Don’t worry, convenient at-home repairs are just a click or call away. If you’re within four hours of a service center, you can receive convenient, at-home repairs for your TV or appliance. During the visit, the technician will conduct a 10-point diagnostic test to help correctly identify and solve the problem. Repairs are backed by a 90-day warranty or for the remainder of the device warranty.

If you need repair on a connected appliance like a Bespoke AI Laundry Combo, odds are good that the SmartThings4 app has already given you and the technician a heads up on what the issue is with an AI diagnosis via Home Care. It also provides step-by-step instructions for self-diagnosis and repair if you feel up to it. Otherwise, the app provides you with another way to send in a repair ticket.
