  • To request a repair for all customer who purchased new product including purchases from retail partners:

    1. Visit the My Repair Page on the official Samsung South Africa My Repair page https://www.samsung.com/za/mypage/myrepair/
    2. Sign In: Log into your Samsung Account. If you haven't registered your microwave yet, you will need to add it to your account first by clicking "Register New Product".
    3. Book Repair: Select the registered microwave and click on "Request Service" or "Book a Repair".
    4. Enter Details: Provide your contact information, location, and a detailed description of the problem.
    5. Schedule: Choose a suitable appointment time if on-site service is available, or follow instructions for a carry-in repair at a Samsung Support Centre https://www.samsung.com/za/support/service-centre/

    All repairs are handled by approved third-party service providers.
