Jetbot Mop remote is not working

Your Jetbot Mop's remote allows you to control different cleaning functions, but there are a few reasons why the remote may not be working. You should check the remote's batteries and confirm that the main unit has been fully charged before using the remote.

Check if the main unit is turned on.

The remote will not function if the main unit is not turned on. Press and hold the Operation button on the main unit to turn on the Jetbot Mop.


Then, try using the remote.

Check and replace the remote's batteries.

You may need to replace the remote's batteries with new ones. Swap the depleted ones with new AAA batteries.

Let the Jetbot Mop finish recharging.

The remote control does not operate while the main unit is recharging, or if the battery is drained and needs to be charged. To check the LED indicator, press and hold the Operation button on the main unit while it is plugged into a power outlet. The LED light will change colors depending on the battery level.
 

  • Blinking yellow: Low battery level.
  • Blinking blue: Medium battery level.
  • LED off: Full battery.

Move the remote closer to the main unit.

If you have placed the remote too far from the main unit, it may not function properly. Move the remote closer to the Jetbot Mop to check if it works.
