Worked fine for about 6 months, then the water pump broke and needed replacement. Then about 2 months later, the ice maker stopped making ice. Then there were loud noises, and while we waited for tech to attend, the freezer died, ruining a lot of food. The tech said we'd get a replacement, but a week later, and we haven't even heard from the case manager. The fridge part died the day after the tech had attended, ruining the rest of the food. Now it's a week since we logged the complaint, and it's the hottest weekend this spring, we're suffering without refrigeration, and just want Samsung to reach out with the solution...

We bought this great looking and well laid out fridge to go in our new kitchen. we turned it on for the first time a couple of weeks ago when the kitchen was finished. It seemed to intermittently defrost the freezer over that 2 weeks but came good after a while, but on the weekend it stopped cooling all together, luckily we still have our old fridge (Samsung) so we were able to save most of the food. Samsung repairs are coming to look at it this week but I am less than happy with it breaking down! I would happily get a refund for it now and buy something else.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our refrigerator was delivered last weekend and I was impressed with its packaging to avoid accidental damages. The compartmentalization of each bin and shelf in the fridge is well thought out and helped to organize our liquid and solid foods. The water reserve is a fantastic idea for enabling water and ice dispensation and saved us hundreds by avoiding the cost of plumbing. As we have a home water filtration system, the water we fill in the reservoir is already filtered so we can avoid the cost of buying refrigerator based filter systems

i bought this fridge like 5days ago and arrived at my place 2 days ago. so been using it fro 2 days. the only thing is that on the top shelf of the fridge i put the meat a bought after 1 day they start to slowly freeze. i adjust the themp from 3 to 4 and will see how it goes. the worst part of it when i took of the plastic and carton from the fridge the wine rack was stuck and pulling it out happen to be scracthing the fridge door which was very disappointing specially when u just got it and bought a new one

The fridge is great, works well, looks good but the water dispenser is poorly designed with no water catchment grill/drip tray or anything to stop water spilling out and down the front door and onto the floor. Other models have a catchment area or a drop tray but this does not. Coupled with a blind water nozzle you can't see until its too late and water goes everywhere this needs rethinking or an extra trip tray accessory users could buy.

The icing on the cake is the ice and water dispenser. The family loves the feature. The delivery was prompt, well communicated and the delivery service was courteous. Starting to become a Samsung household with Samsung fridge, washing machine, TV, mobile due to good Quality and clever designs.

The tank is big enough for 2 people we fill it up every 2 ish day. If you had a family this may not be the fridge for you as you would need to fill the tank daily. My water/ice display broke and Samsung fixed it under the fridge warranty. The process was quick and easy.

We always had enough or more than enough space to put all our food in whetherr thats meats that goes in the freezer, or dairy in the fridge. The water and ice dispenser has always been consistent and worked well. Our visitors always tell us, "I really like your fridge" whenever they see it.

Having the icemaker and water despenser as Non-plumbed makes it super easy to install and the water tank is large enough to last more than a few days. Its so handy to have Ice on demand whenever you want.

The ice function is fantastic. Only need to refill the water once a week so really convenient. Love the minimalist look and concealed handles. Retailer price matched so was a good value purchase.

We bought this about 2 months ago. We are upgraded from a previous generation side-by-side door refrigerator. It served us well for 12years. Cooling capacity and available space is better. I guess size is also slightly larger. Had a hard time getting through the kitchen door. Delivery guys did a good job. The ice cube and water dispenser is pretty useful. Samsung should have provided an option to connect to water line for dispenser. With 4.5ltr capacity it still runs out in a day. One worrying thing on dispenser is, how to clean the water tubes. Though ice cube holder is taking up space, the overall space in freezer SEEMS to be more than the previous model. Another small thing to note is that the ice maker automatically turns ON even if we turn if OFF. It happens after a day or so. Not sure if it is meant to be like that or our unit has the issue. Yet to check with support on this. Overall, it is a very good model, we are satisfied with its performance so far.

Hasn’t worked properly since day 1, doesn’t cool, temperature fluctuates, fruit and veg go limp in couple of days, warm water from dispenser, customer service and after care on new product is appalling. Only 3 months old. Don’t buy this fridge.

This simple 2 door fridge would have been perfect but alas it has a Non-Plumbed Ice and Water Dispenser. I need a Plumbed Ice and Water Dispenser. I don't want the 3 door model which has a Plumbed Ice and Water Dispenser. Disappointing.

We bought Samsung fridge (Samsung 676L Side by Side Fridge SRS675DLS) from Harvey Norman Moore park in December 2019. In the last 10 months, we had to call Samsung technician three times. Once for water dispenser not working. Second time for Ice maker not making ice. Third time for crazy noise it was making. While we waited for Samsung to organise the technician to come out the third time round, the freezer broke. Everything defrosted in the freezer. Technician finally came after 3 days of us waiting and announced it needs replacement (and the fridge part died the next day). The report was sent to Samsung HQ on the same day. The next day, we received an email saying that the case was passed onto the Case manager, that was 5 days ago now. We have not heard any update from Samsung since despite us writing multiple emails. We have also tried calling customer centre but they are unable to help, saying the case manager has to call us (they keep saying the “case manager” will contact within 24-48 hours!!). Now all our food is ruined. It was especially a hot weekend in Sydney (39 on both Sat and Sun) and we can't even have cold water. We are feeling a little sick as well. Not even a courtesy call from Samsung. Try living without fridge for 5 days in 40 degree heat, it sucks!
