à l’écran, cela est probablement dû au fait que le téléviseur est réglé sur le « mode Magasin ». C'est une mode de fonctionnement dans lequel les paramètres sont restaurés toutes les trente minutes, mais aussi lors de mise sous tension et hors tension du téléviseur. Désactivez le mode Magasin, pour cela: Allumez le téléviseur et appuyez sur le bouton de menu de votre télécommande. Allez dans « Assistance » et appuyez sur la touche Intro de votre télécommande. C’est le bouton situé entre les quatre flèches. Sélectionnez « mode » ou « Mode utilisateur » et appuyez sur le bouton Intro. Ouvrez maintenant un sous-menu où vous pouvez sélectionner le « Mode Maison ». Il est également possible que le « Mode Maison » ne soit pas présent sur votre téléviseur alors procédez ainsi: Appuyez sur le bouton de menu de la télécommande. Allez dans Paramètres > Plus en play > Utilisation à domicile. Si ces conseils ne résolvent pas le problème, nous vous recommandons de contacter notre service clientèle sur https://www.samsung.com/fr/support/contact afin que nous puissions examiner plus en détail votre situation et trouver une solution adaptée.
