Jetbot Mop will not power on or is not charging

If your Samsung Jetbot Mop is not turning on, there are two things you can check: make sure the main unit's power has been turned on, and then check if it has a proper charge. Your Jetbot Mop should be fully charged before each cleaning cycle. If the main unit isn’t charging completely, check that you are using the correct power adapter.

Jetbot Mop will not power on or is not charging

1

Check the battery.

In order to clean properly, the main unit of your Jetbot Mop must have a fully charged battery. If it does not, you will need to charge it.
2

Check the power adapter.

Ensure the power adapter is undamaged and that the power outlet you are using is providing power. You should only use the provided power adapter to charge your Jetbot Mop.

If the device is not charging properly, check if the adapter is securely connected to the main unit before plugging it into the outlet. This will confirm that the plug is fully inserted and the unit is registering a charge.

Important
If the unit does not beep and flash when you connect the charger, replace the charger.
3

Plug in the power adapter.

Plug in the power adapter and allow the main unit to charge until the LED light turns off, which indicates a full battery. It is normal for the LED to be unilluminated when the main unit is fully charged.

If the LED light is blinking red while charging, visit our Support Center to request service. For other LED light color information, see our guide.
