I seem to be having a terrablr dxperiancd with my new Gzlaxy, A16 It stalls, having to pay fif Google 1 everyman, for extra storage & the Actual use of Gmzil..... Yhe Hzndset, does heat up a little quicker then the S series..... I like the Samsung galaxy updates, ie; Gemini, UI...... But it is Now near to impossible to recall widgets for, immediate use ie, WiFi/ flightmode/ Sync/ mobile Hot-spot & more..... This has been, like this since last update. June2025........ Other then these issues, it is an ok phone with an averaged based camer- i would not purchase again.... Unfortunately. .

Points négatifs: - Performances limitées avec le Helio G99. - Appareil photo basique, pas de vidéo 4K. - Pas de prise jack, son mono. - 4 Go de RAM un peu juste sur la version de base. Verdict: Le Samsung Galaxy A16 LTE est un bon choix pour un usage simple (réseaux sociaux, messages, vidéos) avec une très bonne autonomie et un excellent écran. Cependant, il existe de meilleures options si vous cherchez plus de puissance ou de meilleures performances photo.

Je suis extrêmement satisfait de mon Galaxy A16 ! Le design est élégant et moderne, l’écran est lumineux avec des couleurs superbes, parfait pour regarder des vidéos ou jouer. La fluidité du système et la rapidité du processeur rendent l’expérience très agréable au quotidien. L’autonomie de la batterie est impressionnante : je peux l’utiliser toute la journée sans souci, même avec plusieurs applications ouvertes. L’appareil photo offre une excellente qualité d’image, même en basse lumière, ce qui m’a agréablement surpris. C’est un téléphone qui allie performance, fiabilité et style à un prix très raisonnable. Bravo Samsung pour ce modèle réussi !

Heb spijt hem gekocht te hebben. de simkaart op zijn plaatts krijgen was een ellende. mijn memory SD kaart is niet gelukt. mijn tel a 12 overzetten via quick share cabel. lukt niet. het enige wat altijd aangebden wordt zijn games. sorry ik heb genoeg games. Ik zou dze galaxy nooit meer kopen. Na 5 tablets en4 telefoons zou je verwachten dat ik de phone kin instaleren. sorry niet gelukt. en die assistent wil ik eraf. dat is geen assistent die gewoon de komplete baas. geld weggegooid van me. ga een 12 terug kopen. het laatste wat ik nog van samsung zal kopen

Bedankt voor je review over de Galaxy A16 LTE. Wat jammer om te horen dat je zo’n moeilijke ervaring hebt gehad met het instellen en gebruiken van het toestel. We begrijpen goed hoe frustrerend het is als functies zoals Google Maps, contacten en het overzetten van gegevens niet werken zoals verwacht. We helpen je hier graag bij. Vaak kunnen dit soort problemen worden opgelost door samen de instellingen stap voor stap door te nemen of door het toestel opnieuw correct in te stellen. Ook kunnen we meekijken naar zaken zoals de simkaart, SD-kaart en het uitschakelen van ongewenste apps of assistenten. Mon A21 avait rendu l'âme après 4 ans de service (tombé !) je me suis laissée tentée par ce modèle. Je suis totalement déçue, niveau batterie il ne tient pas la route (fin de journée à 20%) alors que mon A21 4 ans après restait à 50% Le réseau 4G, c'est bien mais c'est super lent, je ne peux dire si ce n'est le réseau en lui même ou la technologie utilisée. Je suis vraiment insatisfaite. Il n'y a même plus d'alimentation pour le même prix, c'est vraiment abusé. Le strict minimum. Je me bats pour redémarrer mon téléphone ou l'éteindre… Points positifs, la couleur (vert), le reconnaissance digitale sur le côté. Mais ce sont vraiment les seuls points positifs….

Pour cette fin d'année, mon fils m’a offert un nouveau smartphone (un SAMSUNG A16). J’ai déjà eu plusieurs GSM, mais jamais encore de smartphone. Mon fils m’append à l’utiliser, et de jours en jours j’apprend à m’en servir. Au début cela me faisait un peu peur, mais ce smartphone possède un mode "facile", et cela m’a beaucoup aidé. Même à 81 printemps, on apprend tout les jours ! Je vais pouvoir gérer plein de choses grâce aux aux applications, et avec son grand écran, je vois très bien tout ce qui est affiché. Si vous voulez un bon smartphone, pas trop chère, et facile d’utilisation, je vous recommande le SAMSUNG A16. Vous ne regretterez pas votre achat. ERIKA

Sabía que compraba un móvil básico pero lo quería de repuesto y luego darselo a mi hermana, pero aún así no imaginé que (de momento porque quizás vaya descubriendo más) no tenga dos cosas muy básicas que hasta móviles más antiguos tienen, que son grabación de pantalla, así que si quieres hacer un tutorial o grabar algo quete interesa, olvídalo y la segunda y más importante para mi, no puedes bloquear números, solo te da la opción de borrar del registro pero no de bloquear, por lo que las llamadas de spam llegan continuamente y eso que estoy en la lista Robinson, pero parece n o funciona. Y si buscas una cámara descendiente, ya no digo buena, tampoco es tu móvil.

Das Smarty macht genau das wofür es angeschafft wurde. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist m.E. okay. sehr Positiv: bestehende Update-Garantie Das Übertragen der Apps und Daten via SmartSwitch war zwar unkompliziert, erforderte aber doch Nacharbeiten im größerem Umfang. Bei einigen Einstellungen am Gerät (Widgets + Benachrichtigungen) war die Hilfe von Youtube-Videos und Freunden notwendig. Bzgl. Kamera(s) bin ich nicht wirklich überzeugt ob es am Gerät oder meinem Unvermögen liegt: wirklich scharfe Fotos kriege ich (bisher) einfach nicht hin. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau - bin halt kein Profi-User ;-)

I thougt this was a good buy until it began to not display social media (X) because (this phone does not support the media). It then froze the screen in a position that the unlock pattern was unavailable. It had 100% charge at this point, and couldn't be restarted until down to 94%, (i left the torch on for a some time). I then found that videos & pictures on watsapp were not supported. I then found, to great surprise, that the phone didn't support its own camera. I did another reset, which seems to have resolved these issues for now. I have had samsung phones for some years now. All have been very satisfactory.

Bra telefon er førsteinntrykket etter å ha brukt den et par ukers tid. Et minus, men vet ikke om det er telefonen sin "feil". Den har usbc inngang til kablede ørepropper, og jeg har enda ikke funnet kablede ørepropper til telefonen som ikke lager støy ved at man kommer borti kabelen med hender/klær og/eller gir dårlig lyd og støy når man bruker de til å synge på Smule appen. Jeg bruker Smule mye, og det var aldri problem med min forrige telefon Samsung Galaxy A12 med jack 3,5 inngang for kablede ørepropper. Disse fungerte perfekt sammen og hadde utmerket lydkvalitet ved sang på Smule appen. Nå vurderer jeg prøve en adaptere for å kunne bruke mine gamle kablede ørepropper.

Phone returned as not suitable for two (known) reasons:- i) Advertised as "dual sim and memory card", which is what I wanted but unfortunately not correct. Therefore your advert should state "dual sim OR one sim and memory card"! The limitation should be made clear. ii) The icons appear to be rather 'childish' or 'juvenile' in appearance, unlike my old J4core, which I am completely happy with, albeit now showing signs of it's age. All I require is a DIRECT replacement for my old J4core, which I am finding to be almost impossible. Note: I am none of the suggested boxes in the below "What best describes you?".

Ik ben super blij met mijn nieuwe Samsung galaxy A16! Mijn vorige telefoon liep vaak vast en was zeer traag wat bij deze zeker niet het geval is. Ik wou vooral een betere camera wat deze smartphone zeker heeft! Al mijn foto's zijn veel gedetailleerder en zuiver. Van een heel hoge kwaliteit. Daarnaast heeft de Galaxy A16 ook vele nieuwe snufjes die ik nog volop aan het ontdekken ben! Ook alle apps en tips van Samsung zijn zeer handig. Ik vind de smartphone wel redelijk groot. Maar dat is niet zo erg. De prijs is ook echt zeer goed voor de hoge kwaliteit van de gsm. Ik ben dus zeer blij met mijn aankoop!!

This phone is the worst phone I've owned in years. My Galaxy 2 was better. This is so slow and laggy. Like another review said, you try to log into something and you get a code sent to your email. You go to your email and get the code and when you switch back to your app or browser, it resets itself and you can't log in. I can't buy anything on Afterpay because of this. Using Uber is like waiting for paint to dry. Spotify keeps randomly stopping. D'abord car je fais du développement mobile et j'avais besoin d'un appareil qui fasse le job pour faire cela (donc trés équilibré moderne sans être une grosse machine avec l'ensemble des composants habituels) et aussi pour plein d'autres taches plus habituels. Au final, le rapport qualité prix est juste incroyable. In general the Samsung A16 is a great phone with good battery life between charges and large memory capacity, great camera with very crisp pictures and a good ergonomic design. even though the phone is in many aspect's really good there are a couple of irritating problems that i have encountered in the first month of usage such as the phone can be a little slow when opening apps etc and sometimes the screen will freeze and the functions not available or working to close down open screens and the phone need to be hard re-started to correct the problem. while these problems are a minor irritation they do spoil my overall use of the phone as i use it for both personal and business activities

Au bout d'une année et demie un des micro tombe en panne, J'utilise une appli pour accorder mes guitares, je ne peut plus. Plus de reconnaissance vocale. Quotidiennement, le téléphone me demande un redémarrage car il est trop lent. Alors que je l'utilise exclusivement pour des appels, messagerie sms et mail, je ne joue pas à des jeux vidéos. Catastrophique. Ayant cassé mon ancien téléphone un samedi après-midi, je me suis rendu en urgence en acheter un dans une grande surface proche de chez moi car j'en ai besoin pour mon travail. Mijn ervaring met de Samsung Galaxy A16 is over het algemeen goed. Het toestel heeft een groot scherm, wat ideaal is om video’s te kijken en op sociale media te zitten. Ik gebruik de Galaxy A16 nu zo’n drie weken en ben er eigenlijk super tevreden over. Voor deze prijs had ik niet verwacht dat hij zo vlot zou werken. Apps openen snel en alles voelt soepel aan. De batterij gaat makkelijk een hele dag mee, zelfs als ik veel op sociale media zit of video’s kijk. Het scherm is helder en groot genoeg om comfortabel te gebruiken. De camera is goed genoeg voor alledaagse foto's, vooral bij daglicht. In het donker is het wat minder, maar dat had ik wel verwacht bij een toestel in deze prijsklasse. Al bij al ben ik echt blij met mijn aankoop.

Bonjour. J'ai toujours été Samsung depuis les débuts des smartphones et n'ai jamais été déçu, mais là ! Au secours! Lenteur (réactions digitale, chargement de pages, multi-pages, sorties d'appli) jamais vu pour du neuf, et alors le must... les bugs à répétition sur des applis (sorties inopinées d'un jeu, d'une vidéo, redémarrage à 0 après avoir vu une pub dans un jeu). Je ne me suis jamais autant agacée après un appareil mais celui-ci à la palme! De plus, il est vraiment gros en poche, et sur les porte-téléphones tout de même. À quand un retour de taille "pocket" ?

Bought the A16 as a replacement for my 3 1/2 year old Motorola phone. One of the main reasons for choosing it was the 5 year promise of Android updates. Very pleased with the phone which seems fast and the camera has more features than my old phone and appears to give very good results. Very impressed with the sensitivity of the touch screen and find the display very good. Battery lasts 2 days. Can't comment on gaming performance as don't use it for that. Hopefully it will last as long as my old phone and would seriously consider buying another Galaxy again.

I have come to depend upon a mobile `phone as it feels good to have one, especially when driving. My old one was still working except for charging properly. When in the EE shop it was determined it was the port which was loose/worn out. They all need to be more solid in design given the everyday use. I am getting accustomed to it and the screens are very clear. It charges very quickly. I do feel , given the mass production it could have been cheaper and it is unacceptable to no longer include chargers. This then necessitated a further trip to purchase one

J'avais un peu 'peur' pour l'emplacement de l'empreinte mais c'est autant pratique que mon ancien et on peut en enregistrer plusieurs. Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Facile de mettre la carte Sim. En peu de temps, le smartphone était 'au point' avec mes données et applications. Dire que certaines personnes paient quasiment 1000 balles pour un smartphone.

Very good phone. However I use 2 sims for 2 different numbers so can't use a memory card to expand storage. However with 1 sim you can add a memory card. The quality is good with plenty of features and a decent enough camera to take pictures. Pretty easy to use but haven't explored other features yet because there are to many. The phone charges fast and would be nice if it came with a plug. It has a wire but you need to buy the plug has an extra but I have used an existing plug with the wire provided. Overall a good phone at a reasonable price.

I have had to switch off the phone several times due to a notification saying the phone is running slowly even after closing all running apps. The phone can be quite laggy at times which is frustrating. Sleep app using the Glalaxy 6 watch is poor it only works some.of the time and rarely records my sleep patterns even though I put the watch into sleep mode amd open the Samsung health app. Regularly clean the sensors on the watch and reboot the watch I would have expected a slicker quicker phone from a premium company like Samsung

I am extremely disappointed with this phone. While the build quality appears to be decent and there are good features, the phone is so slow and laggy, it simply becomes unusable at times. I have modest requirements and minimal apps installed so thought this budget friendly, feature-rich phone would be a good option for me however this is not the case. The performance is frustratingly poor, sometimes there is simply no response to screen touches and gestures. Sorry Samsung, you've lost me as a customer for any of your products.

Jeg hadde bestilt på nettbutikken med klikk og hent, når jeg går til klikk og hent disken så får jeg beskjed om at jeg må gå til mobil avdeling. Der blir jeg stående i 30 min og vente pga kø, også viser det seg at denne ikke er plukket enda, derfor jeg ikke kunne hente den i klikk og hent. Slutt å sende melding at ting er klart til henting når dere kun har skrevet ut lappen, og ikke plukket ting ferdig, dette er dårlig service. Å bruke totalt nesten 60 min i en butikk når du har bestilt på klikk og hent er helt håpløst.

I'm reviewing the Samsung Galaxy A16 because I think it deserves the credit I previously had a S10 for year's and year's unfortunately it had ran its time..but luckily this phone is Brilliant 👏 Battery performance is very good and lasts me day's..the camera is much clearer and displays pic's amazing...as this has a bigger screen it's so much better! I'm a loyal Samsung customer and won't ever be converted they are exactly what I wanted and more features than I need, and affordable, so all in all really happy with the A16

I am very upset and disappointed with my.phone. The screen is totally smashed even though it had a screen protector on and was in my bag with no sharp.objects. My previous phone lasted for 5 years with not a scratch(it was an oppo) Also my phone dips in and out of reception. Not just in rural areas but all the time so I can't make phone calls reliably. I am now saving up to get a new phone as this one is not at all fit for purpose and as I said I usually keep my phones for 5 years. This has lasted less than a month.

The display is Excellent I have no issues with how its quality is. The performance is Good but what stops it from being Excellent is the fact that it may freeze during on few occasions. The Camera of the phone is Average at taking pictures and selfies but could be improved. Battery of the phone is great it rarely goes under 20 percent when I'm using it. I really like the design of the phone as well as it looks pretty slick with the round edges and the three cameras on the side as well as an overall smooth look.

I am finding it totally frustrating. It is not easy to use. I find it impossible to use the screenshot facility. The calendar is a nightmare to use. When installing the new modem my Alexa, Ring doorbell, Samsung TV and my printer all needed to be "introduced" to the new password. Many apps wee the same.e and even my online banking. It has all caused me great stress. At 81 years old I needed help with everything.. totally unhappy with the situation. The font size in most cases is too small. Not happy with it.

I recently purchased this phone and at 1st i was happy with it. But I discovered that I could not get fast charging to work. After some reading, it seemed that the only solution was to preform a system update to UI home 7. (The only reason j di it , That's where it has gone downhill. You've changed and added too many apps, that can't be uninstaller or disabled. Or completely locked out of being able to adjust the privacy settings. So for the operating system I'm now stuck with it hive you one star.

Het is een gemakkelijke gsm waarvan je veel aan kunt veranderen naar je goesting. Ik hou ook van de helderheid die je zo donker kunt doen en je kunt goed het scherm zien als de zon erop schijnt. De apps zijn snel gedownload en hij reageert snel met alles wat je doet. Het enige ding is dat ik de widgets op de achtergrond kleur wil laten geven, maar ik vind het niet of het bestaat niet. Nu dat is niet het einde van de wereld, dus het maakt niet zoveel uit. Zo wel mooier bij mijn achtergrond zijn als het een kleurtje had. Ook als je apps installeert komt het in de Gaming Hub. Ik heb liever een uitzicht welke games ik heb op de achtergrond, maar ik kan de apps niet op mijn achtergrond zetten. Goe dan ook, ik vind het geweldig dat je veel zelf kunt kiezen, van de stijlen, meldingen enzovoort

Jamás en la vida ha ía tenido un smartphone que se colgará tantísimo como el A16 4G de 128 GB. Vengo de otro Samsung, el cual llevaba 5 años conmigo, de mejor categoría, pero que se me cayó y se rompió. Compré este modelo deprisa y corriendo, sabiendo que es un A, al cual no le iba a pedir ni juegos ni nada por el estilo, pero la decepción ha sido monumental, se cuelga constantemente, se queda la pantalla negra, cuando parece que se ha recobrado vuelve a atascarse y no hay manera de hacerlo funcionar con normalidad. Otra decepción es que él smartwatch 4 se conecta y desconecta continuamente también. Llevo tres meses y medio con él y estoy desesperado. Acabo de adquirir un A 26 y espero que no me decepcione si comportamiento según la web de la propia Samsung, como me pasó con éste A16.

I have had two Samsungs, A13 and fairly recently A16. I was told categorically that both would work in the USA, even Google says so, but neither do. I have therefore been stranded abroad twice now with no phone, having to buy a cheap phone and SIM locally. Therefore, when I go to the USA in a months time I'm going to have to buy another new phone. Shocking for a worldwide brand, not to mention a solo female traveller not having a reliable device for communication, what if my car broke down etc.

Ich bin von einem Samsung A20e auf das A16 umgestiegen. Der Grund war, dass der Akku des A20e in der Leistung schwächer wurde, d.h. öfters nachgeladen werden musste. Das übernehmen aller Daten und Apps auf das A16 verlief problemlos und dauerte ca. 3 Stunden incl. dem neune Aufsetzen der Banking Secure Apps. Auch Whatsapp Chatverläufe wurden ohne Probleme übernommen. Die Samsung Smart Switch Funktion ist hier wirklich von grossem Nutzen. Das A16 ist in der Bildschirmdiagonale ca. 20mm grösser als das A20e. Dies kommt einer sicheren Bedienung der Tastatur zu Gute. Tip : wenn das alte Smartphone über eine zusätzliche Speicherkarte verfügt, sollte man diese vor der Übertragung der Daten herausnehmen. Dies verkürzt den Vorgang erheblich ! Ich bin mit dem neuen Smartphone A16 voll zufrieden.

I have had this phone for a little over a month and I am totally displeased with it ,I have owned several Samsung phones and so has my husband and this A16 5g is by far the worst one . It is very slow ,jerky sound is terrible and no head phone jack but the biggest problem I have is the internet it is painfully slow , I have removed my Sim and put it in my old A14 and it flies put it back in the A16 and it barely loads a page .I never thought I would say it but I will never buy a Samsung phone again , I know this is a budget phone and I don't expect all high end performance from it but it is barely usable so I advise if you are looking at purchasing this phone please think it through there are better options however I do like the size but that's about all.I definitely don't recommend this phone.

J'avoue être un peu déçue...je rencontre souvent un problème de connexion à la 4G un jour sur deux je n'ai pas de connexion si je ne redémarre pas l'appareil ( aucun soucis WiFi) de plus j'ai remarqué que si j ai la 4g il n est pas possible de passer des appels et des d'envoyer des messages, je n'ai aucune barre de réseau. J'hésite à changer d'appareil, je ne l'ai que depuis une semaine mais je n'ai pas confiance, dommage j'ai toujours eu des Samsung mais ce modèle A16 me déçois un peu.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought this phone few months ago it has been really great easy low budget phone use easy and to set up to transferring from old deivce to new device. I Love the fact the phone really fast speeds 5g easy to use. Google wallet is great tap and pay Google pay I use quite often and it has made take more care and responsibility with what i spend I get receipt every time I make purchases and tap with google wallet. Geat phone for some who struggles with FINACES every week highly recommend.

I'm so happy with its smooth functionality and comforting size. It streams music effortlessly, and I can do all my banking without trailing out to the post office! habe es geschenkt bekommen .habe web ausgefragt .natürlich besser als A13 mit nur 32GB .. zu meiner zeit gab es zwar auch A17 gerade günstig ,aber okay . Ich habe es als geschenk bekommen . Da ich sonst nix mehr hatte nach meinem Samsung A50 ist dies nun eine tolle Alternative ,bin mit struktur und co zufrieden .Da ich samsung gewöhnt bin ,haben wir uns für samsung entschieden anstatt einem anderen anbieter .natürlich hätt ich gern ein flagschiff von Samsung :D aber bin zu arm :D

Easy to use and good battery life. Although camera takes good photos the screen is very difficult to see in bright light. I've adjusted the settings but it's not made a lot of difference. Similarly with the display , if the phone rings when in bright light it's hardly see the number that's calling. Screenshots aren't easy to capture. It requires ones hand to swipe across the screen but rarely works. Overall phone looks good but it's not the best. Wouldn't buy it again.

I'm very happy with my A16, it's performance is of the high standard I expect from Samsung. The increased storage along with the larger display is allowing me to do more with the device. The battery is a vast improvement on my previous phone, not having to charge it so often also saves on electricity. The camera allows me to take close ups and enlarge photos that aren't blurry or over pixilated. The images and colours are sharp with even fine details being captured.

Changing from an iPhone to Android has not been without its challenges. Biggest issue is not seeing notifications come up during lock screen. Even with Samsung support they could not rectify this. Have seen many online comments showing this is a widespread issue - why hasn't it been resolved yet? Still struggling with some of the features, however, I think that is me and not the device. Overall, I think it is superior to the iPhone and I will endeavour to master it.

The Samsung A16 is one of the best phones I have ever had its performance is fast and doesnt have any of the issues my previous phones have had, its battery life lasts a whole day and charges quickly if I want to play games. On the phone the display is sharp without any issues like glare or bad back lighting from some phones, its camera also takes amazing photos that is great for a phone of this price range coupled with 128Gb of storage what more can you ask for.

It basically runs fine, and battery life pretty good, but overall the phone tends to be SLOW. Lots of the time I will try to move around from one app to another, or click into links etc, and the phone is really unresponsive and slow. So disappointing that I have considered reverting back to my old phone. This is not an internet connectivity problem, it's the same when using things like the camera and music already downloaded to the phone etc.

Slow and glitchy, compared to my 3 year Moto G84 the galaxy is slow! It has slow refresh rate and switching between apps is a hustle! I use it for work and battery last through the day with around 20-30% left, but i see it going down withing two years as most phones do. Camera is ok, nothing to brag about, design isn't exactly revolutionary bang average in my opinion! For the size of the company their phone designs are not what you'd expect.

Great! I love the bold colour I chose on the back of the phone, (Green) the display is clear, Light weight design and so not too bulky like other phones. Battery lasts a fair amount of time depending what you are using the phone for. Camera is with variety of layouts, clear pixels, makes my previous photos on my old phone clear to view, as if I took it new that day. Performance is fast, reliable and easy set up. Allso bis auf das,das Galaxy A16 ein größeren Speicher hat,warum ich es gegen mein Galaxy A14 getauscht habe,habe ich mit dem Handy nur Probleme, mein Google Konto und Microsoft Konto melden mir eine Sicherheits Warnung nach der anderen, es nervt einfach das man den halben Tag da mit beschäftigt ist zu bestätigen das man es selber ist.Auf den A14 hatte ich solche Probleme nicht so wie ich manchmal meine eigenden Fotos nicht teilen darf.

Dit is mijn eerste smartphone en ik ben er over het algemeen tevreden over. Gemakkelijk in gebruik. Ik heb. Verschillende review gelezen en zag dat de batterijduurbeperkt is, maar doordat ik niet constant in.gsm gebruik kan ik toch 3 dagen weg met mijn batterij. De camera vind ik ook goed. Deze A16 is misschien wat groot. Maar vind het wel gemakkelijk naar scherm toe en toetsenbord. Samengevat. Ik heb zeker geen spijt van deze aankoop.

The battery is OK, lasts quite well when the device isn't being used a great deal but if you've got alot of calls to make then it very quickly drains. The camera is good - with the different aspects and settings too , would be nice to be able to get a picture within a picture without having to crop them. The display is good and large and the storage is very good , ive got loads of photos on my device and I'm nowhere near using it all

Ik heb de samsung galaxy a16 nu al 2 weken en ik moet zeggen dat ik zeker tevreden ben! Ik kom van een a13 dus het was zeker een upgrade. In het begin merkte ik al direct dat de gsm een zeer snelle en handige layout heeft. Ook vind ik de camera zeker niet mis. (Het enige minpunt van de gsm is het feit dat er geen mogelijkheid is om een koptelefoon/oortjes met draad te gebruiken.) Maar, voor prijs-kwaliteit geef ik hem zeker een 9/10.

Le samsung a16 est très simple d'utilisation que ce soit pour un adulte ou un adolescents. Il réagit rapidement et est fluide. Sa taille et parfaite!! Son disque dur interne est acceptable et on sait y mettre une carte SD pour augmenter sa capacité. La qualité d'écran est très bonne. Les couleurs sont idéale pour ne pas avoir mal aux yeux. Je vous le recommande si vous cherchez un téléphone pas cher mai avec un rangement excellent

Heel tevreden van de Samsung producten! Ieder van ons gezin werk uitsluitend met Samsung producten, van tv tot telefonie. Onlangs nog een nieuwe gekocht voor onze zoon nadat zijn vorige stuk was gegaan (was toen geen Samsung product) en hij is nog nooit zo blij geweest om met zo een degelijk, snel en makkelijk toestel te werken! It insists on trying to sell me apps I don't want which is dangerous when it suddenly does this whilst navigating a fast complex junction. I can no longer take a landscape photo, it turns on a QR code and tries to sell me an app. There is more but I'm getting depressed already. Definately NOT impressed. Why do you not let me give you zero stars?

I have met 2other people who recently got A16s and we all had the same difficulty: When a call comes in the "answer "button lokks like it has to be tapped. All of us thought the touch screen was faulty. On my iphone, if the button has to be swiped, there is a greyed slot shape behind the button, so you kow it has to be swiped. I had to go on youtube to find out how to answer a call - but the two ladies I know were struggling in the dark. I think it is such an obvious user interface issue to solve, maybe with an update - I suspect thousands of folks are baffled until someone tells them. I flagged this up to Samsung CEO's office btw but dont know if they took it on board. The other issue is, when I finish a call, the screen has gone dark and i have to press the side button to see the phone down button. Not sure if thats just my settiings? Thanks Ian Straub

To do this, all you need to do is open the Phone app > Tap the three-dot menu icon (top right hand corner) > Settings > Answering and ending calls > Gesture to answer calls. Here you can select either Swipe or Tap. You can also adjust your settings for your phone screen to turn on when lifting the phone up, this enables the proximity sensor to wake up your phone when you are looking at it. To do this, head to Settings > Advanced features > Motions and gestures > Tap the toggle next to Lift to wake to enable/disable this. I did have tge Samsung galaxy A12 and just needed to upgrade. It's very similar to my last phone, which is why I chose this one. The battery lasts a few days, it's got good storage. It did come with an awful lot of apps, which I deleted immediately I love the camera too! The display is good, just slightly larger than the A12, so had to get a new case. Haven't found anything wrong with the performance so far-fingers crossed!

The only thing I like about my A16 is the clarity of displaying images. The display of the battery level is abysmal, really hard to read. The camera is disappointing, does not take great quality pictures. The video is satisfactory. There are a few niggling issues with general performance. When a call comes in the phone rings but doesn't light up and display caller ID. Often if I'm watching a video, it stops and goes into sleep mode. I've adjusted the settings for both these issues but it's made no difference. All the above observations are made in comparison to my 4 year old A12 phone which generally performed better on all the above areas. The worst part is I have regular complaints that I cannot be heard clearly on most of my calls - never had any such trouble with my A12. Very disappointed that I'm paying for an up grade which proved to be a down grade!

Déjà l’écran est super agréable, les couleurs sont belles et c’est fluide quand tu scroll ou regardes des vidéos, ça fait pas cheap du tout. Niveau perf, pour une utilisation normale (réseaux, YouTube, un peu de jeux), ça tourne nickel, j’ai pas de gros ralentissements. La batterie tient vraiment bien, je fais facile la journée complète sans devoir le recharger tout le temps, et ça c’est clairement un gros point positif. Le stockage est largement suffisant, on peut mettre pas mal d’apps et de photos sans se prendre la tête. Et le capteur principal fait de bonnes photos, surtout en journée, j’étais plutôt surpris. Le seul petit point que j’ai remarqué, c’est la caméra selfie qui est parfois un peu floue selon la lumière, mais honnêtement ça reste largement utilisable.

Phones like these from Samsung are better if the majority of them can manage to stay linked with other Windows devices, to make most of using android apps on a PC, which is essential in Samsung's tech. It doesn't make sense when that feature is withdrawn and withheld from most Samsung phones.

Als je 70+ bent , heb je nood aan een gemakkelijk te gebruiken toestel. Voordien had ik al een Samsung gsm waarvan ik zeer tevreden was. De keuze is opnieuw een Samsung maar deze keer moest die meteen een vlekkeloze overstap bieden van het oude naar het nieuwe. Met de eenvoudige instructies was ik zo overgestapt, zonder hulp of omslachtige procedures. Na een kwartiertje stond alles gebruiksklaar. Nu ben ik weer helemaal mee en er zitten een paar sterke tools bij die het leven zekerder maken, aanpasbare letters, diverse meldingen voor agenda en afspraken, beveiliging bij bankzaken, slimme koppelingen met tv en pc en andere huis-apparaten, enz... is toch geweldig. Wie eraan twijfelt om op 70+leeftijd een smartphone aan te schaffen, adviseer ik een kijkje te nemen in de handige tools die Samsung biedt. Bellen en sms'n kan je met elk toestel , maar uit de problemen blijven doe je met een Samsung.

Was looking for a phone with good battery life and good camera ... one out of two isn't too bad I guess. Battery life is amazing (sometimes 2 days), but the camera is lower quality than expected. It says it has 50MP, but it goes pixilated and grainy when zoomed in for pictures. A bit disappointing, as Id waited probably 5 years to upgrade and my s9, I feel, had better camera quality.

I am very pleased with my new Samsung A16. I have had Samsung phones for quite a few years now. The display is very similar to the A13 ( my previous phone) and very easy to use. The battery life seems to be excellent. Camera takes very good photos. I don't know about the storage, as I have only had the phone for a couple of months so far. No serious problems, but I have replaced the car for a new KIA Niro model, and although the wife has got her Samsung Galaxy A34 connected to "Kia Connect"and the car, but this A16 will not connect at all. It keeps taking oneself around and around the instructions, but still fails to load. I have been back to the dealership in York 4 times, and even they cannot achieve a connection.

The 3 dots at the left hand side of the phone are missing, they were vital to change to other screens, this one has to be moved very gently from the corner and even then it sometimes disappears, meaning all the work zi have done needs to be repeated. Would not buy another one.

Je devais changer de smartphone et le vendeur Samsung a bien compris mes besoins et m’a recommandé le A16. Il avait tout à fait raison ! C’est un super smartphone avec tout ce dont j’ai besoin et une très bonne autonomie ! Avec entre autres, un bon appareil photo (avec beaucoup d’options) et une vitesse de surf tout à fait ok pour moi, un super écran lumineux et réactif, la possibilité d’ajouter une carte sim ou carte mémoire jusqu’à 1,5 T, ce qui est vraiment génial et ce n’est pas le cas avec tous les smartphones et pour finir il a un excellent rapport qualité prix ! Bref il excelle dans tous les domaines en ce qui me concerne ! Donc, je suis super méga giga heureuse et ravie de mon achat ! Je trouve que sa dénomination d’entrée de game n’est pas justifiée tant il est performant ! Et si on ajoute les galaxy buds, alors l’expérience est encore plus géniale ! Bref je recommande à au moins du 1000 % !

Great display, powerful processor (it's fast) and lasts around 2 days on a full charge. The quality of the photos it takes are excellent. There's plenty of storage space so I don't need to use an SD card like I did with my old phone. I'm not too keen on the latest OneUI - it is more cumbersome to configure than earlier versions (especially notifications, which is awful).

I am happy with my new phone, but being a lady in her later years, it’s taking me time to get use to it. I am not happy with an apps message that keeps popping up every time I start the phone up, I’m not sure if I need these apps, and it’s very annoying. But on the whole I like it. The battery life is very good at the moment but the phone its self is very laggy and glitches quite a lot. the cameras are quite good but sometimes my front camera glitches and dosent turn on. I am pleased to have a Smart phone which I can use with WhatsApp. Traditionally I have used a phone for speaking to people, sending messages and taking a few photos, when I do not have my camera with me. Helt grei telefon nr.2 Du får 6,7 tommer stor og klar amoled 90 Hertz ikke bare det,du får også en rask Android med ett meget bra kamera. Jeg koster alltid på ekstra trygghet på skjermen. Vel advente kroner er jævlig irriterende med ødelagt skjerm. Nå har undertegnede brukt Samsung SGH-D600, 2008 modell, en 370 også. Første Samsung smart i 2010! Galaxy S1.

I'm enjoying having more memory space to take photos and download a wider range of apps. But I'm frustrated that I now can't transfer videos from my Panasonic FZ330 camera directly because of a 'change in codec'. I found a free app to get around, but it is awkward and sharing wildlife videos is something I do regularly, so this feels like a retrograde step

I bought this phone a month ago and so far its an amazing everyday phone. It is sometimes a bit laggy when opening apps, but overall majority of the time its is very effiviently running. The 50MP camera is good but when you zoom in a bit the photos look like they have been painted with a brush. The photo refresh rate is great. The display under sunlight is also very good, you can easily see your acreen even in the worst scenarios of direct sun light. The battery life is amazing, after a whole days use im still at 55%! The finger print sensor on the volume side of the phone is very sensitive and accurate. Once you get the phone, the phone will take some time getting use to everyday conditions e.g. I tried using spotify while using google maps, the music kept cutting out. But about 2 weeks later the music sounded clear, so bear that in mind Overal I think Samsung has done a great job with a very simple, cost effective smart phone.

OK, not much different than A12 which was 1 reason I liked that, expected battery life to be longer, device feels bulkier. Bluetooth works well (main reason I upgraded as A12 kept losing it) One frustration is touch screen sometimes moves apps on screen unexpectedly, not sure why, have to keep resetting them non home screen. Solid device but expected more

[Deze beoordeling is verzameld als deel van een promotie.] Een heel goede en volwaardige prijs-kwaliteit gsm van Samsung! Mooi beeld, is vlot, handig en compact in de omgang. Switchen tussen apps gaat iets minder vlot dan een high-end telefoon maar heeft er heel veel van mee! Ik had deze gekocht als vervangtoestel maar ga deze toch houden als prioritair toestel. Het design is modern, kwalitatief en tijdloos.

I can read texts etc without my reading glasses.. The camera is very good and the battery doesn't need charging every day like my old phones. Samsung I'm sorry to say you're stuck with me I'm never going to have anyone else's phones only yours.

WoW! Is Fabulous, the Performance is Ace & works Better than my previous device though was an older model, have put off upgrading for quite a while & I'm pleased I have, the display is cool, love the 128 storage, at the moment I only use the A16 for Internet as can't get used to having the phone as well but 🤞 in time this will be different, Thank You
