Compré en julio de 2022 el TV QLED 138 cm (55") Samsung QE55QN95A. Reconozco que se ve muy bien, pero estando aún en garantía tuvo una avería que fue subsanada por los técnicos, pero ahora tengo un televisor que ya ha sido reparado y con burbujitas en la pantalla tras haberlo reparado. No estoy nada satisfecho. Ahora comprendo porque estaba de oferta.

A los 3 años la slim connect box se ha roto, con un uso medio. Olía a quemado. Tengo que llevarla personalmente al servicio técnico (65 pulgadas no se manejan bien). Fuera de garantía, espero que me digan si tiene reparación aunque me advirtieron que en el 90% de los casos hay que cambiarla y no sé qué puede costar una nueva, porque el slim connect box es realmente la televisión. El otro componente es la pantalla, que va aparte.

Jotkut kanavat pikselöityvät ja siihen auttaa ainoastaan vetämällä TV laitteiston pistoke kesken kaiken seinästä ja laittamalla uudelleen seinään eli siis NS. hardbootti. Kuva palautuu ehyeksi..syytä en tiedä, olisiko ohjelma versiossa jokin bugi. HD kanavia ei näy ( voi johtua siitä, että suunnattuun TV mastoon ei enää kyseisiä kanavia ohjata). TV kapula liian herkkä eli liian pienillä askelilla se renkaan ja kuittausnapin toiminnat, menee nakkisormella aina väärään kohtaan TV:n toiminnoissa.

Compré el TV qn95a de 55 pulgadas, a los 16 meses se me suelta la conexión de antena, LITERALMENTE, llamo al servicio técnico y me dicen que eso no lo cubre, que ellos no se hacen responsables, les comento que se ha soltado la conexión de antena, les envío fotos que no se ha roto, se ha soltado, desoldado, en otros foros también leo que les ha ocurrido y no quieren hacerse cargo, de un defecto de fábrica, Gracias a que tengo el seguro adicional de el corte inglés dicen que efectivamente es que la pieza se ha desoldado al producir mucho calor la unidad, y que ellos se hacen cargo, asi ha sido, sin ese seguro ahora estaría pagando una averia que es defecto de fábrica, como veréis que es suelto, desoldado y no roto la conexión de antena,

Je possède cet écran depuis 1an et demi. Je l'ai choisi pour sa compatibilité 120Hz VRR pour y relier mon PC (i9 12900KS, 3090 à l'époque et actuellement 4090, pas de soucis sur d'autres écran) et ça n'a jamais fonctionné comme il le faut. Lorsque j'active le mode jeu 120Hz VRR, j'ai des coupures complètes d'images et de son par intermittence ce qui est très désagréable (jusqu'a plusieurs fois par minute). j'ai évidémment testé plusieurs cables certifiés HDMI 2.1 de différentes marques (merci pour les achats inutiles....) j'ai contacté la hotline plusieurs fois qui ont tentés différentes manipulations mais au final leur seule solution c'est d'éventuellement attendre une mise a jour qui ne viendra sans doute jamais.... donc au final j'utilise ce téléviseur comme un vulgaire écran 4K 60 Hz que j'aurais pu acheter facilement 3 fois moins cher. Autre point négatif, j'ai une barre de son Q900A donc en théorie parfaitement compatible avec cet écran, il est impossible d'activer l'eARC sans problème, soit ca marche quelques minutes puis coupe completement le son soit il n'y a tout simplement pas de son. en ARC cela fonctionne mais bon on nous vends du eARC et comme le VRR 120Hz, ca ne fonctionne pas. Et pour finir un problème que je rencontre mais qui ne touchera pas beaucoup d'autres utilisateurs, cet écran à besoin d'etre débranchés si souhaitez utilisé un autre écran sans avoir celui ci d'activé. Dnas une situation ou vous avez un PC avec différents écrans mais que vous souhaitez en utliser un autre dans une pièce voisine par exemple, le QN95A ne supporte pas d'etre éteint et fais comme des appels au PC toutes les 5 minutes environs et fais lagguer le PC pendant quelques secondes à chaque fois. Bref très décu de cet écran sur lequel j'ai longtemps attendu ce fameux patch correctif mais qui n'arrivera sans doute jamais (oui, il y a eu des mises à jour mais aucune n'a corrigé ce probleme)

Tras un año utilizándola puedo decir que si pudiese la devolvería. La utilizo sobre todo para ver deporte en 1080p y la calidad del escalado es horrible, el principal fallo es que cuando enfocan imágenes grandes en movimiento (como por ejemplo jugadores) aparece un doble contorno de la silueta que no hay quien lo suporte. Pensaba que lo arreglarían en alguna actualización pero ya he perdido toda esperanza. Sin duda alguna os recomiendo otra marca para televisiones de estas dimensiones

HDMI eARC handshake with my reciever is very unstable. Sometimes it works and there are sound from my reciever… somtimes (with the same setup) the Samsung TV is pointing to HDMI eARC but sound still comes from the TV. Sometimes the Samsung TV is pointing to HDMI aARC but the reciever are not recieving any signal. Toggeling HDMI eARC off/auto sometimes make it work again… toggeling PCM/auto sometimes make it work again. When whatcing certain channels on the Samsung TV the sound on the reciever will switch off 1 second every 15 seconds for the first 3 minutes… then it begins to work. YES! I am using a high speed certified HDMI cable from Inakustik.

I’ve had it since 2021. Whilst the overall picture is good quality, and sometimes really impressive, is not remarkably better than more basic televisions. The preset configurations don't help. Dynamic is is too bright and the others are all too dark and uncomfortable. Furthermore, close up, still images struggle to focus. A close up of a plate of food might have the centre of a fig in perfect focus and the rest not. It’s very frustrating. But the worst is watching football. Anything other than Dynamic is too dark. But dynamic makes everything fluorescent whilst players in motion are blurred. Get a much better picture from an iPhone. Samsung support have logged in remotely to readjust the settings and at least the ball remains visible when it’s kicked. But there’s nothing else there canine done. Apparently it’s down to the tv apps like DAZN and Movistar. Even though on my phone and other tv sets they seem fine.

I've had this TV since May 22, the picture quality overall is very good. However it has very limiting video file constraints. I regularly download YouTube videos of 7680x4320p, I realise this is supposed to be 8K, but to play them I have to reduce them to 3480x2160p. My 'PC Monitor' is a 4K cheapo, which DOES play the files that the Samsung refuses to play. I really feel let down, especially as I thought I was buying a class TV for the price paid.

Got my TV and was thrilled with it until it started making a high pitch noise from the One connect Box when in standby. I did a quick search and found out this a a very common problem with this TV. I have also read reports that Samsung give various levels of support. Turns out this has been know for a while so Samsung really should have modified the Hardware. I am currently in contact with the supplier who will probably just refer me back to Samsung . I would avoid anyone purchasing this TV until Sumsung correct this design fault.

[Deze beoordeling is verzameld als deel van een promotie.] Allereerst kan ik aangeven dat de tv er prachtig uitziet en het beeld en geluid ook erg goed is. Maar…… dit is het eerste tv toestel waarbij wij hebben ervaren dat het onmogelijk is het scherm te reinigen als er een vlekje op zit. Wanneer je deze volgens instructie en met uiterste voorzichtigheid wilt schoonmaken, blijft er een blauwpaarse vlek achter, welke blijvende schade aan het scherm oplevert. Waarschijnlijk door een aangebrachte coating welke je niet kan schoonmaken, zonder dat deze coating wordt aangetast en dus een vlek achterlaat. Deze vlek zie je gelukkig niet als de tv aanstaat, maar staat deze uit, dan zie je deze vlekken dus wel. Nog nooit meegemaakt dat een tv niet schoon te maken valt. Jammer… zeker gezien de prijs welke je betaald voor zo’n volgens Samsung top tv.

Habe den TV jetzt seid etwas über ein Jahr und bin bis vor kurzem sehr zufrieden gewesen. Es läuft an sich alles reibungslos, nur nach dem Starten dauert es etwas bis er die Befehle annimmt, da er ja alles erst starten muss. Habe mir die ps5 gekauft vor 3 Wochen und habe das Problem das bei der 4k Auflösung kein Bild kommt, muss zwangsläufig auf 2k spielen, bis Samsung mir weiter gibt wie es weiter geht. An sich ist es sehr zu empfehlen, nur das mit dem 4k ist denk ich mal nur bei mir so.

I traded up from the 55" Q9FN, that I considered the best TV I have ever owned but decided that the next gen console needed something that was able to run it's specs so reviewed many TV's and the QN95A seemed to be the one that kept coming up as the best contender. Again, the Samsung Flagship Tv's just keep on getting better, the QN95A just simply way ahead of all the other brands. The only complaint I have with the Samsung Flagship TV's is that they still do not offer Dolby Vision, which is the biggest let down, they are pretty much ahead with everything else.So my advice to Samsung DOLBY VISION PLEASE

Nutze das Gerät nun ein gutes halbes Jahr und bin durchschnittlich zufrieden. Die Bildqualität ist sehr gut, ebenso der Funktionsumfang. WAs ein wirkliches Ärgernis ist, ist die träge Reaktion z.B. beim umschalten. Ob das an der Oneconnect-Box liegt, die bei mir mit einem 5m-Kabel mit dem TV verbunden ist, kann ich nicht sagen. Meine Hoffnung, daß sich diese träge Reaktionsweise mittels einem Software-Update behebn lässt, hat sich nicht erfüllt. Alles in allem leider keine uneingeschränkte Kaufempfehlung.

Hallo Wakonu, versuche bezüglich der langsamen Reaktionszeit mal einen Power-Reset: Entferne hierfür bitte alle Anschlüsse – auch den Strom. Halte dann auf der Fernbedienung die Power-Taste für etwa 20 Sekunden gedrückt. So wird die komplette Restenergie entleert. Teste nun, ob der TV am Strom wieder zuverlässig läuft. Schließe erst nach und nach die anderen Geräte wieder an, um auszuschließen, dass hier etwas dazwischen funkt. Sollte sich dadurch keine Verbesserung einstellen, melde dich bitte bei unseren Kolleg*innen vom technischen Support. Das Gerät habe ich Anfang 2022 gekauft. An sich ein guter Fernseher mit guter Technik. Das Bild ist sehr gut. Über den TV-Ton kann ich nicht viel sagen, da ich eine Bose Soundbar 900 angeschlossen habe. Da fängt aber nun leider das Problem an. Denn die Konnektivität lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig. Ich habe die Soundbar über den HDMI eArc Anschluss angeschlossen. Jedes Mal wenn ich den Fernseher starte, erkennt er manchmal die Soundbar nicht und manchmal startet er im HDMI Modus (ohne eArc). Jedes Mal muss ich, um eArc nutzen zu können, den Fernseher erneut neustarten. Dann funktioniert die Tonausgabe via eArc eigenartigerweise. Jedes Mal muss ich also den Fernseher zweimal starten. Das Problem haben unzählige weitere Nutzer des Fernsehers und das schon seit Beginn der Serie an. Das Problem (es wird ja ein Software Problem sein) bekommt oder möchte Samsung nicht in den Griff bekommen. Sehr schade. Daher wird dieser Fernseher mein letztes Samsung Produkt sein. Sehr schade.

Está ser vendida com defeitos de software e ainda até Setembro 2022 o problema não é resolvido apesar de Samsung ter conhecimento do problema desde que está a venda ! A TV no modo jogo perde a conexão com a consola/PC mostrando o ecrã preto durante alguns segundos com muita frequência e cuanto mais tempo está ligada mais frequentemente desliga fazendo impossível jogar um jogo como Call of Duty ou qualquer jogo competitivo ! Por que razão vendem ainda este modelo sabendo-se que não serve para jogar na consola ou no PC !

Generelt fornøyd med tv-en men jeg føler meg lyrt og er veldig skuffet. Det stor over alt at dette tv kan styres med Google Assistant, men dette stemmer ikke. I min tv, i meny finnes ikke Google Assistant og Alexa bare Bixby. Ifølge samsung.com (https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01208969/#google-assistant-does-not-appear-as-an-option-in-the-menu) dette tv er kompatibelt med Google og Amazon Alexa. Så rett og slett jeg ble lyrt. Men det kostet masse penger.

Wow I didn't think there would be such a difference in picture quality from my old Samsung but was I wrong!!! The picture straight out of the box was near perfect and the sound quality of this TV is stunning, I can only imagine what it would be like with a Samsung Dolby atmos soundbar with Q symphony. This is the worst experience we have ever had. We bought this TV on a Sunday with a trade in of our old TV and we got it delivered on Monday. When started unpacking we noticed that the TV is damaged. So we called Samsung customer service 20mins after we got it delivered just to be told that we will get a replacement in 10 days! This is absolutely ridiculous. So we are waiting 48 hours to receive a call to arrange potential pick up, then the TV needs to go back to elwarehouse to be expected and the arrange replacemet to be shipped to us. There are no words of the ridiculously of the process the way Samsung deals woth delivering damaged goods. They are so easy to take your TV away to make sure you comply with the trade in but they need 10 days to expect their own faulty products. Shame on you Samsung! Absolutely awful experience.

Me pasé semanas comparando televisores y este es de los mejores a día de hoy (junio 2022). Lo tengo desde hace aprox un mes y estoy MUY satisfecho con la imagen, con el sonido y con el rendimiento. Aclaro que NO lo utilizo para jugar, solo para ver películas, series, etc. A mi juicio, es similar al modelo de 2022, el QN95B, pero a un precio mucho más ajustado (con algunas prestaciones menos, obvio...) Lo mejor: - el sonido (no hace falta barra de sonido) - pantalla antireflectante y muy brillante (mi salón es muy luminoso e incluso de tarde, cuando más le da el sol, se ven bien las escenas oscuras) - poder proyectar pantallas de dispositivos (probado con mi Mac, el iphone y mi Windows del trabajo: funciona con todo). Se puede utilizar fácilmente como segunda pantalla -inalámbrica- del ordenador si bien la precisión de clic y la rapidez de navegación no son las mismas que las de una pantalla conectada por cable Puede que no sea el mejor en nada pero es un televisor TODOTERRENO

There was high pitched sound coming from either TV or one connect box, and also the box was getting very hot. Spoken with Samsung and they said that's everything is absolutely normal. I have sent this TV back after one week.

I also like you can look deep into settings if that’s your thing and connecting various appliances like Xbox etc TiVo v6 box is a breeze with the one connect box that you can hide away if you want giving the tv a uncluttered appearance. This is a premier Tv with the added bonus of issues with screen burn never going to be a issue unlike some Screen technology

The TV is great in all aspects; build, colors, contract, brightness etc. I cant find any reason not to buy this TV, except one downside that in dark scenes the black background is not the best, but still good enough or actually very good for what you pay. I am super happy about the TV and would buy it again.

Compré este televisor porque pensaba que obtendría una experiencia premium, al ser un dispositivo de gama alta, pero no ha dejado de darme problemas desde que lo tengo. Para empezar, los puertos HDMI no funcionan correctamente con señales 4K/120Hz HDR, como pueden serlo las de Xbox Series X o PlayStation 5. Lo que ocurre es que, intermitentemente, se producen cortes de conexión y la imagen pasa a negro durante unos segundos. Este problema lleva presente en estos televisores más de un año y sigue sin solventarse, a pesar de haber recibido numerosas actualizaciones de firmware. Además, en el SAT se desentienden y a lo sumo, te actualizan el firmware y te resetean el televisor, lo cuál no surte ningún efecto. Es un fallo conocido y se puede encontrar en foros a nivel internacional. Ya al margen de esto, el One Connect (dispositivo donde se conectan todas las entradas HDMI, de antena, USB, etc.), hace ruidos intermitentes como "de mosquito" incluso estando el televisor apagado. Fallo conocido también a nivel internacional. El último y de los más molestos, es que la pantalla del televisor (no el One Connect) emite un pitido agudo constante mientras está en funcionamiento y, se hace más notorio cuando las imágenes son brillantes (donde supuestamente ese es el punto fuerte de este modelo, el brillo tan alto). Adjunto vídeo donde se escucha el zumbido constante de la pantalla y también el sonido de mosquito que hace intermitentemente el One Connect.

Easy to use, nice controls. Screen colour is very good and sound is best (obviously) through a sound bar. Screen is shiny though and does pickup room lighting that can be a bit jarring at times.

I was originally going to buy the QE55Q80A, but decided to push the boat out and buy Samsung's 2021 flagship QE65QN95A model, instead and I don't regret my decision. The picture quality is supreme, offering brilliant colours and a sharpness and detail which I've not experienced with previous TVs. The sound is also much better than expected, given the slimness of the TV. The TV is aesthetically pleasing, with a very think frame and sits very close to my wall, using the Samsung Slim Fit Wall Mount. You've outdone yourselves, Samsung - Well done!

Les premières utilisations sont fort agréables. Je donne 5 étoiles au Service client, la livraison et aux fonctions de la TV. Par contre, le boîtier one connect est trop long et trop large ! Il ne passe pas dans un meuble tv traditionnel quand on ajoute la connectique. Cela perd totalement de son intérêt. Les dimensions et l'organisation des composant de cette one-connect sont à revoir complètement.

Zakup 11 marca br. Po montażu tv pozostały ślady palców na matrycy. Próba usunięcia odcisków palców suchą mikrofibrą nie powiodła się. Czat z pomocą Samsunga i iformacja żeby użyć do usunięcia śladów palców mikrofibrą lekko zmoczoną wodą z kranu. Slady palców zniknęły ale powstały zabarwione na niebiesko plamy widoczne w świetle dziennym. Pomoc Samsunga niestety nie udzieliła do tej pory odpowiedzi, jak się tych zabarwień pozbyć. Niestety problemy z powłoką antyrefleksyjną rzutują na niską ocenę fajnego telewizora.
