The picture is so sharp I have jumped and scared because I caught what I thought was someone behind me! This happens pretty regularly, lol. All the extra features like subtitles. I am hard of hearing and have to wear glasses for distance. No glasses needed for this big boy. Subtitles has always been something I must have. Try it with a scary movie. It subtitles the whispers and other sounds that are not audible even when I watch with my adult daughter. Now she says dang you now I watch everything with closed captions just like you!

Positivt + Superbra bild, man behöver inte lägga tid på att finjustera. Det är bara att starta TV:n och njuta direkt. + Fjärrkontrollen laddas med solceller – den är alltså alltid laddad. + Lätt att koppla till olika enheter. Mindre bra - CA-modulen var svårt att koppla in. Man fick trycka hårt för att få kontakt. - Det är krångligt att lägga TV-kanaler i ordning. Man ska lägga dem som favoriter och sedan ordna dem. Man får inga ledtrådar/instruktioner i handboken/anvisningen. - Tappar ofta kontakten till Wi-Fi. Jag fick lägga en ethernetkabel istället. - Pop-uper från AI dyker ofta upp. Jag har fortfarande inte hittat hur man stänger av dem.

I have now been chasing Samsung NZ for 91 days trying to get them to honour their warranty and meet the terms of the Consumers Guarantee Act but they simply apologise, escalate and delay. They never give me an update, even though I follow up with them at least once a week. Everything would have been fine if the TV worked as it should. The problems started from the time I tried to get them to replace the Brocken TV that they supplied. As I was getting nowhere with Samsung NZ I contacted the bank and fortunately they reversed the charges. I WILL NOT BE DEALING WITH SAMSUNG NZ EVER AGAIN AND I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU DO THE SAME.

The picture quality is far superior compared to my old 10 year Samsung TV. Colours vivid and sharp. Taken me a little while to get used to the small modern remote. Still coming to terms with no number buttons but, found them in a sub menu. Love the voice recognition for changing channels though. Love the solar charging option on the remote. Taken a star of the 'design' feature though as I found the plastic feet not very sturdy. Does need to be anchored to a wall for security peace of mind. Previous TV had metal feet. So far really enjoying my new TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I actually bought the 85" QN70F but for some reason, there is no way to select the bigger screen. Anyway, i can say that the picture quality is excellent. The AI scene selection and AI picture adjustment might be ok for others but I choose to do my own customization and it works as per my preference all the time. The sound quality from the tv speaker is ok but it is best when paired with high quality soundbar specially when watching movies and sports. The screen is very reflective so I highly suggest to close your window blinds for best viewing quality. Refresh rate is very good for gaming and high speed movies like racing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first Samsung Smart TV had to be repaired after only 3 years. Then it had the same issue (horizontal lines at top of screen) 2 years later. You wouldn't repair or replace it. I bought the model mentioned above 13 months ago. I hope the same thing doesn't happen to this one! So far it's fine.....good picture and resolution. The remote control is junk. It's exactly the same size all the way around which means if it's not pointing the right way, you don't get the result you want. The remote with the first TV is thicker at one end so you know you're holding it correctly but sadly, it won't work on the new TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picture is horrid. I have had Samsung TVs and replaced my 8 year old Samsung 55inch with this 65” and have never been happy with the picture. The colours are either washed out or over saturated, fuzzy and without clear definition and just not good to look at. Skin tones do not look right on any setting. I have played with all of the picture settings according to the fixed I have read online to no avail. This includes all factory preset picture profiles and also expert settings. Very disappointing television, I see why they now have discontinued them and have them on runout sale at a heavily discounted price.

I bought my Samsung TV a few months ago after my older TV from another brand started acting up, and I totally love it! The colours are much brighter than my other brand TV, it's also more user friendly and has better resolution. The blacks are black and the whites are white, my old TV's white had a blue tint and everything I was watching was dark. I'm totally in love with the Art Frame feature which I didn't know came with my TV so it was a fantastic surprise when I saw this. I will definitely buy another Samsung TV when my other 75 inch tv from another brand starts acting up like the one I just replaced.

Haben das TV im September zum Aktionspreis ergattert und dazu bekamen wir noch die Soundbar. Das TV ist eine super Alternative zu OLED-TVs, vor allem mit 85 Zoll Größe. 144 Hz in Kombination mit VRR knallt richtig beim Gaming. Wir waren auch verwundert, dass die Inhalte in schlechteren Auflösungen gut dargestellt werden, weshalb 1080p auf der Größe angenehm anzuschauen sind, über 4k braucht man nicht zu reden, einfach mega. Kurz zurück zum Gaming: Die Konsole haben wir nicht, aber einen PC mit RTX5080, weshalb sich das Zocken richtig genießen lässt. Deshalb alle Sterne und gerne wieder Samsung.

The quality of this model tv is perfect for gaming and, here is why the game mode feature reduces input lag. Also features AI powered game bar to help better gaming performance. The color tech makes this further more as the best TV on the market. Thats just my opinion. I believe when these tvs launched I read something about brilliant colors meaning the electric blues, canary yellows more vivid. Did I also mention how great this thing is its .5 inches this thing looks like an immersive picture frame. Honestly some of the best tech ive ever used the best tech in the world as far as person entertainment ill get a bigger one soon!

Servicio al cliente me parece pésimo y eso que lo compré directamente a Samsung. Recomiendo comprar por otro canal, seguro que Amazon da mejor servicio sin ser el Fabricante. This is the tv I upgraded to when my old Samsung tv gave out after a good 8 years just had this almost a year and it survived a tree falling through the house with cellulose wires and so much more. The house is now structurally damaged and I was so heart broken thinking this tv was broken but it came out with hardly a scratch on the screen and still works perfectly only thing that got lost in the whole thing was the tv remote but with the smart things app I can still use this fully! Honestly this tv has done wonders for me and ive been loving gaming using my series x on it!

Das Gerät war sehr gut verpackt und machte direkt einen wertigen Eindruck. Die Verarbeitung wirkt robust und insgesamt hochwertig. Leider lagen keine Schrauben für die VESA-Halterung bei, was den Aufbau etwas verzögerte. Die Menüführung ist zudem etwas umständlich geraten und erfordert etwas Eingewöhnung. Dafür überzeugt das Bild auf ganzer Linie – gestochen scharf und mit kräftigen Farben. Besonders bei HD-Quellen zeigt das Display sein volles Potenzial und liefert ein wirklich beeindruckendes Ergebnis. Insgesamt ein starkes Gerät mit kleineren Schwächen in der Bedienung.

I mainly bought it for gaming purposes and boy does it fully satisfy all gaming requirements in my playstation 5 I have no trouble running 4k image quality at all times with a smooth 120 fps rate and VVR i have run into zero trouble with it. Also Xbox and pc gaming is made simple on TV with the Xbox app streaming straight to the TV without even needing the console hooked up same with pc offers services that allow pc streaming.

I love my sport and this is the only TV that I have had that has handled fast moving action with aplomb. My only issue is that occasionally the screen goes black with sound only coming through. I turn off and back on and problem solved. Samsung are helping me with this and their attention so far to this matter leads me to believe a solution is not far away. This is my 3rd big screen Samsung TV I have purchased in a row. Thank you Samsung.

La television es muy estrecha pero pesa bastante. El soporte que trae no da mucha garantia ya que la television se mueve bastante. La IA que controla el nivel de volumen para mantener uniformidad entre los canales no funciona bien. El volumem sube y baja constantemente sin cambiar de canal. Es mejor desactivarlo. De vez en cuando cambiar de canal va muy lento (tarda unos segundos en responder) y no he encontrado cual es el problema. Alguna vez cuando se cambia de canal hay un pantallazo en blanco pero miy rapido. Espero que se arregle con alguna actualizacion

But the software will lag greatly and that interrupts the experience. If you are switching between viewing apps there is a distinct lag as the software loads in the background. After the Tv starts, you can tell it loads software in the background and reduces processing for any additional input. The TV takes about 30 seconds to finish start up. I would trade 10-15 seconds of boot screen warmup than the illusion of it being instantly available to use.

Mi tv neoqled es de 50” pero esta opción no me la mostraba al elegir el modelo. Compre la tv para sustituir otra TV samsung de más de 10 años con la creencia de un salta cualitativo de imagen, pero me siento totalmente desilusionado al ver qué la diferencia es mínima con la tv vieja. He probado a través de la plataforma Movistar, directamente viendo los canales de tv por wifi o conectando un reproductor blueray y nunca consigo una calidad de imagen sobresaliente. No sé si se puede hacer algo a nivel de la configuración para mejorar la imagen.

Now, while Sony and LG have some strong points, at the end of the day I chose this TV and I am certainly glad I did. Whether it be cartoons for the toddler, musicals and YouTube for the kids, my wife's varied choices in shows and movies, or me with sports and our PS5, this TV covers it all in amazing color and clarity. Has the right number of ports for our needs, and paired with my Samsung sound bar, this TV makes me very happy with my purchase. So happy in fact, I will be adding a subwoofer and rear speakers to complete the package. The on board AI for sound and video set up is great, and it works seemlessly with my Samsung phones and tablet. I would recommend this TV again and again.

We have been so happy with this purchase, it is an excellent all around TV, the picture quality the brightness, contrast and clarity as well as the A.I features are all amazing. We have been watching lots of standard and 4K content and the picture quality is absolutely stunning. Gaming with the PS5 is also stunning. I can't say enough about how happy we are with this TV other then I would recommend using a sound bar like we have done.

Bought this shiny new Samsung TV thinking I'd entered the future. Turns out the picture did, but the sound is still stuck in a tin can being kicked down a hallway. Honestly, I’ve heard clearer audio coming from a toddler’s toy xylophone. Every character on screen sounds like they’re yelling for help from inside a shipping container. If Samsung wanted to recreate the “drive-through speaker at 2am” experience, congrats, you nailed it. I now watch everything with subtitles because the TV speaks a language I simply do not understand. If you want a beautiful image paired with audio that feels like you’re listening through a sock full of marbles, this is your TV. Otherwise, invest in a soundbar… or two… or maybe just hire a guy to read the dialogue out loud.

La imagen pega un salto brutal. Pongo una serie antigua y parece que la grabaron ayer; los deportes, igual, se ven fluidos y con más detalle. Antes siempre estaba toqueteando ajustes de brillo o sonido, ahora la tele lo hace sola y lo clava casi siempre. El mando con el botón de AI es bastante útil. Estás viendo algo, te da curiosidad quién es ese actor o de dónde es la escena, y zas, lo buscas sin sacar el móvil. Y lo de traducir subtítulos en directo me ha salvado en un par de series que no tenían doblaje.

Purchasing an extended Warranty for 5 Years, was a great option to have as well. I am extremely happy with the Picture Clarity/ Colours/ and how I can adjust the Brightness to suit my needs. I wouldn't mind suggesting a slightly larger Remote Control, (hence the 4/5 for Design); it's slightly small for my 'Aging Fingers'. Apart from this, I am so happy with NO lagging and quick functions. VERY HAPPY.

I have seen other QLED tvs before buying this one and initially I thought it would be somewhat similar. But to my response it is way better. Have a very response and fast software have tons of free online content available via Samsung tv plus. Also the display is very immersive and good for movie nights or just set a artwor on tv in your living room. The speakers are very good considering the price point further the amplify sound option really enhances the mood when listening the music or doing binge watching. Cherry on top is how well sync this tv is via smart things App of Samsung.the air slim design has really razed slim you have to experience it to believe it. I am really happy with my purchase

Bild: Das Bild ist gut, 4**** aber nicht besser, als mein letzter 4K Fernseher den ich vor 10 Jahren gekaut habe (gleiche Preisklasse). Fernbedienung: Sehr schlecht, 1* kein Nummernblock, keine "Exit" Taste, keine Rot, Grün, Gelb und Blau Tasten. Keine Videotext Taste. Natürlich findet man alle Funktionen mit der Fernbedienung, ist aber sehr umständlich! (Habe mir eine Standard-Tastatur gekauft, damit ist die Bedienung viel einfacher) Die Sortierung der Senderliste ist wegen fehlender Tastatur sehr aufwendig, man kann keinen Sendernamen eingeben (z.B. ARTE) und dann über "Suchen" finden. Ton: 3*** nur zwei Toneinstellungen. Die Lautsprecher sind durchschnittlich. Für einen guten Sound, braucht ist eine Soundbar zu empfehlen. Aufstellung: Zwei "Gänsefüßchen" mit 30cm Abstand, nicht vertrauenserweckend.

Llevo ya unos días con el televisor instalado y estoy súper contento! La imagen es muy buena, los vídeos de youtube se ven de cine y tiene multitud de posibilidades. Rspecto al mando a distancia, es muy cómodo, ergonómico y se maneja sin necesidad de mirarlo. Estoy realmente contento con el televisor, que es el primer Samsung que tengo, y desde luego que cuando tengamos que comprar otro será la misma marca, ya que además podemos usarlo con los teléfonos Samsung que tenemos!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is probably the best tv that I have ever owned but u have some gripes with it but thats more with the issues due to the samsung and xbox series x issues which the tv will sometimes black the screen out for about 5 seconds. And also has issues with other settings like the 120hz with the series x but alas I have to check to see if its only an issue with the xbox or if its with a ps5 as well when I get one. Quality though is amazing and the AI modes are super nice!

J'ai acheté cet article en mai, et étant en situation de handicap, et le téléviseur étant trop lourd, je l'ai fait sortir de son emballage et installer par mon ergothérapeute le 14 juin. Le mercredi 21 juin, ravie de mon téléviseur bien paramétré, j'ai retiré le filme protecteur, et la dalle a cassé instantanément. Voilà 3 trois semaines que le service client me ballade littéralement, la loi n'est pas vraiment leur problème. Je suis profondément choqué et dégouté

El televisor se ve bastante bien, pero la compatibilidad con archivos MKV es bastante mala. En mi vieja TV de 40" samsung podía leer casi todos mis archivos de vídeo, y en esta nueva televisión me fallan muchos, e incluso los que sí que reproduce, hace paradas a lo largo del vídeo, como si se quedase sin memoria, y hay que pausar y dejar unos segundos para que pueda continuar, cosa que no sucedía con esos mismos archivos en la televisión samsung de hace casi 10 años.

Bought this on blackfriday and frankly, it was a steal for the performance. I was looking for a Neo QLED specifically for the brightness and deep blacks, and the QN1EF delivers. ​Display & Resolution: The Mini LED technology is noticeable immediately. The contrast is fantastic—blacks look almost OLED-level deep, but the brightness is much higher, which is great for my living room during the day. The 4K upscaling (Vision AI) actually makes regular HD streaming look significantly sharper. ​Processor & Gaming: The interface is snappy thanks to the NQ4 AI Gen2 processor; apps load instantly and switching inputs is seamless. I also tested it with my console, and the Motion Xcelerator (144Hz) makes gameplay incredibly smooth with zero stutter. ​Verdict: If you can get this on sale, do it. It’s a massive upgrade over standard LED TVs.

I have the sound set up with a soundbar but what I did hear of the TV speakers, there nothing to cry about. I recommend this TV. The only negative for me is the stand, my previous Samsung TV's had the legs to the sides which made it easier placing the soundbar, for this TV, the soundbar has to sit a bit foward allowing the cords to be visible.

Vor ein Monat habe den Fernseher gekauft Die Bild Qualität ist wirklich gut und die Übersetzung ist nicht schlecht aber es dauert manchmal bis es funktioniert und anntenanschluss könnte die Ausbuchtung könnte einbischen tiefer sein da könnte mann besser ran kommen.sender Einstellungen war leicht. Die Fernbedienung hackt manchmal und lässt sich nicht umschalten da muss ich aus den Programm und dann geht es wieder aber bin zufrieden .

Love everything about this TV. Turned it on and can straight away see the improvement in brightness, contrast and clarity compared to my base model Samsung from 5.5 years ago. Sound was good too but hooked it up to a Soundbar and it has elevated it. Would thoroughly recommend this TV which I think has the versatility for any room in your house whether it is bright or not. Neo QLED Mini LED is the way to go and Samsung does it well.

Lo compré para ver mejor el fútbol y ahora estoy enganchado viendo mucho más de lo que veía antes en TV. Me permite conectar mi ordenador y la IA es excelente para manejar el TV. I believe there is some lack of intuition and function regarding connecting my phones storage and all. Not being able to see my pictures as a screen saver so easily isn't the best as I really wish I could do that. Also, I wish there was a higher refresh rate, and I wish there were some more picture options to edit but that's just me.

Muchas posibilidades, excelente imagen y compatilibilidad con otros aparatos de dómotica. Solo comentar que es muy dificil aprender el funcionamiento. Podriais tener algún video explicativo o manual mas extenso sobre las funciones y sobre todo un mando o funcion simple de la TV , una persona mayor o con dificultades no llega a comprender ni como acceder la TV. Debería tener un modo sencillo para personas con dificultades

We bought this tv and we couldn't be happier. Our old Samsung was going with a huge black mark from top to bottom and it was time to get another one. We always go with Samsung! The products have always been great for us. We upgraded to the Neo QLED and we noticed a difference right away. We love having the AI features. Delivery was great and the set up was also a breeze. If you need sound, this tv is not for sound. The sound quality is not that good. I had smart tv before in 2017, and I thought samsung would be a good switch but i dont see much difference in picture quality as my old was crystal uhd. I thought moving to OLED could be a better picture quality but not that better. Its not as expected quality i was expecting. Fratures yes, only if you have samsung smart phone not ios.

Bildqualität ist sehr gut jedoch könnte die KI das HD Signal meiner Meinung nach noch mehr verbessern bei schnellen bewegungen ist da noch verbesserungspotenzial, jedoch für die Preisklasse völlig in Ordnung.

I was informed of the passage of the product from the warehouse to the carrier and up to the time of delivery.The TV was easy to set up and the instructions for change over from the old TV was very easy. The colours and the entertainment from the screen is incredible and where there is 4k viewing available it asks whether we would like to change to 4k.

I have inputs and I should have an all apps button like the phones have. I turn my ps5 on it doesn't turn my TV on, I turn the tv on and there's an ad? No input buttons on the remote either. Luckily I have a remote from my monitor? And everything Samsung works with everything. But yeah I don't like ai game mode or the ai menu.

CEC through Foxtel makes control of volume a breeze through the SoundBar, the TV makes integration pretty simple. Took a bit of time to get the AI mode settings right - particularly for movies, as opposed to sport - but once set and done it's a great view.

The picture quality is excellent, and whether it’s movies, tv, or YouTube it is incredible. The menus are also easy to navigate and the processor is responsive and there’s not any noticeable lag. Connection was easy and it works very well with my qs700f soundbar, however, the speakers alone are lacklustre.

Great picture quality but everything else lets it down. Hate the UI, everything that should be easy to customise is unnecessarily difficult. The non removable banner ad on the homescreen is 100% unacceptable, and the fact it cant be removed is even worse. Can't remove Samsung TV Plus, I hate it and do not want to see it as ill never use it, but cant seem to remove it from the homescreen either.

One thing though, you get to see all the features of the actors and how old they really look. I am not so crazy about the remote. It's very small, it did not charge with a C-type charger and it took a while to get it working. This annoyed me, but so far I like the TV.

Encantado con el nuevo televisor, por fin tengo un televisor en el que puedo escuchar bien los diálogos de las películas, en el anterior aunque también era un samsung era una odisea, incluso poniendo una barra de sonido no había forma de oír nada, se mezclaban los diálogos con la música o el ruido de fondo y no entendía nada. Ahora he ganado muchísimo tanto en sonido como imagen.

Anteriormente compramos otra marca y no quedamos satisfechos, si embargo esta Samsung se adapta a nuestra luz de casa para ver la imagen perfecta,el sonido muy bien hemos acoplado nuestra barra de sonido justo en el bajo de la televisión ,cosa en otras no es posible,el marcó es mínimo y un dato curioso es el mando que se carga.Felices y contentos, esperamos que nos dure tiempo.

Ayant eu la version 2020 qui avait une excellente image et un son magnifique mais tombé en panne j ai préféré partir sur ce nouveau modèle avec IA intégré qui gère image et son de très bonne qualité bien supérieur à la version 2020.je recommande car y a pas mieux pour visionner les films, séries ,sports et autres divertissements car pour moi c est ce que je recherche en 1er.

Absolutely disappointing. The TV is like a regular edge-lit LED TV. Even with videos that are mostly black, the local dimming doesn't work. My online research revealed that other customers have the same problem. Although the product is advertised as Neo QLED, it obviously doesn't have many independent mini-LEDs and therefore doesn't function properly.

Cuando compré el televisor me dio la sensacion de que o compras el ultimo modelo o no será bueno y no es asu, entiendo que a mayor ciste mejor tecnologia y mejor imagen, sonido, etc, pero estoy encantado con lo que me da este producto por un precio contenido, lo que si cogí fue la barra de sonido, y se nota, aunque tampoco cogí la tope de gama.

We purchased this for a seasonal residence, and have had it for a couple weeks. It traveled a long way and was I really pleased with the packaging and the contents. There wasn't a mark on this unit. The set up was seamless and the image and features were exactly as expected for this screen technology. We have had a Samsung TV at home for close to 10 years and have not had a single issue with it. I was a bit concerned going with Samsung at first based on research but the items of concern were not show stoppers. I really wanted compatibility with our Android Samsung phones. I was also happy with the number of inputs available and the speed of the interface does seem zippy enough. We purchased this with a sound bar and it definitely needs an external sound system to get the full benefit of the beautiful images and video from this display. So far we are pleased. I'll add to this review once we've been able to use it for a longer time.

Avec cependant un bémol : Pas de bouquet TNT... Et donc des manipulations plus longues d'une application à une autre... Et un zapping TNT pas heureux... Nous n'avions pas été prévenus...

So, my Sony had a button you could push to make widescreen full-screen. This doesn't work on this one. Also, no on off switch on television. It's got a great picture but it's hard to review as so much is lacking. You need a PhD in electronic engineering to operate remote. Overall, pretty unhappy. Thier quality is joke. Not impressed one bit.

It says how bright the TV is. using any mode during a dark scene it's so dark you can't even see what is happening. Should of bought a different model from a store. They are so much brighter than this TV. Now I'm stuck with this TV and out a lot of money. Every TV in my house is a Samsung. Definitely would not recommend this TV to anyone.

La qualité d'image est excellente grâce aux paramètres optimisés par l'IA, ce téléviseur remplace avantageusement un ancien modèle Full LED de 40 pouces. It appears the adhesive has failed, and the back cover is separating from the main body. This is very disappointing, especially considering the reputation of Samsung for quality and reliability.
