To change the app screen to multiple pages, you will need to change the sort method from Alphabetical to Custom. If it is set to Alphabetical, it will appear all on one page. To do this, swipe up from the home screen > Tap the three-dots > Sort > Custom order. This will create multiple pages. Hallo, teste bitte zunächst, ob sich bei Nutzung einer anderen SIM-Karte die Netzqualität verbessert. Bringt das nichts, probiere es als Nächstes mit dem Zurücksetzen der Netzwerkeinstellungen: "Einstellungen > Allgemeine Verwaltung > Zurücksetzen > Mobilnetzeinstellung zurücksetzen". Hilft auch das nicht, prüfe einmal durch die Aktivierung des "Abgesicherten Modus", ob ein Software-Konflikt den schlechten Empfang verursacht. Halte hierfür während des Neustarts die “Lautstärke-Taste leiser“ gedrückt, bis im Display unten links “Abgesicherter Modus“ erscheint. Ist der Empfang in diesem Modus besser, so ist vermutlich eine nachinstallierte App die Ursache.
