I got this as a part of a product campaign, so I bought a TV and got a "free" appliance with it if I registered through a form. That being said, we were actually looking to get a robot vacuum, though the retail price for this particular product would have put it out of our scope anyways. Lets start with the good, since most of the people reading will probably look for this. It does a very good job at mapping the house, and the "no go zone" is followed to the absolute fullest. The floors are cleaned very well and the smart suction setting actually works great on the one carpet it cleans(the other one has too long hairs so I didn't want to risk it based on some reviews on youtube). There is some preparation that should be done to get the most of the cleaning. Once larger stuff is out of the way the end result is really nice. It goes back to the cleaning station and empties the dustbin like you would expect. Now to the not so good(it's not bad, but it could have been better). The setup was a hassle, it kept wanting me to sign in to Samsungs web page, that kept sending 2FA codes to my cell and e-mail, eventually locking me out even though I actually did enter the correct password. I'm a tech guy, I love everything tech, but having me sign in on a website even though I had the smart things app and was signed in because of my TV seems a bit redundant. There is no "offline" version of this as far as I can see, it limits the product a bit, I mean at least allow LAN communication and just do the registration in the app, send it whenever the Samsung server is available. The issue seemed to be connected to either cookies or DNS on the Samsung end. Now this may be a layer 8 issue obviously, but I just think that the smart things app could have been slightly smarter. The other thing is the choice to use bags for the dustbin, it adds an extra cost to the consumer and also due to the plastic and production etc actually has a slight environmental impact. Now I'm not a environmentalist or activist but I think that Samsung as a large company should have chosen a more environment friendly solution. And last, the retail price... There are better options within this price range. If Samsung wants to compete with Roborock they need to lower the price that reflects the lack of wash ability and the added cost of the vacuum bags as well as make it possible to go hard on some shaggy carpets. So bottom line; the product is great, functions and all, but the price tag is not based on what you get. Now if you get it as a bundle, or as a choice in a bundle... I'd say go for it... If you want a robot vacuum that gives you several function at a great price, this is not it. It is still great, but the price is steep.

Staubsauger tut er schon, wenn man zuvor alles freigeräumt hat. Sonst knallt das Ding ständig gegen Kratzbäume, Fressnäpfe, Stühle und/oder Türen. Wände erkennt er aber wie gesagt alle anderen Gegenstände nicht. Wer also Haustiere hat sollte bei diesen Staubsauger etwas vorsichtig sein, da meiner schon bereits ein Schaden genommen hat.

The robot only lasted about 1.5 years before the battery died. Replacement batteries are not available. I purchased 3 of these and all three eventually became e-waste. Do not purchase any Samsung products I sure won't.

One day we were not home it did this and drained the battery so much that it will no longer charge. We should have to babysit a smart vacuum. The replacemnt battery cost more than the unit is worth and I guess we will have to finally add some other brand appliance to out smart home.

This vacuum was an unscheduled purchase we saw it on offer while waiting to collect a new TV. We didn't buy at the time but after reviewing came back to the SonicDirect store and collected it. The machine is a doddle to set up and can be set to clean on a scheduled basis, we don't schedule just run it round when we decide. It warns to tell you its setting off and again when it's completed. As its only small I clean the collection chamber out every time its done a clean and its amazing how much stuff it picks up. Highly recommend it.

It started well and was very effective at cleaning floors. However, after almost a year, that changed and it keeps stopping saying there's something stuck in the roller brush. I've washed the brush several times, damp-wiped everywhere with microfibre cloths, many many times but still it continues to stop. In most cases, it can't do more than 10 mins before stopping with the same "brush" problem. If it weren't for that, I'd give it 5 out of 5. Unfortunately it's now unusable as you're constantly resetting it.

Il robot di per sè fa un buon lavoro, senonchè in un anno è la 4a volta che devo mandarlo in assistenza; prima una ruota che non girava più, poi la batteria che non teneva più la carica, poi l'altra ruota, adesso di nuovo una ruota. Ottimo il servizio assistenza con ritiro e riconsegna del prodotto riparato, però con quello che ho pagato mi pare si guasti troppo spesso! Ho anche avuto difficoltà nel reperire spazzole e filtri di ricambio, anche online non si trovano facilmente. Morale: al prossimo guasto, essendo terminata la garanzia, comprerò un roboto di una marca più economica, perché su questo acquisto il rapporto qualità/prezzo è molto deludente

The vacuum always gets lost, can never find it's way "home" and runs into almost all of my future leaving marks on the surface. If I would have known this product was not as "smart" as it's claimed to be I would have never purchased it. It worked fine for the first few months but later down the road it just became worse and worse. I have tried resetting, recalibrating, and remapping my home with the vacuum but it has never went back to how it should work. Maybe I just received a faulty unit but this was a complete waste of money. Plus my cat will not ride the machine, instead he is scared to death of it.

This robot vacuum has been a major disappointment. Instead of simplifying my cleaning routine, it's added frustration and wasted time. The core issue lies with the software, which is clearly buggy and unreliable. Mapping the floor has been a nightmare, with the device repeatedly failing in its attempts. Even when it does manage to create a map, the cleaning performance is abysmal. The vacuum frequently cuts its cleaning cycle short, declaring the job done prematurely and returning to its charging station, leaving much of the floor untouched. This erratic behavior makes it completely ineffective at actually cleaning. Frankly, my seven-year-old stick vacuum does a far superior job. Save your money and avoid this product. It's simply not worth the hassle.

Bought it 2023 March, and after 18 months of usage, one of the wheel started making loud grinding noise and wheel wont move. Nothing struck in the wheel well, but makes really loud grinding noise. Contacted Samsung, Samsung said too bad out of warranty, you can create a repair ticket.

The vacuum cleaner is good looking but averagely performing. It needs to be supported by a handheld vacuum cleaner from time to time in corners and on carpets. I received it as a replacement for a broken model without the big docking station. Pros: - Very good on hard floors - Long battery live and reasonably quick charging - Variety of settings - Easy wi-fi setup - Not too noisy - Gets over most obstacles such as rolling carpet corners and doorsteps - Docking station empties the robot after every use. Cons: - Average on carpets - No manual steering over the app and no spot cleaning - Expensive dust bags for the docking station - Does not clean around the docking station - Needs a lot of space around the docking station otherwise it cannot park - Docking station cannot be placed close to a wall because the air outlet is at the back - Emptying of the robot is very loud - Misses corners from time to time.

I've had this product for over a year now, and I would not want to be without it. I have two short haired dogs as well as cats and run the Jet Bot daily on tile and LVP flooring. I have no problem with it leaving hair or dust remnants on the floor and although I sometimes need to clean up interior corners, it's a small thing compared to vacuuming everything manually. I've read reviews stating that people have clumps of hair that are left behind, but I have never had that experience. This is my first experience with a robotic vacuum, and I will remain with this brand.

Don't bother it won't last a year....just look online in the forums.... Mine worked fine for the first 6 months then constantly into error.... Cleaned and changed filters etc but still every minute it would say there is something stuck in the brush.....nothing in there at all....just scrap now....

After using a few months I'm very happy with the product. The only complaint I have is it lost the Smart Things Wi-Fi connection and I had reset the connection as if it was a new product. That's the only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing how well the vac accurately maps the entire house (single story), always knows where it is and cleans in an organized pattern. We have a "dumb" robo vac in another house. It does a good job but randomly wanders around. The Jet Bot literally sees the room, then proceeds to go back and forth vacuuming as you would. It sees all furniture (and other objects on the floor) and maps to go around them. Rarely bumps into things. When creating the map, first pick everything off the floor, shoes, pets, etc. Otherwise, it will think these are permanent things and map around them. After the map is created if it sees a new random object on the floor (like a pet) it will go around the object. Once the map is built the first time you use the vac, it stores the map. Then you use the map displayed on your phone using Smart Things app to select which rooms to clean. Your phone is the control ... no remote and only an on off button on the vac. It is very accurate as it moves around the house, even finding its way under each dining room chair and back out with ease. We have it set to clean the room then go back and clean around the edges of the room. It also talks to you, telling what it is about to do. It never gets lost and always finds its way directly back to its home. Our floors are all hard surfaces. It does a great job cleaning. We have some throw rugs which we must pick up or it just pushes them and can get stuck (the side spinning brush gets under the throw rug). As for noise, it sounds typical for a robo vac. When it returns home and empties into the home station, that vacuum is loud and sounds powerful. The app on the phone is pretty good. You can start it when you are not home and track its progress on your phone. If it does run into a problem (gets stuck on a throw rug) it will ask for help, but if no one responds it will shut down until it is rescued. Our house is 2,000 sq ft and it has just enough power to clean the entire house on a single charge. But if it does sense it is running low on battery it goes home, then finishes where it left off after charging.

This is a terrible vacuum. When the engineers designed this with the cliff sensors, I guess they assumed everybody in America lives in at least a two-story house. You would think they would include a way to turn off the cliff sensors if you live in a one story house. I have some Persian style rugs with designs on them with a lot of black and the vacuum thinks that the black spots are cliffs and it won't vacuum it and it just gets stuck there and doesn't move. It's in the middle of another rug just a blue rug and it thinks some areas of that rug are objects it has to avoid because it doesn't vacuum the whole thing. Even though it's set to the low furniture setting it won't clean under my bed. Sometimes it can find its way back to the docking station and sometimes I have to physically put it in there because it can't climb up in there. Who designed this? Were they drunk? An absolute waste of money. A completely useless poorly engineered device. Why can't you turn off the cliff sensors? My old Samsung allowed me to put electrical tape over the cliff sensors. Can't do that with this one. Stupid useless vacuum.

I bought this product specifically for this feature that Samsung has now removed. I believe Samsung should allow customers to decide whether or not to use such functions, similar to how we have the right to purchase self-defense items like guns. I feel that I paid for a feature that has since been taken away without any compensation or my consent.

Vor ca einem Monat gekauft, der Saugroboter scannt die Umgebung echt gut und fährt systematisch alle Räume ab. Einziger Nachteil ist bei Erfassung der Räume eine fehlende Updatefunktion, wenn man beispielsweise mal die Möbel umstellt muss die komplette Wohnung neu gescannt werden, einzelne Räume zu scannen ist nicht möglich. Ansonsten super zuverlässig und wertvoll um Zeit einzusparen. Preis-Leistung ist unschlagbar.

This is the worst robot vacuum I have bought so far. It worked good till an year and right after 1 year it failed to charge anymore. When I contacted Samsung support they said they will charge the amount same as I paid for the vacuum. Very disappointed by the product and the support.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had multiple instances at beginning of using the Vacuum where it would always give false notification that something was stuck in brush and it wouldn't move at all even though nothing was there to remove/clean. The battery dies after staying in same place for sometime and the vacuum needs to be put back to charging manually. Since my vacuum runs when I'm away from home, I couldn't do much and wait to return home and search for it to put back on charging. For some reason (could be software update) the problem resolved on its own and works just as expected. The only few times i really did get the stuck notification in past weeks was when something really was stuck in the brush. Other than the beginning I have had good experience. The bag that came with vacuum is still half filled so pretty good for long term use. Mapping is quite accurate and having a cleaning report to view on what has been covered really gives a good idea. One drawback is that schedule option only lets you clean the whole house and not schedule specific rooms for specific days.Like I have rooms that are more or less always clean which i would like to schedule once a week, and others which can be every other day. Could be a software update for QoL improvements in future.

I have shared some steps/frequent maintenance below you can take to have a more consistent performance. 1. Clean the Sensors: Dust and debris can obstruct sensors. Use a soft, dry cloth or a brush to gently clean the sensors. 2. Check for Blockages: Inspect the vacuum’s hose, filters, and brush roll for blockages that might affect sensor performance. Clear any debris you find. 3. Reset the Vacuum: I have shared this model's user manual link below. Absolutely this vacuum, I’m disabled so this helps me clean my floors every day. Great for people with pets, collects pet fur easily. Is brilliant at changing to different floor surfaces too. Easy to empty and clean.

I've been using my Samsung robot vacuum for a few days now, and I'm absolutely thrilled with its performance! It does an excellent job of cleaning my floors, effortlessly picking up dirt, dust, and pet hair. The navigation system is incredibly smart, allowing it to cover every inch of my home without missing a spot. I also love the convenience of controlling it via the app, which makes scheduling and monitoring so easy. The vacuum's battery life is impressive, providing plenty of power to clean my entire house on a single charge. It's also relatively quiet, which is a huge plus when I'm working from home or relaxing. One minor drawback is its height. It can't fit under some of my lower furniture, which means I have to move things around occasionally. However, this is a small inconvenience compared to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of this vacuum. Overall, the Samsung robot vacuum has been a fantastic addition to my home, making my cleaning routine much more manageable. Highly recommend it!

I have managed to set this up without too much difficulty. Only used it once but I am so pleased with this little robot cleaner I cannot believe the dust and dirt it has managed to pick up and I thought the floor wasn’t too dirty ! Can’t wait to put it into action again

vacuum my living room thoroughly in 15 min, much faster than my previous robot it takes 1 hour. Very good helper for cleaning and I love the dust bag which should last for 2-3 months.

Absolutely love it! I bought the Jet Bot out of curiosity, with doubts that it might work. However, I was astonished at the results. My house never been so thoroughly cleaned and dust free. The robot works almost silently and tirelessly while we are watching TV after dinner, or while I am out to leisure club, or to work. Every day hoovering is not any more dream, but reality!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Jet Bot AI+ about a month ago and wanted to give it some time before providing a review. Thus far I am extremely pleased with the product. Key features that I really like is that it has a normal vacuum roll brush instead of the turnstile bristles that a rumba has. It also has different power settings for hard floor and carpet which I have both of. The obstacle avoidance has been great as well even though it identifies somethings as other items. At the end of the day as long as it avoids them is what matters. I also enjoy the fact that I can use the Jet Bot Ai+ to see if my kids have made any spills or I can just ride along and remotely view what the jet bot is cleaning. Although the system does tell you when to clean out the internal filter and when to wipe it down. Since I run mine on a daily schedule, I recommend you clean out the components on a weekly basis for best results.

Don't waste your time and money. Doesn't pick anything up within 6m of biting it currently 3 month in of asking for help from them and still waiting and cannot buy spare parts for them such as extra brushes
