i got the jetbot + with clean station. it took me 3 hours to connect to smart things with a rep on call as the bot was not registering. after connecting to smartthings, i started a home layout and clean, it was not able to map everything and later during cleaning , i kept getting notifications that the vaccum was not able to move freely (we have tiled floor) and no obstructions and clean wheels. the bot also kep hitting to the wall in a loop and was not moving even though there were no obstacles. again its not able to climb onto the clean station and tries in a loop. there are no clear troubleshooting to fix this on samsung manual or forums.

I purchased this product April 24, 2022. I just had to send it in for its second repair. The first time I sent it in, there was an error saying the filter was clogged. That repair was covered under warranty. This time I sent the product in because there was a LiDAR issue. This repair cost 225.00 plus the cost of the shipping materials. I purchased this product because I figured you get what you pay for, but not in this case. I had my iRobot for 6 years and never had an issue. This expensive product, works excellent when it’s fully operational, but having to send it in for repair twice already in just over a year is disappointing to say the least.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this vacuum about 2 months ago, and it has been amazing at cleaning my apartment. A once a day vacuuming schedule is pretty good at keeping on top of my dog's shedding. It's able to traverse my apartment and avoids certain obstacles that would jam my other robot vacuums. It has an RC mode for manual controls (great for snooping around the house while outside). It also has a Find My Pet feature for the robot vacuum to wander around the house until the camera catches sight of the dog. The only complaint I have is that it's a bit tall and cannot vacuum under a couple of my furniture pieces, but even then, it's not much of an issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 4 Samsung R7040 Powerbot vacuums and they seem to last about 18 months before breaking down. Instead of repairing my last broken R7040, I decided to try this newer version, and I am glad I did! Here are the improvements: 1. Accurate mapping of all the rooms 2. Finds its way back to the charging base 98% of the time 3. The new brush doesn't require as much maintenance for it doesn't get hair tangled in the roller. 4. It picks up virtually everything: small hair clips, ribbons, tiny toys. I can usually separate the toys and hair clips quickly when emptying the bin. The only complaint I have is the bin could be larger.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our Samsung bot vacuum has officially been named Nigel. He is our butler who cleans our floors nightly. We have about 500 square feet of LVP and 3 small dogs. Nigel is deployed and vacuums the entire downstairs in about an hour. We love how he gets under the table and chairs, coffee table and easily navigates other furniture. The self emptying bin is amazing and is often full of dog hair that is easily sucked into the bag and we just have to throw it out. It's pretty neat the way maps out the cleaning area so you can see where it cleaned. It's not too large and is pretty inconspicuous in our living room. Why didn't we get one sooner!?

The system of this machine and its features are simultaneously intricate while also simple for the user to set up. The bot learned and mapped my house within 2 sessions and had a successful cleaning session more than 90 percent of the time. It's small but so efficient that I was surprised when it came to cleaning out the dirt bin. It managed to pick up so much dirt that I wasn't even aware that was present. This is and has become one of the best tools for my household when it comes to cleaning.

Il robot di per sè fa un buon lavoro, senonchè in un anno è la 4a volta che devo mandarlo in assistenza; prima una ruota che non girava più, poi la batteria che non teneva più la carica, poi l'altra ruota, adesso di nuovo una ruota. Ottimo il servizio assistenza con ritiro e riconsegna del prodotto riparato, però con quello che ho pagato mi pare si guasti troppo spesso! Ho anche avuto difficoltà nel reperire spazzole e filtri di ricambio, anche online non si trovano facilmente. Morale: al prossimo guasto, essendo terminata la garanzia, comprerò un roboto di una marca più economica, perché su questo acquisto il rapporto qualità/prezzo è molto deludente

this is my first robot vacuum and after comparing and reading hundreds of reviews, samsung jet bot seemed like the best choice. and, since i had never used one before, it sat unopened for a week before i decided it was time to try it. and wow...it set up easily, it charged rather quickly, it vacuumed over half of our 2,000 square foot 1st floor before returning to recharge and then finished the job after recharging. i could not believe the thorough coverage and the fine dust it picked up on both our hardwood and carpet floors. i would definitely recommend without hesitation. it is well worth it...it is a very cost effective way to keep your floors clean!

Ich nutze aktuell seit etwa einen Monat meinen Samsung Jet Bot+ und bin sehr zufrieden. Optisch sieht der Jet Bot+ und die Station sehr gut und hochwertig aus. Ich bin großer Fan des Designs. Der Aufbau und die Installation sind wirklich einfach. In ein paar Schritten lässt sich der Roboter in der App einstellen und nahtlos ins Samsung Ökosystem und Smarthome via der "Smart Things" integrieren. In der App lassen sich alle möglichen Einstellungen des Roboters tätigen. Das erstellen der Karte geht hierbei automatisch mit der ersten Reinigung. Das Sprachfeedback sowie die Sprachsteuerung des Roboters sind zusätzliche Pluspunkte.

So, not only unable to source replacement bags, now the machine's AI function has failed so it moves a metre from the base station and then stops. Followed instructions "turn off and on" and contacted the service chat. Unable to talk to a person and forced through electronic chat system. Frustrating. Samsung say they will send out an engineer. I here nothing. I contact engineer service who say that they do not fix this machine and keep returning the referral back to samsung. Argghh. Cannot contact Samsung by phone for smart things. The Samsung chat as they are too busy. Frustrating machine and frustrating support from Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an older Samsung robot vacuum, and it was good, but required constant maintenance as we have dogs that shed a lot. Repeatedly had to empty and also clean the roller. The JET BOT AI+ is maintenance free and the redesigned roller never clogs! The AI+ empties itself when the bin is full and cleans our whole floor (@1600sqft) and multiple surfaces on one charge. Did I mention how quiet it is?? Wow! I work at home at it can be running in the background without disruption. Overall, the Jet Bot AI+ cleans great on all surfaces and collections all the dog hair (and dirt/dust) that collects along the baseboards overnight.

although this vacuum is quiet, it doesn't work as it should. for example it will not go on rugs, even low pile. it never went under my coffee table, or sofas even though there was plenty of room. the auto resume never worked. it did pretty good picking up dog hair, but the microfine filter clogged up within 30 minutes of it starting. i would have to pause the vacuum empty it and take a tooth brush the the filter. that was very annoying. after speaking with customer care and never hearing back from them i returned the vacuum. i ended up purchasing another bot vacuum different company that does everything this one was supposed to do, for a whole whole lot less.

I loved the LIDAR mapping in memory to speed up cleaning. The suction power of this Jet Bot is amazing. I look forward to using this vacuum in the future. I love the Samsung products for cleaning. I just realized that you can create a No/Go zone on the app and keep the vacuum out of the area. Also if there are different surface types then the Jet Bot will adjust the suction power up to 5w. The floor is clean after the Vacuum releases clean air while using a 5-layer HEPA filtration process.

This machine has the same problems that my powerbot did. There were two edge sensors on the powerbot and it and every time I tried to clean black rugs, it thought it was coming to an edge. I have rugs with black patterns on them and it looks to me like the jet bot is doing the same thing.. the problem with this machine is there are five edge sensors underneath. When I did on the power bot was cover up the edge sensors with black tape then it worked fine. so I guess I have to cover up all all five edge sensors on this jet bot with black tape or it's not gonna clean my pattern rugs and it's not going to map my house correctly.

Ich bin absolut begeistert von meinem neuen Saugroboter! Dieser kleine Helfer ist ein wahrer Lebensretter. Er navigiert mühelos durch mein Haus, saugt gründlich Staub und Schmutz auf und erreicht sogar schwer zugängliche Ecken. Die Bedienung ist kinderleicht und die App-Steuerung über SmartThings ein großes Plus. Die Akkulaufzeit ist ca. 90 min und die Geräuschentwicklung angenehm. Besonders praktisch finde ich, dass der Roboter nach getaner Arbeit selbstständig zur Ladestation zurückkehrt und entleert. Ich kann diesen Saugroboter jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen. Eine klare Fünf-Sterne-Bewertung für dieses wunderbare Gerät!

The new mapping features, advanced cleaning power, use of Lidar technology, and the fact that it speaks when it's in use are huge improvements. The design is sleek and modern easily matching my home so it's almost unnoticeable. I love that the Jet Bot+ returns to the station to empty itself during the cleaning cycle. The Jet Bot+ is easy to clean all all the filters and bin. It is so incredibly quiet you can leave it run while on the phone, enjoying a TV show or even taking a nap. This vacuum doesn't even scare the dogs as it's running around.

i have had the samsung jet bot + for about 4 days now and so far i'm absolutely loving it! i have two dogs and a cat so i'm used to vacuuming everyday to keep the hair away. with the jet bot + i just let it do all the work. my one and only complaint so far is if this thing gets stuck while cleaning you can not resume the clean after you get it up stuck. you will have to send it back to the dock and start all over. for that reason i will give this 4 stars. i hope samsung will fix this issue with a software update soon! i would also like to see the vacuum continue to learn and update your floor plan as you run it.

We love using this robot vacuum on our top floor especially because it's able to go into the small nooks and spaces between the kitchen and living rooms. It has saved us so much time! We are amazed at how much dust and dog hairs it's able to pick up. The clean station stand has a built in vacuum which takes all the trash from robot and collects them into a separate compartment for disposal. We're able to watch the vacuum from an app on our phone to see which areas have been cleaned. The only downside is that it's restricted to one floor. I love this product and wish we had one for every floor in our house!

i bought this bot because it claims to have 'no go zones' and responds to magnetic tape. mine bounces against the tape until it gets 1 drive wheel over and then it cries that is is stuck. i can't get to any access to 'manage maps' to define either rooms or the so called no go zones. it is better than my last 7040 bot that just ran over everything. i like that it finishes up around the edges and furniture, the brush is a big plus getting into corners and along the edges without scraping the wall. the edge cleanup trips over the tape again and he has to be rescued. as of now, it will never be able to run unsupervised. better than shark. recommend with reservations

Ive written another review of this where the cliff sensor was not working every time it went over a certain black and white carpet which made it literally inoperable as it would just stop every night. This carpet is under our kitchen table. They just told me to clean the sensor which i did but that didnt stop the issue. Fast forward another 2 months - my LIDAR sensor stopped working. It is simply sitting in the corner as a heavy, expensive paperweight now. Thankfully it is still under warranty (i only bought it in feb, so 8 months ago) so lets see how the warranty process goes. Funny part is most of the 5 star reviews I have read say - incentivized review. Wonder why!

this is our 2nd samsung smart vacuum. the first didn't seem very smart - couldn't find its way back to the docking station, got stuck under chairs, etc. this one seems to work great. we put the station in the laundry room at one end of the house. the vacuum mapped the house first, now cleans the entire house (has to recharge once to finish) and finds its way home every time. seems to do a good job cleaning. only real negative that i can see at this point is the bags - great for hypoallergenic, but costly to replace. and with 2 dogs and 2 cats, it looks like it will fill up pretty quickly. all in, i'd recommend it.

I’ve used robotic vacuums in the past, but this is the most thorough cleaning, I’ve ever experienced. It went over and over the floor, mapping it out. There wasn’t a speck of anything left when it finished. And while there is a slight hum, it’s not very loud. It didn’t really scare the cats, just got their attention. But it thoroughly cleaned under and around all the cabinets and furniture. I’m very impressed and will continue to recommend this vacuum to everyone I meet.

However, the bin filled up so fast and it continues to vacuum without return to station to empty the bin and resume the vacuum. Another issues is that it doesn't pick up little pieces that my dogs chew off the chewy toys and it doesn't pick up strings or fluffy cotton from tearable dog stuff toys for some reason. I would had to run it 3x to get carpet or hard floor clean. One thing I would like to see that it have different pattern of direction for each time I start the vacuuming in, such as alternating from up and down to left and right to diagonal in 45 and 135 degrees. That's at least 4 possible direction each time

we received our jet bot+ the end of february in anticipation of getting new lvp flooring. once the flooring was installed, the vacuum mapped our open floorplan 1st floor and ran as scheduled for a couple of weeks. now it just keeps saying "the lidar sensor needs to be reset. turn the power off then on again. if that doesn't work, contact customer service. unfortunately the only solution they had was to pack the whole thing up and ship it to samsung to get fixed and then shipped back (minimum 3 weeks time i'm told). thankfully i'm just at the end of my return period and am returning the vacuum for a refund.

He goes over everything and even has the vacuum lines on the rug. I do not care for the fact that it runs over everything including my feet. It will also push things that are bigger. I added the no zones and it stays away from the areas I need it to but I can not make the no zones as small as I need. I also have some issues with the app. I love that Sam tells me when it needs something like cleaning the filter or the brush and it is so easy to do. I only wish it could mop for me as well. I highly recommend this vacuum because it is easy and it works!

Jak zobaczyłam ten odkurzacz u sąsiadki, koniecznie chciałam żeby mi wszystko pokazała, bo od dłuższego czasu zastanawiamy się nad kupnem samojezdnego odkurzacza i jestem nim oczarowana - na pewno zdecydujemy się na jego zakup. Po pierwsze wygląd! Dla mnie jest to bardzo ważne, bo w całym domu mamy białe sprzęty i ten będzie idealnie pasował. Kolejną świetną sprawą jest to, że aplikacja jest bardzo prosta w obsłudze i można w niej wszystko ustawić od mocy ssania, po obszary jakie ma sprzątać - nie musi odkurzać całej powierzchni. Podczas pracy urządzenia, cały czas rozmawiałyśmy i to też jest super, że można normalnie funkcjonować, nie zagłusza rozmów czy tv. #ambasadorsamsung

The vacuum never gets lost like my other one so you don't have to babysit it. It cleans well and picks up a lot of fine dust. The only cons are: replacement parts do not seem to be available, the map can be hard to create no go zones, the dust bin is a little small, and you have to go into the app to cancel alerts or the vacuum will keep alerting you over and over. I prefer to just receive 1 alert. I do also wish you could turn the charging light off. I was hoping I could keep this in my bedroom but the light is too bright.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] was looking to reduce the twice a week vacuuming to manage pet hair on my floors. the sweeping path that the samsung jet bot in not very wide. it will take longer to see the floor cleaning complete. battery life is around 90 minutes. spin brush works to move hair and larger dirt towards the roller brush. suction is substantially better. the roller brush is self-cleaning! no more cutting massive hair balls off the roller. it has exceeded expectation in hair management. i love the ability to hit the run command on my app from work. i can see this becoming a well loved and used appliance in my home.

It lasts for a long time, 90 minutes to be exact and the self-cleaning brush makes it easier to maintain. The suction power is great it picks up everything. The 99% filtration and the clean station had attracted me the most to buy this vacuum, and then I found out there is more such as the No-Go Zone in settings, that allow controlling where the Bot can go. It's very impressive, I am amazed at how the bot can identify what suction power to use when on the carpet or the hardwood floor. It is definitely a great buy and won't regret it at all.

The section is great and the power that the vacuum has is unmatched. However, there are times that it has trouble getting back into the clean station itself to empty the bin. It has had so much trouble to the point that it is actually left marks on the floor from continuously going back-and-forth trying to get it self up onto the clean station. Other than that one small issue, I highly recommend the Jet Bot Vacuum. It is very nice to be able to schedule a cleaning even when you’re not home, and then come home to a floor that has been well cleaned.

Po zakończonej pracy z czystym sumieniem mogę powiedzieć, że jest dokładnie odkurzone, co przy dwójce małych dzieci i psie jest nie lada wyzwaniem. Wielkim jego plusem jest stacją czyszcząca, dzięki której odkurzacz sam się czyści, a ja jestem do tego angażowana dopiero kiedy stacją czyszczącą jest pełna. I do love how this one maps out your house and 'talks' to you to let you know what it is going to do next. It handles thresholds well--better than my other two. Where it falls short is it still only makes it back to its charging station about 75% of the time and it gets very hung up on the edges of small area rugs. It also is loud and clunky and sounds like it's on a terror. It does pick up cat hair very well and it is always so satisfying to empty the full dust bin. It is also much better at not eating cords and cables although occasionally it still does get twisted in them and pulls them out of the wall.

the jet bot+ is my first vacuum like this. this unit is accurate, and i love how it goes back around and hugs the edges of everything, including chair legs, at the end. i have 2 dogs that shed. it became obvious when i replaced my carpets with hardwood. i run my jet bot automatically three times a day. setting where it should and should not clean (corners with cables) was easy. i do have a jet vac 70 for those spots. the fir, milk bone crumbs, and even full pieces of dry dog food are picked up easily. i can hear it all go into the station bin at the end of each cleaning. if i see a spot that needs immediate attention, i highlight it on the map and let the vacuum loose. i highly recommend it.

this is the best robot vaccum i have ever used. however, the clean station requires a replaceable dust bag (like their jet stick clean station) and this bag is not available for ordering anywhere that i can see. it does not even show up on the samsung site. when you look at the jet bot product page, under accessories it even shows you the wrong dust bag. it lists the dust bag for the jet stick vacuum which is incompatible (i have both the stick and this robo). the vacuum only comes with two dust bags which may last a few weeks but without those dust bags this vacuum is essentially useless.

Whether you use no go zones or not, it often gets confused and focuses one area so much that it kills the battery. One day we were not home it did this and drained the battery so much that it will no longer charge. We should have to babysit a smart vacuum. The replacemnt battery cost more than the unit is worth and I guess we will have to finally add some other brand appliance to out smart home.

The vacuum always gets lost, can never find it's way "home" and runs into almost all of my future leaving marks on the surface. If I would have known this product was not as "smart" as it's claimed to be I would have never purchased it. It worked fine for the first few months but later down the road it just became worse and worse. I have tried resetting, recalibrating, and remapping my home with the vacuum but it has never went back to how it should work. Maybe I just received a faulty unit but this was a complete waste of money. Plus my cat will not ride the machine, instead he is scared to death of it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since I did not get to see this robot operating in person, all I could do was rely on the specifications listed on the site and YouTube videos reviewing it. I was pleasantly surprised the first time it ran and mapped my area. The robot crosses higher threshold’s than I expected, attempts skipped areas again to see if it can access a second time, and picks up large debris as well as fur from two cats and a dog. This robot vacuums hardwoods, tile, carpeting, and travels well underneath various pieces of furniture such as coffee tables and armoires. This robot works so well, we have not broken out our old stick vacuum since we purchased it because it reaches all the areas needed and does a great job.

I leave it on my second floor most of the time, and let it work its way through 4 bedrooms, two baths and a laundry room. It does take some time for it to complete (with multiple stops to empty and/or recharge), but it beats doing it yourself. Smartthings app is nice for control, and to be able to locate the machine at any given time while it is operating - especially helpful when it gets stuck on a cord or sock. Overall, a great product (only regret is that I did not upgrade to the AI+ model.

Don't bother it won't last a year....just look online in the forums.... Mine worked fine for the first 6 months then constantly into error.... Cleaned and changed filters etc but still every minute it would say there is something stuck in the brush.....nothing in there at all....just scrap now....

Wir waren uns erst nicht ganz sicher wie weit die Technik schon gekommen ist, aber diese sorgen waren völlig unberechtigt. Angefangen mit dem Design, begeistert der kleine uns. Das weiß schaut sehr "clean" aus und durch die geringe Bauform fällt er kaum auf. Die Saugleistung ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Die automatische Erkennung von Teppichen wird souverän gemeistert. Da wir unsere Wohnung keinen Palast nennen können, reicht der Akku aus um zwei Putzdurchgänge laufen zu lassen. (41 min) Die Entleerung der Station ist super simpel. Klappe auf, Beutel tauschen klappe zu. Würde sagen 30 Sek., reichen da aus. Alles im allen ein super Produkt.

I have had the Jet Bot for three weeks now and I am very happy with the way it functions around my “complicated” house setting. I have seven in door cats and we needed a system where the cat hair could be controlled. The Jet Bot has really helped with this situation, I have set up a schedule on the app and it does it thing when we are not home. I love the camera as I can watch it’s progress from work. It never bumps into furniture and stops for objects that do not need to be vacuumed. I would highly recommend this product to anyone wanting a high quality robo vac. Thanks, Brett

Actual robot and base are nice piece of hardware but mapping and ability to navigate house are really bad it constantly misses areas and rooms. Our house is open plan with pretty minimal furniture yet still it cant clean a room with anything more then a chair in it. This is one of the better runs! often it skips rooms all together. if you look at the attached image it missed all of room3 (despite crossing it multiple times) most of room9 , half of room 2 and big piece of room 6. there is nothing blocking or comlex about any of these areas and my old roborock managed all with ease

While the powerbot did a better job under the cabinets because of its smaller size it did struggle at times getting back to the charging base. This jetbot ai+ does an excellent job navigating and creating a map of the house. This vacuum has not bumped into anything while cleaning unlike our previous robot vacuum. The charge /clean station really makes this a vacuum that needs little intervention once setup. The app will notify you when the filters need cleaned and the base station needs emptied.

overall the vacuum seems to work well and is much quieter than the vac it replaced and it's nice having the automatic debris removal. not sure if it picks up as much cat hair and dirt as the previous vac though. another main issue was that the vacuum is fairly tall and it kept getting stuck under the kitchen island. it got so stuck one morning i was shocked to see that it literally tore through a small section of my thick cushioned kitchen mat- see photo. i can't believe it didn't turn off but instead chewed through the mat. i ended up having to block out the section in front of the island on the map so that it wouldn't get stuck there any more. pretty expensive mishap on top of the cost of the vacuum.

Miłe dla ucha są dla mnie również jego komunikaty dźwiękowe! Gdy jest jakiś problem, zawsze o tym powiadomi. Polecam! It takes a little time to get the maps setup for your home and then, all you have to do is schedule it and off it goes. It seems to handle all that we throw at it very well and seems to do a good job with obstacles that we put in its way, such as deliveries that come in the mail, etc. When it is done with its work, it finds its way back to the base station and docks itself to charge. We have multiple hard flooring surfaces in our home and it handles them all, as well as the transitions well. This device sure makes it easy. All households could benefit from something like this.

it does vacuum, that’s why i rated two stars when it comes to intelligence, it doesn’t shine. it’s marketed as a perfect vacuum for pet owners because it doesn’t try to vacum pet’s tail. that’s true. what it also doesn’t vacuum is all the fur that my cats leave behind after having their little fights. i was hoping i could teach it to clean up the cat fur while avoiding the toys but it’s impossible. i can only change object detection from small to medium or big. the learning option is quite limited: only certain obstacles are detected and i can send a photo for learning. the piles of cat fur are never an option. it’s also quite tall and doesn’t vacuum under the shelves where it has 1cm+ available space above

i want to say that i love this vacuum and i sort of do, but if i'm being honest, i have to say it has one huge deficiency. it doesn't vacuum under my kitchen cabinets. it stays about 3 inches out. it could fit, it just doesn't do it.

It seems so easy to grab a cordless stick vac and run it around the house, but when you realize this vac means the floors are ALWAYS clean, you realize the benefit. The only problem is the software. I am not satisfied with customization. I'd like to do certain rooms at certain times on certain days. It seems to be an all or nothing thing, though. And I am sitting in my office where it has vacuumed for two days, and IO am not sure why. Overall, I see the value in a robot vac, and this is pretty solid out of the box except for what I mentioned.

I’ve had the Jetbot+ for a year and 9 months. The mapping was good and really like how the Smart Things app made it easy to use. Held up with my pets and their fur. The downside is the battery. For as expensive as this robot vacuum is, I thought I’d be able to get a few years out of it. It takes about 6-7 seconds for 1 percent to drain. That equates to about 10 minutes of run time. I’ve talked with support and since it’s out of warranty, to replace the battery it would cost me more than half of what I paid for this vacuum. Good product but long term, would not recommend.

I've had this product for over a year now, and I would not want to be without it. I have two short haired dogs as well as cats and run the Jet Bot daily on tile and LVP flooring. I have no problem with it leaving hair or dust remnants on the floor and although I sometimes need to clean up interior corners, it's a small thing compared to vacuuming everything manually. I've read reviews stating that people have clumps of hair that are left behind, but I have never had that experience. This is my first experience with a robotic vacuum, and I will remain with this brand.

Then once I ran it the first time I noticed what a great job it did on my carpets in comparison to my previous robot vacuum. Setup everything through the SmartThings app and sent it on its way. It mapped everything out on its own and then emptied itself into the container. I’m never going to have to vacuum again. Can’t stress how much easier this will make anyone’s life if they get this vacuum. And the quality speaks for itself once you see it work in person. To give you another comparison the suction on my New Samsung is way better than my Dyson vacuum. I can’t stress enough that this vacuum is a game changer. I’m only using this vacuum going forward.

Tous les paramètres peuvent être modifiés en fonction des besoins: jours et heures d activation, puissance d aspiration, zones à aspirer ou non etc... Pour ce qui est du résultat, c est parfait. Sols parfaitement aspirés même dans les coins, ayant un animal cela est très appréciable! Petit bémol, je le trouve légèrement bruyant surtout lorsqu'il vide son réservoir dans la station, du coup je le programme durant mon absence.

Odkurzacz Samsung Jet Bot+ świetnie organizuje mi sprzątanie mieszkania. Możliwość wyznaczenia stref sprzątania oraz blokada niektórych z nich dają duże możliwości. Odkąd posiadam tego robota po pierwsze oszczędzam czas, a po drugie nigdy nie zaskoczą mnie goście w niepoodkurzanym mieszkaniu. Wykrywanie przeszkód świetnie sprawdza się w przypadku dwupoziomowego mieszkania, a dzięki stacji czyszczącej, która opróżnia pojemnik można zaoszczędzić czas i wypić ciepłą poranną kawę. no matter how many times the floor layout is retrained or the base station is moved to different locations, it consistently skips huge areas of rooms or gets lost and can't return home. it seems to find invisible walls in the middle of bare floors. sent it in for service and was told nothing was wrong. have had for almost a year now. customer service was less than helpful. also, other than having a constant service charge and maybe being slightly better at not spreading dust when you remove it, what is the point of having bags in the base station in 2022?

I also really like the features in the SmartThings app. A few issues - it gets caught on the throw rugs on top of my carpet, so the have to be moved before vacuuming. When cleaning behind doors, the bot sometimes closes the door and traps itself in a room. The battery has died away from the base station, so I have to hunt the vacuum down in order to get it to charge. Not major issues, but for the price, I would hope these get addressed in system updates.

It does an amazing job cleaning, going over the same place a few times to make sure it's clean. It maps the room perfectly, avoiding things it should and cleaning what it can. I was extremely impressed by it's intelligence. The first time it cleaned my basement, it ran into a spiderweb. The spider tried to run away and the Jet Bot+ stopped, turned around, and ran after it. I am so impressed with the product and would highly recommend it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the jet bot came in a decent sized box and was well packed. set-up was extremely easy and the app was easily understandable. the presentation is great and it even comes with an extra brush. i am impressed by the smart things app. if i want my bot to start cleaning at night, i can control it from my phone and it goes over porcelain tile floors with no problem. if something gets stuck in the roller brush or the bin is full, then the bot advises you with an auditory message. two dogs equals constant shedding and this vacuum really lightens the load. i am overly impressed by the maneuvering capabilities of the jet bot. it is very thorough and moves very smoothly. i believe the lidar feature really makes a difference for mapping purposes.

Does its job of cleaning floor especially hard wood flooring. 2. Has a decent trash bag. 3. Fully automatic as it should be.* Could do better at: 1. Identifying obstacles. It fails to pick up wires and ends up in a tangle needing manual intervention. 2. Lifting the robot manually leaks dust onto the floor. Could do better at locking the dust. 3. Occasionally gets stuck around obstacles, especially if something has been moved.

This vacuum is fantastic for regular upkeep cleaning. It is nice that we can look in on our animals. The cats do not seem to mind it or move out of its way. hee hee. It does not do well with pet hair. We have two cats, and one sheds a lot. I do have the settings to smart suction. I do like that it knows to clean one side of the house before it charges then finishes with the other side. I agree that it is rather large, so I would think the battery would last long enough to clean a 1700 sq foot home and not just half of it. It would be nice if it had little sweeping arms that can extend when detecting a chair, couch, bed, or anything it cannot get under but needs cleaning. A mop option would also be nice. For the price it should do more.

J'ai choisi d'acheter ce produit afin de m'aider dans la vie quotidienne. J'ai choisi Samsung car je trouve qu'ils font de bons produits. De la commande à la livraison, tout a été facile, rapide et très bien réalisé. L'application a été très simple à installer, le paramétrage aussi. J'ai fait l'enregistrement des parties à aspirer. Quand il se lance, je reçois un message et quand il a fini aussi. Il aspire correctement car quand je rentre, ma maison est propre. A la fin, l'aspirateur se vide dans son socle, c'est le seul inconvénient, c'est qu'il est bruyant mais ça ne me dérange pas puisque je ne suis pas chez moi habituellement. Je verrai avec le temps, sa durée de vie et s'il est aussi efficace que maintenant. J'en suis très satisfaite

initial setup was easy. 5-minutes to get it out of the box, plugged in and ready. another 5 minutes to use smartthings to connect to our wifi. initially it failed on old phone my wife had used (andriod 10). i installed on mine (android 12), and it connected immediately. the voice prompts were much appreciated, and following the prompts we sent the robot off to map the house. took about 15-minutes for 2850 sq ft. having a robot before, we knew to open doors and move away sticking obstacles (but this robot handled others we forgot about w/o issues). when mapping was complete it said the robot would need one recharge to finish everything and about 3 hours. but on its first run, the vacuum completed everything in one pass of about 2 hours.

The Samsung Jet Bot+ vacuum handles cleaning and maneuvering around items and my place extremely well! As a household with both a cat and a dog I wasn’t expecting that it would pick up the amount of pet hair that it has. This vaccine is insanely smart and literally learns from itself on where to clean and where it can’t go. The clean/charge station is awesome and it still amazes me that technology has come this far where an appliance can find its way back to its base for charging and cleaning. This is definitely the future of vacuuming and Samsung got it 100% right!

The engineers were brilliant programming the computer chip is great because how it knows if you move it, machine remembers and will finish and go back to the exact spot it was moved. It talks and let’s you know if a problem, if it’s stuck it cuts itself off, says it needs emptying the bend, battery low returns to the station. The vacuum goes over my whole house just love it. I wished this was engineered years ago. Oh this is a plus it never bumps or scratches my furniture just goes up with in 1-2 inches and turns around. Awesome vacuum. If you sweep a pile dirt it will see it and go over to remove dirt. Emptying station is so great when it finishes it empties in the station bag without you having to do anything.

I have another brand robot sweeper and I like that it is smaller than the jet bot so it get in spots the jet bot can't. I noticed the jet bot is louder and sounds like a quiet lawn mower. I also did not like the green light because it is in my bedroom and there is quite a lot of light so I moved it under my bed so I could sleep. I will keep the jet bot on one floor and the other brand on the other floor. I do like that it comes with an extra filter so you have one while the other one is drying after being cleaned. This jet bot works great; but I would say spend the extra money and get the one with the clean station.

i debated on this forever and did a ton of research. i looked at many "top robot vaccum" articles and this one was not on any of the rankings. joke is on whoever wrote those articles, this robot vaccum is far more superior than any other vaccum. we have two thick rugs in our house that are on hard floor. the vaccum has no problem climbing onto the rugs and does not get stuck at all. i was super impressed by how quickly the vaccum was able to map our house. honestly, if you're thinking about it, get it. you seriously will be so glad you did.

But this Samsung Jet Bot AI+ has by far exceeded any expectations I had for a robot vacuum. It is the most powerful one I have had yet, and I love the report I get each time it is used. It is also very user friendly for how many features it has. Most importantly, it makes my life easier and makes being home more relaxing, which is something I have never experience with a robot vacuum before.

I pur jsed this in May and it's now the end of July. I didn't use.it until mod June because we saved it for the new home we closed on. At first, I loved the JetBot+, but now, I feel like the thing is just an idiot. The AI seems to get stupid real quick. Before it was very good about detecting walls, edges and furniture... now the unit gets stuck practically daily, it does things like spin around in a circle for 20 minutes, pushes over box fans..... I've wiped off the sensor, deleted the map and jad it redraw it.... it just doesn't function the way it was in the first 2 weeks. Truthfully the thing annoys me more than anything cause I'm always having to prevent it from the next disaster or to get it unstuck.... For an $800 machine, I expected more.

I am delighted to use this machine twice a week. Unfortunately, the Jet bot is not allowed SmartThing app which can remotely control it. I sent it out to Samsung service, but they diagnosed that the hardware was okay and returned it to me. SmartThings team also failed to connect my Jet bot. At this point, I pushed button to command to start cleaning and let it clean all the area in my house. Hardware is great but software is disappointed.

I bought this and the s23+ together a couple of months ago. Overall the product is good but oh my God, the cliff sensor issue drives me nuts. If you have a black rug with a white design on it, this product is useless as it gives you a cliff sensor error. It thinks the robot is about to fall off a cliff and it stops working. It's pretty much useless at that point. However if I avoid that area, which is my kitchen table) it works fine. However the area I wanted this for wad the kitchen table area so it's pretty much a loss at this point.

It's sleek, hugging corners, cabinets, walls and couches. It didn't seem like it was going to clean everything, but it didn't miss an inch. It is very thorough. I went over the floor again with a broom to see if it missed anything and it didn't miss a thing. It isn't very loud, so you could still have a conversation or watch tv while it's running. I really like this vacuum and looking forward to seeing all it can do. Thank you.

As does the cheaper model (no tracks) of this same vacuum. The fault seems to be the crappy s design of the dust container, you cannot clean it, and the docking station cannot clean it. It has a capacity of less than a cup. It clogs with hair and other debris, but it can't be disassembled to remove the clog. High pressure air, a big shop vac, and bent pieces of wire will remove some of the clog after about a half hour of work. Repeat weekly!

I clean the machine often and it runs like the first time I put it to the test. I gave it 3 stars because some times this Bot will skip over an entire area or forget a room completely. Once it's back in its charging station, I have to manually draw boxes on the app where it forgot to clean. When the Bot gets stuck on my living room carpet, it tends to cancel its job and go back to its pad. Also, when the Bot is cleaning, it likes to go in random directions and not proceed with the original zig-zag motion to edge motion. Instead, the map on the app will show the Bot cleaning in a sloppy motion. For the price, it is not worth the full value. It's good, but not the best Bot vacuum.

shortly after i started getting the errors. the sensors constantly needed to be cleaned- even if they were just cleaned. sent it in, "fixed it". still does it. the sensor on top had to be replaced- sent it in again. now the vacuum is constantly saying do this or do that. i only run it at night &in the morning when everything is picked up and no one is around to mess with it. doesn't seem to make a difference. i also just cleaned out the brush. it is impossible to get the hair that wraps around the brush because the ends don't come off like other brushes. even after emptying it if i pick it up stuff still falls out all over. i usually have to vacuum again anyways since it barely sucks anything up. i would definitely never suggest this device to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] there is nothing more precious than time. i now have my time back with the samsung jet bot vacuum. i set it up to run once a week to pick up the dust around the apartment and it's wonderful. this jet boy is very quiet compared to my old vacuum. i vaccumed at 1130pm the other night and other than a low hum, it was barely noticeable. my apartment is partially carpeted and the jet bot easily goes from my bare wooden floors to my rugs with no problem i really appreciate the simplicity of being able to take out the filter and rollers in case something gets tangled - it takes just a few seconds to pop out the roller to untangle what ever is in there. i am super thrilled to put the jet bot to great use and to be able to take this chore off my list forever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this Jet Bot AI+ for about a month and it is doing a great job once the map is completed. it does a great job on cleaning floors and rug, we just recently got a cat and being able to run this at anytime really helps with keeping the cat hair down. i am really glad we got the cleaning station with the Jet bot because it sometimes need to empty while its cleaning. The only thing i would like to see adding is a 3D mapping so you can see the upstair view when cleaning different floor levels. other then that worth every penny.

This vacuum was an unscheduled purchase we saw it on offer while waiting to collect a new TV. We didn't buy at the time but after reviewing came back to the SonicDirect store and collected it. The machine is a doddle to set up and can be set to clean on a scheduled basis, we don't schedule just run it round when we decide. It warns to tell you its setting off and again when it's completed. As its only small I clean the collection chamber out every time its done a clean and its amazing how much stuff it picks up. Highly recommend it.

Après des mois et des mois à passer d’un aspirateur manuel avec des difficultés afin de passer dans des endroits de la maison, j’ai découvert l’aspirateur de Samsung qui est sans fil et 100% autonome je suis tellement contente de ce changement. Rien de mieux que de pouvoir faire plusieurs choses à la fois tout en étant serin sur le fait d’avoir une maison toujours propre quelque soit les circonstances. Ce fut une expérience très intéressante de passer d’un aspirateur manuel à un aspirateur sans fil que je recommande à tous le monde.

I also received this product at a discounted price in order to give my honest review and this is my honest review the Samsung jet bot vacuum is great. It is a lot bigger than what I initially thought which is wonderful. I like it better than the Roomba vacuum. And it is wonderful because it does not fall down the steps it actually stops. It has so many functions to it it goes from wood floors to rugs with no problem. I love the way it goes back to the cleaning station and cleans itself out. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who has a big house or even a small one.

Complaints would be we need to have it on max suction to vacuum the carpet so it tends to runs out of battery before finishing the whole house. Takes about two hours to fully recharge before it will finish cleaning. Other downside is that for some reason at times it has gone into the no-go zone area that we’ve set. Still trying to figure out why it does that. But overall it has cut down a lot of cleaning time. Love that we can control everything on the app remotely.

As someone new to robot vacuums the initial impression for me was mixed. Thought this expensive gadget is not for practical use. While I packed to return it, by not using it for few days the difference was evident. Changed my mind and decided to live with it. It's absolutely helpful and is a great addition to home automation. Good suction power. Works great both on hard floor and carpets. I do not like the app through as its not very user friendly and needs further improvement. Overall great experience and highly recommended.

Hay mucha oferta, pero he elegido el Jet Bot +, por las siguientes razones: Aspiracion perfecta. Mapeado, ubicación y desplazamiento lógicos y seleccionables Calidad de materiales. Facilidad de limpieza y mantenimiento. (En esto no tiene rival) He comprado paralelamente bolsas de recambio originales en Internet. (No se porque no están en la tienda web de Samsung, pero son fáciles de encontrar. Aplicación muy completa, (Smarthings), no he echado de menos ninguna funcion. Precio en el sitio web Samsung Plus. Hay otras marcas y robots, y alguno promete "el todo", pero tras un largo estudio, el Jet Bot es muy completo y de confianza. Conclusion: Si aceptas prescindir de la función de fregado, es el mejor robot-aspirador filtrador que se puede comprar. Saludos.

It creates a map of where it is cleaning and the areas that must be cleaned. It is easy to be located from the phone app and it even sends a sound when it gets lost. It goes to its station if needs to recharge in the middle of a cleaning routine by itself and the. It resumes cleaning the areas needed from before. The machine works smoothly and quietly. The design is beautiful. It is way more quiet than other brands and the voice it uses is smooth and pleasant. It takes so much dirt and dust every time even after the cleaning is done. It lost a small screw and it has been really hard to find so we are currently trying to fix it. Other than that it is an amazing robot.

This robot vacuum has been a major disappointment. Instead of simplifying my cleaning routine, it's added frustration and wasted time. The core issue lies with the software, which is clearly buggy and unreliable. Mapping the floor has been a nightmare, with the device repeatedly failing in its attempts. Even when it does manage to create a map, the cleaning performance is abysmal. The vacuum frequently cuts its cleaning cycle short, declaring the job done prematurely and returning to its charging station, leaving much of the floor untouched. This erratic behavior makes it completely ineffective at actually cleaning. Frankly, my seven-year-old stick vacuum does a far superior job. Save your money and avoid this product. It's simply not worth the hassle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] t is awesome , took me two days to get it all under control:)We can finally keep our floors clean with 3kids .I give this product two thumbs up! I consider it the best purchase I’ve made in a long, long time. This combined with the floor cleaner with wave in its name have reduced the amount of time I spend cleaning the floors. I was dust mopping twice a day, but now there is no need. You can name areas on your map and send the robot out to certain areas. You can also add a square where you do not want the robot to vacuum.

the jet bot ai+ product hardware is well built and aesthetic and futuristic looking but there are some major cons which a reputed brand like samsung should immediately work upon. cons: (i) the app can save only one map which is a major problem as multiple floor houses cannot save more than 1 floor and hence cannot create no-go zones for other floors. i wish samsung addresses this problem asap. (ii) the very low front wheel cannot climb on rugs most of the time and keeps either pushing it around or folding it undesirably.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m awaiting the arrival of the new Jet Bot AI+. I currently own three iRobot s9+ Vacuums for my household of five cats and love them. They each do a great job of eliminating the pounds of hair that the cats shed each day. Unfortunately, they don’t do a great job of avoiding cat poop and have had the great misfortune of cleaning them several times as a result. My expectation is that the Jet Bot AI+ is going to do a much better job of avoiding pet droppings altogether and in turn, make the Jet Bot AI+ the best self-emptying, vacuum-only, robotic vacuum. I know there are other combo robotic vacuum/mops with AI on the market but none of them feature the straight front vacuum cleaning edge with LiDAR like the Jet Bot AI+ has making it truly the first of its kind.
